The purpose of this research is to determine how unfair supervision impacts employee loneliness with emotional exhaustion as a mediating variable and organizational justice. This research involved employees of PT. TRANSPORINDO AGUNG SEJAHTERA SURABAYA (PT. TAS), a company that is growing rapidly. Questionnaires, interviews, and observations were used to collect data, and the sample was one hundred workers. The data collected was analyzed through mediation analysis, and documentation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires were used. The research results show that unfair supervision has a positive and significant impact on worker peace of mind. Abusive supervision disrupts organizational fairness, whereas abusive supervision increases emotional exhaustion. Mediation analysis was used to analyze the data collected, and documentation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires were used. The results show that unfair supervision significantly increases employee peace of mind, whereas arbitrary supervision disrupts organizational justice. Emotional exhaustion causes employees to become silent.

There are 514 urban areas in the archipelagic nation of Indonesia (Ministry of Home Affairs, 2016). There are many cities in Indonesia that are able to provide a sense of comfort and security for their residents, this of course has an impact on population growth. However, the amount of waste that can be generated and stored is limited by the carrying capacity of the urban environment. Using the idea of ​​a "green city" which consists of nine elements of road infrastructure, traffic, green open space, clean water, noise, energy, housing, clean air and buildings is one way to overcome the above problems. All these qualities need to be utilized immediately with a comprehensive systems approach and in accordance with economic, social and environmental principles in sustainable development. Blue economy approaches can be used to eliminate waste. The “blue economy” is a term that is becoming increasingly popular in today's seas and oceans. The aim of this concept is to combine sea base development opportunities with environmental management and protection. Four conceptual interpretations of the blue economy were determined through research into the dominant discourse in international economic policy documents. How the blue economy works is also examined through an “in practice” analysis of the blue economy and related actors. Next, the scope and focus of the blue economy is explored specifically on the maritime industry, which is included or excluded in various conceptualizations. This analysis reveals areas of agreement and conflict. The consensus range reflects the growing trend towards the commercialization and valuation of nature, delineating and defining maritime boundaries and enhancing the security of the world's oceans. There are several areas of conflict, particularly disputes over the legitimacy of individuals as part of the “blue economy”, highly carbon-intensive industries such as oil and gas and the growing deep sea mining industry. Oceans are becoming increasingly important in terms of potential international trade opportunities through intermediaries and buyers. the behavior of the model supporting such a relationship in the ocean is acceptable from a regular and economic point of view. The relationship between land and sea is increasing in the role and importance of the "blue economy" as the term emerges in the background. . A literature review was conducted to analyze the correct definition of the blue economy. This definition is analyzed based on the minimum requirements that are important for the blue economy. This article also tries to compile various types of activities related to marine services. This is done to determine what can be considered priority areas for blue economic growth. The blue economy concept is based on national economic development. This is comprehensively useful for achieving overall national development. Environmental accounting is stated as a process of reducing negative values ​​and creating positive values ​​in environmental accountability.

This article discusses the role of social workers as counselors in situations of sexual abuse against minors. The discussion in this page is based on literature reviews from numerous reading sources, such as journals and books, which are used to elucidate beliefs concerning the function of social workers. This research method employs a qualitative descriptive approach, namely research that describes natural situations. This technique is intended to define the general role of social workers as counselors to victims of sexual assault against children. The surge in sexual assault against children highlights the significance of giving counseling to children who have been victims of sexual violence. Research findings reveal that social workers play an essential role in coping with challenges.

This research aims to explore and analyze the influence of collaborative learning on students' problem solving skills at SMK Negeri 1 Kendit. The literature review method was used as the main research approach to develop a conceptual framework and gain an in-depth understanding of this topic. Collaborative learning is identified as a learning model that encourages active interaction between students, promotes joint problem solving, and improves social skills. A literature review involves searching related sources in the fields of education, collaborative learning, and students' problem-solving skills. The results of the literature analysis show that collaborative learning can make a positive contribution to the development of students' problem solving skills in vocational schools. Interaction between students, self-empowerment, and joint problem solving through collaborative learning can help students develop skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem solving which are key to success in the work environment. This research provides an important contribution in the context of curriculum development and learning strategies at SMK Negeri 1 Kendit, by identifying collaborative learning principles that can be applied to improve students' problem solving skills. The practical implications of this research involve the formulation of recommendations for teachers and policy makers in the field of education to increase the effectiveness of collaborative learning in the context of vocational high schools.

This journal discusses interventions carried out by social workers to treat someone who experiences anxiety disorders. Anxiety disorder is a type of mental health disorder such as feelings of fear, anxiety, restlessness and excessive worry that cannot be controlled and occur continuously so that they interfere with daily activities. There are many cases in Indonesia regarding people who have anxiety disorders. This must be treated and cannot be ignored, because if it is not treated, the sufferer will experience severe depression and even commit suicide. One of the professions responsible for this problem of social dysfunction is the social worker profession. Therefore, the aim of this journal is to explain the interventions carried out by social workers in treating someone who experiences anxiety disorders. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The social worker's intervention strategy uses the CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) method which aims to eliminate the client's negative thoughts and be able to think rationally, apart from that, using behavior modification learning theory, namely systematic desensitization classical conditioning therapy by carrying out relaxation exercises so that the client is calmer when facing problems. conditions that make him anxious. The results of this research are interventions that social workers can carry out for people with anxiety disorders.

