The implementation of CSR can reflect the good or bad image of a company itself, if CSR can be implemented well and in accordance with procedures then this can provide benefits for the company, not only the company, but also for the government, and can improve the welfare of the surrounding community. Rapid developments in today's life, especially in the fields of technology and economics, have resulted in globalization which affects various aspects of life. Information technology, especially the internet, has changed the way humans interact, do business and transact. The phenomenon of online trading via E-commerce platforms has become rampant in various countries, enabling cross-border transactions without physical meetings between sellers and buyers. However, the impact of this convenience also includes the spread of imitation or fake products which are detrimental to consumers and original producers of the brand. This research is normative research with a descriptive qualitative approach. With sources taken from books, journals, laws and regulations, and literature relevant to the research. The results obtained are that business actors have the right to be responsible to consumers for counterfeit goods which result in losses for consumers.

The increasing public interest in using the paylater feature on the Shopee application is still increasing and quite a few people do not understand their rights and obligations in using this feature. In order to provide certainty and protection for users and business actors, regulations are needed for paylater service providers. This research was created to analyze the form of agreement that arises in the implementation of sales and purchases using the Shopee Paylater feature, including the legal relationship between the parties to the transaction. The panel research method used is normative juridical which examines only library data or secondary data, which includes primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. According to existing research results, the agreements that occur in Shopee Paylater transactions with users based on the analysis of Article 1313 of the Civil Code do not conflict and this agreement is valid as explained in Article 1320 of the Civil Code. This agreement can occur in transactions which are standard agreements, namely agreements where the existing terms and conditions have been regulated unilaterally by the agreement provider. The standard agreement contained in the agreement in this paylater feature is regulated in Article 1319 of the Civil Code. The legal relationship between the parties concerned is PT. Commerce Finance as a creditor with Shopee Paylater consumers as a debtor based on a loan agreement as stated in Article 1754 of the Civil Code. The legal relationship that exists between PT. Commerce Finance with PT. LDN which is the giver of power of attorney and recipient of power of attorney. This of course makes PT. LDN has the right to distribute funds to the relevant Shopee Paylater users.

The responsibility of shareholders, known as the piercing the corporate veil doctrine, in the bankruptcy of a limited company based on Law Number 40 of 2007 is only limited to the share capital paid by shareholders to the company. The shareholder's responsibility for the shares paid up does not apply if proven; shareholders, whether directly or indirectly, in bad faith, use the limited liability company for personal interests, shareholders who are involved in unlawful behavior use the assets of the limited liability company for personal gain, which results in the assets of the limited liability company being reduced and insufficient to pay off the debts of the limited liability company. The General Meeting of Shareholders, hereinafter referred to as (GMS), is an organ of a limited liability company which has authority that is not delegated to the Board of Directors or the Board of Commissioners in carrying out its duties and authority. The duties and authorities of the GMS organs in the UUPT are; making changes to the articles of association, increasing the company's capital, reducing the company's capital, appointing directors, determining the amount of allowances for members of the board of directors, dismissing directors, appointing commissioners, determining the amount of honorarium salaries and allowances for commissioners, as well as appointing independent commissioners and dissolving the company.

This research aims to determine the effect of minimum wages and labor force participation on open unemployment in East Java Province 2018-2022. The dense population makes Indonesia face economic problems such as open unemployment. This happens because the number of job seekers is not balanced with the number of jobs available. The level of open unemployment occurs in every region, especially in East Java Province. Based on BPS data for the 2018-2022 period, East Java Province experienced an increase in open unemployment in 2020 with a percentage of 5.84%. The research method used uses a quantitative descriptive model approach with combined data between time series and cross-sections. The analytical method used in this research is the multiple regression test method, panel data model which is processed using SPSS version 26. The data collection technique is taken from secondary data from BPS East Java Province in 38 regions. The research results show that the influence of minimum wage instruments and labor force participation on open unemployment in East Java Province can be seen from the statistical probability values of the t test and f test. The results of the t test showed that the minimum wage instrument (X1) had a significant effect on the open unemployment rate (Y) in East Java Province. Meanwhile, the labor force participation instrument (X2) does not show a significant influence on the open unemployment rate (Y) in East Java Province. Meanwhile, the results of the f test research show that the two instruments (X1 and X2) simultaneously have a significant influence on the open unemployment rate (Y) in East Java Province.

