Dayah Ruhul Falah was founded in 2003 by Al Fadhil Tgk.H.Ibrahim Hasyim, established on 4500 m2 of waqf land with 800 students from various regions of Aceh such as North Aceh, Pidie, Aceh Besar and Banda Aceh. Along with the development of time and progress that is increasingly globalized, pesantren have not shown significant progress, this is because pesantren still have challenges ranging from management, the curriculum that is applied and the facilities owned are still very limited and the source of funds is minimal. The ability of pesantren managers to innovate is a requirement for efforts to direct changes in pesantren institutions to become more advanced in increasing and financial independence to make these changes. So far, the management of financial funds related to the activities carried out at Pasantren Ruhul Falah, both educators' honorariums and other needs in general, has been sourced from financing originating from the parents of students, government and private institutions. Pasantren Ruhul Falah, which was founded in 2003, has no pasanten-owned business entity managed under the pasantren, so it is necessary to conduct training and education for administrators and students in the dayah by making kueh, developing moringa leaves into the economy. This service activity was carried out with the aim of increasing knowledge and skills for training participants to become independent entrepreneurs. The method we do with lectures, questions and answers, practice and demonstrations and group exercises. This program begins with the preparation stage by forming a community service committee team by coordinating team members with the aim of making it easier to socialize to other university lecturers who want to join the community service group. In this community service, the target to be achieved is understanding and skills so that it can improve the economy in Pasantren Ruhul Falah Samahani Aceh Besar.

Leadership is a complex and unique phenomenon of social interaction, anyone will show leadership behavior when interacting in a format that influences others. Even in personal capacity, in the human body there is capacity or potential as a controller, which essentially facilitates a person to be able to lead himself.This research journal was conducted at SMKS Sagaranten which is located on the cigadog highway km.2 sagaranten sukabumi and produces the influence of the principal's leadership to increase the quantity of students.Leadership is often given the meaning of degree of influence, while the leader is the person who has the most potential to influence. Leaders who cannot actualize their influence do not have the character of true leadership. Then we must know how educational leadership is so the purpose of this article is to dig deeper into leadership and complete the task. Articles are made with techniques for gathering resources such as reading material and books on leadership.So that we can draw the conclusion that educational leadership as "one ability and process of influencing, guiding, coordinating and mobilizing other people who are related to the development of the science of education and the implementation of education and teaching, so that the activities carried out can be more efficient and effective in achieving educational and teaching goals.

In this research, in stabilizing the economy in an area in Surabaya and targeting market operating procedures, the Government and PT. Jatim Grha Utama also has a role in advancing the economy of the people of Surabaya. The government continues to push for price stabilization measures to reduce the prices of a number of foodstuffs which show an upward trend until the end of the year. As a concrete step to ease the burden on the community in meeting their basic food needs, the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy has taken several comprehensive and holistic steps to analyze and overcome the various problems mentioned above through policy and tactical steps. Domain in the form of market power. Apart from food prices, rising fertilizer prices are also a concern. Contraception as a form of prevention of pregnancy is one of the essences of family planning problems (KB) officially used by the National Family Planning Coordinating Board (BKKBN). One type of effective contraception that mothers choose is the type of injectable contraception. To determine the effect of DMPA injection use on weight gain in family planning acceptor in Puskesmas Tompobulu Gowa. Analytical observational with cross sectional study approach. This research was conducted at Puskesmas Tompobulu Kab. Gowa on 31 July - 31 August 2017. The sample in this study is total sampling with as many as 51 respondents of the instrument in this study is using a questionnaire. Statistical test using computerized system by using chi-square test at significance level 95% (α = 0,05). The Result of this research is p-value = 0.000 with significance level <0,05. This shows that there is significant influence between the duration of contraceptive use to weight gain. And obtained by p-value = 0,002 with significance level <0,05 this shows there is significant influence of physical activity activity to weight gain. The longer duration of use of DMPA injection will be more at risk of obesity on contraceptive injectors. The fewer activities performed by the KB acceptor will be more at risk of weight gain. This research is expected to be useful and become input for practice area in giving injection contraception service and observe acceptor body weight every time at visit.