In the era of education that continues to develop, learning models have become the focus of attention for educators. One learning model that has received widespread attention is Project Based Learning (PjBL). The aim of this research is to determine the effect of implementing the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model to increase student creativity so that they can solve problems in working on a project. Creativity not only allows students to solve a problem, but also has an impact on their mindset. This research was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The results obtained from this research are that there is an increase in students' creative thinking abilities before and after implementing the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model during learning.

This research aims to build hypotheses regarding the relationship between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management. The writing method in this research is qualitative (library research), where the data comes from previous research. Online media is also used to obtain previous research data such as Google Scholar, Publish or Perish and other academic media. The results of this research are: 1) Workload influences employee job satisfaction; 2) Organizational culture influences employee job satisfaction; and 3) Leadership influences employee job satisfaction.

Background: To achieve optimal use of exclusive breastfeeding, it is stated in the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia number 33 of 2012 concerning exclusive breastfeeding that health workers and health service facility providers are obliged to provide information and education on exclusive breastfeeding to mothers and/or family members. of babies who are cared for from the pregnancy check up to the end of the exclusive breastfeeding period. Method: The research carried out was a Narrative Literature Review (NLR). Results: There were 10 selected scientific articles ranging from 2017 to 2023. To increase the success of exclusive breastfeeding, appropriate health promotion strategies are needed, such as creating special Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the promotion of exclusive breastfeeding, the availability of media and educational tools such as posters, leaflets, and providing training for health workers to increase the knowledge of health workers, especially midwives, as close contacts in providing counseling during pregnancy, postpartum and newborns. Conclusion: Health promotion during pregnancy can increase the success of exclusive breastfeeding.    

The mutual influence relationship between literature and tourism occurs in creative inspiration and destination promotion. An interdisciplinary approach is needed to understand the contributions of both. Laskar Pelangi, by Andrea Hirata, is an example of literary success in promoting Bangka Belitung. This research aims to examine the tourism values in this novel and in the context of how literary works are able to increase the popularity of the destination. This research uses qualitative methods with a hermeneutical approach. The findings of this research conclude that the value of tourism in the novel Laskar Pelangi is reflected through natural beauty, cultural richness and emotional experiences. This has the potential to increase the popularity of tourist destinations, especially in Bangka Belitung.    

Bullying behavior is very vulnerable to occur in adolescent boys and girls. Depending on the context, bullying can occur in various places, ranging from educational or school environments, workplaces, homes, neighborhoods, playgrounds, and others. Bullying can have a significant impact on the mental health of adolescents, both victims and perpetrators. In victims, bullying can cause various problems, such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, sleep disorders, suicidal thoughts, behavioral problems, substance abuse, aggressiveness, violence. This research uses the literature research method sourced from journals, articles, theses, from research that has been done before. This study aims to: (1) To find out the impact received by adolescent victims of bullying on their mental health. (2) To find out what methods are relevant to reduce the impact of bullying on adolescent mental health.

This article aims to explain and describe social work in handling cases of bullying in children through cognitive behavioral therapy. The discussion in this article was obtained through literature studies from various reading sources such as journals and books which were used to explain theories related to bullying and cognitive behavioral therapy. The current lack of education and handling of bullying is the trigger for the increasing number of bullying cases that occur every year, this shows the importance of handling bullying cases. In this case, the role of social work includes, among others, as a broker, enabler, advocate and motivator. Apart from that, in cases of child bullying through cognitive behavioral therapy, social work as a counselor plays a role in helping the learning process to create conventions in such a way that clients can change their behavior and solve their problems. By looking at the benefits of behavioral counseling mentioned above, researchers hope to minimize bullying.    

The development of technology 4.0 has a very positive impact on society. Industry 4.0 emphasizes the concept of digitalization that is consistent and connects all productive components of the economy.  Several technologies are helping Industry 4.0, such as cloud, simulation, augmented reality, robots, internet of things, big data analytics, additive manufacturing, and cybers ecurity. The method used in this article is literature study, which means data collection to understand and study the theories discussed in the relevant literature. Literature research helps to understand the conceptual framework of a topic and find theoretical foundations for further research. The research also helps guarantee that current research takes into account previous work and fills knowledge gaps.  For this study, internet searches and documentation studies were used to collect data. The result is that Technology 4.0 not only helps businesses but also improves the economy and people's welfare. Technology 4.0 greatly helps businesses by increasing global access, improving operational efficiency, driving innovation, and improving product safety. This paper aims to present an in-depth psychological analysis of the novel "Kisah dan Hujan Pun Berhenti" by a renowned author. In this work of literature, the author explores the psychological aspects of the main characters who face various issues and conflicts in their lives. This research utilizes various psychological theories to understand the psychological changes of these characters and how they respond to various events in the story. The analysis encompasses character development, internal and external conflicts, mental disorders, and the influence of the environment and weather on the psychological well-being of the characters. Additionally, this paper delves into the symbolism and metaphors that may be contained within the novel, providing additional insights into the psychological aspects of the story. The results of the analysis show that the characters in "Kisah dan Hujan Pun Berhenti" undergo significant changes throughout the narrative, reflecting psychological aspects such as personal growth, inner conflicts, and how they cope with trauma or difficulties. The environment and weather also play a vital role in portraying the characters' emotions and driving the plot. This research offers a deeper understanding of how psychology plays a central role in shaping the narrative and characters in this work of literature. In conclusion, the novel presents the complexity of human life and invites readers to contemplate the psychological aspects of the journey.

