This study was conducted on employees in the Administrative Bureau of the Leadership of the Regional Secretariat of East Java Province using a quantitative approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire of 50 respondents and analyzed using regression tests and Sobel Test to test the mediation effect. The results of the study show that the core values of Ber-Akhlak in work, work facilities, and work-life balance have a positive and significant influence on mental well-being. In addition, mental well-being has a significant influence on employee commitment and mediates the relationship between the three independent variables and employee commitment. Work facilities provide the greatest mediation influence compared to the core values of Moral Character and Work-Life Balance, emphasizing the importance of the role of leaders in supporting the mental welfare of employees in carrying out their work. This finding gives implications that the Administrative Bureau of the Leadership of the Regional Secretariat of East Java Province can increase employee commitment by implementing the core value policy of Ber-Akhlak, supporting work-life balance, and strengthening work facilities. The research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation, using both primary and secondary data sources. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study adopts the tourism development components theory by Gunn (2002), which includes attraction, service/facilities, promotion, transportation, and information. The results show that the village government is working to develop tourism attractions such as the lake's natural beauty, fishing and swimming activities, as well as cultural attractions like festivals. In terms of facilities, gazebos, toilets, parking areas, a stage, and trash bins are available, although food stalls and accommodations remain limited. Basic infrastructure such as solar power (PLTS) and internet networks are in place, but clean water supply remains a challenge. Promotion is conducted through social media and cultural festivals, with plans to develop a village website. Road access to the location is still damaged but under repair, supported by local motorcycle taxi services. In terms of information, there are directional signs and digital access via Google Maps and the Jadesta website. Overall, the strategies implemented indicate the village government's commitment to tourism development, although infrastructure and facility limitations remain obstacles.

Technological literacy among high school mathematics teachers is a crucial aspect in realizing creative, interactive, and relevant learning to meet the demands of the 21st century. However, the reality on the ground shows that most mathematics teachers still have limited experience in improving technological literacy, particularly in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) as a learning support medium. This condition has implications for low innovation in the mathematics learning process. This community service activity aims to optimize the use of AI, specifically Generative-AI technology, in supporting mathematics learning in high schools. The target group is members of the High School Mathematics Subject Teachers' Conference (MGMP) throughout Grobogan Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia. The implementation method includes workshops, interactive discussions, hands-on practice, and mentoring in the development of AI-based mathematics teaching materials, assessments, and learning media. The training materials include an introduction to the basic concepts of Generative-AI, effective prompting techniques, and practice using various AI applications to produce interactive and contextual teaching materials. Evaluation results showed that all training participants agreed or strongly agreed that this activity successfully improved their understanding of the basic concepts of Generative AI and their skills in operating AI applications for mathematics learning. Participants also reported increased confidence in integrating AI technology into their teaching practices, as well as gaining various relevant practical ideas for classroom implementation. High enthusiasm was evident in the 100% commitment of participants who expressed their readiness to implement AI technology in mathematics learning. Thus, this training not only contributed to improving teachers' technological literacy but also became a strategic step in encouraging innovative and adaptive transformation of mathematics learning in the digital era.

The working relationship/coordination between Satreskrim and Satintelkam in uncovering criminal offences at Pohuwato Police Station has not gone well. Field Guidelines (Juklap) of the National Police Chief number 189 of 1993 regulates the Relationship between the Working Procedures of the Resersepol Function (Police Detection) and the Intelpampol Function (Police Intelligence and Security) in the context of integrated crime handling, which should be the basis for implementing working relationships, not implemented. The level of coordination and collaboration between Satreskrim and Satintelkam at Polres Pohuwato shows an unstable and often situational cooperation. Collaboration is optimal in large or urgent cases, but is minimal in normal situations. The level of effectiveness of criminal offence disclosure is largely determined by how strong cross-unit collaboration is built on an ongoing basis. The need for a formal HTCK (Working Procedure Relationship) between Satreskrim and Satintelkam to clarify authorities, responsibilities, and cooperation mechanisms. Increased integrated and cross-functional training to equalise perceptions, increase trust, and reduce sectoral ego. And Polres leaders need to play an active role as mediators and motivators in building open and collaborative communication between units. Establish a permanent cross-unit coordination team facilitated by the Chief of Police and Deputy Chief of Police, to ensure continuity of coordination, not just during major cases. Regular evaluation and monitoring of the quality of coordination, through periodic cross-functional communication forums. And the implementation of a reward and punishment system to increase the commitment of members to the importance of collaboration in disclosing criminal offences.

Working from home can improve employee performance but also pose challenges for employees. Employees who work from home will avoid distractions at the office, have a better work-life balance and avoid office politics. Motivating human resources is essential for enhancing organizational performance and achieving company objectives. This study explores the influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior among employees at RRI Bandar Lampung. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire from 84 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings support the first hypothesis, indicating that work motivation positively and significantly affects organizational citizenship behavior. However, the second hypothesis reveals that organizational commitment has a negative and statistically insignificant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. The study recommends that organizations actively engage employees in decision-making processes and ensure equal opportunities for all. Additionally, providing employee training programs to support career development is advised. A limitation of this research is its relatively small sample and population size. Future studies should consider incorporating additional variables that could affect motivation, commitment, and citizenship behavior.
