Development to achieve educational goals certainly leads to instruments that are responsible for the implementation. The teacher is the instrument, which is required to bring out all the potential possessed, both knowledge and review of self-aspects as a reflection that should be imitated. Thus, it is absolutely necessary to have a complete personality professionalism and role model points that are certainly inherent in every teacher. Teachers are required to maintain stability in speaking and acting as a reaction to the practice of integrity values that do not know place, time and situation. The personality in question does not create a chasm to limit oneself in interacting with others, but how the whole existence can be a role model. School is a place of interaction in the daily life of a teacher, here the teacher does what is his responsibility and obligation in fostering students (towards the desired goal). The implementation pattern certainly requires good performance starting from personality, discipline and how a teacher can be relied on and become a role model for students. The moral integrity of students is the expectation of a teacher, of course. In relation to this review, a teacher, especially a PAK teacher, is required and of course has a very strategic and core role in the implementation of the process of forming moral integrity as a role model for students.

This study is based on the fact that the need for competent teachers in the learning process is very necessary, because the main problem in this study is how much influence varies teaching on student learning achievement in ELPIDA Junior High School (Class VII) and how effective the implementation of varied teaching is on student learning achievement in ELPIDA Junior High School (Class VII). The method used in this study is Quantitative research with a classroom research strategy. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that with this student achievement, teachers can find out "whether the application of varied teaching affects student learning achievement" at ELPIDA Junior High School. From the results of the simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that the influence of varying teaching on student learning achievement is very high, namely the diterminant coefficient / KP 29.1% and the value of variable relationships is greater than the standard table, which is 0.980 > 0.428 based on these calculations, then the H1 hypothesis is accepted. Thus, the hypothesis that teaching varies has a significant effect on learning performance in Elpida Junior High School grade VII, has been proven.

Provisions regarding dishonorable discharge are regulated in Article 53 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 39 of 2010 concerning Administration of TNI Soldiers, which regulates dishonorable discharge from military service, as an implementation of the provisions of Article 62 paragraph (3) of Law Number 34 of 2004 concerning Indonesian national army. The aim of this research is to show that the norm for imposing an additional penalty of dismissal by a judge in a court trial is Article 26 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code which confirms that the defendant, based on the crime he committed, is deemed no longer fit to remain in the military. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that from the perspective of Military Criminal Procedure law, it can be said that dismissal is the sole authority of the Military Judge taking into account the unfitness of the soldier to be retained to continue serving in the military environment, so that this authority cannot be delegated to a civilian Judge, because the decision will be made basis by the TNI leadership to be followed up. For these military members, dismissal from military service is the end of their career and service within the Indonesian National Army (TNI), the consequences of which will be followed by the termination of the rights they have received so far.

The implementation of tax autonomy by the central and regional governments separately provides the flexibility to be more independent in tax arrangements in order to increase the income of each region. The objective of this research is to determine whether the West Java provincial government's application of  vehicle tax collection  is effective in increasing Regional Original Income (ROI) in West Java. The methodology used in this research is qualitative. Analysis of the data used is analysis by calculating the effectiveness of tax collection. The results of data analysis show that the efficiency of  vehicle tax collection has an impact on increasing local revenue in West Java.

This study aims to explore the extent to which PP 71 of 2010 has been implemented in the accounting process at the BLUD of Tugurejo Hospital, Semarang. Associated with a change in the government accounting system from a cash basis to an accrual basis in accordance with PP 71 of 2010. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with the triagulai method using 2 triagulation techniques which combine data from various sources, techniques and time so that data is obtained in the form of interviews with the head of the accounting department and sub-section, as well as obtaining the financial report documents of the 2020 Tugurejo Hospital Semarang. The results of this study show that Tugurejo Semarang Hospital has implemented the Accrual Basis SAP well, which can be seen from the results of interviews such as implementation readiness, training and learning, facilities, staff understanding and education and internal control. It is hoped that even though the Accrual Base SAP has been running well, the management of the Tugurejo Semarang Hospital and the Srmarang City Government can immediately digitize applications that are still manual, especially in reporting fixed assets

Setting a strategy in running the existing system in the company, therefore it is very important for the company to evaluate the management control system which is one of the basic functions of management. The object of the research is PT. JNE Indonesia, especially at Cikuda Jatinangor agents. This study aims to determine the state of the control system in JNE in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the study explain that the system that applies at JNE is still running well as evidenced by the absence of complaints from company employees, the implementation of activities that run normally, and the programs that are run in the midst of this pandemic do not make income decline JNE’s management performs the control systems very well, and ensures the security of packages that will be sent until they are received by costumers.