This research aims to find out and find solutions experienced by the main character named Axel in dealing with stress and ways to overcome it. The novel chosen as the main focus is called Sunset In Weh Island by Aida M.A. This novel tells the story of a boy named Axel who was experiencing stress and many negative feelings, and is trying to find a way to calm his mind. He found the calming down method he needed after his trip to Weh Island. In this research, the descriptive method is used. It's a research method that relies on observations of documents, in this case a novel and some previous research articles. The approach method used is a hermeneutic approach. The data collection method uses reading techniques and note-taking techniques. The results obtained from this research are that the character Axel succeeded in overcoming the stress-causing problems he had because he went on a tourism trip.

This research aims to apply the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in the context of procuring materials to support services at PT. XYZ. The implementation process begins with problem identification, literature study, data collection, identifying Odoo software, designing an ERP system using Odoo software, and implementing the system that has been designed. The results of the comparative analysis between the implementation of the ERP system application and manual processes show that the advantage lies in using the ERP system application using Odoo software. This application was successfully implemented, as proven by the results of the tests carried out. This success makes a positive contribution to effectiveness and efficiency in procuring materials for service work at PT. XYZ. This research also proposes recommendations for further research, namely the creation of a comprehensive integrated system in PT business processes. XYZ. This article aims to explain and describe the role of peer counselors in dealing with child victims of sexual violence, especially in schools. The discussion of this article was obtained through a literature study from various reading sources such as journals and books used to describe theories related to child development, explore the impact of sexual violence on victims, and describe the role of social workers in dealing with the problem of sexual violence in children. The high rate of sexual violence against children shows the importance of handling child victims of sexual violence. In this case, peer counselors can provide support and motivation to children who are victims of sexual violence. In addition, counselors can be friends to tell stories from children who are victims of this violence. In this case, Peer Counselors can also conduct Counseling. Counseling is carried out by intervening negative thoughts of children that arise due to sexual violence in various ways, such as stopping negative thoughts. In addition, cognitive therapy can also be done by changing or exchanging thoughts, for example counselors help children to memorize short verses in the form of statements that are contrary to the concerns experienced by children. The child then repeats the verse to get rid of his worries.    

The aim of this research is to examine the differences in Indonesian poetry entitled Kangen by Ws. Rendra with a Chinese poem entitled Missing You in the Silent Night by Li Bai. Poetry is a form of literary work alongside prose and drama. Compared to other forms of literary work, poetry has a unique character, namely that it uses words that are considered to represent certain meanings, is dense, dominated by symbols, and has limited space. Comparative literature is the activity of comparing the literature of one country with the literature of another country or comparing literature with other fields as an overall expression of life (Endraswara, 2011:10). One of the poems known in Indonesian literature is the poem entitled "Kangen" by WS Rendra. This poem uses diction which needs to be studied in depth because it opens up various interpretations which produce various meanings, aka multiinterpretable. One of the works of comparative literature in general studies and in relation to history or other things is part of literature. In literary works, all of these things are responded to creatively so that a literary work needs to be compared in order to get a clearer picture of the similarities and differences in various cultures    

This research aims to evaluate the factors influencing personnel performance in the context of a dynamic work environment. The background of the study is rooted in the challenges organizations face amid rapid changes and the complexity of the modern work environment. The research methodology employs a combination of literature analysis and empirical research to identify significant variables that either enhance or hinder personnel performance. Research findings indicate that adaptive leadership, organizational flexibility, and individual skill development play pivotal roles in achieving optimal performance in a dynamic work environment. The implications of these research results provide insights for organizations to develop more effective strategies in managing personnel performance amidst constant change.

This research was conducted to examine the influence between leadership styles on employee work stress levels in several companies. The research method used is a literature review of several previous studies. Used 5 relevant literature that will be reviewed both nationally and internationally with a range of years 2019-2023. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results found that Tokopedia employees felt that the leadership style applied was in accordance with what they expected. They consider that the leader has applied the right style in every work-related condition. The stress level of employees at Tokopedia is relatively low. The analysis that has been done shows a negative significant relationship between leadership style and job stress levels. Employees who feel in accordance with the leadership style of their superiors will have lower stress levels. The results of this study can be a reference for related companies to study other factors that cause job stress.