Along with the development of science and technology that is very fast and increasingly widespread, the need for comfortable, safe and fast transportation facilities is very much needed by transportation users, especially in the use of air transportation, in ensuring the safety of flights at airports is an obligation for all personnel. Aviation security, especially those on duty at the Screening check-point to carry out their duties correctly and consistently according to the instructions contained in the applicable regulations. Airport security officers play an important role in terms of security for passengers providing the best service in order to meet passenger expectations or satisfaction, the purpose of this study is to find out what the role is and to find out what the obstacles and solutions are from the aviation security unit in handling passenger luggage that endangers flight securit. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The techniques used in this study were data reduction, data presentation and conclusions/verification. Through sources, namely Mr Wawan senior Avsec, Mrs Galuh senior Avsec and Mrs Citra junior Avsec. From the results of the research that the author has done, Aviation Security plays an important role in ensuring security for users of aviation transportation services, and in carrying out their duties in accordance with the applicable Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), and always coordinating with related parties, then for the constraints face, namely from limitations in terms of the availability and quality of the technology used for inspection of passenger luggage. Although there are a variety of detection equipment, sometimes the technology may not be sophisticated enough or capable of accurately detecting objects that are a real flight hazard. Then in handling the problem the airport must improve the limited technology availability system for checking passenger luggage, sometimes the technology may not be sophisticated enough or unable to accurately detect objects that are indeed dangerous to flights

The problems that exist in the Pekalongan Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office (Disporapar) on the one hand are problems in the organisational structure, especially in charge of Tourism, which has no sub-fields, even though the workload is very high. Another problem is that many tasks in the tourism sector have not been handled properly, such as the implementation of the licensing process and public services in the tourism sector, the implementation of qualifications and administration of tourism services, coordination and formulation of standards, norms and tourism promotion, and facilitation of tourism product development and the tourism business world and the creative economy in the tourism sector. On the other hand, it is a heavy responsibility for Disporapar to coordinate, communicate and socialise due to the low participation of the community to become "people aware of tourism".The purpose of the study was to analyse efforts to develop institutional capacity in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. Analyse the factors that hinder and support capacity development efforts in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. The data used are primary and secondary data. With data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques through four stages that must be passed, namely information collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of the analysis of the above research, the conclusion is that first, the development of institutional capacity in coordinating public services in the tourism sector at the Pekalongan Regency Disporapar is not yet sufficient internally, such as budget improvement, improvement of organizational structure, recruitment of human resources apparatus, and provision of infrastructure facilities. Second, externally, there has been no development and improvement of tourism objects that are adequate for the consumption of local and foreign tourists in Pekalongan Regency. Thirdly, there is a lack of participation and awareness of the people to form "Rakyat Sadar Wisata" groups, but more people are not aware of tourism, so there is still "robbery" and destruction of tourist attraction facilities, illegal parking in tourist attraction areas, inadequate number and condition of tourist attraction facilities, and a lack of investors. However, there is a relief in the support from the Provincial and Central Governments as well as the availability of large areas of coastal, inland and mountainous land in Pekalongan Regency and the many potential natural resources in Pekalongan Regency that have not been utilised. This study aims to find out how far the implementation of the Pangandaran Regency Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2015 concerning the Management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh for Poverty Alleviation in Pangandaran Regency, what are the obstacles and to find out what efforts have been made by the Pangandaran Regency National Amil Zakat Agency to overcome these obstacles . The Pangandaran Regency National Amil Zakat Agency, hereinafter referred to as Regency BAZNAS, is an institution that carries out national zakat management in Pangandaran Regency. BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency is a Zakat Management organization formed by the Government with the task of collecting, distributing and utilizing zakat in accordance with Islamic religious provisions and applicable laws and regulations. In this study the method used was a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using observation and interviews. From the results of the research and discussion, it shows that the implementation of the Regional Regulation of Pangandaran Regency Number 5 of 2015 concerning Management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh for Poverty Alleviation in Pangandaran Regency has not been carried out properly. This is evidenced by the lack of effective communication between the BAZNAS of Pangandaran Regency and the Regional Head as a political position as well as the regional Secretariat whose job is to assist regional heads in formulating policies and coordinating regional offices and regional technical institutions. The absence of strict sanctions from the regional head to civil servants who do not comply with these regulations has hindered poverty alleviation from Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh funds collected by BAZNAS. Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh carried out by BAZNAS did not reach the target, as a result the assistance distributed by BAZNAS tended to be consumptive funds with little value. Lack of quality and quantity of Human Resources for BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency, so when the aid funds were channeled for business capital assistance, BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency did not provide assistance and utilization of beneficiaries, so that the funds received were ultimately not optimal for poverty alleviation, and led to when the business capital runs out, in the end the business closes.

Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on developing and empowering subordinates, with the aim of creating significant change in the organization.  This leadership style involves inspiration, motivation, and positive influence of a leader on subordinates. In the context of state administration, transformational leadership can directly impact the performance of civil servants, including civil servants in the Lamuru sub-district office of Bone Regency. Bone Regency is one of Indonesia’s regions with its own potential and challenges in development. In carrying out its duties, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office as a representative of local government at the sub-district level has a strategic role in organizing various state administration activities, coordinating development programs, and providing public services to the community. To achieve these goals, quality and effective ASN performance is essential.The research method used in this study is a Qualitative Research Method on the Effect of Transformational Leadership on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can be used to gain a deep understanding of the experiences, perceptions, and meanings associated with the phenomenon of leadership and the performance of civil servants in specific contexts.Transformational leadership has a significant influence on the performance of the state civil apparatus (ASN) at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. Through transformational leadership, a leader is able to inspire, motivate, and influence civil servants to achieve better performance and make maximum contributions in carrying out their duties. This study highlights several important findings related to the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of civil servants in the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. By paying attention to the influence of this transformational leadership, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can improve the performance of civil servants, and quality public services, and strengthen public trust in the local government. Effective implementation of transformational leadership requires organizational support, leader commitment, effective communication, subordinate participation, good team building, and appreciation for achievements.

The Coordinating Ministry for the Economy of the Republic of Indonesia (2022) reports that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are important players in the Indonesian economy, accounting for 99% of all economic sectors. MSMEs contribute 60.5% to GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and are able to absorb 96.9% of the national workforce (Sakum & Ismamudi, 2022). But on the one hand, MSMEs experience many internal and external obstacles so they cannot maximize their business, one of which is UMKM Fiya Cake which has problems in applying visual branding, namely not having a business identity in its application. Therefore, the solution that will be provided as an effort to introduce Fiya Cake's business products is to design and create a business identity in the form of a logo, banner, and also create an NIB. The method used in this activity is the mentoring method which begins with a survey, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results to be achieved from this service activity are the creation of branding as a form of business identity so that it will be easy to remember by the wider community.

