This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) Work discipline of CV Mendong K Craft Tasikmalaya employees. (2) Communication of CV Mendong K Craft Tasikmalaya employees. (3) Performance of CV Mendong K Craft Tasikmalaya employees. (4) Effect of Discipline and Communication on the Performance of CV Mendong K Craft Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis, namely validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance at CV. Mendong K Craft Tasikmalaya. This means that if work discipline is improved, then employee performance at CV. Mendong K Craft Tasikmalaya will also improve. (2) Communication has a positive effect on employee performance at CV. Mendong K Craft Tasikmalaya. This means that if communication is improved, then employee performance at CV. Mendong K Craft Tasikmalaya will also improve. (3) Work discipline and communication have a positive effect on employee performance at CV. Mendong K Craft Tasikmalaya. This means that if work discipline and communication are improved, then employee performance at CV. Mendong K Craft Tasikmalaya will also improve.

(2) The effectiveness of employee work at the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency. (3) The effect of the management information system on the effectiveness of employee work at the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis, namely validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Simple Linear Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) The information management system in the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency is very high. The highest value on the system quality indicator and the lowest value on the usage indicator. (2) The effectiveness of employee work at the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency is very high. The highest value on the time measurement indicator and the lowest value on the result measurement indicator. (3) The information management system has a positive effect on the effectiveness of employee work at the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency. This means that if the information management system is improved, the effectiveness of employee work at the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency will also increase.

Regarding the implementation of employee performance of the Housing, Residential Areas and Land Agency of Cilacap Regency, it is marked by the fact that there are still delays in completing tasks and work for employees. This results in delays in providing reports on their tasks and work to the leadership, and low employee awareness of the tasks/obligations that are their responsibility and inadequate employee abilities for the tasks assigned to the work apparatus. The formulation of the problem proposed in this study includes: 1. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 2. How does competence affect employee performance? 3. How much influence do work motivation and competence have on employee performance? The method used in this study uses a quantitative method. To analyze it, using statistical correlation and multiple regression test data analysis using the SPSS program. The results of the analysis prove that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the motivation, the higher the employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of the analysis of the contribution data of X1 to Y with a coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.407 (40.7%) and then competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the competence, the higher the employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of the analysis of the contribution data of X2 to Y with a coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.453 (45.3%). Furthermore, motivation and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if there is motivation and competence, then employee performance will also increase. This is evidenced by the results of the analysis which states the contribution of variables X1 and X2 to Y with a correlation (r) of 0.722. If consulted with the table of interpretation values ​​r, then the level of relationship between X1 and X2 to Y is included in the fairly strong category. The coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.521 which means that motivation and competence affect employee performance by 52.1% while the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other factors outside that are not studied.

The Influence of Tax Audit Implementation on the Level of Compliance of Individual Taxpayers at the Gorontalo Pratama Tax Service Office. This study aims to test and determine the influence of Tax Audit Implementation on the Level of Compliance of Individual Taxpayers at the Gorontalo Pratama Tax Service Office. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of tax audit implementation on the level of compliance of Individual Taxpayers at the Gorontalo Pratama Tax Service Office by 31.2% while 68.8% is influenced by other factors that are not tested. The steps that should be taken by Account Representatives and Tax Audit Officers are expected to further improve the implementation of audits in accordance with audit standards, because these audit standards can maintain the quality of audits, so that every year the compliance of Individual Taxpayers will continue to increase.    

To avoid the risk of accidents and improve work safety in the work environment, every transport company must comply with applicable regulations in accordance with the regulations of related agencies or authorized entities. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the management system (K3) has been implemented in the company PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. Thus the company hopes that the risk of work accidents in the company can be prevented so as not to cause losses or accidents. In analyzing and explaining the application of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) in improving work safety at PT Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan, the method used in this study is field research and library research. The results of the study that the application of the Health Management System, Occupational Safety (K3) in improving occupational safety at PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan has not been running optimally which is marked by the existence of several staff in this company who do not use PPE in carrying out their work. PT. Multi Jaya Samudera only declared K3 commitment orally, so that the K3 organization in writing has not been formed. For this reason, a written commitment is needed in the application of K3 at PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan to immediately form a responsible K3 organization and its function can be carried out well to reduce disease and work accidents, so that it is expected to be a reference for work safety management systems.

This research aims to determine the role of banking cooperation with cooperatives and the obstacles to the role of banking cooperation with the Karya Baru village unit cooperative (KUD), Teluk Tigo Village, Cermin Nan Gedang District, Sarolangun Regency. This thesis uses qualitative research methods, the data sources used are primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques and instruments through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that this cooperative collects funds from its members in the form of mandatory savings, principal savings and voluntary savings. However, in carrying out cooperative activities, the cooperative management has not yet collaborated between the bank and the cooperative. The role of banking in this case is simply a place to store money for the administrators of the Karya Baru Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Teluk Tigo Village. There are no mutual benefits provided by either the cooperative or the banking sector, so members continue to withdraw money/borrow money through the cooperative in cash. One of the factors supporting the achievement of the goals of a program is its implementation. If the implementation of a program is good and on target, then the program can also have an impact on society. However, in this case the obstacle faced by the cooperative management is the lack of understanding of the management so that the cooperative being run is not very optimal so that the community does not have confidence in its management.    

