The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of PT Pardasyi Cahaya Abadi employees partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study is all employees of PT Pardasyi Cahaya Abadi. The sample in this study uses the entire population as a sample of 38 employees of PT Pardasyi Cahaya Abadi. The data collection techniques in this study use interview, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Instrument Test, the Classical Assumption Test, the Hypothesis Test using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test and the Determination Coefficient Test (R2). Data processing in this study uses the SPSS software program version 27. The results of this study prove that partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Pardasyi Cahaya Abadi employees

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style, compensation and work environment on performance with motivation as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on employees at the Branch Collection Unit & Recovery Asset Sales of PT Bank Tabungan Negara, West Java Regional Office. Sampling was carried out using saturated sampling technique, with a total sample size of 123 samples, which were spread across 10 offices of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, West Java Regional Office. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used structural equation modeling with the smartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that, leadership style, compensation, work environment, motivation and performance, in very good condition. Leadership style, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on motivation. Leadership style, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Leadership style, compensation and work environment affect performance with motivation as an intervening variable.  

The advancement of technology and changes in lifestyle have become triggers for deviant behavior, potentially causing mental health issues. Mental health is an increasingly crucial aspect of societal well-being. Optimal mental health impacts individuals' awareness of their potential, their ability to manage life pressures stably, productive performance in work, and active participation in community life. The negative stigma in society towards individuals with mental disorders further exacerbates the number of affected individuals. In Indonesia, this issue is gaining more attention due to its impact on the quality of life for individuals and society as a whole. Mental disorders necessitate a holistic and innovative approach to rehabilitation efforts. Therefore, it is essential to establish specialized rehabilitation centers for individuals with mental disorders, providing support in both physical and mental recovery processes. Well-designed and functional spaces play a key role in enhancing the psychological well-being of individuals, creating an environment that is safe, comfortable, and preserves privacy. By adopting the Behavioral Architecture approach in design, it is expected to create an environment that meets the needs of patients and positively influences the behavior, perceptions, and feelings of everyone involved in the activities.

Sanitation workers play a vital role in maintaining environmental cleanliness. However, many of them neglect their personal hygiene. Sanitation workers are professions that regularly wear closed shoes for long periods,the humid, hot, and dirty work environment promotes fungal infections in toenails, known as onychomycosis. The purpose of this study is to analyze the presence of the fungus Trichophyton rubrum on the toenails of the sanitation workers of the Surabaya Environmental Service Department. This study is a descriptive laboratory observation. The research was conducted from February 23 to March 13, 2024. Sample collection took place at Surabaya Environmental Service Department, and the study carried out at Mycology Laboratory of the Medical Laboratory Technology Department, Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya. The samples in this study consisted of toenails from 30 sanitation workers members. The examination was conducted using the culture method on SDA media, incubated for 7-14 days, followed by macroscopic and microscopic observations. The results showed that 2 samples were positive for Trichophyton rubrum (6.7%), 23 samples were positive for Aspergillus sp., (76.7%), 4 samples were positive for Rhizopus sp., (13.3%), and 1 sample was positive for Penicillium sp., (3.3%). The conclusion is, out of 30 samples, 2 individuals (6.7%) tested positive for Trichophyton rubrum, while the remaining 28 samples (93.3%) tested negative for Trichophyton rubrum.

The purpose of this study is to understand the role of Panti Jompo Anugrah Pematang Siantar in achieving the happiness of the elderly. Nursing homes are very important to provide a safe environment and adequate care to improve the quality of life of the elderly, because they often face various social and emotional challenges. The interactions, conversations, and narratives among the elderly, workers, and the head of the foundation were analyzed in this study through discourse studies. This study was conducted with a qualitative approach and used participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. This study involved the elderly living in Panti Jompo Anugrah Pematang Siantar, nursing home employees, and the head of the foundation. This study is expected to provide a better understanding of the role of nursing homes in fulfilling the happiness of the elderly. The results are also expected to help related parties, including the government, elderly care institutions, and the general public, develop more efficient ways to improve the quality of life of the elderly living in nursing homes.

The "Seminar : on the Importance of the First 1000 Days of Life in Preventing Stunting in Sukadiri Village" program is an initiative designed as part of Community Service in the Integrated Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities of the University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT). This program aims to overcome the problem of stunting in children in Sukadiri village. By inviting active community participation, this program encourages activities to prevent stunting from the first day of the child in the womb. This seminar program does not focus only on mothers who attend this seminar, but can be distributed to local residents and in the integrated health post program. Through the presentation of seminar material entitled The Importance of the First 1000 Days of Life in Preventing Stunting, the community is not only expected to be able to meet their own needs but can also increase the potential of a new mother. This initiative aims to build awareness of the importance of the first 1000 days of life in preventing stunting for health. The conclusion of this program shows that community involvement in the Seminar on the Importance of the First 1000 Days of Life in Preventing Stunting not only has a positive impact on the environment, but also strengthens a better life in the future.