Violence against children still often occurs in the city of Surabaya. Families still face obstacles in solving problems due to parents' lack of understanding in caring for children. Families need a place for consultation and support as well as learning processes so that the scope of the family can be maximized. The Surabaya city government is trying to protect children. One of the efforts of the Surabaya City Government is that the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) has the best Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) program. PUSPAGA services are under the auspices of the Surabaya City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (DP3APPKB) Service. PUSPAGA Surabaya City is present in the community for those who need services related to family problems, including childcare information. The aim of this research is to find out how the PUSPAGA program is evaluated in efforts to prevent child violence in DP3APPKB Surabaya (Counseling Service Case Study). This study uses a qualitative method. The theory used belongs to the PUSPAGA Program using Ripley's 7 evaluation indicators (Purwanto & Sulistyastuti, 2012), namely access, coverage, frequency, bias, service delivery, accountability, suitability of the program to needs. The PUSPAGA program for Surabaya City Counseling services has been running well in every indicator. Even so, the Surabaya City Government should be more proactive in informing the public about the existence of PUSPAGA services in the City of Surabaya.

Solution-oriented brief counseling is a fast and effective counseling approach in solving student problems. This approach emphasizes students' skills and strengths, focuses on the solutions they want to achieve, avoids past problems, and focuses on the future to achieve the desired goals. Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) involves brief counseling sessions that focus on solutions rather than problems. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing short solution focused counseling to increase student ownership of their learning. The method used is library research and data was obtained using library research. The research results show that the use of short, solution-oriented advice is effective in increasing student responsibility in their learning. Students who received short-term tutoring significantly increased their learning responsibilities compared to a control group that did not receive advising. Therefore, schools and teachers are encouraged to implement brief counseling as a strategy to increase student ownership of their learning.

The teaching and learning process will be more successful if educational facilities and infrastructure are sufficient. For this reason, educational institutions and infrastructure are very important. It is hoped that facilities and infrastructure can be utilized appropriately according to PBM's needs. This research uses: Qualitative methods using literature reviews. Knowledge of usury and religiosity is one of the influencing factors in making the decision to save at a sharia bank. There are still many students who already know about usury but still use conventional banks instead of using Sharia. This is the background to the research entitled knowledge of riba nasiah and religiosity on students' interest in saving in sharia banks. This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of knowledge of riba nasiah and religiosity on students' interest in saving in sharia banks. In this study, a descriptive quantitative method was used with 172 respondents with the technique used in sampling was Stratified Random Sampling, which is a sampling technique according to the population size in each strata, where in this study it was divided into 4 strata, namely sharia banking students, FEBI UIN Sutha Jambi semesters V, VII, IX, and XI. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data quality testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and effective contribution testing. The results of the research show that: (1) It was found that partially and simultaneously there was a significant influence of the variables knowledge of riba nasiah and religiosity on students' interest in saving in sharia banks. (2) the variables of knowledge of riba nasiah and religiosity have a positive effect (move in the same direction) on students' interest in saving in sharia banks (3) the result of the Adjust R2 coefficient value is 0.492. This illustrates that the contribution of the variables of knowledge of riba nasiah and religiosity is 49.2% and the remaining 50.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research. And in terms of effective contribution, it shows that the variable knowledge of riba nasiah and religiosity contributed 49.7%. The variable with the most influence in this research is the variable knowledge of riba nasiah, which is 25.1%. From the results of this research, researchers see and realize that there are still many sharia banking study program students who use conventional banks. In fact, there are still those who don't understand about usury and religiosity even though they have studied this during lectures. Students' ignorance about usury and religiosity could be one of the factors that influence them in choosing which bank to use for savings or transactions.

Madrasah Diniyah adalah lembaga pendidikan agama yang berjuang memberikan bimbingan kepada masyarakat, lembaga ini berupaya menguatkan ketakwaan supaya terwujudnya mental keagamaan yang kuat seiring dengan perkembangan zaman. Tujuan pendampingan ini memberikan bekal kepada santri dalam kemampuannya membaca dan menulis arab pegon supaya lancar dalam memaknai kitab kuning. Madrasah Diniyah adalah lembaga yang memberikan pelajaran banyak perihal kitab kuning yang memberikan pengaruh sangat besar dan menjadi pusat pendidikan dan pengetahuan agama di desa plumpingrejo dusun tenggong kademangan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dalam menggali asset santri menjadi dapat membaca dan menulis pegon sesuai kaidah pegon. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk tercapainya tujuan diatas, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu metode yang secara rinci dan jelas memberi gambaran perihal data yang terkumpul.Sedangkan Dalam mengumpulkan datanya, menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pendampingan ini yaitu santri mampu membaca serta menulis arab pegon dengan baik dan benar. Kemampuan tersebut menjadi keharusan bagi santri di madrasah diniyah musyawirul ulum khususnya mulai kelas 1 wustha. Adapun luaran dari penelitian ini adalah artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan di Jurnal Pengabdian dan Pemberdayaan Nusantara (JPPNu).