Industry is an economic sector that uses machines and labor to produce goods or services. Manufacturing, mining, construction, energy, and technology are some of the industry subsectors. Each subsector has an important role in economic growth and development of the country. Industry plays an important role in meeting society's needs, creating jobs, increasing national income, and encouraging innovation. Small and Medium Industries (IKM) consist of small and medium enterprises operating in various sectors. SMEs make an important contribution in creating jobs, local economic growth and national industrial development. The government has paid great attention to the development of MSMEs through various programs and policies, as well as support from the private sector and financial institutions.    

This research is motivated by the existence of a high level of public trust in banking is closely related to the assessment of banking performance in terms of liquidity ratio analysis. The purpose of the study is to determine the level of bank liquidity and what policies will be carried out by banks against the ratio results. The method used in the research is the literature review method with data in the form of references to evaluate liquidity ratios in banking. The results obtained in this study from Table RQ1 the types of liquidity ratios that are often used in measuring the level of banking liquidity are the quick ratio and cash ratio. While Table RQ2 the advice that can be given is that banks must be able to pay attention and evaluate their assets. So it can be concluded that in general the types of liquidity ratios that are often used to calculate the level of bank liquidity are the quick ratio and cash ratio and further banking policy suggestions to use more diverse types of liquidity ratios. This research was motivated by the large number of students who scored below the KKM in the History of Islamic Culture subject at MTsS Thawalib Gunung Padang Panjang class VIII. To help solve this problem, researchers are interested in trying out a Reciprocal Learning learning model to improve student learning outcomes. This learning model will enable students to help students so that they are able to jointly use rational thinking skills and emotional awareness, to understand feelings, values, attitudes and behavior patterns. This research was conducted from November 8, 2023 to December 18, 2023. This research was an experimental study with a Randomized Control Group Posttest Only Design. The population in this study was class VIII MTsS Thawalib Gunung Padang Panjang. The sample was selected purposively from a certain population. Researchers chose class VIII C as the experimental class, and class VIII A as the control class. The instrument used is a test. To test the research hypothesis, the researcher used the t-test and processed the data using SPSS. Based on data analysis, the tcount results are greater than ttable. tcount is 3.180 and ttable is 1.679 with the average value of the experimental class being 84.38 and the control class being 72.57. So it can be concluded that the Reciprocal Learning learning model is effective on student learning outcomes in the Islamic Cultural History subject.    

This study aims to describe the implementation of Google Classroom as a digital literacy learning media at Al-Khaeriyah Pengampelan Junior High School. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that Google Classroom was effective enough to be used as a digital literacy learning media at Al-Khaeriyah Pengampelan Junior High School. This is evidenced by the increase in students' knowledge and skills in using digital technology to find information, communicate, and collaborate.

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of work discipline and work environment on the work productivity of employees in the production department of the company CV Putra AR Ciamis. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used saturated samples with a sample size of 70 people. The data collection technique uses an offline questionnaire. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The research results show that simultaneously work discipline and the work environment have a significant effect on productivity. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on work productivity. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on work productivity.

Palm Village is one of the areas in Palam District, Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan Province which can be reached by land about 5 km from the Kalimantan Islamic University MAB Banjarbaru. The source of livelihood for the villagers is in the field of handicrafts. Purun is a type of wild plant that grows in swamps. Purun is found in many swamp areas in South Kalimantan. In the dry season, purun is very flammable and causes a lot of smoke which is detrimental to health, traffic and even flights. Purun can be processed into a variety of interesting woven crafts such as mats, sandals, handbags and so on. One of the villages that is a center for purun crafts is Palam Village. The people of Palam Village have been familiar with crafts from this purun material for generations, which are generally made into mats with various motif.

Community creative economic empowerment plays an important role in improving welfare, preventing stunting, and enabling the development of creative potential and the uniqueness of local culture. The MAMAH TING-TING counselling and cooking demonstration in Sidorejo Village focused on delivering information on the prevention of wasting and stunting through the utilisation of local food, with interaction of question and answer sessions and quizzes, as well as the practice of making corn pudding as a High Calorie High Protein (TKTP) menu for the prevention of stunting in children, attended by 30 out of 40 invited PKK members. The MAMAH TING-TING counselling and cooking demonstration have successfully delivered important information about wasting and stunting prevention to the community, especially the PKK women of Sidorejo Village. Through a comprehensive explanation of the meaning, differences, causal factors, impacts, prevention and control of wasting and stunting, as well as a cooking demonstration of corn pudding as an example of a TKTP menu, participants are expected to better understand the importance of nutritious food consumption in preventing stunting in children. The interaction of question and answer sessions and quizzes have also contributed to ensuring participants' understanding of the material presented.