The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. Sometimes in some educational institutions they use handbooks in the learning process, but it is different in MA SA Darul istqamah, handbooks are only available for teachers. From this statement, the researcher concludes that the media has an important role in learning, so the researcher wants to know how the implementation of media, especially audio lingual media, in increasing maharah istima' at the institution.This study uses a qualitative research type using a descriptive approach. About the results of the study of the implementation of audio lingual media in increasing the special mahrah of class XI science students at MA SA Darul Istiqamah Woro Kepohbaru. In collecting the data, the researcher used observation and interview techniques, including interviews with the teacher in charge of the subject. And researchers used data analysis that was carried out continuously during the research process by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions.According to the observations that the researchers got, there are several kinds of media used in learning. Especially for istima' skills in Arabic the teacher gives an incomplete text, and later students are given the task of completing the text by listening to the audio that is played. Thus students can train especially in the ability to express words according to what is heard or commonly called maharah istima'.  

This community service project aims to enhance Sunday School teachers’ ability to use digital media as a tool for children’s faith formation in local churches. The rapid development of information technology requires churches to adapt their educational ministries, including children’s spiritual learning. The training was conducted at the Christian Evangelical Church in Timor (GMIT) Sion Noelbaki Congregation, involving 25 Sunday School teachers. The implementation methods included needs observation, interactive workshops, practical sessions on creating digital Bible content, and direct mentoring in using media such as spiritual videos, PowerPoint, and online platforms (YouTube, Canva, and WhatsApp Groups). Evaluation was carried out through pretest-posttest and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed a 78% increase in teachers’ competence in using digital media after the training. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm and commitment to applying digital media in their children’s ministry. This activity had a positive impact on improving the quality of faith education, making Sunday School learning more engaging, contextual, and relevant to children’s lives in the digital era.

. Based on the results of observations, learning subjects Basic Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering in Vocational High Schools showed low learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes by using audio-visual media in the student facilitator and explaining learning model. This research is a class action research consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection activities. The research subjects were 35 male students in class X Machining at SMK Negeri 1 Cibeber for the 2020/2021 academic year. Based on the results of the written test conducted at the end of cycle I, an average value of 69.92 was obtained with 72% classical completeness. Implementation of improvements in cycle II increased student learning outcomes, with an average score of 78.30 and 76.92% classical completeness.

The subject population in this study were 30 officers who use information systems RME. The object of this study is the implementation of the Electronic Medical Record Information System. Results between independent variables and dependent variables on system users RME information did not have a significant effect, namely 0.813 No according to decision. Simple linear regression test where Ho is greater than 0.05 then the hypothesis beginning rejected that No There is influence between variable free to variable bound in user RME information system.    

Background : Hypertension is a medical condition characterized by increased contraction of arteries which causes resistance to blood flow which increases blood pressure against the walls of blood through narrow blood vessels. Objective : To determine the effect of finger grip relaxation techniques and deep breathing on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Methods : Research design with descriptive method with case study approach. The implementation of Hypertension nursing care was carried out in the internal medicine room starting from June 15 to June 21, 2021. The subjects in this study were 2 patients suffering from hypertension morning and afternoon. Results : After being treated for 3 days, the results showed that the blood pressure of both patients decreased in patient 1 Mr “I” from 180/100 mmHg to 160/90 mmHg, in patients 2 Mrs “S” from 160/100 mmHg to 140/90 mmHg the pain scale of the two patients from 6 (moderate) to 3 (mild) the body is not weak, has started to be energetic and can sleep at night. cooperation between the health team and patients and families is very necessary for the success of nursing care for patients. Conclusion : With the management of finger grip relaxation techniques and deep breathing to reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients with the results of the nursing evaluation the problem was partially resolved.

Therefore, it is necessary to design a packaging design that is in accordance with the regulatory standards of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia and also innovation in packaging design that is able to provide characteristics as a souvenir product typical of the City of Salatiga so that it has an exclusive image on the product and continues to be able to compete against its competitors.The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of packaging design on consumer confidence in buying products based on packaging design and measure the accuracy of the theme of the illustration image on the packaging design of Singkong KejuD-9 as souvenirs typical of the city of Salatiga.The method used is the Research and Development method, starting with (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) packaging design, (4) packaging design validation, (5) packaging design revision, (6 ) product trials, (7) implementation.The results showed that the packaging design had met the requirements and met the requirements for use, judging from the results of the validation it had Cronbach's Alpha Reliability >=0.6 that the questionnaire used was very reliable.