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and motivation on the performance of teachers at SMAN 6 in Tasikmalaya City. This study focuses on understanding how several aspects of leadership, such as creating a conducive work environment, implementing discipline, and recognizing teacher contributions, impact their performance and motivation. Data was collected by a structured questionnaire distributed to 49 teachers, encompassing 18 indicators for leadership style, 8 indicators for work motivation, and 10 indicators for performance measured using a Likert scale. This research design is quantitative in nature, aiming to gather empirical evidence on the variables under investigation. Structured questionnaires are utilized to gather data from a sample of teachers at SMAN 6 Tasikmalaya. The research sample consisted of 49 respondents, and data analysis was conducted using SPSS. The research findings indicate that the leadership style of the school principal has a significant positive impact on teacher performance. Key aspects such as maintaining physical facilities, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment, and facilitating effective communication contribute to higher levels of teacher satisfaction and performance. Furthermore, the work motivation of teachers, driven by recognition of their efforts and consistent implementation of discipline, also significantly affects their performance. This finding indicates that both leadership style and work motivation are crucial in enhancing teachers' performance. Effective leadership that supports a positive and disciplined work environment, coupled with enough recognition and appreciation for teachers' contributions, leads to improved teacher performance. This research emphasizes the significance of strategic leadership and motivation in the educational environment, and suggests that school administrators prioritize these factors to achieve better educational outcomes.

This research was conducted for three months using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that from the aspect of Organizational Characteristics, namely the form of supervision carried out by the Environmental Service through employees who worked in the field, it was approved and recommended by the Head of the Department of Environment. For specialized employees or field staff who carry out supervision, there must be a specialization to support better work abilities, as well as DLH employees in carrying out their duties, namely supervising companies that are directly related, more flexible and able to adapt, if this is indeed the case. not something urgent. For the Environmental Characteristic aspect, it is important for employees to adapt to the work environment, in this case, the Prabumulih City DLH employees must be able to adjust the conditions in the DLH office and also adapt to the conditions in the field in carrying out supervision in the hope that any decisions to be taken are right there. Aspects of Employee Characteristics, namely DLH employees in having good quality because they are in accordance with the educational qualifications and skills possessed, then also in carrying out employee duties ensuring that every company in Prabumulih City can progress but still ensuring the environment in the form of rivers, land and others does not damaged by pollution. As for the aspects of Management Policy and Practice, namely internal vertical and horizontal communication within the DLH Department, it is quite good, then communication with other institutions is also quite good. Then at the DLH Office, there are rarely awards given to employees, so it can be said that the reward system has not been able to stimulate employees to seek effective performance creation and performance and performance development.

This research aims to describe the forms and strategies used by the main female character in fighting for her existence. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research found that the forms of existence of the female main character in the short story anthology Kabut di Teras Senja by Sutini are events experienced by the main character in her relationship with other people and her environment which shows and strengthens her existence as a woman. In the short story anthology Kabut di Teras Senja by Sutini there are sentences and paragraphs that show the experiences of the main character in the short story anthology Kabut di Teras Senja by Sutini such as women can work, women can become intellectuals, women can work to achieve social change in society and women can reject his otherness. The scheduling and resource allocation procedure is an essential component of cloud resource management. Effective resource allocation is severely hampered by the task arrival rates' erratic and unclear behavior. To prevent under or overusing resources, an effective scheduling strategy is necessary. To improve scheduling and allocation performance, a multi-objective optimization technique is presented for the best resource allocation and task scheduling inside scientific workflow datasets in a heterogeneous environment. In the first stage, the system calculates four key metrics: Communication Cost, Computation Cost, Earliest Finished Time on a particular VM, and Total Task Length for a specific scientific workflow dataset. These metrics provide a comprehensive understanding of the resource requirements and help make informed scheduling decisions. In the second stage, tasks are clustered using the K-Means clustering algorithm. This clustering groups similar tasks together, making managing and scheduling them easier. In the third stage, the proposed resource allocation algorithm allocates the clustered tasks to the appropriate VMs. This step ensures that the tasks are assigned to the best-suited resources, optimizing the overall system performance and resource utilization. By following this multi-stage process, the system aims to achieve optimal resource allocation and task scheduling, thereby improving the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud resource management. The proposed method significantly outperforms PSO, CSO, and GWO by consistently achieving lower Makespan—under 400 units at 50 tasks—while maintaining high resource utilization rates above 0.75, demonstrating superior efficiency in task execution and resource management.

Eligibility for new employees includes individuals who have skills appropriate to the position they are applying for, have a high willingness to learn, communicate well, and have integrity and good work ethics. Kendari Beach is said to be strategic because it is crowded with residents both in the city and outside the city of Kendari to just hang out, go for a walk or enjoy various culinary delights. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the shop and restaurant business. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on shop and restaurant businesses in terms of work environment, workforce, procurement of raw materials, number of customers and business turnover and income in the Kendari Beach area, West Kendari District, Kendari City. The determination of the research area was carried out purposively with the consideration that the Kendari Beach area is one of the culinary tourism areas that is quite popular with the community. The number of respondents in this study were 28 shop businesses and 3 restaurant businesses. Data analysis used descriptive analysis through a Likert scale and quantitative analysis through paired t tests. The results of the study show that the Covid-19 pandemic has no impact on employment and raw material procurement. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has had quite an impact on the environment and work operations. Furthermore, the Covid-19 pandemic has greatly impacted the number of customers as well as turnover and income. The strategy adopted by several shop and restaurant businesses in the Kendari Beach area to maintain and develop their business is to open a business earlier than usual and comply with all the requirements in order to receive assistance from the government.

