This study explores the impact of AI-generated writing prompts on students' creativity, autonomy, and writing skills in online language learning environments. Writer's block is a common issue in online education, affecting students’ ability to produce coherent and engaging written work. AI-generated prompts, such as those provided by GPT-4, are proposed as a tool to stimulate creativity and support autonomous learning. The study employs a quasi-experimental design involving [insert number] students, using pre- and post-test writing samples, surveys, and classroom observations to measure improvements in creativity, participation, and writing quality. The main findings show that students who used AI-generated prompts demonstrated significant improvements in writing quality, creativity, and engagement compared to those using traditional writing methods. The study concludes that AI prompts offer an effective method for enhancing students’ writing skills and fostering creativity in online language learning, but a balanced integration with traditional teaching methods is essential. Recommendations for educators include incorporating AI tools into writing instruction to promote creativity and support student autonomy. Future research should focus on the long-term effects of AI prompts and their application in diverse educational contexts.

The purpose of this study is to show how much green finance—which includes investments in renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, green technology, social investment, and green bonds—can help a sample of Iraqi bank employees achieve sustainable financial performance, including accounting, marketing, and comprehensive performance. The research problem was that the banking system and the government must work together effectively to provide the required financial tools, such as low-cost bank loans and exemptions from environmental taxes, in order to achieve sustainable financial performance and make the shift to a green economy. By examining the connection between these factors, two primary hypotheses were created to gauge the degree of influence and linkage. The primary instrument for gathering information pertaining to the field component of the study was the questionnaire form. There were 179 people in the sample. The study included a variety of statistical techniques, including standard deviations, arithmetic averages, and structural equation modeling with the aid of statistical tools (spss.var.29, amos.var.26). The most significant of the conclusions drawn was that green financing has a morally beneficial effect on sustainable financial performance.

This study aims to conduct a literature review examining the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on job satisfaction and employee performance. Through a thorough analysis of relevant literature, this article presents significant findings from previous research. The analysis of three relevant journals reveals that OCB has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction. When employees voluntarily engage in OCB behaviors that go beyond their formal job responsibilities, it tends to enhance their job satisfaction. Additionally, OCB is positively related to employee performance. Employees who engage in OCB behaviors tend to achieve better performance in various aspects of their work. In the context of education, OCB also plays a crucial role in improving teacher performance and creating a productive learning environment. This article provides an in-depth understanding of the importance of OCB in enhancing job satisfaction and employee performance. To create a positive and productive work environment, organizations need to encourage and appreciate OCB behaviors through recognition, appreciation, and increased participation opportunities. Although previous research findings demonstrate a positive relationship between OCB, job satisfaction, and employee performance, it is important to note that further research is needed to gain a deeper understanding of the factors influencing OCB and the best strategies for fostering OCB behaviors in the workplace.