The results achieved are reducing the number of fires due to electrical short circuits and increasing aspects of comfort and convenience for users as well as people with disabilities and the elderly, who find it difficult to stand or to reach lights and the implementation of infrastructure devices, where a series of these tools can work after bluetooth devices are available in the community. android smartphones. connected to the bluetooth module connected to the arduino microcontroller. Basically, using the principle of this tool, the user must be able to operate a smartphone based on the Android operating system. The conclusion is that this equipment has been tested and can be used as a controller of power tools with a lightweight android smartphone via a Bluetooth connection without having to press the switch button.

The lack of appropriate and relevant information about HIV/AIDS, and supported by the curious attitude of teenagers, causes them to become one of the populations with high-risk behavior. Prevention of HIV/AIDS needs to be maintained by teenagers or high school students so that it does not have a comprehensive impact on the health of teenagers, which of course is detrimental to the current generation. The solution that can be done is the delivery of material (education) and how to prevent HIV/AIDS for teenagers so that they do not contract this deadly disease. The form of this activity is in the form of health education from a team of nursing lecturers assisted by students with participants, namely high school teenagers who are participants in this activity as many as 44 students. During the implementation of the activity, don't forget to give quizzes and ways to prevent HIV/AIDS and everything related to HIV disease. /AIDS as part of the goal of mastering the material from participants in this PKM activity. Apart from that, an evaluation of the extent of mastery and benefits of this activity is carried out.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui implementasi Metode Komunikasi Verbal dan Non Verbal untuk meningkatkan Motivasi Berprestai dan Hasil Belajar TPQ Tentang Terjemah Surat An nas pada Siswa kelas 1E semester I SD Muhammadiyah 2 Denpasar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 1 sebanyak 32 orang. Data yang dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menunjukan rata–rata skor motivasi berprestasi, hasil belajar, dan kriteria ketuntasan yang digambarkan dalam bentuk grafik poligon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, dari hasil observasi tentang motivasi belajar sebelum penelitian hanya 60% pada siklus I menjadi 91% sedangkan Prestasi belajar dari post test mulai nilai 61,3 naik menjadi 69,1 ( siklus-I ) kemudian naik lagi menjadi 80,9 pada siklus – II sedangkan ketercapaian ketuntasan belajar dari 40,6% menjadi 65,6% dan pada Siklus-II menjadi 90,6%, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode Komunikasi Verbal dan Non Verbal dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dan Hasil belajar, disamping itu untuk menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan. sehingga secara bertahap prestasi Tahfidz juz 30 peserta didik dapat meningkat. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know the implementation methods of Verbal and Non Verbal Communication to increase Motivation Achievement and Learning Results TPQ About translations of the An nas in the grade 1 Muhammadiyah Primary School 2 nd Denpasar, semester 2. The subject of this research is the grade 1E by as much as 32 people. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative to indicate average score of achievers motivation, learning outcomes, and pass criteria minimals illustrated in graph form polygons. The results of this study showed that, the results of observation of the learning motivation research before just 60% in cycle I becomes 91% whereas the achievement of the learning post test start value rose to 69.1 61.3 (cycle-I) then up again into 80.9 on cycle – II while learning results from 40.6% to 65.6% and cycle-II being 90.6%, it can be concluded that the method of Verbal and Non Verbal Communication can be applied to increase the motivation

As an old educational institution, SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Ajibarang is growing rapidly, however it has not implemented Information Systems and Information Technology optimally in its business processes and does not yet have an Information Systems strategic planning portfolio. This is deemed necessary in making a strategic information system, in order to provide superiority in business competition. Information system strategic planning is one of the keys in implementing information systems and information technology in business activities. Strategic planning in this study uses themethod Ward and Peppard to compile an information system strategic plan at SMK Ma'aif NU 1 Ajibarang and AHP to determine the application roadmap. The results of this analysis define the information system strategic planning company in the form of an information system business strategy, information system management strategy and information technology, information system strategy, information system recommendations, future applications and implementation plans.
