The research aimed to analyze the role of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the Maumere Branch. The research method employed a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The data collection methods included observation, interviewes, and documentation.  The data sources used in this research were both primary and secondary data. The research involved 7 informants, including 3 employees of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air and 4 micro, small, and medium enterprise (UMKM) actors. The research’s results indicated that KSP Kopdit Pintu Air played a role in providing capital for micro, small, and medium enterprises. The also act as marketing facilitators, aiding members in promoting their business results. However, it’s important to note that KSP Kopdit Pintu Air did not offer entrepreneurship training, seminars, or workshops for their members. Additionally, the mentoring provided to member businesses was limited to monthly meetings for motivation, and the financial facilitators had not received training in financial management.

This study was conducted on the basis of describing the Role of Cooperatives in Increasing Teachers' Interest in Joining the Musthafawiyah Employee Cooperative (Case Study of the Musthafawiyah Employee Cooperative of the Musthafawiyah Islamic Boarding School). This study was conducted from October 2023 to July 2024. The study used a phenomenological approach. The data validation technique was carried out by digging up information from several informants who were directly related to the cooperative. In addition, the researcher also conducted direct observations at the research location to verify the data whether the data obtained from the informants was in line with the reality in the field or not. The results of this study, the author concluded that the cooperative had not been able to carry out its role properly in increasing teachers' interest in joining and actively participating in the Musthafawiyah Employee Cooperative, as can be seen from the cooperative members who left the cooperative, the number of members did not increase every year. This is also referred to by several factors, namely individual factors and environmental factors. To overcome the lack of interest of teachers to join the Musthafawiyah employee cooperative, namely by increasing socialization and communication, strengthening the role of leadership, providing incentives and ease of joining, improving the quality of cooperative services, and creating synergy with related institutions.

The 21st century is an era of technological advancement in this century technology plays an important role in human life from various aspects including in the world of education. Teachers are required to integrate technology in learning activities. TPACK, which stands for Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge, is a new understanding that has become a framework that can be used to analyze educators' knowledge about the use of technology in learning. The problems in this study are (1) how to implement TPACK in learning at MI Muhammadiyah Sentono Klaten (2) teacher obstacles in implementing TPACK. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcomes of grade IV students of MI Muhammadiyah Sentono Klaten before and after implementing the TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) approach, and to determine how much influence it has on the learning outcomes of grade IV students of MI Muhammadiyah Sentono Klaten. This study is a quantitative study with descriptive and comparative methods. The descriptive method is a research method to create a picture of a situation or event, while comparative is a study that uses the technique of comparing one object with another object with interview, observation and documentation techniques.

Maraknya pelecehan seksual pada anak menjadi fenomena yang memprihatinkan. Beberapa dampak pelecehan seksual mengakibatkan masa depan anak menjadi suram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman serta implikasi dari teks 1 korintus 6:19a sehingga pembaca mengambil bagian dalam memberikan edukasi kepada anak untuk menjaga dan menghindari dirinya dari kasus pelecehan seksual. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui metode studi Pustaka. Hasil yang didapat adalah pendidikan tentang seks dapat diberikan kepada anak usia dini dengan memahami makna tubuhmu adalah bait roh kudus di dalam 1 korintus 6:19a. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perhatian yang lebih terhadap anak-anak, tidak hanya secara jasmani tetapi juga rohaninya. Pendampingan orang tua memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam penerapan Pendidikan seks. Keselamatan jiwa anak merupakan tanggung jawab besar yang harus diwujudnyatakan agar anak dapat sejahtera dalam masa perkembangan dan pertumbuhannya, terutama dalam pertumbuhan kerohaniannya. 

