The main function of the kidneys under normal conditions is to regulate fluids and electrolytes and the acid-base composition of body fluids, remove metabolic wastes that are no longer needed by the body, regulate blood pressure and hormonal function. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is the final stage of chronic kidney failure where GFR <15 ml/min/1.73m2 so that the body fails to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance, causing uremia, namely retention of urea and other nitrogenous wastes in the blood (Smeltzer et al. al, 2008; National Kidney Foundation in Kallenbach, et al, 2005). With the increasingly real decline in kidney function or worsening of symptoms of uremia, renal replacement therapy is required for survival, namely dialysis and organ transplantation. There are two methods of dialysis, one of which is Hemodialysis (Potter, 2005; Smelzer, 2008). Cases of chronic kidney failure in the world have increased by more than 50%, in the United States which is a very developed country every year there are about 20 million adults suffering from chronic kidney failure and undergoing hemodialysis in more than 100,000 patients, while in Indonesia, according to the Indonesian Kidney Diatrans Foundation, YDGI), in 2007 there were about 100,000 chronic kidney failure patients but only a few patients were able to undergo hemodialysis. Kidney replacement therapy in Indonesia was started in 1972 in Jakarta (Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital/FKUI), in Bandung in 1976 (Hasan Sadikin Hospital/FK UNPAD).

Hypertension is an increase in blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg. One of the causes of hypertension that is difficult to control is stress which can worsen the client's condition so that it is needed to handle through stress management. Zikir relaxation therapy is one of the relaxation therapies with an elemental approach to spirituality that is useful for reducing stress. The purpose of this case study is to illustrate the application of Zikir Relaxation Therapy to stress on clients with essential hypertension in the area assisted by the Rowosari Health Center Semarang. This type of research is descriptive using the case study approach method. The subjects used were two respondents with the criteria of clients with essential hypertension, level I-II hypertension, and moderate stress levels. The form of intervention is the application of Zikir relaxation therapy 4 times in 2 weeks (twice a week). The analysis is used to determine the stress level using the DSS (Distress Symptom Scale) measuring instrument. The results showed a decrease in stress levels before and after the administration of Zikir therapy from moderate stress to mild stress for subject I with a decrease of 36 scores and from moderate stress to normal for subject II with a decrease in 40 scores. The average reduction in stress levels of the two subjects after Zikir relaxation from an average score of 63 to 38. From the results of these studies, the provision of zikir therapy can be used as an intervention to reduce stress levels in clients with essential hypertension.

An application is usually used by several users where each user has access rights to certain forms in accordance with their authority or position. Another example is the Academic Value application used by the Administration to input student and course data, Lecturers to input academic value data and Students to view academic value data. Access rights to use certain forms can be set directly in the program code with the consequence that if there is a change in access rights by certain users, you must change the program code, this is not a problem if the company can still contact the programmer to change the program code according to changes in user access rights but it will be a problem if the program maker cannot be contacted by the company to change the program code according to changes in user access rights.

Dian Wacana Demak Christian Kindergarten-Kindergarten School, which is one of the agencies engaged in the science and early childhood education. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. The research objective is to design an effective and efficient school financial administration recording information system and design a school financial administration recording information system that has a system security that can maintain the correctness of the data. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D Development Research model, the Prototyping System Development Method to produce a product in the form of a prototype with 6 stages: Research and Data Collection, Planning, Initial Product Development, Product Testing, Product Revision, Final Trial. The conclusion from the results of this study is that this system can facilitate the recording of cash in and cash out transactions so that there are no mistakes in recording, users can easily present cash reports more quickly so that they can minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print. cash reports with accurate results so as to support and speed up decision making.

In the era of information and technological developments that are very rapid as it is today, in the context of managing human resources in a company or what is known as a personnel management information system. The problems faced by PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, namely until now, the staffing data management is still using a manual system that is not well computerized, does not have a database as a data storage medium, data sharing is not via the network and still uses hardcopy printouts. Seeing the problems that occur in the personnel administration subdivision of PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, the author intends to develop a web-based personnel information system (SIMPEG) to hide staffing master data, employee data, promotions, and periodic salary increase data. using PHP and MySQL. The system development method that I use is AHP. In the end, this system can provide output to its users in the form of a promotion decree, a regular salary increase decree and employee reports.

Management of school funds in the form of SPP (Educational Development Donations) at the Kranggan foundation sourced from kindergarten, elementary and junior high schools so far is still managed manually, making it difficult and takes a long time for the Administration to check lists for students who have made payments. Every month. In this study, an SPP payment system was made using an SMS Gateway with the web scraping method. In the development process using the prototype method. The researcher aims to develop a web-based information system that is expected to help manage school payment data for the better. The information system will be equipped with an SMS feature that will be sent to the parents of the students concerned so they can know that the school payment has been made. This SMS feature is also useful for sending reports of late payments or SPP arrears to parents of students whose children are late in paying tuition fees. With this program, students can also make tuition payments in two ways. The first is manually or submitting payment to the TU at the school. The second is by means of money transfer payments through banks.

