The change from the K13 Curriculum to the Independent Learning Curriculum has had positive and negative impacts for MTSN 2 Solok Selatan teachers. The positive impacts include increasing teacher motivation and enthusiasm for teaching, giving teachers freedom and autonomy in designing learning, increasing teacher creativity and innovation in teaching, improving the quality of learning and student learning outcomes. The negative impact is increasing the teacher's workload in designing and implementing learning, requiring extra time and effort to study and understand the KMB, requiring intensive training and mentoring for teachers. Joint efforts are needed to ensure that the Independent Learning Curriculum can be implemented effectively and achieve its goal of improving the quality of education in Indonesia. The aim of the Teaching Campus activity program for students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education is as a means for students to prepare themselves to become quality educators, and also to create the identity of an educator as well as to increase their knowledge about education. What will be done in carrying out the Teaching Campus program activities are debriefing, observing the school environment, observing learning in class and activities for forming work programs. The school situation certainly has many obstacles in educating its students. Therefore, prospective educators must be able to understand, and also find and search for various solutions to problems that have been observed in various ways which are of course fast and accurate. The situations we find in school and in learning often result in discrepancies from the learning plans expected by an educator. Therefore, an educator has other ways to carry out learning so that learning can be said to be successful and according to plan. Therefore, it is necessary to be close to students as a way for us to know the nature and characteristics of each student so that it can help to overcome problems that exist when learning takes place. When finding problems, prospective educators create ways to minimize various obstacles by using various learning methods which include interactive, active and interesting methods which aim to motivate students so that they are active in the classroom. Apart from these methods, prospective educators must teach various materials which are of course relevant to students' daily lives.

As it is now, the curriculum has undergone improvements from the 2013 Curriculum to the Independent Learning Curriculum. These changes certainly have an impact on teachers as implementers. Therefore, this research aims to find out how teachers perceive curriculum changes. To collect data, this research uses an interview method by asking several relevant questions. The results of the interview are presented in a descriptive explanation. From the results of interviews regarding changes to the curriculum, it can be seen that the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum have many differences, especially in the aims of the curriculum focus. In their perception, the new curriculum has advantages, especially because it gives teachers freedom to manage learning while encouraging student activity. The weaknesses that teachers need to pay attention to are limited teacher resources and learning media/devices. As a solution there must be an increase in teacher resources and learning tools.

There are still many teachers who carry out learning activities that only pursue the quantity aspect of the material. Teachers usually try to convey all the subject matter even in a limited time, thus ignoring the learning process carried out by students. This is not recommended. Learning should not be limited to emphasizing the fulfillment of the quantity of subject matter but must strive to achieve the quality side. Thus the PGSD Adi Buana lecturer team provided assistance to teachers in Gresik district to optimize their competence in designing and compiling learning hots based on independent learning. The method used in the implementation of this community service is a problem-based approach. The results of training and capacity show an increase in the knowledge of skills and abilities of teachers in designing and compiling learning hots based on independent learning. This is indicated by the learning tools collected by the teacher after the mentoring is complete. Teachers are able to arrange learning activities that are able to activate students, provide learning alternatives for students and optimize the competencies possessed by students.