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai bagaimana peranan wanita Kristen terhadap masa depan keluarga yang berhasil. Pertama, dalam sebuah keluarga, wanita memiliki peranan yang sangat penting. Wanita bertanggung jawab atas banyak hal, termasuk mengurus rumah, mendidik anak, menyediakan makanan sehat, dan tugas-tugas lain yang krusial bagi kesejahteraan keluarga. Kedua, masa depan keluarga adalah kondisi keluarga di masa mendatang yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh tindakan dan keputusan yang diambil saat ini. Oleh karena itu, peranan wanita dalam keluarga sangat menentukan bagaimana keadaan keluarga tersebut di masa depan. Ketiga, peranan wanita Kristen terhadap masa depan keluarga sangat erat kaitannya dengan nilai-nilai yang diajarkan dalam Alkitab. Wanita Kristen yang menjalankan perannya sesuai dengan Firman Tuhan dalam Amsal 31:10-31 dapat membawa masa depan keluarga yang indah dan berhasil dalam Tuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan bagaimana peranan wanita Kristen, berdasarkan Amsal 31:10-31, mempengaruhi masa depan keluarga. Strategi yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada 13 responden. Angket tersebut berisi 24 butir pernyataan yang mengukur variabel Peranan Wanita (X) dan Masa Depan Keluarga (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y, dengan r hitung sebesar 0,310 yang lebih besar dari r tabel sebesar 0,265 pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Peranan wanita Kristen berdasarkan Amsal 31:10-31 terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap masa depan keluarga jemaat di GPIA Cibinong. Wanita Kristen yang baik, cakap, dan takut akan Tuhan, yang menjalankan setiap tindakan sesuai dengan perintah Tuhan, mampu membawa keluarganya menuju masa depan yang berbahagia dan berhasil. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peranan wanita Kristen dalam membentuk masa depan keluarga yang sukses dan diberkati.

This study aims to find out how the marine and fisheries sector affects the increase in Regional Original Revenue (PAD) of Fakfak Regency and to find out the impact of regional levies on the receipt of Daserah Original Revenue for the Marine and Fisheries Sector of Fakfak Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Seeing the existing reality, the marine and fisheries sector has maximally made breakthrough efforts according to its role in order to increase Regional Original Revenue (PAD) as capital in regional development.                                                                                                                

The Identity Status of Children in Indonesia is contained in Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 of 2016 concerning Child Identity Cards article 1 paragraph (7) which reads: Child Identity Card, hereinafter abbreviated to KIA, is the child's official identity as proof of being a child who is less than 17 years old. and unmarried issued by the Regency/City Population and Civil Registration Service. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The sampling technique used in this research is the Purposive Sampling method with 6 samples. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis.The results of this research show that the implementation of Article 2 of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 of 2016 concerning Children's Identity Cards in the Bandar Lampung City Population and Civil Registration Service can be declared implemented as seen from the implementation of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 of 2016 concerning Children's Identity Cards in article 2 which explains the purpose of child identity cards so that the number of children who have Child Identity Cards from 2016 to 2024 is 309,758 children and in issuing child identity cards, the Population and Civil Registration Service has carried out its duties based on its authority and obligations and in Siya's view >Sah Tanfiz|iyah Syari'iyyah has been implemented in the community through a pick-up and drop-off program carried out by the Bandar Lampung City Population and Civil Registration Service which is in accordance with a leader (ulil amri) who must be responsible for the mandate that has been given and conveyed and carried out with the community according to tabligh characteristics and with Surah An-Nisa Verse 58.    

Leadership style is the leader's way of influencing the group so that they can work together to achieve the goals that have been set. The millennial generation or what is known as generation Y is a social community whose main characteristics are being literate and familiar with technology. The aim of the research is to determine the leadership style of the pastor and its role in the involvement of the millennial generation in ministry at the JKI Mahanaim Blitar church. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research which aims to find out and describe the role of leadership style on the involvement of the millennial generation in service. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used in this research are primary data and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation with pastors, congregation boards, and millennial congregation members. The results of the research concluded that the leadership style of the pastor in leading congregation members at JKI Mahanim Blitar tends to lead to democratic, autocratic and situational leadership styles. This is seen from various aspects, including the pastor's ability to solve problems, the policies taken, and the ability to communicate. The impact of the pastor's leadership style is that the number of millennial congregations involved in ministry increases every year, they have high commitment and loyalty and cadre formation in every field of service is going well.

