This study aims to find out how to apply the marketing mix strategy and to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in implementing the marketing mix strategy at PT. Innovative Brebes Synergy. Another goal is also to find out how the strategy at PT. Brebes Innovative Synergy in dealing with competitors with other companies that have the same product. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis using SWOT analysis. The place and its location at PT. The synergy of Innovative Brebes with the speakers, namely the General Manager and the Quality Control division. The results showed that the application of the marketing mix strategy at PT. The synergy of Innovative Brebes in the SWOT matrix is ​​in quadrant I. The strengths of the 4P marketing mix are: product, price, while the weaknesses are: promotion and price. The threat is promotion and place. The strategy in dealing with competitors with other companies that have the same product creates a strong brand image and maintains product quality to be able to differentiate the product from other products.

The purpose of this study is to determine the export marketing strategy of three-color cracker SMEs in entering the global market. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the export marketing strategies that can be used for three-color crackers in entering the global market are as follows: a. Knowing the target market to be achieved, b. considering the scale of the business that you want to target, such as financing and consumer interest who will buy three-color crackers, c. know and observe the regulations of the destination country, d. form partnerships as needed.

Technological developments and increasingly high business competition make MSME actors must have a good marketing strategy to be able to compete with their competitors. This research was conducted to determine the marketing strategy carried out by Ledys Cake SMEs in facing competition in the digital era. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach through structured interviews with business actors. The results of the study show that MSMEs provide added value and differentiation to the products and services provided, while in terms of price, they apply competitive prices. The application of technology is more widely used in culinary businesses through websites and social media to establish good relationships and communicate with consumers. The researcher concludes that there are several discussions, namely Strategy, Constraints and Solutions. The strategy carried out by MSMEs is that there is a 4P (Product, Promotion, Price, Place) mix. Product strategy in the form of innovation, promotion strategy in the form of price discounts, price strategy for every purchase of cake will get a bonus, and place strategy in the form of flexibility in sending cake orders, so as to maintain and improve the quality of the taste of the cake. Although there are financial constraints and product raw materials, we can still find solutions and alternatives, namely by managing finances and using raw materials efficiently. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs are businesses formed by a group of people or individuals independently. Digital marketing is a strategy or marketing activity such as product promotion carried out through digital media. Marketing strategies through digital marketing are needed so that MSMEs can compete and reach more consumers. Pondok Etam is an MSME engaged in the culinary field that sells various kinds of food products that are focused on the target market for teenagers to adults. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of digital marketing for MSME Pondok Etam.  The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews. The result of this study is that digital marketing has a positive impact on the MSME of Pondok Etam, because there is an increase in brand awareness and a significant increase in sales

Performance management in question is with the aim of increasing the strategic focus and effectiveness of the company in ensuring continuous improvement of individual and team performance. The most popular approach is to use the BSC (Balanced Scorecard). Cafe Red&Blue wants to grow and maintain its business. Therefore, in this study we want to design an instrument for measuring performance at Red&Blue cafes using the BSC. The initial stage in designing the instrument is to conduct internal and external analysis to determine the position of the business in the industry and the strategy that must be used. The SWOT approach is used in the analysis of the internal and external environment. From the SWOT analysis, it can be seen that the Red&Blue cafe is in quadrant I position. The strategy that must be applied is an offensive and defensive strategy as a complement. This strategy requires Red&Blue to improve its marketing strategy in order to bring even greater opportunities to the business. The next stage is through the formulation of strategic objectives, the objectives of which are designed; increase profits, increase customer loyalty, improve relationships with new customers, develop quality products with innovation, develop good and quality services, improve employee job satisfaction, increase employee skills, and knowledge employee knowledge. The eight strategic objectives are translated into 2 key financial performance indicator (KPI) perspectives, 3 internal business process KPIs, 4 customer KPI perspectives, and 5 KPI growth and learning perspectives, with targets for each KPI set based on discussions with Red&Blue cafe owners.

