This community engagement article aims to enhance the legal awareness and digital literacy of students at SMA Negeri 1 Wangon in addressing the growing phenomenon of sexual violence in digital spaces, particularly in the era of artificial intelligence. The primary issue faced by Generation Z today is a lack of legal understanding and weak digital ethics, which makes them vulnerable to becoming both victims and perpetrators of online sexual violence. The program employed a participatory approach using methods such as observation, group discussions, case simulations, and evaluation through pre- and post-tests. The results indicate that the legal and digital literacy education program significantly improved participants’ understanding of legal frameworks, including the Law on Sexual Violence Crimes (UU TPKS) and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE). The program also fostered awareness of digital ethics and the importance of personal data security. The implementation process revealed high levels of enthusiasm among students, particularly during the creation of anti-sexual violence digital campaigns, which were later published on the school's social media platforms. This program had a positive impact on students’ ability to recognize, prevent, and respond to digital sexual violence, while also encouraging the formation of a legally conscious student community that can serve as a driving force for digital cultural transformation within the school environment.

This paper explores the potential of integrating Sharia-compliant financial technology (fintech) innovations with sukuk issuance to drive sustainable infrastructure development in emerging economies. With the rise of digital transformation and the increasing focus on sustainable development, the Islamic financial system provides a unique opportunity to reconcile financial innovation with ethical principles. The study highlights how Sharia fintech platforms, such as crowdfunding and blockchain, can enhance the efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of sukuk as a financial instrument. At the same time, sukuk addresses the significant financing gap in infrastructure development while adhering to Islamic principles, such as avoiding riba (interest), gharar (uncertainty), and maysir (speculation). Through a comprehensive literature review and empirical analysis, this research identifies the gaps in existing approaches to financing sustainable infrastructure in emerging economies and proposes a novel integration framework. Findings suggest that the convergence of Sharia fintech and sukuk can facilitate financial inclusion, attract a broader investor base, and accelerate infrastructure financing. Furthermore, this integration supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by ensuring that financial tools align with social justice and environmental stewardship. This study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on Islamic finance by providing actionable insights for policymakers, financial institutions, and fintech developers. It emphasizes the importance of regulatory frameworks and cross-sector collaboration to unlock the full potential of Sharia-complian

This study aims to examine violations of the Indonesian Advertising Code of Ethics (EPI) in television advertisements and explore the root causes of these violations. A qualitative approach was used, with data collection techniques including literature review, advertisement analysis, and exploration of digital sources such as YouTube, blogs, and online platforms. The study analyzes two advertisements in depth: SoKlin Sakura x Strawberry and Torabika Cappuccino coffee. The findings show that the SoKlin advertisement violates Article 1.26 of the Indonesian Advertising Code of Ethics (EPI) by using an unethical camera angle that highlights women's bodies, thereby containing subtle elements of sexual exploitation. Meanwhile, the Torabika advertisement was found to violate Article 1.2.2 of the EPI by making the superlative claim of being “number one in the world” without providing verifiable evidence. This violation is considered misleading to consumers and detrimental to the credibility of the advertisement. This study emphasizes the importance of adhering to advertising ethics codes, particularly in maintaining honesty, relevance, and social responsibility in every message communicated to the public.

Mining activities in the Raja Ampat area have sparked various public reactions, both supportive and critical, particularly on social media platforms such as Twitter. This study aims to analyze public sentiment regarding the mining operations by employing two classification algorithms. A total of 500 tweets related to Raja Ampat were collected from the X platform, and after data cleaning, 168 were identified as positive sentiments and 303 as negative. Sentiment analysis was conducted using text mining techniques by comparing two algorithms: Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naïve Bayes. To address the issue of data imbalance, the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) was applied. The analysis results showed that SVM achieved an accuracy of 80%, outperforming Naïve Bayes, which reached only 68%. This indicates that SVM performed better in classifying sentiment. Additionally, the application of SMOTE effectively enhanced both algorithms’ abilities to detect positive sentiment, as reflected in the precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. For SVM, precision reached 85%, recall 80%, and F1-score 80%, while Naïve Bayes recorded a precision and recall of 69%, and an F1-score of 68%.