Reform of the military justice system (criminal law enforcement) is essentially part of the idea of law reform. Legal reform includes not only "legal substance reform" and "legal structure reform", but also "legal culture reform". Therefore, the reform of the military criminal law system must also be accompanied by the renewal of the military legal culture, which includes, among other things, the renewal of the cultural aspects of legal behavior and legal awareness related to "military culture" and the renewal of the aspect of military legal education/science. So, "legal behaviour, legal, science and legal education reform" is also needed. This research will discuss Military Justice Reform in Indonesia, by conducting a comparative study with the existing military justice systems in various countries. This article concludes that the prospect of the position of the military court in Indonesia after the administrative, organizational, and financial fields are in the Supreme Court will make the military court better and more independent. The administration and organization will be more well organized in accordance with other courts.

Satisfaction is a person's feelings of pleasure or disappointment that arise after comparing the results of a service that are in accordance with or not in accordance with the expectations they had before getting service. Patients as users of nursing services demand nursing services in accordance with their rights, namely quality nursing services. In providing nursing services, Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) is very important to assist nurses in achieving quality nursing care. In giving medicine, one must pay attention to the six "correct" principles which have become mandatory procedures before giving medicine, namely: right patient, right drug, right dose, right method, right time, and correct documentation. This study aims to identify the effect of applying standard operational procedures (SOP) for drug administration with the six correct principles on the level of patient satisfaction in Ungaran Hospital. The design of this research is descriptive analysis using a cross sectional approach, the number of samples used is 90 respondents using the Slovin formula to determine. The results of the study using the Chi Square analysis test showed that there was a significant effect between the application (SOP) of drug administration with the six correct principles on the level of patient satisfaction (p = 0.000). From the results of the analysis obtained the value of Odds Ratio (OR) of 59.160. The recommendation from this research is that nurses always apply the SOP correctly to increase patient satisfaction.

Diabetes melitus menjadi masalah kesehatan di dunia karena terjadi peningkatan setiap tahun. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan obat atau agensi terapi yang efektif dan murah untuk menanggulangi diabetes melitus. Ekstrak kulit terong Belanda mempunyai kandungan antosianin dan betakaroten yang memiliki kemampuan menurunkan kadar gula darah, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai obat tradisional yang efektif dan murah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian ekstrak kulit terong Belanda terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah tikus wistar jantan yang diinduksi aloksan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian pre and post test randomized controlled group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan tikus wistar jantan sebanyak 25 ekor  yang dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok perlakuan yaitu perlakuan dengan aquadest (kontrol negatif), ekstrak kulit terong Belanda (Solanum betaceum) dosis 0,25 ; 0,75 ; 1,25 g/kg BB dan metformin sebagai obat diabetes dengan dosis 18 mg/tikus (kontrol positif). Semua kelompok diinduksi aloksan sampai dengan kadar gula darahnya mencapai ≥ 200 mg/dL lalu diukur kadar gula darah sebagai data pre test. Perlakuan diberikan selama 14 hari dan pada hari ke – 14 diukur kadar gula darah sebagai post test. Ekstrak kulit terong Belanda dosis 0,25; 0,75 dan 1,25 g/kg BB mampu menurunkan kadar gula darah secara signifikan selama 14 hari akan tetapi belum ada dosis yang memiliki efektifitas yang sebanding dengan metformin dalam penurunan kadar gula darah apabila diberikan selama 14 hari.Kata kunci: Ekstrak kulit terong Belanda, diabetes, tikus, aloksanABSTRACT Diabetes melitus is a health problem in the world because the sufferers increase from year to year. So that it is needed an effective and economical drug or therapeutic agency to cope with the disease. Tamarillo peel extract contains anthocyanin and beta-carotene which are capable to reducing blood sugar levels, so that it can be used as an effective and economical traditional medicine. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of the administration of Tamarillo peel extract on decreasing blood sugar levels in male wistar rats induced by alloxan. The research method used a pre and post test randomized controlled group design. This study used 25 male wistar rats divided into 5 treatment groups namely aquadest treatment (negative control), metformin as a diabetes drug with a dose of 18 mg / rat (positive control), and Tamarillo skin extract (Solanum betaceum) dose 0, 25; 0.75; 1.25 g / kg BB. All treatment groups were induced by alloxan until their blood glucose levels reached ≥ 200 mg / dL then measured blood sugar levels as the pre test data. The treatment was given for 14 days and on the 14th day blood sugar levels were measured as a post test. Tamarillo peel extract dose of 0.25; 0.75 and 1.25 g / kg BB can significantly reduce blood glucose levels for 14 days but there is no dose that has an effectiveness comparable to metformin in reducing blood glucose levels if given for 14 days.Keywords: Tamarillo peel extract, diabetes, rats, alloxan