Morphology is a field of linguistics that studies morphemes and their combinations. Morphological objects are things related to word forms or word structures in language. In the study of morphology, there is a closed class and open class word classification. One of the closed class word classifications is conjunctions. Conjunctions are used to connect two or more clauses, both of which have a syntactic structure or have a different syntactic structure. The types of conjunctions include: coordinating conjunctions, subordinating conjunctions, and conjunctions between sentences. The choice of topics in this study was based on the finding of closed conjunction classes in the poetry anthology Sebatas Angan Rindu by Fina Af'idatussofa and Upik Lestari. The purpose of this research is to analyze and obtain a clear picture of closed classes of conjunctions, such as coordinating conjunctions, subordinating conjunctions, and conjunctions between sentences contained in the poetry anthology Sebatas Angan Rindu by Fina Af'idatussofa and Upik Lestari. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data source used is the poetry anthology Sebatas Angan Rindu by Fina Af'idatussofa and Upik Lestari published by the QT Millennials Library in 2006 which can be accessed via the link https://aseranikurdi.files.wordpress.com/2011/09/antologi-puisi-sebatas-angan-rindu.pdf. This study focuses on the management of gear pump maintenance on KM Kelimutu ship. Data collection methods are used to identify and investigate the causes of damage that occur in the gear pump. The required maintenance and repair actions are determined based on the analysis results. The process of managing maintenance involves several important steps. First, planning is carried out to determine the planned maintenance actions. Subsequently, organization is conducted by appointing responsible personnel and coordinating with relevant parties to minimize disruptions to the maintenance of equipment and other machinery on the ship. Furthermore, actuating involves efforts to ensure that all human resources work according to their tasks, functions, and competencies in order to achieve company goals. Finally, control is implemented through supervision of each job performed to identify and rectify any potential errors. The results of this study provide insights into the importance of gear pump maintenance and effective strategies in managing the maintenance process. By implementing the appropriate steps, it is expected to enhance the performance of the gear pump, extend its service life, and optimize operational efficiency in the industry.

The background of this research is that some micro business actors have been out of business due to the pandemic, and only a small number of micro business actors have been empowered by the Pekanbaru City Cooperatives (diskop) and UMKM Office. This study aims to: (1) find out how the empowerment of micro-enterprises by Diskop and UMKM in Pekanbaru City; and (2) knowing the factors that influence the empowerment of micro business actors by Pekanbaru's Diskop and UMKM. This type of research is qualitative research. There were six informants in this study, and one key informant. The results of this study are: (1) the empowerment of micro-entrepreneurs by the Diskop and UMKM in Pekanbaru City has fulfilled the aspects of good empowerment, because there are already aspects of enabling, empowering, and protecting. The enabling aspect is known from the efforts to collect data on the potential of micro-entrepreneurs. Then the empowering aspect is known from the activities of forming business partnerships, empowering business institutions, coordinating and synchronizing micro business actors with regional stakeholders. Meanwhile, the aspect of protecting is protecting micro-enterprises from adverse events resulting from medium and large business actors through legal protection and advocacy assistance; (2) the empowerment of micro business actors by the Diskop and UMKM in Pekanbaru City is known from two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are factors originating from the Pekanbaru City Diskop and UMKM, such as the limited budget for empowering micro-entrepreneurs. External factors are related to micro business actors, such as the desire to be empowered but not empowered by the Office. In addition, there are some micro business actors who do not support empowerment activities carried out by the office, because they are considered to be less needed by micro business actors. The research suggestions are: (1) micro-entrepreneurs should be given socialization regarding the importance of participating in various empowerment programs by the Pekanbaru City Diskop and UMKM; (2) the importance of increasing the implementation budget for various micro business empowerment activities so that many micro business units can be empowered.

Leadership is the art or ability of a person in coordinating and directing each individual or group towards achieving the expected goals. Leadership in an organization is seen as one of the most important aspects. An organization certainly needs a leader in order to run efficiently in accordance with its goals.  A leader must not only lead its members but also  become a representative of the organization, because a leader has a big influence on how an organization runs. Regardless of the roles and responsibilities of the leader, leadership traits and spirit can greatly help the running of an organization. Leadership training in general does not only aim to produce excellent leaders. It also provides education on organizational dynamics and how to run an organization efficiently. Leadership training that is held at the high school and college level are usually organized by the students themselves, the core of this training is activities organized by students and aimed at students. Leadership training can also be seen as a means to build a positive culture in educational organizations. It triggers active collaboration between staff and students, creating positive interactions within the educational organization. The leadership training takes the form of classroom-based training, workshops and seminars, online training, and mentoring and coaching.

