The online buying and selling system makes it easier for people to make transactions and creates business opportunities for business people to develop business transactions in collaboration with resellers without having to meet face to face, such as online buying and selling transactions for Namastudios bags. Online buying and selling transactions between suppliers and resellers are carried out by mutual agreement where the rights and obligations of the parties are regulated to avoid risks. However, there was a default in 2018 by the supplier that the goods sent did not match what was agreed. So resellers suffer quite a lot of losses. For these losses, the reseller filed a lawsuit at the South Jakarta District Court. The aim of the research is to provide legal protection and to find out the application of judges in court decision no. 629/Pdt.G/2022/PN.Jkt.Sel. The research method uses normative juridical research with a case approach which uses data collection methods through secondary data which is analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research are legal protection for resellers for default, based on Article 1320 of the Civil Code, where the agreement made is not in accordance with the agreement, it is null and void, where the supplier is obliged to compensate the reseller for losses. The application of the judge's law in the decision is that the judge granted part of the decision and stated that the Defendant had committed an act of breach of contract based on Article 1320 of the Civil Code which did not fulfill one of the conditions for the validity of the agreement, namely the agreement contained in the notarial deed.

Marriage certainly has legal consequences, and if the religion is different, various problems will certainly arise. These problems affect the relationship between husband and wife and their children if they have children. In terms of juridical legal regulations regarding interfaith marriages, formally and legally, have not been clearly and firmly regulated in Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, Article 2 paragraph 1 of the Marriage Law only states that the validity of a marriage must be carried out according to the laws of each religion and its beliefs. Legal certainty in regulating interfaith marriages in Indonesia still does not have normative legal certainty in legal texts related to marriage. This has clearly given rise to multiple interpretations of the law on interfaith marriages, whereas the unity of meaning in the legal text in a Law is absolute, there should be no double meaning in the legal text or Law, because legal certainty refers to the implementation of clear, permanent, consistent and consequential laws whose implementation cannot be influenced by subjective circumstances.

Technological advances have had a major impact on the development of tradelaw. This applies in Indonesia. Information and communication technology, especially the Internet, has changed the way trade is conducted from traditional to digital or e-commerce methods. Thiscreatestheneedfor legal regulationsthattakeintoaccountnewtrendssuch as personal data protection, electronic transaction security, the validity of digital documents, and consumer protection in the digital space. The enactment of the Electronic Transaction Information Law (UU ITE) and laws and regulations in the field of electronic commerce, such as Government Regulation Number 80 of 2019 (PMSE), is clear evidence that trade law is adapting to technology. Furthermore, technological development also encourage the emergence of blockchain-based smart contracts, which require legal recognition and adaptation of their validity. However, the impact of this technology also creates challenges such as the digital divide, lack of legal literacy among SMEs, and challenges of cross-border law enforcement in international transactions. Therefore, building an inclusive, technologically sensitive, and adaptive commercial legal system requires synergy between regulators, economicactors, and the community.

Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife whose aim is to form a happy and eternal family (household) based on the belief in the Almighty God. Law 1/1974 refers to the validity of a marriage held by Indonesian citizens based on the laws of their respective religions and beliefs. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the Towani Tolotang Traditional Marriage process in relation to Hindu Religious Marriages and analyze the validity of Towani Tolotang Traditional Marriages Based on Marriage Law in Indonesia. It becomes a problem when a community of Towani Tolotang believers are "forced" to choose Hinduism among the religions recognized by the government, which then relegates their belief to just a custom. The next big question about how the Towani Tolotang Traditional Marriage process relates to Hindu Religious Marriages is how is the validity of the Towani Tolotang Traditional Marriage based on Marriage Law in Indonesia. The research was carried out in Sidrap Regency, Panrenge Telelimpoe Village, Province. South Sulawesi, data collection was obtained using interviews and analyzing data from literature references, either from books or from journals via the internet. AL-MUSTAQBAL: Jurnal Agama Islam 2025 STIKes Ibnu Sina Ajibarang

