The wedding feast or yuamul farah in each tradition certainly has its distensing or uniqueness that gives birth to the characteristics of each region. The traditions carried out by each tribe of the community are certainly different from one another, one of which is the phenomenon practiced in the traditional events of the Mandailing tribe of North Sumatra which is still attached to this day is the tuor tradition in the Mandailing traditional marriage. Tuor is the name of the marriage dowry in the Mandailing customary agreement. The general description of tuor is: a man is obliged to give tuor to the woman he is going to marry. Tuor is a custom that has existed for a long time. For the people of Mandailing, the practice is as a form of preserving estavet tradition, although some of them do not know the origin of this tradition before. The author's observation on the area can be said that some people agree with the existence of this tuor tradition, but it is undeniable that there are other parts of the community who contradict the practice of the tuor because it can burden the party who will carry out the marriage. The party who feels burdened is the young man who is about to get married. Because sometimes the nominal size of the tuor results in delays in the marriage procession due to economic problems. The result of this study is that the Islamic perspective related to the tour inherited by the Mandailing community is not contradictory, because it is carried out on the basis that it both have aspects of willingness between one party and another. In addition, there is also a sense of family, agreement and also a sense of sincerity between the two sides of the family. The amount of the tuor is no longer a benchmark in Islamic considerations Because the form of the agreement between the two sides became the main foundation in establishing the tour.

This research analyzes the implementation of Regional Government policy in the form of Payakumbuh Mayor's Instruction Number: 01/Instruction/Wk-Pyk/2023 concerning Waste Management. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, namely a case study approach, observation or observation and in-depth understanding of the phenomenon being studied, documentation and interviews with related parties such as traders in traditional markets, residents around the TPS and cleaning officers from the Payakumbuh City Environmental Service. . The research results show that the main obstacle is the community's unpreparedness for the Regional Government's policy to manage waste independently, as a result of the closure of the Payakumbuh Regional TPA due to the impact of the landslide disaster. Another inhibiting factor is that education about waste management has not been thoroughly provided to the community and the lack of support for the facilities needed as well as the application of sanctions and appreciation to the community in waste management. Adequate training and skills are needed, the application of sanctions and partnerships between local governments with the private sector and other social institutions in the promotion and sale of waste recycling products, so that the community is not only independent in waste management but also helps the government in solving waste handling problems.

One of the biggest environmental problems in the world today is plastic waste. The accumulation of plastic that is difficult to decompose endangers human health and land and marine ecosystems. This is why managing plastic waste is an important small step towards making the environment cleaner and more sustainable. Reducing the use of single-use plastics, implementing recycling, and developing new ways to use used plastics for valuable products. Additionally, there was a discussion about how individual awareness, community collaboration, and government support are essential for plastic waste management. To reduce the negative effects of plastic waste, society can help future generations live better lives by implementing simple but consistent actions.

Plastic waste is one of the sources of problems for all living things, especially humans and their environment. So there is a need for awareness of this adverse impact. Measures such as the use of environmentally friendly alternatives, plastic reduction education, and government policies to limit the production and distribution of single-use plastics are increasingly being promoted. By implementing these alternative measures, it can have an impact on keeping our earth clean. The method used in this research is normative juridical, this research leads to the scientific field of law, regulations, and provisions that apply to a problem. In this case, a review of laws and regulations relating to plastic waste reduction policies is carried out. Meanwhile, the meaning of normative legal research is research conducted by looking at any library material as secondary data and is also considered as library legal research. According to the Jambeck Research Group report in 2015, Indonesia ranks second after China in the contribution of plastic waste to the ocean, with an estimated 3.2 million tons of plastic waste per year, and around 640,000-1.29 million tons end up at sea. By 2024, plastic waste in Indonesia is projected to reach around 13.98% of the total national waste generation, with an estimated volume of around 9.9 million tons. As a wise individual, we should not only rely on government policies in dealing with plastic waste, but each individual must be educated in order to create awareness of the dangers of the impact caused by the waste of plastic use.

Industrial policy in Indonesia faces significant challenges in an era of increasingly complex globalization. Globalization brings great opportunities for domestic companies to compete globally, but also poses risks such as economic inequality and unemployment. To address these challenges, the government needs to develop a smart industrial policy that not only encourages sectoral growth but also stimulates cross-sectoral innovation. Selecting imported goods, imposing high import fees on commodities that can already be produced domestically, and providing capital injections to companies with comparative advantages are effective ways to protect local industries from the negative impacts of globalization. Digitalization must also go hand in hand with the implementation of this strategy so that sectors can use digital technology to increase productivity and create new economic opportunities, especially for micro, small, and start-up businesses. Furthermore, Indonesia's economic strength in navigating the problems of globalization may lie in its integration with the creative economy. Indonesia's industrial economy requires creative and innovative human resources so that the creative sector can develop and compete on a global scale.