News texts have an important role in life. Each sentence in the news text contains one or more information depending on the type of sentence used. The length of sentences in a news text makes it difficult for readers to digest the information presented. For this reason, this research is more focused on analyzing the phrases and sentences contained in news text excerpts. The goal is to make it easier for readers to understand the information in a sentence. Theoretically, this research is useful for adding insight into several types of phrases and sentences in Indonesian. The practical benefits obtained are in the form of ease in determining the core information of a phrase or sentence in a news text. This research is descriptive qualitative research that uses a pragmatic approach. The theoretical approach used in this research is the syntactic approach. The data used is in the form of news text excerpts from class VII Indonesian books which are suspected of having endocentric and exocentric phrases as well as single sentences and compound sentences. Retrieval of research data using literature study techniques, namely observing and noting. The data was then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique combined with the distribution method in sorting the data. The results of this study are presented informally. From the research results of five news texts in class VII Indonesian books, 50 data were found which included 7 coordinating endocentric phrases, 10 attributive endocentric phrases, 4 appositive endocentric phrases, 9 directive exocentric phrases, 2 non-directive exocentric phrases, and 8 single sentences and 10 sentences compound.

The supervision carried out by AMC is for all movements on the apron during take off and landing. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance evaluation of the apron movement control (AMC) unit in monitoring facilities in the apron area, constraints on facilities in the apron area, and solutions to constraints on facilities in the apron area at PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport. This research was conducted for 1 month, namely in March 2023 which was conducted at Yogyakarta International Airport, this research is a qualitative research. Primary data obtained directly by observation and interviews. Secondary data obtained indirectly through documentation, literature and company data. Data collection techniques using observation methods, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The results of the research were tested for the validity of the data using source, technique, and time triangulation. The result of the study is the evaluation of the performance of the AMC unit in monitoring facilities in the apron area using the MBO (Management by Objectives) method based on planning, monitoring and review. There are several problems with facilities in the apron area such as aviobridge 4C, 8A and 8C are damaged, aviobridge 4C slowdown is too slow, GSE is parked in No Parking Area (NPA), there is no Equipment Parking Area (EPA) marking, GSE is parked below fixbridge, CCTV error/connection to server fails, and CCTV is blurry if the weather is rainy. Some of the solutions for the problem facilities in the apron area are waiting for spare parts, coordinating with the mechanical unit, reprimanding and ordering groundhandling to move the GSE, reporting EPA markings to be added, and reporting to the ICT unit.

This research is entitled The Role of Administration in Archives Management in Gebang Private Vocational High School (SMK). The formulation of the problem in this study include: how is the role of administration in the management of school archives in Gebang Private Vocational School, Gebang District and how are the obstacles faced in managing school archives at Gebang Private Vocational School in Gebang District and the solutions. The expected benefits of this research include: adding insight and knowledge, especially in the field of education and knowing how the role of the administrative section in managing school archives at the Gebang Private Vocational School, Gebang District with the actual conditions in the field. This research uses the Field Research research method (field research) using a descriptive qualitative research approach. The research results obtained in this study include: The role of administration in the management of school archives is very good. The role of school administration includes, firstly, the head of administration as the person in charge of administrative operations in charge of coordinating all administrative activities, serving, assisting, and fulfilling or providing matters relating to educational information in schools. Second, is as a school education staff. The head of administration is very competent in his field and is responsible for his duties. The head of administration is already professional in carrying out his duties in the administrative section so that it is much more effective. In terms of staff development, school principals and administrative heads of Gebang Private Vocational Schools have done various things, namely involving staff in activities, such as training, upgrading, seminars and workshops. The most important administrative role is as an educational staff and as a provider of information regarding the management of records in schools, as well as being able to work together with all staff in preparing plans for managing school records. The problems that exist in the administrative section in managing school archives at Gebang Private Vocational Schools, first, lack of facilities and infrastructure for archive storage because the number of archives is increasing continuously. Second, schools use a lot of non-permanent education personnel. As has been explained, the head of school administration is the one who helps carry out the main work to achieve school goals. The solution needed from problems in managing school archives is first, by carrying out maintenance and prevention of damage to archive storage devices. secondly, the required facilities must have met the requirements, such as a large room, complete archive storage equipment and sufficient for storage of archives that are increasing in volume from time to time. third, the staff who manages the archives have met the requirements so that they are responsible for carrying out their work in accordance with their respective duties.

