The purpose of writing the article is to analyze the functions and roles of BKN, the role of BKN in preventing corruption for civil servants, and the implementation of corruption prevention policies or programs in the field by BKN in efforts to prevent civil servant corruption. Employees are workers both physically and mentally and their presence is needed because they are one of the most important means of effort to achieve certain goals. The writing method that we use in writing this paper is normative juridical, namely an approach through researching doctrinal laws using secondary data sources. The BKN as an institution of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to better manage government personnel. The BKN was established to function not only to collect administrative data, but to develop the competence of civil servants in a more effective way so that they can provide support for development missions, governance, and public services. Corruption is the root of the country's problems and is the most important cause of poverty, therefore it must be dealt with. The causes of corruption very often occur such as the absence of strict sanctions, weak religious and ethical education, lack of education, bad environment, radical change, poverty, and the state of society. Humans are basically spiritual beings. Because, a person can mentally react to something. Humans have always tried to relate to the divine. So the relationship with the god is in the form of worship. The concept of worship in both the Old and New Testaments is the same concept. The Hebrew word for century and the Greek for the beginning of latreia denote the occupation of slaves. And to perform "worship". Before Allah, then His servants must bow down in fear of adoration full of awe, awe and respect. This is the concept behind one's operation in every sacrificial activity in every ministry. Likewise with the implementation of public worship believing in the Lord Jesus. Human sacrifices given as thanksgiving offerings to God are part of worship. No after service offers. This is because the offer is not simply a symbol of giving with what one has, whether in money, or in kind, or in some other way. But the best thing about an offer is that to whom the offer is made the Lord Jesus must be based on faith or the right foundation of a gift from someone else or for some other purpose. Friendships with people from different ethnicities and cultures sometimes lead to invisible conflicts. Problems arise when students from across the region gather and speak their local language even though there are other students who do not understand their language. Ideally when together with people from other regions it would be very good to use Indonesian as a unifying language. In developing national insight, there are three important values ​​that must be implemented, namely sacrifice, equality and kinship. A person's national insight becomes important as a person's perspective on himself as a nation that reflects a sense and spirit of nationalism and is able to maintain his identity as a nation with character. The aims of this study: 1) to describe family values ​​in the campus environment, 2) to describe the values ​​of sacrifice in the campus environment, 3) to describe the values ​​of equality in the campus environment; 4) describe the implementation of national insights for STPKat students. The study used descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques, namely data triangulation with interviews and questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The research respondents were students of St. Francis of Assisi College of Pastoral Catechetics (STPKat) Semarang. The results of the study show that: 1) The family values ​​of STPKat students can be applied by implementing an attitude of mutual respect for differences in ethnicity, race, culture and language in friendship relations, 2) the values ​​of sacrifice are carried out by adjusting ethnicity, race, culture and language with friends from other regions and, 3) the value of equality is carried out by recognizing that diversity in STPKat has the same or equal position.

The existence of legal aid in a legal state is a necessity to provide legal assistance for the poor as mandated by the constitution. The implementation of the provision of legal aid to citizens is an effort to fulfill and at the same time as the implementation of a state of law that recognizes and protects and guarantees the human rights of citizens for the need for access to justice and equality before the law. The purpose of this service is to provide information to the community regarding the existence of legal aid for the poor in Pasarwajo Subdistrict This service activity is carried out in the form of lectures, questions and answers / discussions in which the speaker presents the material or presentation of the material then continues with a two-way discussion (question and answer). The findings obtained, that so far the community has not received complete information about legal assistance to the poor without being charged. After the socialization activity, the community, especially those in Pasarwajo Sub-district, had received information about legal aid. In addition, the activity was followed up with the formation of an institution that focuses on assisting legal cases affecting the poor in Pasarwajo Sub-district.

Employee performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of an activity program or policy to realize the goals, objectives, vision and mission of an organization as outlined in a strategic plan. Punishment or punishment is a form of procedure or action given to individuals or groups for mistakes, violations or crimes that are made in the form of negative reinforcement or suffering in the context of fostering and improving behavior so that it does not happen again. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline partially on employee performance at PT. Deli Rubber Industry especially in the R1B section. The method in this study used a quantitative approach and the number of samples taken in this study were 104 respondents, the data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS 25 program, so that research shows that work discipline partially affects employee performance.

