Over the years, Indonesian has developed into the state language and national language, but many Indonesians cannot be proud of it. When they talk about Indonesia without really understanding it, the fact is clear. One of the reasons for this lack of pride is the implementation of the educational process by the government, the community, and the teaching staff. Although there are several rules regarding the use of the Indonesian language, the government has not taken serious action against public violations. people are more proud to use a foreign language than Indonesian, and young people today are less interested in learning it so they cannot create pride in their language, namely Indonesian.

This study aims to determine the ritual process and the meaning and values ​​contained in the traditional mappadendang party. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods, namely research that describes situations directly in the research place. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the process of the traditional mappadendang party ritual in Soppeng Regency is very structured and neatly arranged. Starting from determining the day of implementation and the duration or length of time for implementation. After the process of determining the time is complete, the family who will carry out the traditional party begins to arrange the arrangement of the mappadendang traditional party. For example, entertainment events and players who will pound the pestle on the mortar and the attributes used by players at the traditional party. The traditional party ended with a marked meal together by all the people who attended the traditional party. In the traditional mappadendang party there are meanings and values ​​contained in it, these meanings are applied in the form of actions such as gratitude to God and respecting and preserving the heritage of ancestors or ancestors. Likewise with the values ​​contained in the traditional mappadendang party, the values ​​of togetherness, kinship, entertainment, and religion are merged into one in a traditional party that continues to be preserved and becomes a way of life for the community.

The Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program launched by the Indonesian government aims to address the problem of malnutrition in children and students. However, the acceptance of this program in the community still requires in-depth evaluation because there are many negative sentiments that dominate on social media. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of the Indonesian community regarding the Free Nutritious Meals program on social media X (Twitter) using the Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unit (BiGRU) model. Of the 1,405 tweet data obtained, 57% were negative opinions and 43% were positive opinions. The evaluation results show that the BiGRU model with FastText support to handle potential overfitting, is able to classify sentiment effectively, with an accuracy of 80%. Sentiment analysis shows that the majority of public responses to the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program tend to be negative, with 798 negative tweets and 607 positive. This reflects public dissatisfaction with the implementation of the program and highlights the need for evaluation and improvements so that the benefits can be more widely felt by the community.

In practice, journalism has a great influence on the news that is disseminated, the use of journalistic codes of ethics is used to guide the process of retrieving and disseminating the information collected. In this urnal examines the formulation of Islamic journalistic ethics. The rules in carrying out journalistic duties are inseparable from the teachings of Islam which are guided by the Qur'an. So far, some Journalism has made western press theory a guide to the implementation of journalistic duties rather than press theory in an Islamic perspective. Thus, the purpose of this activity is expected to add insight to readers about the implementation of journalism in accordance with Islamic law and can be applied in journalism activities. This research also used supporting documents from both several existing books and journals. The results showed that the formulation of Journalistic Ethics According to an Islamic Perspective needs to be continuously socialized in various activities, both lectures and journalistic trainings, especially on Islamic campuses.

This study reveals how the relationship between the establishment of the monument and the traditional belief system of the Toba Batak people who still believe in the existence of the spirits of their ancestors. The actualization of this belief is manifested in the construction of an ancestral monument which is considered an embodiment of respect for the descendants of the clan that founded it. To reveal these data, in this study the authors used qualitative research. The data in the field were obtained through participatory observation techniques, interviews, and literature studies. The purpose of this study was to reveal the background of the establishment of monuments in clan groups in Balige District, Toba Samosir Regency which represents the function and meaning of the erection of clan monuments in Balige District. Toba Samosir Regency also describes the organization and implementation of the case for the establishment of the Siraja Nababat, Manurung, Nommensen, Siagian, Sonakmalela and Sisimangaraja XII monuments in and analyzes the conception of the construction of the monument in the Toba Batak community. based on the conception of traditional beliefs that believe in the existence of their ancestral spirits in people's lives. The worship of ancestral spirits is manifested in the construction of monuments. This research was conducted in the Tourism Area in the City of Balige and Porsea – North Sumatra. The aims of this study include: (1) As a deeper learning material about the reasons why Batak Culture built the Tugu, and (2) To explore and promote the richness of culture, tradition, history in the Batak tribe. . Implementation of adjustments in the payment system from postpaid to prepaid for PT. PLN ULP Rantepao with the objective of reducing bad debts, but the accounts receivable report demonstrates an increase in bad debts over the last 3 years. The goal of this research is to examine the internal control system for bad debts in accordance with COSO. The descriptive qualitative method was used in this research. Using a random sampling technique, interviews, documentation, and observation were conducted. The sample used in this research is saturated. The significance of this research stems from the fact that bad debts have a significant impact on the company's financial health performance. (1) Changes to the prepayment system have no effect on the reduction in bad debts, according to the research results. (2) The internal control system at PT. PLN ULP Rantepao has not been properly implemented in terms of the 5 COSO components. Instances in which the risk assessment, control environment, and monitoring activities have been implemented, but only a few of each COSO component's items have been implemented. In the meantime, neither control activities nor information and communication have been properly implemented. (3) Control activity is relatively more influential in fostering the emergence of bad debts due to the low paying power and awareness of customers in meeting their obligations. This research will be more interesting if it is continued by investigating the failure factors of changing the prepaid payment system in an effort to reduce bad debts using a variety of research methods.

Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) or Kangaroo Method Care (FMC) is a treatment for premature and low birth weight (LBW) infants with direct skin-to-skin contact, where the mother uses her body temperature to warm the baby. This method of care has also been shown to facilitate breastfeeding, increasing the length and duration of breastfeeding. The goal after the activity is that mothers who have babies and toddlers are exposed to material about Kangaroo Mother Care. IEC community service activities have been carried out in the form of counselling, providing information and education about the benefits of KMC and how to do KMC. This activity is expected not to end in community service activities, but with the leaflet media it can be used as a policy for related villages to develop in the form of applications as a course method for cadres in the health sector so that child health in the area can utilise the application in the implementation of courses for cadres, especially in the health sector.

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the management of public ownership (milkiyah 'ammah) and state ownership (milkiyah daulah) in Indonesia. This study describes in a qualitative descriptive way the current management of public ownership and state ownership in Indonesia. The theoretical approach is used for the Islamic economic system approach which assesses the practical implementation of the management of shared wealth and the wealth of the Indonesian State. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from literature, journals and information related to Indonesia's wealth. The data collection technique used is library research. And this study uses a comparative analysis of the implementation of public ownership management and state ownership management that is not in accordance with ownership management in Islam. Evidence shows that public ownership and state ownership are not fully managed by the State of Indonesia, it appears that shared ownership in the form of water, fire and pasture is managed by individuals and institutions of foreign parties who have the capital to privatize public ownership. This will have an impact on the unequal distribution of income earned by people who have capital and those who do not have capital, so that it will have an impact on prosperity that most Indonesian people cannot have. As an evaluation and solution, it is necessary to implement an Islamic economic system in managing joint ownership and control of the Indonesian state.

This study aims to analyze the interest of the Semarang city’s community in using GOPAY as a digital payment based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The TAM approach was chosen because TAM is the most widely used model in predicting the acceptance of information technology and has proven to be a very useful theoretical model in helping to understand and explain user behavior in the implementation of using GOPAY as a digital payment. Nowadays, people who used to use cash payment (cash based) have now started to recognize and use non-cash payments (non-cash) in carrying out various payment transaction activities. One of the non-cash payment instruments that is currently developing is electronic money, one of which is GOPAY. The sample of this study was 100 people in the city of Semarang. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results of the research are Perceptions of Benefits, Perceptions of Ease, User Attitudes, and Perceptions of Security that have a positive effect on interest in using GOPAY as a digital payment.

The Intra Uterin Device (IUD) Family Planning (FP) Program in Indonesia has been declared less successful, in its implementation until now it has experienced obstacles that are felt, among others, there are still many PUS who are not interested in using IUD. Data from the Batam City Health Office in 2018 obtained the use of IUD as much as 3.8%, Implant 5.6% FOM 0.6% and MOM 0.3%. From these data, it was obtained that the use of IUD birth control was still very low compared to Implant.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between husband support and maternal interest in the selection of IUD contraceptives in the work area of the Bulang Health Center, Batam City.This study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional design. The sample selection was carried out by purposive sampling of 64 respondents. The independent variable in this study was husband support, while the dependent variable was the mother's interest in the selection of IUD contraceptives. Data collection of independent and dependent variables using questionnaire measuring instruments. Data processing includes editing, coding, scoring, tabulating. The analysis used is a univariate analysis using a frequency table to describe each variable and bivariate analysis using the Chi-Squere test.The results of the analysis using the Chi Square Test obtained probability values (p value) = 0.001 (p value >0.05).

Early childhood has a high curiosity, so attention is needed that is not only pursuing achievement, but learning orientation that develops attitudes and interest in learning and stimulates various potentials and basic abilities of children. Therefore the design of painting activities will be the right choice to be used for creativity during this covid pandemic. This PKM painting activity was carried out at the Cimone Orphan House in Tangerang with presentation of the material and then continued with painting practice. The target of this service program is the elementary and junior high school level as many as 15 (fifteen) people. The implementation was carried out face-to-face (on the spot training) which began with observation and coordination with the management of the orphanage related to the availability of places, the readiness of the orphans and administrative licensing arrangements with the administrators of the orphanage. The method used in carrying out PKM activities is to increase children's creativity, showing examples of pots that you want to decorate / pictures using Microsoft PowerPoint in the form of pictures, playing games with orphans, and asking questions / quizzes. The results of the service to students increase knowledge, insight and creativity of orphans.

This study aims to determine the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in carrying out student religious moral development: a case study of SMK Saraswati Salatiga. In this study using qualitative methods sourced from the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collection used in this study was carried out through primary data and secondary data, namely in the form of observations and interviews with school principals, Islamic religious education teachers, and students. These findings indicate that the implementation of student religious moral development carried out by Islamic religious education teachers in schools includes extra-school and social activities, congregational prayers, and reading the Koran and Asmaul Husna. Through this strategy, the implementation of the religious moral development of students at the Saraswati Salatig Vocational School is going well and is an action that is an affective rational action, traditional rationale, and oriented to religious values.