The quality of health services shows the level of perfection of health services in creating a sense of satisfaction in patients.In this study, researchers used a purposive sampling type of research, namely sampling with special criteria, namely inclusion and exclusion criteria with a cross sectional approach, namely research that explores, analyzes and explains the relationship between the quality of health services and patient satisfaction at the Ridge Health Center. The data needed comes from filling out questionnaires by patients or families of patients seeking treatment at the Ridge Health Center.The sample in this study used 44 respondents who received treatment at the Ridge Health Center. And in this research, the instrument used was a questionnaire with a total of 40 questions.The results of this study show that there is a relationship between the quality of health services, reliability (0.038<0.05), assurance (0.000<0.05), tangibility (0.002<0.05), empathy (0.000<0.05), and responsiveness (0.000 <0.05) with patient satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the quality of health services (reliability, assurance, tangibility, empathy and responsiveness) with patient satisfaction at the Ridge Community Health Center. The advice that researchers can give is that they can evaluate and improve management to improve the quality of service so that patient satisfaction is related to research results, namely the components of speed of administration, patient comfort as well as completeness of medical equipment and accuracy of information so that it is hoped that it can increase patient satisfaction.

Smart City bukan hanya tren untuk kota-kota besar, tetapi kebutuhan akan layanan publik yang cepat, murah, aman, dan dapat dipercaya. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis pemerintahan pintar berbasis teknologi informasi sebagai implikasi dari smart city Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggambarkan  bagaimana pemerintah daerah dapat mengimplementasikan empat komponen dalam smart city yaitu: (1) government of a smart city, (2) smart decision-making, (3) smart administration and (4) smart urban collaboration. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) pemerintah daerah telah menyediakan instrumen untuk keberhasilan infrastruktur kota pintar, sumber daya manusia, dan peraturan, tetapi dalam hal sumber daya manusia dan fasilitas infrastruktur belum optimal seperti yang diharapkan; (2) Respons publik terhadap pemerintahan cerdas tidak optimal, tetapi kelas menengah memiliki kemampuan untuk menggunakan dan berpartisipasi dalam pemerintahan cerdas; (3) Ada 16 Perangkat Daerah yang telah menyediakan layanan publik berbasis TI dengan berbagai bentuk layanan; (4) Permintaan akan layanan berbasis TI telah meningkat tajam dari sebelumnya sebagaimana dibuktikan oleh nilai SKM yang cukup baik dan (5) mayoritas aksesibilitas publik ke layanan publik rendah karena kerentanan ekonomi, sosial, usia dan keterjangkauan harga.

With the advancement of modern technology that is the computer in an information system today is expected to provide effectiveness and efficiency in data processing and minimize the error rate in the processing system. The procedures that will be processed between SPP Payment, SPI and Practice fees using the Microsoft Visual Basic Application System and using the Microsoft Office Access database system.With the new system, it is hoped that conducting transactions in the SOKO Midwifery ACADEMY TNGGAL SEMARANG can be utilized as well as possible and used as much as possible by all groups of leaders and other employees especially the financial administration division so that it can simplify each transaction.

Along with the development of information technology that is increasingly rapid, the use of information technology at this time is an important requirement in every agency or company An educational institution requires good administrative management with the aim to improve services to students, the school payment system in the form of Education Provision Contribution (SPP) and Donation of Institutional Development (SPI) at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Semarang is still done conventionally, where the recording of data and the payment process of SPP and SPI are written into diaries, ledgers and spreadsheet applications which results in the accumulation of data in the form of archives. FMS information regarding pricing, promotion information, product specifications and ordering products for customers who are already registered. SMS Gateway application can also help customer service in its duty to serve customers with data that is clear and ter updates can be seen in the administration module. Youth organizations have the potential to build the nation and as agents of change, therefore their existence needs to be managed professionally so that they truly contribute to regional development. Within the village environment, there are many potentials that can be developed as alternative capital for regional development. It is hoped that the implementation of strategic management in its management will produce work programs that are appropriate to the needs and potential resources owned by the village/kelurahan, as capital in developing the village. The concept of strategic management includes how an organization makes strategic plans, coordinates and implements programs and evaluates them. In several kelurahans within the sub-district, the existence of youth organizations tended to show less of their role in promoting village development. The existence of this organization seems to be just a formality to complement activities in the village. The awareness of residents to use this organization as a forum for activities and to participate in developing their area is very lacking. The organizing process requires funds to run the programs that have been planned. In general, the obstacles to realizing work programs include funding issues. With sufficient funding, young people can develop their potential, to empower villages and their communities (carry out the activities needed) and provide added value and increase welfare. However, in reality in society, these organizations are not managed properly and optimally because they are constrained by financing. One of the efforts to attract funds is by submitting proposals for funds to certain institutions, both government and non-government organizations. Most of them do not know how to make a proposal for funding an activity. Furthermore, the regional autonomy policy provides opportunities for regions to develop themselves and their communities in accordance with regional needs/interests, so the role of youth as a nation's potential and development constellation cannot be separated from village/sub-district development.