The purpose of this service is to educate the Concept of Waste Bank, Green Economy, and Money Supply to the Community in Medan Belawan District. The special target in this community service is for the workers of the Blessing Waste Bank in Medan Belawan District to know what the Waste Bank, Green Economy, and Money Supply to the Community in Medan Belawan District is, how its application is an opportunity for household income, for example by becoming a new source of income from saving household waste that has been implemented so that they are able to read the economic and environmental problems that occur. From this community service, it shows the results that with the existence of the Waste Bank, the application of the Green Economy concept can be seen from the collection of household waste that is easily collected at the Waste Bank, the community becomes a customer, has savings, withdraws money, then continues to spend consumption from the money which means that there are selling and buying activities in the market because of the money circulating in the community. This affects economic activities in the Medan Belawan District area.

Bullying in the school environment, especially at the high school level, has become an issue that is increasingly disturbing and urgent to be addressed. Many students who are victims of bullying experience lasting negative impacts, both psychologically and socially. This phenomenon not only affects students' academic lives, but can also result in serious emotional problems, such as depression and anxiety. Therefore, it is important to find effective solutions to prevent bullying behavior in schools. In this research, researchers used interview methods to explore in-depth data about individual experiences, opinions or feelings that are difficult to measure quantitatively. The role of Indonesian language teachers is very strategic. Apart from teaching language and literature, teachers have the opportunity to instill moral values ​​through selected learning materials. Literary works, for example, often contain themes of humanity and social interaction that are relevant to bullying behavior. By integrating Christian values ​​in language learning, teachers can help students understand the importance of empathy and compassion in relationships between people. From the results of research that has been conducted, it is clear that Indonesian language teachers at Marisi Medan Private High School have a crucial role in preventing bullying through instilling Christian values.

Drug abuse is still often found in the surrounding environment, especially among teenagers who are still at school. In Indonesia, drug abuse or illegal drugs is a use that is not for health but for recreation. Most drug users are among teenagers who are still at school, especially among high school students who can be said to be the time when teenagers are searching for their identity. The effect that drugs have on users will cause discomfort and can be psychologically disturbing for users. The aim of this research is to determine family social support for drug abuse. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. The technique for determining informants uses a purposive technique with five key informants and five supporting informants. The research results show that the causes of drug abuse are caused by the environment, high curiosity and other external factors that encourage informants to abuse drugs. The impacts experienced by drug abuse are divided into two categories, namely physical impacts such as withdrawal, while psychological impacts such as slow work, carelessness and difficulty concentrating. Family social support has four supports, namely: informational, assessment, instrumental and emotional.

The physical work environment and non-physical work environment play an important role in supporting the productivity and operational efficiency of a company. This study aims to analyze work environment factors on business processes in the Production Procurement Department of the Supply Chain Division of PT PAL Indonesia with the challenges of adapting to changes in the workplace and the application of new technology, through several aspects of the work environment, such as work atmosphere, relationships between coworkers and relationships between subordinates and leaders. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results showed that a conducive work atmosphere, effective communication between colleagues, and leadership support play an active and significant role in operational success. A good work environment improves performance and supports the achievement of company goals.

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the District Integrated Administration Service (PATEN) on public services at the Banyuasin III District Head Office, Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted for three months using a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by presenting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the organizational characteristics in Banyuasin III District in providing administrative services were quite good, where the organizational structure and management went well, each employee had individual skills and abilities that could be developed as well as good adaptability in dealing with situations. certain situations. Environmental characteristics, in administrative services in the District, can be said to be able to read the environmental situation and adjust to existing conditions, meaning that they continue to learn and work well in order to serve the needs of the community in today's modern era. Employees, besides that they must continue to learn and develop in the face of the increasing needs of the community in managing administration in the District, on the other hand they must also behave well and be trustworthy in carrying out their duties. Vertical and horizontal communication at the Banyuasin III District Office has been running well. Then for the reward itself, although it has not been fully implemented, it has been carried out gradually to improve employee performance. As for the attention to employees is quite good.

This Ecoprint Workshop aims to introduce the ecoprint technique to the Leuweung Tiis RW 01 community as one of the environmentally friendly methods in dyeing fabrics and opening up business opportunities for local communities through the creative economy. Ecoprint uses natural materials such as leaves, flowers, and other plant materials to produce unique motifs and colors. In this workshop, participants are taught how to utilize natural ingredients available in the surrounding environment to create products with high economic value. The results of this activity show that participants not only master the basic ecoprint techniques, but also understand the potential of ecoprint development as a promising business opportunity.