PT.Aerofood Indonesia merupakan sebuah industri yang bergerak dibidang jasa pelayanan makanan penerbangan (inflightcatering). Perusahaan tersebutmerupakan salah satu unit bisnis di bawah PT. Aerowisata yang merupakan anak perusahaan maskapai nasional Garuda Indonesia. PT. Aerofood Indonesia Unit Denpasar mengalami kemajuan pesat dengan peningkatan jumlah karyawan menjadi 600 orang dan armada HI-Lift Truck sebanyak 10 buah. Jumlah karyawan terus meningkat hingga 1357 orang pada tahun 1992-1997, karena permintaan yang terus bertambah. Dalam kegiatan operasional di Departement Finance & Accounting pada PT. Aerofood Indonesia unit Denpasar menitikberatkan pada section Sales Control karena hasil proses penjualan perusahaan akan dikerjakan dan diproses oleh bagian ini.  Sales control PT. Aerofood Indonesia unit Denpasar meliputi kegiatan pelaporan sales perusahaan setiap harinya, menginput setiap transaksi penjualan perusahaan, membuat billing (tagihan) ke customer, serta merekap hasil penjualan perusahaan setiap bulannya sehingga menghasilkan laporan sales perusahaan. Demikian pula pada bagian  Account Payable : bertugas untuk mengumpulkan semua Purchase Order (PO) dan invoice yang telah disetujui, mengolah PO tersebut, memastikan pembayaran sesuai dengan kontrak perjanjian yang telah ditetapkan, membuat laporan rekapitulasi setiap bulan.Kedua bagian ini memegang peranan penting dalam proses penjualan katering dan pembelian bahan baku katering.

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di sekolah dasar memiliki peran yang penting dalam membentuk karakter dan moral peserta didik. Kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam konteks ini memegang peranan kunci dalam memastikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dan berkualitas bagi siswa. Artikel ini membahas konsep kepemimpinan berbasis nilai-nilai Islami dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah dasar. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan studi literatur, artikel ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana kepemimpinan yang berakar pada nilai-nilai Islam dapat memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa dan meningkatkan efektivitas guru dalam mengajar PAI. Temuan dari artikel ini menyoroti pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam praktik kepemimpinan sekolah dasar, seperti kejujuran, keadilan, kesederhanaan, dan empati, untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan berdaya. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa para pemimpin sekolah dasar perlu memperkuat pemahaman dan implementasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam strategi kepemimpinan mereka guna memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan agama Islam dan membentuk karakter yang kuat pada generasi muda Muslim.

Corticosteroid is one of the COVID-19 drug agents that has a pros and cons of its use because there has been a research that shows this drug had a negative impact and also there has been a research that recommend its use.This literature study conducted to discuss about role of corticosteroid towards COVID-19 patient’s outcome. This paper is a literature review that evaluates variant journals of original research with clinical study design about role of corticosteroid towards COVID-19 patient's outcome by selecting through electronic database such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, and CENTRAL with designated keywords. There are 16 literatures of clinical study design found through PubMed, ScienceDirect, and CENTRAL. It is know that the role of corticosteroid depend on patient's clinical characteristic and time given to the patients. It can be concluded that corticosteroid had role on improving oxygenation on patients with moderate-critical symptoms, reducing mortality rate on critical patients with hyperinflammation, and reducing the lenght of stay in the hospital.