In the archive management system in a company, it is necessary to renew the archive management so that the records can be managed properly. The problem in this study is that the archive management system at the PT INSURIN Balikpapan Certification section can still be said to be less than optimal, due to the lack of knowledge about archive management and also a lack of awareness of the importance of archives. This study aims to develop a digital archive management system that can facilitate the search for archival data that is safe, fast, accurate, and more efficient. In this study, the type of research used was descriptive research with a qualitative approach using descriptive data analysis. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, and use of seven other stages in the preparation of the system, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the testing stage, the analysis stage, the feedback stage, the repair stage, and the validation stage. The data analysis technique is through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the preparation of the application program that has been compiled can be used in archival management activities at the PT INSURIN Certification section to replace the previous system because it is considered effective but still requires the addition of other menus, especially in terms of archive search. It still needs development with the addition of other menus considering the many tools offered in the Microsoft Access application so that the system becomes more innovative, as well as renewal of archival equipment in the form of a roller-type scanner so that the process of scanning reports can be more practical and effective.

The ability of children to recognize the letters of the Qur'an in Taam Darul Huda is still low. Almost all students know hijaiyyah letters, but have not been able to pronounce and write letters without seeing examples. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of introducing the letters of the Qur'an with the media playing flashcards in Ta'am Nurul Huda. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the implementation of introducing the letters of the Qur'an with the media playing flashcards carried out by teachers at Taam Nurul Huda can actually help students memorize hijaiyah letters. The learning approach designed by the teachers is carried out through four stages, namely the preparation, implementation, self-learning, and evaluation stages.

This journal is conducted with research, which aims to determine and define how the effect of the implementation of educational supervision by the principal on teacher performance in schools.  This research was conducted using one approach, namely qualitative approach. The educators in schools became the subject of research by taking samples of several teachers, using proportional random sampling techniques, and from the research and assessment it can be seen that the implementation of educational supervision by the principal has a positive effect on teacher performance and the implementation of educational supervision by the principal is also very impactful on teacher performance in schools.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the principal's leadership in improving the quality of schools UPT SPF SD Negeri 101776 Sampali. The method used in this research is qualitative research, and is analyzed using a descriptive analysis approach that describes the implementation of the transformational leadership of school principals at UPT SPF SD Negeri 101776 Sampali. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and document studies. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of the principal's transformational leadership has been going well but is still not optimal. This can be seen from the school principal's ability to build a spirit of togetherness and discipline and motivate teachers and employees to work optimally. Principals dare to make changes through creative and innovative actions and are able to build organizational awareness among teachers and employees by developing an attitude of belonging and a sense of responsibility.

Previous literature review studies have explored the current status of digital marketing implementation in Indonesia by the SME, a literature review that focuses explicitly on digital marketing implementation is scarce. The objective of this scoping review was to map the existing digital marketing knowledge to meet digital marketing practices. The scoping review followed the protocol outlined by Arksey and O'Malley (Arksey & O’Malley, 2005) that has five main stages: (1) identifying research questions; (2) identifying relevant studies; (3) study selection; (4) data charting, and (5) collating, summarizing and reporting the results. The reviewed studies were selected from two electronic databases: Scopus and Google Scholar within six years time span (2017-2023). The results of the scoping review indicated that the majority of the SME already knowing about digital marketing. However, as has been claimed by Aries Kurniawan and Asharudin (Kurniawan & Asharudin, 2018), SME have some obstacles that must be handle so they can survive and grow. Emphasis should be given to how to understanding digital marketing strategic and how to upgrade SME's knowledge about digital marketing. According to Katoyusyi Kano (Kano et al., 2022), digital marketing strategies from the consumer perspective should be given more attention in order to make digital marketing more effective in attracting attention and winning consumer trust.

