The existence of fintech P2P Lending can help Indonesian people who are still unreached by banking services to borrow funds with easy, fast terms and without making a direct agreement. Electronic lending system make it easy public to borrow funds with easy reuqirements and without need to meet for make a agreement. Trading system transaction originally paper based and then shift to electronic based system (digital) is something that needs to be studied further about validity of the e-contract as the basis of relations between two parties that make agreement, by using legal protection theory, legal certainty theory, and theory of justice. The purpose of this research is to study together validity of e-contract in Fintech P2P Lending industry. The results of this research analysis show that the practice of online lending and borrowing based on fintech P2P Lending still does not have legal certainty for loan recipients, the benchmark for the validity of an agreement in fintech P2P Lending only refers to article 1320 of the Civil Code regarding the conditions for the validity of the agreement. The Fintech Lending Law should be drafted immediately to guarantee legal certainty for P2P Lending fintech.

In this millennial era, skincare has become a priority need that must be met by women and men, various skincare brands have emerged from within and outside the country, making competition even tighter. Marketing via internet media has also developed rapidly. This makes digital marketing the key to marketing because a passive promotional system can help business and expand the market. The purpose of this research is to find out how Fabil Natural's strategy is in implementing digital marketing and how the use of this strategy has an impact on Fabil Natural's sales. This research uses qualitative methods with interview, observation and documentation techniques. The research results show that the application of digital marketing is carried out by utilizing websites, blogs and social media including Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube and WhatsApp Business to post products and share content, as well as using the Shopee and Tokopedia websites and marketplaces as a place for easy, safe buying and selling transactions. and fast. Even though there are several obstacles, digital implementation has a positive impact in increasing product sales.

The problem to be discussed in this research is to find out the training strategy for innovation of pandan weaving to increase the product standard community in overseas marketing as well as the marketing strategy for innovation of pandan weaving to increase the product standard community in international marketing. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. . The research results that have been found in this research are: 1). Organizing Innovation Training on Pandan Woven to improve community product standards in international marketing is: a. Selection of Raw Materials b. Cutting, slicing, forming c. Weaving and forming innovation d. The final stage is the finishing process which is the final process from which the previous stages have been completed. The raw model of pandan that has become tanned can be seen in terms of shape, quality of workmanship as well as physical appearance or finishing. 2. Marketing Strategy Innovation of pandan woven to improve product standard communities in international marketing, namely: 1) Needs, Demands and Desires. 2) Satisfaction, value, products and costs, where the fulfillment of needs and desires must have a relationship with products and services. 3) Transactions, Relationships, and Exchanges. and 4) Marketers, marketing and markets, marketing via social media will influence external factors that influence consumer perceptions of a product, which will then influence consumer buying interest.

This study evaluates the accounting system at a packaging printing service company, Putra Jaya Kemasan. Jaya Kemasan. Health is the main capital for the growth of the nation's life.  The development of trade is currently experiencing very rapidprogress, which occurs not only in the goods traded but also in the buying and selling transactions themselves.  One very important component of health is the availability of medicines as part of public health services.  This research aims to find out about the distribution of drugs without a distribution permit and consumer protection in terms of monitoring and taking action against drugs without a distribution permit that are sold online by the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency and the Ministry of Communication and Information.  The results of the research show that the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency has made various efforts to protect the public from drugs without distribution permits that are sold online, in handling the circulation of drugs sold online, the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency collaborates with Interpol and other government agencies such as the Ministry of Communication and  Informatics carries out Operation Pangea.  In this operation, the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency will list websites and social media accounts that promote and market drugs without a distribution permit to be submitted to the Ministry of Communication and Information for blocking.  A distribution permit is preventive supervision as a form of protection for consumers carried out by the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency before the drug circulates in the community.  So it is reasonable to suspect that if a drug does not have a distribution permit, the drug has not been tested for safety, efficacy and quality aspects.

A web-based sales information system is a key element in the success of modern business, especially in the rapidly growing e-commerce era. The problem that occurs is that the web application that is built is not in accordance with the wishes and needs of the user so that applications and transactions are difficult to carry out. This article describes the implementation of the prototype method in developing a web-based sales information system, with a focus on aspects of needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing and evaluation. By developing a web-based sales information system with a prototype method, consumers can easily operate the application and make transactions easier because this system can be used anywhere and anytime and its development involves consumers, so this system can really be used well and easily.