A country's economic growth can increase because of the important role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive economic enterprises that were born as one of human activities to fulfill their daily needs. This research discusses the role of the Business Identification Number (NIB) in the context of business legality to support the business growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The focus of this activity is the UMKM Semen Tape Bu Suwarti, a tape producer in Semen Hamlet, Musir Kidul Village. This MSME assistance work program is carried out using several methods including surveys, observations, interviews and discussions, as well as mentoring. The stages in this activity begin with socialization regarding the importance of NIB ownership for business legality and assistance in making NIB. The existence of NIB can help to increase transparency in the business world by making it easier for the government to monitor and enforce laws related to business licensing and regulations. In this way, NIB not only simplifies the business process, but is also an important step in supporting the growth of MSMEs as a sector of the Indonesian economy.

This legal study aims to describe and study the problem about the the role of National Narcotics Agency (BNN) in enforcing the law against the perpetrators of the abuse of narcotics for himself (users) in Indonesia. This research is a normative law descriptive qualitative approach. This research uses primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used by way of literature study. Data analysis techniques used in the writing of this law is qualitative. These results indicate the role of National Narcotics Agency (BNN) in enforcing the law against the perpetrators of the crime of drug abuse in terms of Act No. 35 of 2009 on Narcotics.    

The purpose of this research is to describe the extent of the role of the alumni of the Sheikh Muhammad Dahlan Aek Hayuara Sibuhuan Islamic Boarding School in advancing education in the Barumun District Area. The Islamic Boarding School, which is the oldest in Padang Lawas district, has graduated many of the best alumni, ranging from great Ulama, Think Figures, ASN, TNI/POLRI, Islamic Boarding School Leaders, Lecturers in Higher Education, and Teachers in various formal and non-formal Educational Institutions. The Islamic boarding school which was established in 1938 was founded by Sheikh Muhammad Dahlan Hasibuan. The role of alumni in developing education has a significant impact and covers various aspects that are essential for the progress of educational institutions. Alumni, as a product of the education system, have experience, knowledge, and resources that can be utilized to support the development of education. They can contribute through improving the quality of education by acting as mentors, providing advice based on professional experience, and sharing information on relevant industry needs. In addition, financial support from alumni through donations, scholarships, and fundraising can help educational institutions in providing better facilities and innovative programs.

This research discusses the important role of teaching religious subjects in shaping students' religious attitudes at SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya. Religion teachers have a big responsibility in developing students' religious understanding, appreciation and practice. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and structured interviews with religious teachers and students. The research results show that the role of religious teachers is very influential in shaping students' religious attitudes, with a focus on learning moral and spiritual values ​​in the context of Islamic education at school.    

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using visual media, specifically flashcards, in enhancing the vocabulary of first-grade students at SDN Wonorejo 3 Surabaya. This topic was chosen due to the importance of vocabulary development in language learning and the need for innovative teaching methods. The research method involved a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design, collecting data through pretests and posttests on 30 students. The results showed a significant increase in students' vocabulary scores after using flashcards, with the average pretest score of 59.87 rising to 84.47 in the posttest. These findings confirm that flashcards are an effective learning medium for improving students' vocabulary. The conclusion of this study is that the use of visual media like flashcards can significantly enhance vocabulary comprehension, supporting the development of students' communication skills.

This study examines the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in increasing exports with a focus on the contributions and challenges faced by MSMEs in the current context of economic globalization. The descriptive analysis method is used to identify factors that influence MSME participation in international markets. The results show that MSMEs play an important role in the expansion of a country's foreign trade, although they also face various obstacles such as access to global markets and competition with large companies. This research provides in-depth insight into the strategies needed to strengthen the contribution of MSMEs to the global economy.

A church that has true knowledge of Him, remains true to the truth of the Bible, and grows in love for God and fellow human beings. A church that increasingly increases its personal relationship with God and is brave in assuming responsibility and church service. This paper analyzes how the existence of cell groups greatly contributes and influences a person's spiritual growth, especially in terms of maturing congregation members to participate in ministry. In cell groups there is two-way communication, there is interaction in it, which is different from sermons which are only one-way. In a group, all members of the congregation have more opportunities to study the Bible than in worship on Sundays which only involve listening.