The background of this thesis is that it starts from the rapid growth of information technology-based lending service providers, apparently not balanced with adequate education to the public, causing various effects / risks that arise from the many kinds of online loans and there are still many unregistered or illegal organizing companies found as well as the potential for leaking user personal data that can be misused by the organizing company or another party One of the platforms is the Smart Credit App.   The problems that the author raises in this study are How to Arrange Online Loans on the Smart Credit Application, How are the Losses arising from online borrowing of the Smart Credit Application and How is the Responsibility of the Smart Credit Application for Losses from Customers. The research method used by the author in answering problems is Normative Juridical Research where the author tries to examine problems with existing legal rules and uses the literature study method in collecting existing legal materials. The conclusion of this thesis research is that Online Loans through the Smart “Credit Application in the people of Semarang City are regulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code which in essence stipulates thatagreements made online must still meet the legal requirements of an agreement. The implementation is regulated in POJK regulation 77/2016 concerning Technology-based Loan Services. Customer protection in online loan agreements can be found in the Consumer Protection Law in article 7 which regulates the Obligations of Business Actors, then Article 8 which regulates things that are prohibited from being done by Business Actors, and Article 18 which regulates the provisions of matters related to the Standard Clause. ITE Law, where in Article 11 and Article 17 of the ITE Law regulates matters related to the validity of electronic agreements, OJK Regulation Number 77 / POJK / 2016 concerning Services of a Loan in the form of Money Based on Information Technology which is regulated through article 18 concerning the Form and Structure of online loan agreements. The disadvantage that often arises from the Smart Credit Application is the dissemination of personal data carried out by the Smart Credit Application because the Debtor does not make payments on time, so the debt Collector uses techniques to use the dissemination of personal data to pressure the Debtor to immediately make payments, Juridical Responsibility The Kredit Pintar application for actions committed for defamation can be held civil liability through a Tort Lawsuit as stipulated in article” 1365 of the Civil Code filed by Customers who feel aggrieved because their identity is used in the misuse of personal data.   Keywords : Online Loans, Smart Credit Applications.

Learning strategies can be interpreted as an outline of a course or general patterns of activities carried out by an educator and students in the embodiment of teaching and learning activities to achieve the goals outlined. There are several problems found by researchers in research locations, especially in the learning process of Akidah Akhlak at MTsS Miftahul Huda Silikuan Hulu Village, Ukui District, namely, students are not able to directly absorb the material presented by the teacher, lack of enthusiasm of students in class when learning Akidah Akhlak which causes some students to not care about the material presented by the teacher, and the teacher's lack of understanding of the application of learning strategies which can be seen from the learning process the teacher only uses monotonous learning strategies so that it does not increase the learning enthusiasm of students in the classroom. This research includes qualitative research, the data collected is in the form of words and pictures, in this case it is explaining how teachers use learning strategies. Researchers collected data through interviews, documentation, and field notes. Data were analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Techniques for guaranteeing the validity of the data are source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. Based on the results of the research that the researchers conducted, it can be concluded that: (1) The strategies used by the aqidah moral teachers in class VIII semester 2 of MTsS Miftahul Huda Siliuan Hulu Village, Ukui District, namely problem-based strategies, discovery learning strategies, and cooperative learning strategies (2) Steps -Steps for implementing learning strategies in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak a. Opening learning activities, b. Explain the competence to be achieved, c. Educators help students define organizing tasks. d. Educators and students arrange tasks together. e. Students collect information according to the problem being discussed. f. Educators supervise the course of learning activities g. The teacher gives an explanation of the material. (3) Obstacles faced in implementing the implementation of the learning strategy of aqidah morals at MTsS Miftahul Huda Silikuan Hulu Village, namely the lack of teacher preparation in implementing learning, for the learning process to be carried out suddenly.

Service innovation refers to the development and implementation of new or improved services that better meet the needs and wants of customers. The objective of service innovation is to provide a unique and differentiated customer experience that sets a business apart from its competitors. Although the importance of service innovation in improving customer experience is widely recognized, there is a lack of clarity on how service innovation can be effectively implemented to enhance customer experience. This systematic literature review (SLR) aims to fill this gap by synthesizing existing research on service innovation and its impact on customer experience.

This research aims to examine the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and the implementation of the company's Internal Control System. Data analysis used the positivism philosophy method in a family business company engaged in the manufacturing industry since 1946. Informants were determined by purposive sampling, namely, taken from the top management, middle management, and staff groups. Data analysis techniques in this study used a case study approach through interviews. Research results: GCG implementation is not following best practices by this family business company, and Internal Control System implementation has not become aware by management.

The lack of habituation of Pancasila values ​​in implementing citizenship education will cause the morals or morals and character of elementary school children not to be in accordance with Pancasila values ​​that have been taught in citizenship education subjects as a form of implementation. This research is based on literature study. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative critical, namely with more emphasis on the ability to analyze and study the selected literary sources. The results showed that the implementation of citizenship education based on Pancasila values ​​through habituation to cultivate character in elementary schools was carried out by getting students to pray before and at the end of learning, mutual respect for teachers, tolerance, not discriminating between friends based on their religion, not bullying friends, loving each other. and respect fellow human beings, accustomed to making decisions by deliberation, making friends with anyone.

