This community service program was designed to enhance the inventory management skills of santri at Pesantren Assyifa through the use of spreadsheet technology. Many pesantren-based business units still rely on manual inventory methods, leading to inefficiencies, stock errors, and operational delays. To address this issue, a structured training program was conducted involving 25 selected santri actively engaged in the pesantren’s economic units. The program consisted of three interactive sessions covering basic inventory concepts, spreadsheet functions, and hands-on design of inventory tracking systems. Using tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, participants were guided to create real-time stock records, calculate inventory movement, and generate reports. The success of the training was measured through pre- and post-tests, spreadsheet project submissions, and participant feedback surveys. The results showed a 68% average increase in test scores, a 96% project completion rate, and a 4.6/5 satisfaction score. Additionally, 84% of participants applied the system directly within pesantren business units. Feedback from participants indicated high engagement, practical usefulness, and a strong desire for follow-up training. This initiative demonstrated the effectiveness of integrating digital tools into pesantren education, contributing to the development of digitally literate and economically empowered santri.

The formation of new lexical items through the combination of two or more lexemes is referred to as compounding, a significant process within the field of morphology. As noted by O’Grady (1996), compound words are typically categorized into two types: endocentric and exocentric compounds. Katamba (1994:320) emphasizes that endocentric compounds exhibit greater productivity compared to their exocentric counterparts. This study aims to examine the morphological structures of endocentric compound words found in a specific object—namely, the speech text School Strike for Climate. Employing a qualitative-descriptive method, the research analyzes and interprets the semantic classification of the identified compounds. The speech transcript reveals 26 occurrences of endocentric compounds, all of which function as compound nouns and consist of nominal components.

This study discusses the impact of plastic waste imports from the Netherlands on environmental security in Indonesia. The practice of cross-border waste trade has become a sensitive issue in international relations, especially when developing countries such as Indonesia receive an abundance of waste from developed countries. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through documentation and literature studies. The analysis focuses on regulations, dynamics of the recycling industry, and the ecological impact of incoming waste. The results show that most of the imported plastic waste cannot be processed safely and contains hazardous contaminants such as microplastics and heavy metals. This waste pollutes the soil, rivers, and seas, and enters the food chain through marine fish consumed by the community, thus threatening food security and public health. The state's response, although it has included re-export steps and policy revisions, is still weak in terms of supervision and law enforcement. In conclusion, plastic waste imports are a form of non-traditional threat to Indonesia's environmental security that requires stronger structural, diplomatic, and institutional responses.

This study aims to analyze price elasticity and income elasticity of products by integrating perspectives from conventional economics and Islamic microeconomics. In conventional economics, price and income elasticity are used to understand consumer demand sensitivity to changes in price and income. Meanwhile, Islamic microeconomics adds an ethical dimension, such as the prohibition of israf (wastefulness) and the importance of balanced consumption. The findings indicate that elasticity analysis is crucial not only for business strategies and economic policies but also must incorporate Islamic economic principles to promote sustainable and ethical consumption. This study suggests that integrating Islamic microeconomic values in elasticity analysis can enrich the understanding of consumer behavior and foster more inclusive economic policies.

The role of Islamic banks in distributing funds to MSMEs in Cikarang is crucial for strengthening the local economy. By offering financing products based on Sharia principles such as murabahah, musharakah, and mudharabah, Islamic banks provide capital solutions for MSMEs while upholding the principles of justice and risk-sharing. A qualitative review of the literature indicates that the involvement of Islamic banks can enhance access to capital, improve business productivity, and foster long-term relationships between banks and entrepreneurs. The main issues identified include a lack of understanding of Sharia principles among MSMEs and credit-related risks. The recommendations from this study include increasing Sharia education, simplifying contractual procedures, and strengthening the role of supporting institutions.

There is a large correlation between its economic development and a country’s capital market. The capital market connects individuals with potential investments and helps businesses obtain the necessary financing. The way investors view a company’s growth potential is reflected in its stock valuation. Stock price fluctuations are influenced by several factors, including effective Good Corporate Governance (GCG), capital structure, and financial performance. By examining the impact of GCG, financial performance, and capital structure, this study aims to provide clearer guidelines on how companies in the financial sector of the IDX can influence stock prices from 2020 to 2024. The quantitative method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that stock values were significantly influenced by these three factors, both separately and when combined. These three variables explain a quarter of the variance in stock prices (measured by the Adjusted R² value of 0.256), while the remaining variation is due to variables outside this study. Whether you are an investor or a business leader, these findings can help you make better financial and governance choices and will pave the way for further research.

Negative thinking represents a type of cognitive distortion that can negatively impact an individual's mental health and impede their ability to adapt effectively in daily life. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of three cognitive strategies self-talk, reframing, and thought stopping in managing such negative thoughts. Utilizing a qualitative research approach, this study conducted a literature review alongside participatory observation. Data were gathered by analyzing various academic articles, books, and journals focusing on these three techniques in the context of controlling negative thought patterns. Findings reveal that each technique offers unique benefits: self-talk helps in cultivating a more positive internal dialogue, reframing enables individuals to interpret problems from a more constructive angle, and thought stopping effectively halts the recurrence of negative thoughts through conscious intervention. These results indicate that these cognitive techniques can serve as practical psychological interventions for managing negative thinking.

Gender discrimination is a serious problem that is often experienced by adolescents in social and educational environments. Feminist counseling techniques are present as an alternative approach that emphasizes equality, empowerment, and validation of client experiences, especially women. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of applying feminist counseling techniques in helping adolescents face and overcome the impact of gender discrimination. The method used is a descriptive qualitative study with a case study approach on several adolescents and school counselors. The results showed that techniques such as self-disclosure, reframing, and self-empowerment were effective in increasing adolescents' self-confidence, critical awareness, and courage in voicing gender injustice. The main obstacles in implementing these techniques are the counselors' lack of understanding of feminist principles and limited counseling time in schools. Therefore, training and institutional support are needed to optimize this approach.

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Mayora Indah Tbk using the Du Pont System approach. This method decomposes Return on Equity (ROE) into three main components: Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Equity Multiplier (EM). The research employs secondary data from the company’s 2023 and 2024 financial statements. The findings reveal that despite an increase in net sales, the company experienced a decline in net profit, asset efficiency, and ROE. ROE decreased from 21.29% in 2023 to 17.84% in 2024, influenced by a reduction in NPM and TATO, along with a rise in EM. This decline indicates pressures on profitability and asset efficiency. Therefore, the company should enhance operational efficiency and manage its capital structure effectively to sustain optimal financial performance.