However, challenges include additional infrastructure costs, robust internet connectivity requirements, occurrences of double payments, and reconciliation issues in financial reports. Proposed solutions include installing additional ATMs, collaborating with banks, and hiring Information and Technology (IT) personnel. Applying the Technology, Organization, and Environment (TOE) theory, the research analyzes factors influencing technology adoption in the tourism industry. In conclusion, introducing non-cash payment systems to tourists is essential to enhance service effectiveness and financial management at Prambanan. This study significantly contributes to understanding obstacles and solutions in adopting non-cash payment technology in the tourism industry, offering a strategic framework for sustainable development in the future.

The aim of the community service activity is "Socialization and Education of Sharia Banking Products for UMKM". This socialization aims to educate about sharia banking products so that they can know and understand sharia banking products so that it is hoped that a lot of knowledge and information will be absorbed by respondents, in this case are UMKM actors in Tanah Grogot. During educational outreach related to Sharia Banking, the team distributed questionnaires to respondents or participants in the socialization for UMKM actors to analyze based on the answers of respondents who attended the socialization. From the results of the socialization, the understanding of UMKM actors towards Islamic banks is sufficient. This can be proven by 15 respondents or (83.33%) who answered Yes, Fairly Understand. This shows that of the 18 UMKM actors who attended the socialization, they had sufficient understanding regarding Islamic banks and The Products. This means that the education that has been provided by the community service team has been quite successful in increasing the insight and knowledge of UMKM players and it is hoped that it can increase public awareness, especially UMKM players in Tanah Grogot, to carry out minimum savings transactions at sharia banks. Apart from that, one of the biggest obstacles in Sharia Bank transactions is the lack of available ATM networks, which makes UMKM players still hesitant to become interested in becoming Sharia Bank customers. This was proven by the UMKM players who attended the socialization, 9 respondents or 50% still Hesitance to become a sharia bank customer is due to the fact that the ATM network is not large, which is one of the factors why there are still many who are not interested in becoming sharia bank customers. From the results of the community service activity "Socialization and education of sharia banking products for UMKM in Tanah Grogot" it can be concluded that the presenters were able to educate the UMKMs who attended the socialization very well. This was proven by 11 respondents or 61.11% who responded that the material presented by the lecturers related to sharia banking product education was very good so that UMKM players could gain understanding and knowledge about sharia banking contracts and products which they hoped would be equipped with this knowledge. applied in sharia-based economic life.

Medicinal chemicals (BKO) are chemical compounds that are commonly added to traditional medicinal preparations to increase the drug's indications and offer a powerful and rapid impact in illness treatment. Traditional medicines containing BKO in Indonesia, particularly in East and West Java, are increasing year after year, from 43 to 50-53 traditional remedies containing medicinal compounds. Using the normative method, researchers will be able to use the findings of empirical legal science and other sciences to analyze and explain law without altering the character of normative legal science. The Consumer Protection Law Number 8 of 1999 regulates legal protection for consumers who consume industrially produced traditional medicines containing dangerous chemical chemicals. Article 19 (1) states that business actors are responsible for compensating consumers for damage, pollution, and/or losses caused by the consumption of goods and/or services produced or traded. (2) The compensation described in paragraph (1) may take the form of a refund or replacement of products and/or services of the same kind or equivalent value, or health care, and/or the payment of compensation in line with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. (3) Compensation is granted within 7 days after the transaction date. (4) Providing compensation as stated in paragraphs (1) and (2) does not preclude criminal prosecution based on further evidence indicating the presence of an element of error. (5) If the business actor can demonstrate that the error was caused by the customer, the rules intended in paragraphs (1) and (2) do not apply. Suggestions for effective implementation. Kitchen equipment businesses have done for a long time in Indonesia, both it managed by offline and online. However, recently there are some businesses that used online transactions. Internet facilities provide the business opportunities develop more quickly, there are many who begin with a simple concept and there is a few who are close to being professional. Sometimes, the using of e-commerce is less than optimal because of poor management, such as poor web appearance, less attractive writing, do not including current promotional language, the pricing strategies and product descriptions that are less in detailed. In general, this is a lack of online marketing activities on existing e-commerce media. This situation provides an idea for the researchers to conduct a research to analyze the people's buying interest in e-commerce that sell kitchen equipment products in Sumenep and their strategies.This research was conducted by distributing some questionnaires at several locations in Sumenep with the priority targets are house wives which the results will be explained descriptively. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital fiscal surveillance through the use of tapping boxes in optimizing restaurant tax collection in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data were analyzed using the reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing model proposed by Miles, Huberman, & Saldaña. The findings reveal that the implementation of tapping boxes enhances transparency and accountability in restaurant tax collection by providing real-time transaction data. The devices strengthen taxpayer compliance, particularly in terms of instrumental compliance, as the risk of detection for non-compliance increases significantly. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including resistance from some restaurant owners, limited internet infrastructure, and the need for regular device maintenance. Overall, tapping boxes hold significant potential for optimizing restaurant tax revenues at the regional level, provided that local governments improve socialization, technical support, and digital infrastructure readiness.