The epistemology of Islamic theology (kalam) explores the nature, sources, methods, and validity of knowledge within an Islamic framework, balancing reason and revelation. In kalam thought, rationalism with deductive-metaphysical logic dominates, though revelation remains the primary foundation. The debate between the Mu'tazilite school, emphasizing reason, and the Ash'arite school, prioritizing revelation, highlights its epistemological dynamics. However, reliance on bayani reasoning, centered on textual authority, often restricts critique and renewal. Additionally, Islamic theology struggles with limited engagement with empirical reality due to insufficient application of the correspondence theory, which evaluates truth based on factual evidence. The deductive approach of the coherence theory often falls short in addressing contemporary issues, prompting some thinkers to adopt intuitive, Sufistic methods. Criticism of this stagnation has spurred calls for reformulating Islamic theology to address globalization and modernity. To remain relevant, Islamic theology must develop a more contextual and holistic methodology, integrating deductive, inductive, and empirical approaches. By fostering critical analysis and practical solutions, it can continue to serve as a vital tool for developing adaptive and relevant Islamic thought in every era.

The problem raised in this study is the renewal of the Islamic education system in Islamic boarding schools as an impact of modernization. Modernization not only brings positive but also negative impacts. Islamic boarding schools that were originally traditional salaf developed to overhaul their education system to meet the challenges of the times so that Islamic boarding schools emerged with khalaf or combined systems. This study aims to describe: 1) the concept of Islamic education in the Al-MuqriAssalafi Lil BanatIslamic boarding school and 2) the challenges faced by the Al-MuqriAssalafi Lil BanatPrenduan Islamic boarding school in facing the era of modernization. This researcher uses a qualitative research approach with a field research type. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses interactive data analysis consisting of data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions/verification. Data validity checking is carried out using 4 criteria, namely credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study indicate that: the concept of Islamic education in the Al-MuqriAssalafi Lil BanatPrenduan Islamic boarding school is still traditional with a 1 x 24 hour education system with Batshul Masail extracurricular activities. The challenge of Islamic education in the Al-MuqriAssalafi Lil BanatPrenduan Islamic boarding school lies in the characteristics of the students who are increasingly experiencing a decline

Integrating modern leadership approaches with local wisdom remains a challenge in enhancing the quality of education in Indonesian higher education institutions. This study examines the impact of integrating instructional leadership with ethnopedagogy based on the Dalihan Na Tolu philosophy on learning quality at Graha Nusantara University. Using a mixed-method approach with a sequential explanatory design, the study involved 50 lecturers selected through systematic random sampling and 100 students. Data were collected through validated questionnaires (validity coefficients ranging from 0.72 to 0.89; reliability with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.88), in-depth interviews, and participatory observations. The findings reveal that instructional leadership independently accounts for 67 percent of the variation in learning quality (coefficient of determination, R-squared = 0.670, with p < 0.001), with key determinants being guidance (correlation coefficient = 0.820) and vision-mission communication (correlation coefficient = 0.790). Ethnopedagogical leadership contributes significantly through the values of Somba Marhula-hula (regression coefficient = 0.45), Manat Mardongan Tubu (regression coefficient = 0.41), and Elek Marboru (regression coefficient = 0.38). The integration of these approaches produces significant synergistic effects (R-squared = 0.830), resulting in a 70 percent increase in active interaction, a 68 percent improvement in the effectiveness of learning strategies, and a 66 percent boost in productivity. This study contributes to developing an integrated leadership model that combines modern values with local wisdom. It also provides practical implications for designing training programs and implementing dual-approach monitoring systems in higher education institutions.

Pancasila has been established as both a rechtsidee (legal ideal) and a grundnorm (fundamental norm). The values of Pancasila must guide and be embodied in legal reform in Indonesia whether at the substantive level (legal content), structural level (legal institutions), or cultural level (legal culture). These values must be embedded in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and further reflected in all subsequent laws and regulations. The value of national unity contained in Pancasila is reflected in the enactment of Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage. The unification of marriage law through this legislation abolished the diverse marriage laws that existed prior to its enactment. The value of social justice for all Indonesian people is reflected in the enactment of Law No. 16 of 2019, which amended Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage. The amendment, which revised the minimum age for marriage, provides justice for both men and women regarding the legal validity of marriage in Indonesia.