This research is entitled "Administrative Implementation in Providing Academic Services at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang". This study aims to determine the implementation of administration in providing academic services and the supporting and inhibiting factors of administrative implementation in providing academic services at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This type of research approach is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the research data using technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of administration in providing academic services at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang has three areas, namely: 1) Implementation of student administration activities carried out by administration in archiving student data documents are still not neatly arranged due to insufficient storage space and administrative space small businesses that are only partitioned off to the teacher's room which causes the implementation of student administration to not be optimal. 2) The administrative implementation of the curriculum activities carried out by the administration is running quite well, starting from administering the completeness of the curriculum, inputting the list of student grades, dividing teacher assignments, as well as fostering the preparation of lesson plans and syllabi. 3) The administrative implementation of academic personnel has been going well starting from the preparation of school personnel for the management of academic services, sending employees to take part in training for human resource development and coordinating to maintain harmony, balance and determination in carrying out employee duties. The supporting factors are personnel and methods. The inhibiting factors are the lack of other supporting facilities and infrastructure such as document storage cabinets, administrative rooms which are only separated from the teacher's room and from sources of funds that are less profitable in supporting academic service activities.

Effective COVID-19 patient referral system is crucial to ensure that patients in need of care can receive timely and appropriate treatment. The Regional Health Department of North Sulawesi Province plays a crucial role in the COVID-19 patient referral system in the region. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of the Regional Health Department of North Sulawesi Province in the COVID-19 patient referral system. This study was conducted using literature review. The results of the study showed that the Regional Health Department of North Sulawesi Province plays a very important role in coordinating between units within the department, overseeing the implementation of programs and policies, and ensuring the availability of sufficient facilities and medical personnel in the COVID-19 patient referral system. This role has ensured that the COVID-19 patient referral system in North Sulawesi Province runs well and effectively. However, further research can be conducted to deepen the understanding of the COVID-19 patient referral system in the region. Further research can be conducted to compare the COVID-19 patient referral system in other regions in Indonesia, so that a more comprehensive understanding of the role of regional health departments in handling the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia can be obtained.

Nutmeg is one of the most popular export commodities in the world. Starting from seeds, mace, and nutmeg oil, they are targeted in the pharmaceutical, perfume and cosmetic industries as well as the food and beverage industry. However, it is still rare for nutmeg skin to be used and processed into a product of economic value. In society, a lot of nutmeg meat is thrown away and becomes waste. The IKM empowerment program at the Nutmeg IKM center aims to develop the knowledge and skills of nutmeg business actors in the South Aceh IKM Center to process nutmeg waste into value-added food products. This program promotes the manufacture of dodol made from nutmeg or called Dodol Pala. The program implementation method is divided into three stages: (1) Preparation, designing activities and coordinating with the South Aceh Nutmeg IKM Sentra UPTD; (2) Implementation of guidance, namely developing the knowledge of business actors about processed products made from nutmeg and (3) Training and mentoring, training activities with direct practice of making nutmeg dodol. Assistance is focused on making product packaging and marketing. This training involved various parties, including members of the Teuku Umar University Higher Education, South Aceh Nutmeg IKM Sentra UPTD, nutmeg business actors (IKM), and students. The achievement of this activity, the participants succeeded in developing knowledge about the benefits of nutmeg assessed from their participation during the three days following the activity. In addition, the participants also succeeded in making good quality nutmeg dodol. This activity is expected to be a motivation for nutmeg business actors in South Aceh district to implement their knowledge after this activity.