Hospitals as providers of health services for the wider community are required to provide health services with good quality health services. The quality of hospital services can be achieved one of them with SBAR communication, so that the information conveyed can be informative and well received which will improve the handover process so that patient safety can be realized. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between effective SBAR communication and the quality of handover implementation in the Inpatient Room of JIH Solo Hospital. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The number of respondents was 90 respondents divided into 72 nurses and 18 midwives who were given observation sheets using the SBAR communication method and observation sheets for the quality of handover implementation. Variable correlation assessment using the chi-square test. The results of the analysis of the relationship between variables are significant with a sig value of 0.000 (p=0.05). Then, the value of the correlation coefficient between variables is very strong, namely 0.979. The use of effective SBAR communication resulted in the majority of respondents namely 79 people or 85.7% being categorized as qualified. In its implementation, the majority of respondents with a total of 87 people (196.7%) were categorized as qualified.

Indonesia is one of the countries that has implemented the telex release process in the implementation of the transportation of goods by sea. Telex release is the process of digitizing the bill of lading because the delivery of the document is sent via email from the carrier to the sender. However, the regulations governing the operation of sea transportation in Indonesia have not explicitly accommodated telex releases, even though in practice telex releases have been used in the implementation of sea transportation in Indonesia. Efforts that can be made to optimize the use of telex releases are by accommodating the principles contained in international instruments related to sea transportation law, making rules and norms related to the use of telex releases, considering Indonesia's membership in international organizations in the field of sea transportation, and creating the process of organizing sea transportation in Indonesia becomes more effective and efficient through the use of telex releases.

This study examines the implementation of article 24 number 7 of 2013 regarding the regional regulation of Tulungagung Regency regarding the utilization of the road section. This research uses empirical law method. Based on this research, it was found that the goals and objectives to be achieved in controlling road use have almost been achieved, this is done by the Department of Transportation by controlling violations that have been shown for street vendors and illegal parking. The actions that have been taken are in accordance with the policies that have been implemented based on several things that have been stated in the Tulugagung Regency Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2013, which states that the Department of Transportation formed a team to conduct a raid aimed at bringing order to the violators.

Makmur Jaya Abadi (MJA) Bima. The research method used in this study is the Associative research method The population in this study is an outlet that sells Unilever products in Cv. Makmur Jaya Abadi (MJA) Bima. The sample is taken in accordance is 50 people, where this study concludes that there are 50 outlets. This research aims to determine the influence of the Planning, Implementation and Evaluation variables on the quality of learning at the Batu Tambung State Elementary School in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. To find out what variables have the most significant influence on the quality of learning quality at the Batu Tambung State Elementary School in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. This research uses qualitative and quantitative research methods. The results of the research show that the three independent variables, namely learning design, learning implementation and learning evaluation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning at the Batu Tambung State Elementary School in Makassar. Factors (variables) in the implementation of learning are those that dominantly influence the quality of learning at the Batu Tambung State Elementary School in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province

Writing scientific papers is one of the most significant things a teacher can do, especially if they want to advance to functional positions. However, producing scientific papers is a barrier for many teachers, leading to teachers engaging in dishonest behavior while writing scientific papers. The goal of this service is to organize socialization, training, and mentorship for SD Negeri 4 Kedoyo instructors on the importance of ethical issues and codes of ethics in scientific paper writing. This service's implementation is divided into three stages: pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation. As a result of this activity, socialization, training, and support in scientific writing with three primary resources, namely plagiarism, paraphrasing approaches, and reference managers, have been implemented. The post-test questionnaire score increased by 42.67% for the plagiarism indicator, 43.18% for the paraphrasing technique indicator, and 47.74% for the reference manager indicator, indicating an increase in SD Negeri 4 Kedoyo teachers' knowledge and understanding of literacy violations, ethics, and the code of ethics in writing scientific papers.

The amil zakat institution has a public responsibility by providing reports to stakeholders. The financial reporting of the Amil Zakat Institution is regulated by the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) 109. However, not all of the lazis recognize and apply PSAK 109, including the Amil Zakat Infak/Alms Syamsul Ulum Institution (LAZISSU). This community service activity has been carried out in 2 stages. Phase 1 is in the form of socialization of PSAK 109 in the form of an introduction to the format of financial statements and the appropriate accounting system. Phase 2 is training and mentoring for LAZISSU amil to be able to prepare financial reports independently. The current activity is the third stage in the form of software implementation for amil zakat institutions. The method of implementing activities is direct implementation assistance. Participants are managers and Lazissu finance division team as the main users of the software. Participants combine the knowledge that has been obtained in the previous two stages into the process of implementing zakat institution software. Resource persons act as assistants in this implementation process. The result of this series of activities is that participants understand the importance of preparing financial reports for amil zakat institutions in accordance with applicable accounting standards and are able to compile financial reports with the help of accounting software that has been provided.