The discussion in this journal will focus on how the marketing strategy of online business companies in capturing market share, especially the Generation Z who dominates the world's population today. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in economic development and growth, especially in Indonesia. It is widely recognized that MSMEs are very important be-cause of their main characteristics that distinguish them from large enterprises, especially because MSMEs are labour-intensive enterprises, exist in all locations, especially in rural areas, are more dependent on local raw materials, and are the main providers of goods and services. Along with the development of the mindset of the community, the majority of MSME actors have also changed their mindset in determining the marketing strategy used, from product orientation, consumer orientation, value orientation, technology orientation and to build the super smart society. Business digitalization also evolve the marketing mix from 4P (product, place, price and promotion) to 4C (co-creation, currency, communal activation, and conversation). However, there are barriers in the face of digitalization economy, including technology adoption and cyber-crime.

The conclusion of this research, consumers of Black Canyon Coffee restaurants are: (1) men who aged of 21-35 years; (2) consumers that obtain information from the friend by 47%, 37% are from the business relationship, 13% are from the family; (3) consumers desires to come again to the Black Canyon Coffee restaurant as much as 44% are said maybe, and 37% are said yes. The marketing strategy that undertaken by Black Canyon Coffee restaurant is to increasing presentation speed and food quality, increasing cleanliness of restaurant, hospitality and neatness of staffs’ appearance. The increasing of promotion both through of printing and electronic media, or by a billboard so that its presences are more to be known by the public.

      Competition in the business world is getting tighter, marked by the emergence of new products with various kinds of offers in the market, companies must have the right marketing strategy in facing competition. Price and distribution channels are important factors to win a competition in marketing products, namely distribution, where with the implementation of the right distribution channels, the company's products can be known and reach consumers in the right amount and time.        The purpose of this study to determine the price and distribution channels have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on sales volume at CV. Makmur Jaya Abadi (MJA) Bima. The research method used in this study is the Associative research method The population in this study is an outlet that sells Unilever products in Cv. Makmur Jaya Abadi (MJA) Bima. The sample is taken in accordance is 50 people, where this study concludes that there are 50 outlets. Data Analysis Techniques using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, T Test (Partial) and F Test (Simultaneous)            The results of the discussion show that the price has a significant effect on sales volume at CV. The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all sectors of the Indonesian economy. Many MSME actors close their businesses because of the declining interest in buying people. This activity aims to provide helpful information so that MSME actors receive stimulus funds to re-run existing businesses. They conducted this activity online through a zoom meeting attended by MSME actors from various sectors. Therefore, providing recommendations for MSMEs to sell their products through e-commerce and promote them through digital marketing as a marketing strategy to survive the pandemic. In addition, MSMEs also need to optimize marketing relationships with customers through customer relationship marketing to create loyal customers. Loyal customers have the potential to make repeat purchases and recommend products to other potential customers. Implementation of digital marketing strategy, Queue Theory on customer satisfaction level at myBCA Ciputra World Surabaya. This study aims to find out digital marketing. Queue Theory to the level customer satisfaction in myBCA. The population in this study are customers or customer who transact in the myBCA area. The research aims to determine the Marketing Strategy of Mulia Product at Pegadaian Syariah Hasanuddin and to find out the development of mulia product used by Pegadaian Syariah Hasanuddin in marketing mulia product. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interview guidelines and documentation to describe the results of observing reality and developing a theory of marketing strategies for Pegadaian Syariah Hasanuddin mulia product and the obstacles it faces. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the strategy used is literacy of the community and offers investment by way of gathering precious metals, promoting mulia product and providing discounts for advances and holding gold bazaar activities with payment transactions in cash or installments. The obstacles they face are that people’s harvest fail, some areas of the community lack knowledge about noble products and people are more interested in gold jewelry than gold bullion.

