This study aims to explore and evaluate the impact of the work environment and compensation on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Tiumang, with motivation considered as an intervening variable. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The research sample consisted of all teachers working at SMAN 1 Tiumang. The findings indicate that the work environment has a significant positive effect on teacher motivation. Similarly, compensation also plays a crucial role in enhancing motivation, demonstrating a significant and positive influence. However, while the work environment has a positive yet relatively small effect on teacher performance, compensation contributes positively and significantly to improving teacher performance. Motivation is also found to have a significant positive impact on teacher performance. Nevertheless, the study reveals that motivation does not mediate the relationship between the work environment and teacher performance, nor does it mediate the link between compensation and teacher performance.

Mother's milk (ASI) has an important role in increasing the baby's immune system and baby's weight. Breast milk production that is not strong enough causes the baby's needs to not be fulfilled and the failure of exclusive breastfeeding. Based on a survey conducted by the research and development agency in the field of Health, it was found that 46% of the inability to breastfeed occurred due to lack of breast care, 25% due to the frequency of breastfeeding less than 8x/day, 14% due to newborns (LBW), 10% premature, and 5% due to acute or chronic disease. The decrease in breast milk production during the puerperium can be caused by a lack of stimulation of the hormones prolactin and oxytocin which play a very important role in the smooth production of breast milk. Marmet massage and oxytocin massage are safe ways to stimulate the breasts to produce more milk.

The application of good environmental ergonomics and occupational safety can help reduce the number of workplace accidents, improve employee welfare, and increase efficiency and productivity in the workplace. Therefore, research on Environmental Ergonomics and Occupational Safety is needed. To understand the contribution to scientific knowledge in the field of environmental ergonomics in medical record rooms, this study uses a qualitative descriptive research type to systematically describe Environmental Ergonomics and Occupational Safety. Observations in the medical record room at Tiara Hospital in Bekasi related to lighting in the medical record unit room found that the lighting in the medical record unit room was sufficient to assist staff in performing their duties. However, the lighting in the medical record document storage room (filing) is still uneven, and the medical record room door that cannot be locked poses a high risk to document security. Although there is a staff member on duty 24 hours a day, unauthorized individuals can still enter when the staff is inattentive. This can lead to unauthorized access to sensitive medical record documents, the risk of document theft or damage, and potential breaches of patient privacy. Suggestions include improving the lighting in the patient registration area to meet the recommended minimum standards and enhancing the security system, including ensuring that the medical record room door can be properly locked and considering the use of additional security technologies such as CCTV and access control systems.

The research aims to analyze how far work discipline and work facilities influence the level of effectiveness of employee performance at Ibis Hotel Padang. The method applied in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data in the form of numbers was obtained through distributing questionnaires, and processed using SPSS version 26. The research results showed that work discipline and work facilities had an impact on employee effectiveness. Hypothesis testing using analysis with multiple linear regression results shows that the F value of 39.272 is greater than the F value of 3.15, with a significance level of 0.00 which is smaller than 0.05.  This shows that the variables work discipline (X1) and work facilities (X2) have an effect on work productivity (Y), and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Furthermore, the regression coefficient for variable X1 was obtained at 0.088 with a significance level of 0.019 (smaller than 0.05). Meanwhile, variable X2 has a regression coefficient of 0.654 with a significance level of 0.00 (smaller than 0.05). This indicates that an increase of one in work discipline may increase the effectiveness of employee performance by 0.088, while every increase of one in work facilities will increase the effectiveness of employee performance by 0.654. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that the influence of work discipline (X1) and work facilities (X2) on employee performance effectiveness (Y) is 55.7%.