Today the development of the retail business in Indonesia shows a very positive trend. This is shown by the ever-increasing number of minimarkets in Indonesia. This research was conducted at PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan and aims to determine the implementation of retail management strategies at PT. Bumi Nyiur Supermarket head office. This research is a qualitative research and primary data sources using data collection techniques, namely observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the implementation uses four management aspects, namely marketing aspects, production aspects, human resource management aspects and financial aspects.

The misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers is a serious concern in counseling services at MAN 4 Medan. This study aims to identify the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers, the impacts of misdiagnosis, and appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study were three guidance counselors or BK teachers and ten students from grades X and XI. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers consisted of three types, namely errors in identifying problems, errors in evaluating problems, and errors in determining actions. The impact of misdiagnosis was the incorrect handling of student problems, resulting in problems not being resolved well and potentially worsening the situation for students. Appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan include improving the quality of training and supervision for guidance counselors or BK teachers, increasing collaboration between guidance counselors or BK teachers and subject teachers and parents, and increasing the utilization of information and communication technology in counseling services. In conclusion, misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers has a significant impact on students and requires appropriate handling efforts in BK services. Therefore, there needs to be serious attention to the implementation of BK services at MAN 4 Medan to avoid misdiagnosis that can harm students.

The reason for the author to raise this scientific work in the form of a thesis is because the writer found that in implementing the pledge method in tahfiz Al-Qur'an there were still obstacles faced by the teacher in implementing the pledge method. The problem that the author examines is how to implement the pledge method in tahfiz Al-Qur'an and the obstacles faced by teachers and students when using the pledge method at the TI Tarusan Kamang Islamic Boarding School. And this study aims to determine the implementation and constraints in using the tikrar method in tahfiz Al-Qur'an. This study uses a type of field research (field research) with a descriptive qualitative research type, which describes a phenomenon that occurs in accordance with existing data in the field. This study used two informants, namely the key informant was the tahfiz teacher at the Tarusan Kamang Islamic Boarding School, and the supporting informant was the students of the Tarusan Kamang Islamic Boarding School. Data collection techniques that researchers use are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research conducted, the researchers found that at the Tarusan Kamang Islamic Boarding School not all students had Al-Qur'an tikrar and did not use the columns provided in the Al-Qur'an tikrar to mark the limits of memorization, muraja'ah and recitations.

. A marriage is an agreement based on personal voluntary agreement between a man and a woman to become husband and wife. In Indonesia, the contract or agreement is called a marriage contract (nuptial agreement or marriage). Pre-nuptial agreement is an agreement made by the prospective bride and groom before the marriage takes place so that it becomes a legal couple. Properly the contract The prenuptial agreement is also binding on both the bride and groom and contains issues of dividing the assets of the two parties or relating to the personal assets of both parties so that they can be separated, if one day there is a separation. An agreement is an event where a person promises to another person or where two people promise each other to do something. When compared to an engagement with an agreement, apart from the agreement being a source of engagement other than the law, the engagement is also an understanding that is still abstract, because the parties are said to carry out something, while the agreement is already a concrete understanding, because the parties are said to carry out something certain events. This research is a type of legal research that uses a normative juridical approach. The implementation of the marriage agreement so that the agreement is valid in the eyes of the law, the agreement must be made authentically before a notary. The prenuptial agreement is made for the benefit of legal protection of each other's innate assets, namely the property of the prospective husband or the property of the prospective wife. By making a Pre-Marriage Agreement, it will provide a sense of security to the prospective husband and wife in carrying out their household ark. Prenuptial agreements are made to confirm assets, rights of husband/wife, obligations of husband/wife and responsibilities of each party.

The problem of substance abuse has made all countries in the world worried. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime  noted that at least 271 million people worldwide or 5.5% had consumed substances in 2017. The dangers of substance abuse in users have an impact on biological, psychological and social aspects. These various adverse impacts will certainly have an impact on psychological conditions and a decrease in self-esteem, which in turn can lead to a decrease in quality of life. Community therapy is a treatment that uses a psychosocial approach, a community of addicts who help each other to recover and keep quitting substances. Implementation of drug rehabilitation with community therapy methods can improve psychopathology, self-image and quality of life.
