This study uses the Mean Value Analysis (MVA) approach to analyze the queuing system at the Mixue Ice Cream & Tea cashier counter on Jalan Pahlawan in Magelang City. The MVA method was chosen because it can handle general time distributions between arrivals and services. The research was conducted through direct observation and interviews over the course of two days, during which time data was collected on the time between arrivals and customer service. The analysis revealed that the system was not in a steady state, as the arrival rate (0.0122 customers per second) exceeded the service rate (0.0111 customers per second). High service variability (CV = 276.30%) compared to arrival variability (CV = 69.46%) indicates service instability. On average, customers waited 47.08 seconds, and the total time in the system was 137.17 seconds. These results are important because they indicate the need for increased efficiency and standardized services to prevent a decrease in service quality.

This study aims to present a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of Intellectual Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), and Spiritual Quotient (SQ) in an academic context, particularly focusing on the role of lecturers. Using bibliometric methods. The data for this study came from 300 English-language scientific articles published in 2023 from the Scopus and Google Scholar databases. The analysis was carried out using keyword co-occurrence techniques, overlay visualization, density visualization, and author collaboration networks. The findings show that there is a strong focus on developing conceptual frameworks and reviewing literature related to IQ, EQ, and SQ, indicating an effort to understand the integration of these three intelligences as the foundation for human resource development in higher education. However, several keywords were also found to be thematically irrelevant, suggesting challenges in data filtering or uniqueness of terminology between disciplines. Collaborative networks between authors tend to be fragmented, indicating the potential for fostering broader collaboration. The implications of this study theoretically reinforce the need for the integration of IQ, EQ, and SQ in understanding holistic intelligence, while practically encouraging higher education institutions to design lecturer development programs that balance these three aspects of intelligence to form superior character and performance

The right to a decent and healthy environment is explicitly guaranteed under Article 28H paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. However, in practice, development policies that prioritize economic growth often neglect environmental sustainability and may even compromise the environmental rights of future generations. This article aims to examine the concept of the constitutional rights of future generations to a sustainable environment within the framework of Indonesian constitutional law, and to evaluate the state's responsibilities in achieving sustainable development based on the principle of intergenerational justice. This study employs a normative juridical approach by analyzing constitutional provisions, statutory regulations, legal doctrines, and relevant decisions of the Constitutional Court. In conclusion, the article recommends strengthening the constitutional dimension of environmental protection through environment-based judicial review, reformulating development policies to ensure intergenerational sustainability, and explicitly recognizing the rights of future generations within the Indonesian constitutional legal framework.

A common mental health problem affecting millions of women all around is anxiety before pregnancy and after delivery. Untreated, it might cause early deliveries, reduced birth weights, bad infant bonding, and children's long-term developmental difficulties. Many mothers choose natural cures than from drugs for safety worries relating to their children. Recent research on non-drug approaches to lessen anxiety in pregnant women and new mothers is examined in this review. Focusing on multiple non-drug treatments, a comprehensive search was conducted in PubMed and Google Scholar. The results indicate that yoga and mindfulness-based stress reduction measures practically reduce anxiety. For treating anxiety, non-drug treatments are safe choices that healthcare professionals should integrate into maternal care. More research is needed for consistent methods and long-term studies to support clinical practices.

The purpose of this study is to describe and compare the literary structures of Sindhunata's novel Anak Bajang Menggiring Angin and S. Sularso's Ramayana using an objective-structural approach. The study's focus is on intrinsic factors, specifically themes and penokohan, as well as reflections of the social values of Jawa culture that are present in both karyas. This study uses a kualitatif deskriptif method with the content analysis technique applied to two novel texts as the primary data. The study's findings indicate that both karyas have a common interest in discussing traditional topics such as the relationship between kebaikan and kejahatan, cinta sejati, pengorbanan, and nilai kepemimpinan. However, there are differences in alur kelengkapan, narasi kedalaman, and tokoh penggambaran. Anak Bajang Menggiring Angin presents the Ramayana in a more precise and symbolic manner, while Sularso's version of the story emphasizes the traditional forms of ungkapan and Jawa symbols. The results of this study are presented in a clear and concise manner by comparing two contemporary adaptations of the classic Ramayana story with objective-structural analysis that has not yet been widely discussed. This study aims to shed light on how modern sastra might serve as a local reflection of culture through traditional epik.

This community engagement article aims to enhance the legal awareness and digital literacy of students at SMA Negeri 1 Wangon in addressing the growing phenomenon of sexual violence in digital spaces, particularly in the era of artificial intelligence. The primary issue faced by Generation Z today is a lack of legal understanding and weak digital ethics, which makes them vulnerable to becoming both victims and perpetrators of online sexual violence. The program employed a participatory approach using methods such as observation, group discussions, case simulations, and evaluation through pre- and post-tests. The results indicate that the legal and digital literacy education program significantly improved participants’ understanding of legal frameworks, including the Law on Sexual Violence Crimes (UU TPKS) and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE). The program also fostered awareness of digital ethics and the importance of personal data security. The implementation process revealed high levels of enthusiasm among students, particularly during the creation of anti-sexual violence digital campaigns, which were later published on the school's social media platforms. This program had a positive impact on students’ ability to recognize, prevent, and respond to digital sexual violence, while also encouraging the formation of a legally conscious student community that can serve as a driving force for digital cultural transformation within the school environment.

This study analyzes the application of collaborative governance in overcoming the phenomenon of overcrowding of visitors and its impact on environmental security at Kaimana Hospital, West Papua. The background of the research is based on the imbalance in the capacity of hospital infrastructure (serving 65,490 people) with the high number of visits, exacerbated by the habit of the community transporting patients en masse and the massive use of JKN services. The descriptive qualitative method is used with data collection techniques through semi-structured interviews, observations, and visual documentation. The analysis refers to the theory of Ansell and Gash (2008) which includes starting conditions, institutional design, facilitative leadership, collaborative process, and outcome. The results of the study show that efforts such as limiting visiting hours and the construction of halfway houses are not optimal due to less participatory policy design, lack of structured dialogue between stakeholders, and top-down leadership. Overcrowding is triggered by narrow waiting rooms, limited facilities, and the disintegration of the queue system. Despite collaborative initiatives, the results are still partial due to weak cross-sector coordination and low community participation. Strategic suggestions include infrastructure improvement, the development of an integrated digital queuing system, intensive socialization, and the formation of collaborative teams across sectors (RSUD, government, TNI/POLRI, and the community). Conflict management training, periodic evaluation, and participatory leadership approaches are also needed to create sustainable service transformation. This study emphasizes that inclusive and transparent collaboration is the key to overcoming overcrowding and strengthening the safety of the hospital environment.