The KPM (Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat) Universitas Sains Al Qur'an carry out a community activity program in the Butuh Kidul Village. Butuh Kidul Village is one of the villages located in Kalikajar District, Wonosobo Regency. This village has the potential to produce vegetables. Vegetables that are widely produced are chayote. The KPM (Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat) students make product innovations from chayote into a more attractive product, namely chayote which is processed into candy. Candy is one of the food products that are liked by all ages. This activity was socialized through activities with the theme “Workshop on Marketing Strategy & Product Innovation from Pumpkin Siam”. This activity aims to take advantage of the potential of the Butuh Kidul Village community. By innovating through the use of chayote vegetables, it is possible to open UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in the Butuh Kidul Village. The UMKM can have an impact on the Butuh Kidul Village community which can be a business opportunity for the Butu Kidul Village community. In this article, we explain how to process chayote into candy and promote marketing strategies through digital marketing.

The goals of the study are to test the effects of strategy orientation, creativation, innovation for marketing perfomance, and the competitive advantages of central batik industry in Pekalongan. The study was done by questionnaire method. Sampling was done by accidental sampling of 100 respondents while techniques were being analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Model). The result of the study recommends the orientation of strategy, creativity and innovation that influence on the performance of marketing significancy. The orientation of strategy, creativity and innovation affect the competitive advantage through marketing performance too. Marketing performance influence the competitive advantage directly in the apparel industry of central batik in Pekalongan.

Basically stratergy on marketing are wholl planning, integrated, and merge in marketing fuld, can give guidance about activity will be done to get reach target of marketing in compary. So strategy of marketing is very important to be needed to enhance of selling in the company, marketing strategy. Consists of price, strategy of distribution, Strategy of promotion and place four strategy above also we called by marketing mix. By four element of marketing mix above must be implemented base on level market competition will by target of company, on focus price strategy or marketing strategy analysis to enhance off selling in marble company, and another strategy four element of marketing mix improperly will make marketing activity, will be useless and spend of human resource which is issued.

In order to address a number of issues, this study attempts to determine the most effective marketing techniques for Lazisnu items, particularly when it comes to social media marketing. Field observation techniques and a qualitative approach with a scientific foundation were used in this study to interpret the occurrences that were observed. The study's findings indicate that the internal and external variables of the research object have an impact on marketing strategy efforts. The existence of Lazisnu, the degree of rivalry among rivals, people's enthusiasm in starting their own businesses, and people's limited saving capacity are examples of external variables. Internal issue factors, on the other hand, prevent marketing strategies from being successful. These include subpar human resource quality, less creative promotional efforts, a lack of infrastructure and funding, and a failure to keep up with digitalization trends in the marketing industry.

This article discusses the process of rebranding the product photo of Madu Riduwan UMKM in Gebang Putih Village. Product photo rebranding is an important strategy in strengthening brand identity, increasing visual appeal, and achieving marketing success. Through photo analysis prior to rebranding and planning for photo concept selection, Madu Riduwan UMKM managed to produce more attractive, professional product photos and strengthen their brand image. The results of this product photo rebranding are expected to expand market reach, increase brand awareness, and build closer relationships with consumers.

The increased garbage creation in Maros may motivate businesses to become more concerned with environmental sustainability. Armour Coffee's green marketing strategy begins with the brand logo and extends to the firm's vision and objective. According to statistics from the top brand index, Armour Coffee remains the least popular local coffee shop in Indonesia, which is both a phenomena and a problem in this study. Based on the findings, the study concludes that Green Product and Green Place have a favourable influence on Interest in Purchasing Armour Coffee in Maros. Meanwhile, Green Price and Green Promotion had little influence on Interest in Purchasing Armour Coffee in Maros. Simultaneously, green product, green pricing, green location, and green promotion (green marketing mix) impact interest in purchasing Armour Coffee in Maros.

The goal is to get a sense of the shop ambiance, promotions, and customer purchasing interest at Kopitema. The study technique employed is a descriptive and verification strategy. The procedure of gathering data by delivering questionnaires to Old Coffee customers as responses. Even while respondents' answers to promos are fairly positive, there are still low ratings, indicating that they still need to be improved. Similarly, consumer purchasing interest in Old Coffee based on respondents' comments is deemed strong, but the evaluation remains low and has to be improved. Partially, it was discovered that the shop environment impacts customer purchasing interest.