Children with special needs are children who have unique characteristics compared to (regular) children. To facilitate learning progress, teachers can apply a differentiated learning model. Differentiated learning is one of the learning models where teachers use a variety of different learning methods according to the characteristics, interests, learning styles, and abilities of students. The purpose of this study is to find out more about differentiated learning and how it is implemented in Class VIII Special Schools. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data collection methods used were observation, interview, and note-taking. The data subjects in this research are teachers and students of class VIII of SMPLB Insan Mulia Tangerang Regency. The research location is in Pisangan Jaya village, Tangerang Regency. The result of the learning that has been implemented is the discovery of 3 strategies in differentiated learning, Content Differentiation. Content refers to the curriculum and learning materials; 2. Process Differentiation. How students process ideas and information; 3. Product Differentiation. How students demonstrate what they have learned; 4. Differentiation of Learning environment. Differentiated learning has a positive impact on student engagement and learning outcomes, so students do not struggle with learning.

Writing Skills is one of the four maharah studied in Arabic. Writing Skills  is a way of expressing language and feelings through writing. In Writing Skills there are three elements that are trained intensively, namely, imla', khat (calligraphy) and insha'. The success of an Arabic written work can be seen from the effectiveness of the Writing Skills studied. The aim of this research is to determine the extent of the effectiveness of Writing Skills on the writing results of Arabic language education students at the North Sumatra State Islamic University Medan. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection methods using interviews and library literature. The results of this research found that the Writing Skills studied by Semester V Arabic Language Education students at the North Sumatra State Islamic University, Medan, was quite effective. Where students already understand the rules of writing Arabic properly and correctly and are able to write an essay in Arabic writing.

This paper aims to describe the application of the learning evaluation system in improving school quality for class IX A students at MTs Ma'arif Gondang. The research is descriptive qualitative research, with qualitative analysis. The research results show that the evaluation of the learning implementation process carried out includes the suitability between the learning process and the learning implementation plan (RPP), the readiness of teachers and students in the learning activities carried out in the classroom. Student participation also plays an important role in learning activities as well as communication carried out by teachers to get feedback from students during the learning process. Providing motivation to students in the learning process is important to increase students' enthusiasm for learning. Students' mastery and desire for specific goals that will be achieved in learning activities. Learning evaluation also includes assessment aspects which include the domains of attitudes, knowledge and skills. The learning evaluation system implemented at MTs Ma'arif Gondang can improve the quality of the school based on the results of the questionnaire obtained in the very good category.

Technology-based learning has become a focal point in modern education, presenting both challenges and opportunities for educators. This study explores the dynamic landscape of planning pedagogy within the realm of technology-enhanced teaching. The research delves into the obstacles faced by educators when integrating technology into lesson planning, examining the associated opportunities for innovative pedagogical practices. Utilizing a qualitative approach, this study investigates the experiences of Aviva Hanum Siregar, Rahayu, and Safran, students in the PGMI program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Education Sciences, Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. The findings highlight the diverse challenges encountered in adopting technology in lesson planning, such as technological barriers, resistance to change, and the need for continuous professional development. On the flip side, the study sheds light on the promising opportunities that arise from incorporating technology into teaching strategies. The authors discuss the potential for enhanced student engagement, personalized learning experiences, and the development of 21st-century skills. In conclusion, this research offers valuable insights into the multifaceted landscape of technology-based learning in the context of lesson planning. Students are less motivated in the learning process. This study aims to observe the application of ice breaking to increase student learning motivation in class I A UPTD SDN 66 Kanjitongan Maros Regency. The research was conducted using the classroom action research (PTK) method with two cycles, each cycle consisting of three meetings consisting of 27 students (13 boys and 14 girls). Each meeting was carried out with four stages, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The results showed that student learning motivation in cycle I, obtained 66.67%, and increased in cycle II to 81.48%. Therefore, the application of ice breaking can increase student learning motivation in class I A UPTD SDN 66 Kanjitongan Maros Regency.

The research aims to analyze the understanding of emotional development in babies, how cognitive development in babies is, what the risks or dangers are to babies, and what are the implications of infancy development in counseling services. The research method used in this research is library research. It is a search and research of literature by reading and reviewing various journals. Data collection techniques use library research in the form of books, journals and other studies. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that babies' emotions are very susceptible to habituation, there are several differences in this pattern and also in the stimuli that cause it. development of understanding. Infant perception through sensory explanations. Like babies looking, feeling, smelling, and painting all objects within their reach. Maturation during infancy usually occurs through direct experience with the environment and interaction with objects and people around them. Dangers during infancy can be physical dangers and psychological dangers. Physical dangers such as excessive crying, it could also be a baby suffering from brain damage or other birth defects. And psychological dangers such as emotional dangers, this usually occurs because a lack of love from parents towards the baby can give rise to unstable emotions in the baby. The implication of development during infancy in counseling services is to ensure the baby's development and provide services according to the baby's condition.