The Indonesian capital market recovered in 2021 after a decline due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The role of the capital market is crucial for economic growth, and investors need to pay attention to factors such as financial reports and company performance. Investors in LQ45 companies, consisting of 45 stocks with high liquidity, make selections based on transactions and market capitalization. This research focuses on the influence of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) on the stock prices of LQ45 companies in the period 2018-2021. The research problem involves questions about the influence of each ratio on stock prices. The research objective is to examine the influence of these ratios. The results of the research are expected to provide important information for readers about the factors affecting stock prices and insights for researchers into the dynamics of the capital market. This research can also serve as a reference for further studies. The results of the analysis indicate that Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) significantly influence the stock prices of LQ45 companies.

The digital age is evolving quickly right now. The surge in electronic transactions has also caused customers to migrate to online shopping, specifically e-commerce. Customers are interested in purchasing when engaging marketing content is available, and they are also less likely to hesitate when purchasing from well-known brands. This study looks at factors related to content marketing, brand perception, decisions, and purchases that are influenced by purchase intention. Data was gathered via a Google Form survey from 100 respondents. analysis of data with the SEM smartPLS 3.0 program. The study's findings indicate that while brand image has no effect on decisions to buy, marketing content does affect interest and interest in buying influences decisions to buy. Purchase interest is not a mediator between decisions and the impact of marketing information.

With this, the government is now establishing various institutions that are able to increase the income of people who need capital as business capital, one of these institutions is PT. Madani Mekar Syariah National Capital. So the aim of the author's research is to find out how the practice of distributing business capital funds at PT. Madani Mekar Syariah National Capital in Betung District, Banyuasin Regency and also wants to know how sharia economic law applies to combining murabahah and wakalah contracts in one transaction which is applied to PT. Madani Mekar Syariah National Capital in Betung District, Banyuasin Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with respondents, namely branch heads and Account Office members as well as customers. Regarding informants, namely customers who are Muslim, new customers, and have businesses. The results of this research show the flow of fund distribution practices at PT. Mekar Syariah Madani National Capital in Betung District, Banyuasin Regency includes the stage of determining customers according to the criteria set by PNM Mekar Syariah, the second stage is Financing Training, the third stage is signing the agreement and disbursing funds, and the fourth stage is carrying out weekly installments. If we look at sharia economic law regarding the combination of murabahah and wakalah contracts, this is permissible and does not conflict with sharia principles because the murabahah and wakalah financing contracts are carried out at separate times.

Financing is one type of sharia banking activity which is meant by financing is the provision of funds or bills which are equivalent to profit sharing transactions in the form of mudharabah and musyarakah, rental transactions in the form of ijarah or hire purchase in the form of ijarah, mutaniya bittamlik, sale and purchase transactions in in the form of murabhahah, salam and istisna receivables, lending and borrowing transactions in the form of qards and service rental transactions in the form of ijarah for multi-service transactions. This research aims to determine the influence of DPK, FDR and NPF on murabahah financing in Islamic commercial banks for the 2018-2022 period. This type of quantitative research, the data used is secondary data taken from the OJK website. This research uses the multiple linear regression method. The research results show that the variables third party funds (DPK), financing to deposit ratio (FDR) and non-performing financing (NPF) simultaneously have a significant influence on murabahah financing in Islamic commercial banks for the 2018 - 2022 period.

Technological developments have made the mobility of people's activities more practical in meeting their financial needs. Only using a smartphone and internet network, customers can carry out banking transactions anywhere and anytime. This research discusses the development of economic digitalization in the banking sector, namely Mobile Banking technology innovation at BCA Bank. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the level of service satisfaction using BCA Mobile Banking (BCA Mobile). The research method used by researchers is qualitative and descriptive analysis techniques, as well as a data collection system using questionnaires. The data obtained was taken from the results of distributing questionnaires in the Bina Bangsa University Management Study Program which used BCA Mobile and a sample of 110 respondents was obtained. The results of the research show that BCA Mobile is very helpful in carrying out banking activities and the existing services have a significant influence on user satisfaction at Bina Bangsa University Management Study Program