In Indonesia, there has been no unification or no entity which regulates adoption. Fostering or adoption is still causing problems for communities and governments. Not only in terms of the appointment, but also the problem of the division of property of the adoptive parents. Based on this, the authors raised the title "Judicial Review was borrowed against Children Raise In The Compilation of Islamic Law (Case Study sues Inheritance Case Number: 029 / Pdt.G / 2014 / PTA.Smg)".The formulation of the problem of legal writing this study is (1) How was borrowed Against Judicial Review Adopted In KHI (Compilation of Islamic Law)? (2) How does the provision of the foster child is based on was borrowed from the estate of her adoptive parents in the case of contested inheritance case Number : 029 / Pdt.G/ 2014 / PTA.Smg? This study uses normative juridical approach to the specification of descriptive analytical research, the research aims to describe the legal review inheritance rights of adopted children according to Islamic Law Compilation (Case Study sues Inheritance Case Number: 029 / Pdt.G / 2014 / PTA.Smg). Besides, in this study, the authors used secondary data consisting of secondary law and primary legal materials. How to collect data through library research. Library method is done by examining the primary legal materials, and secondary on granting was borrowed against adopted children. Research results obtained are based on a review of juridical was borrowed against the adopted child in Compilation of Islamic Law, a foster child who did not inherit from his adoptive parents can get the name of administration, where the provision of children's lift can be done through was borrowed, as stated in Article 209 KHI , Giving the foster child is based on was borrowed from the estate of her adoptive parents in the case of contested inheritance case Number: 029 / Pdt.G / 2014 / PTA.Smg namely, the adopted child can receive inheritance from her adoptive parents or heir through "was borrowed" a maximum the amount of 1/3 (one third) part of the overall property adoptive parents as article 209 Compilation of Islamic Law in Indonesia, with the proviso is not an heir and has not received agrant.

ABSTRACT An environmental permit is a permit given to any person or initiator who wishes to undertake a business and / or activity that is required to be UKL-UPL in the framework of environmental protection and management as a condition of obtaining a business and / or activity license. Violations committed by PT. Hadi Putra Makmur related to the issue of obligations and prohibitions, especially regarding licensing, efforts to manage and monitor the environment, hereby the supervision of DLH enforces by giving administrative sanctions. The above is the basis for the author to take the title "ADMINISTRATIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT ON IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES THAT DO NOT HAVE DOCUMENTS UKL-UPL (Study of PT. Hadi Putra Makmur Semarang City)." In this research, the authors raise the problems, namely: a. How is administrative law enforcement for activities that have no significant impact that do not yet have UKL-UPL documents? b. What are the obstacles that arise in the administration of administrative law for activities that do not have significant impacts that do not have UKL-UPL documents? c. What is the Role of Administrative Law in Enforcement of Environmental Law? The method used is to use the type of juridical normative research with descriptive analytical research specifications, secondary data sources with data collection methods through literature study and interviews, and the method of presentation and data analysis methods using descriptive analytical methods. The purpose of this study is to explain the application of administrative sanctions for activities that do not have significant impacts that do not have UKL-UPL documents. Barriers that arise in the enforcement of administrative sanctions for activities that do not have a significant impact that do not have UKL-UPL documents, and the role of administrative law in environmental law enforcement. The results showed that PT. Maladministration in BPJS Kesehatan services at government hospitals remains a persistent challenge that undermines the principles of good governance in Indonesia. This study examines violations of the General Principles of Good Governance (Asas-Asas Umum Pemerintahan yang Baik/AUPB) in the context of BPJS Kesehatan services at Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Regional General Hospital (RSUD), Makassar, South Sulawesi. This research employs a normative-empirical legal method, combining statutory analysis with field data obtained through interviews and documentation. The findings reveal that maladministrative practices—including procedural delays, discriminatory treatment of BPJS patients, inadequate information disclosure, and arbitrary administrative decisions violate several AUPB principles enshrined in Law No. 30 of 2014 on Government Administration. These violations contravene the principles of legal certainty, impartiality, proportionality, and accountability. The study concludes that institutional reforms, strengthened supervisory mechanisms through the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, and enhanced legal literacy among healthcare workers are necessary to reduce maladministration. This research contributes to the development of administrative law enforcement in the Indonesian public health sector.