Community Service (PkM) is a program carried out by FKIP students at HKBP Nommensen University, Medan. Community Service Activities are based on Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System in Article 20 Paragraph 2 which states that: "Universities are obliged to provide education, research and community service". This Community Service activity focuses on increasing students' awareness and participation in literacy activities. Community Service Activities are a form of contribution from universities in improving the quality of education in society by using an implementation method, namely the direct observation method. By involving students and teaching staff, this activity can have a significant positive impact on literacy development and library management at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Pakam. The results of the implementation by considering students' literacy conditions, the role of libraries, the importance of community service activities, increasing awareness and participation of students in literacy activities in library management at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Pakam are a strategic and useful initiative to improve the quality of education at the secondary school level above.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationship between economic growth and community welfare. The time series data used covers the years 2014-2023. Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) is the technique used for data analysis. The study found that although there is no substantial correlation between economic growth and community welfare, there is a causal relationship between the two, which suggests that the causal relationship is not unidirectional. In addition, only community welfare has a short-term impact on economic growth; there is no long-term relationship between the two.

Economic growth is a top priority for every country. Economic growth is used as an important indicator to assess economic performance. Population growth, unemployment rate, and inflation rate are considered important factors that influence economic growth. This research aims to analyze the influence of population, unemployment and inflation on economic growth in Central Kalimantan Province. The Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method is used to analyze short-term and long-term relationships between these variables. The research results show that in the short term, inflation, unemployment and population do not have a significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). However, in the long term, only unemployment and population do not show a significant influence on GRDP. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of economic growth and provides insight for policy makers in Central Kalimantan Province to formulate effective strategies for sustainable development.

As marketing strategies evolve, digital marketing is becoming increasingly integral to contemporary marketing approaches. Various promotional tactics, including social media marketing, live streaming, and online customer evaluations, are being utilized by companies to attract consumer interest in purchasing products. This study aims to examine the impact of social media marketing, live streaming, and online assessments on purchasing interest in The Originote products on the Shopee platform. The study population consists of The Originote's Instagram followers, with a sample size of 117 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS 26, encompassing validity and reliability assessments, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, f-tests, and t-tests. The findings of the study suggest that while social media marketing (X1) does not significantly influence purchasing interest, live streaming (X2) and Customer online Review (X3) exhibits a significant impact on purchasing interest.

The verses of the Koran themselves contain absolute and final truth as when the book was revealed, while the truth of the interpretation of the text of the Koran is relative, so that the meanings of these verses can continue to be reproduced and developed according to the development of civilization and human needs themselves. Using library research methods, this research seeks to examine the function and meaning of the verses constructed from the form (ṣigah) fi'il 'alā Wazni Af'ala in Surah Al Mukminun. Based on the research results, several things can be concluded, First; 59 words or 59 places were found, both of isim and fi'il types whose word structure came from wazan af'ala. Second ; Of the 59 words originating from the wazan af'ala structure in Surah Al Mu'minun, it was found that 0.53% (32 words) contained the Lī Al Ta'diyyah function. Of the remainder, 2 words contain the meaning function للدخول في الشّيء (entering into something), 8 words contain the function لوجود مااشْتَقَّ منه الفعلُ في الفاعل (appearance origin of fi'il in fā'il), the next 4 words contain the function للمُبالَغَة (exaggerating the meaning of fi'il ), 2 words contain the function لوِجْدانِ الشيءِ في صِفةٍ (find something in nature), 6 words contain the function للصَّيْرُورة (change into), 3 words contain the function للتَّعْريْ ض (show off), 1 word contains the function للحَيْنونَة (arriving time), and 1 word contains للسَّلْب (withdraw or remove) function.  

The Qur'an is kalamulloh which is used as a guide to human life both physically and mentally. Allah SWT always makes it easy for his servants who want to be serious about studying the Koran, including memorizing it. However, in practice, a memorizer of the Qur'an is obliged to maintain his memorization, understand what he learns, and is responsible for implementing it in his daily life. Therefore, a method is needed in the process of memorizing the Al-Qur'an and its maintenance. This thesis aims to find out how the famibisyauqin method is implemented in the process of memorizing the Al-Qur'an at the El-bayan Majenang Cilacap Islamic Boarding School, and also aims to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the famibisyauqin method. This research method is to use a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources were taken through subjects, Ustadz/ustadzah and hufadz students. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data is analyzed by reducing relevant data, explaining the data and drawing conclusions. From the research results it can be concluded that: 1) The implementation of the famibisyauqin method in the process of memorizing the al-Qur’an at the El-Bayan Islamic Boarding School is carried out classically and individually. Classical learning is applied when memorization is given to the ustadz/ustadzah, while individual learning is the muroja'ah activity of memorizing the reading of the Al-Qur'an within seven days which is carried out by each student. 2) the famibisyauqin method applied at the El-Bayan Islamic Boarding School is an effort to improve the quality of students' memorization and train students to maintain the continuity of the Al-Qur'an as a sense of responsibility in memorizing the Al-Qur'an, the implementation of which has been targeted at every week of the system
