The study employed a qualitative method using a systematic approach. Data collection techniques included observation, interview, and source triangulation.Data analysis involved data reduction followed by drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that most low-income residents in Tamaila Utara rely on agriculture, particularly corn farming, as their primary livelihood. Farming activities are supported by family members due to limited financial capacity to hire labor, and the tools used are still very simple or traditional. For crop distribution, the community depends on local traders who offer prices significantly lower than market rates, due to limited transportation access to larger markets. In terms of consumption, residents can only meet their basic needs, with low nutritional intake due to minimal income. Other challenges to improving the local economy include water scarcity during the dry season, low educational attainment among farmers, lack of government-provided training, and unpredictable weather and environmental conditions. Therefore, government support is urgently needed, such as irrigation development, agricultural training, and the provision of modern tools or technology to enhance community welfare in the future.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine, which began in February 2022, has not only caused a humanitarian crisis but also triggered severe environmental consequences, particularly along the Ukrainian-Russian border. This study explores how military actions, occupation of sensitive ecological zones, and the targeting of industrial and critical infrastructure have led to widespread environmental degradation. Using a qualitative approach grounded in document analysis and legal frameworks, the research highlights how security actors have influenced the scale and nature of environmental damage. The findings reveal serious threats to soil quality, water safety, air purity, and biodiversity, as well as disruptions to waste management and energy systems. The paper also discusses the role of ecocide as a potential legal category for holding actors accountable for deliberate environmental harm. By situating the war within the broader context of environmental security and conflict ecology, the study argues for stronger international mechanisms to address ecological risks in armed conflict and post-war recovery.

Digital animation technology is increasingly advancing, as evidenced by the proliferation of animated films worldwide. This is also true in Indonesia, where the production of animated films has increased significantly due to the improvement and ease of digital animation technology. One of the most important parts of the animation process is the rigging process, which involves creating a skeleton for the character or object so that it can move and appear lifelike. The rigging process in the short animated film "The Relativity Of Reality" tells the story of Rei, a young boy who discovers advanced technology from a secret organization. However, the owner of the technology comes to take it back, leading to a struggle and chase. Rei decides to escape but is cornered and a battle ensues. The characters in the film are animated using rigging techniques, utilizing the Bendy Bone feature in the Blender application. This feature is useful in creating a rigged system for characters and objects. The result of applying rigging with the Bendy Bone feature is that characters move more fluidly, not only in the legs, body, and arms but also in the face. Therefore, the use of bendy bone and facial rigging in characters will make it easier to produce animations. In addition, rigging can also be applied to other moving objects such as cars, skateboards, doors, and cabinets.

Phishing is an evolving form of cybercrime that targets users' sensitive information through URL manipulation. Conventional detection methods such as blacklists and signature-based approaches have become increasingly inadequate in addressing the dynamic variations of modern phishing attacks. This study evaluates the effectiveness of Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) variants, such Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Bidirectional LSTM (Bi-LSTM), and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU), in detecting phishing threats based on URL data. The methodology involves a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of scholarly publications from the past ten years, complemented by experimental implementation of the models using a public dataset from Kaggle. Literature findings show that Bi-LSTM consistently achieves the highest accuracy, up to 99%, while GRU stands out for its computational efficiency. Experimental results support these findings, with Bi-LSTM achieving an accuracy of 96.22%, GRU 96.29%, and LSTM 95.43%. Classification metrics indicate that RNN-based models perform very well in detecting benign and defacement URLs, although their performance on phishing URLs remains challenged, particularly in terms of recall. These results confirm that RNNs remain a promising approach for phishing detection systems, especially when integrated into hybrid models with complementary architectures. This study is expected to provide a foundation for developing precise and adaptive AI systems to combat increasingly sophisticated phishing threats.
