The existence of the cosmetics industry basically has a positive impact but also creates new problems because there is still inadequate management of liquid waste. The aim of the study was to find out how the coagulation and flocculation processes affect the quality of BOD, COD, and TSS in wastewater treatment plants. This research method uses a qualitative type method, based on its type with a cross sectional approach with an observational researchhmethode. The populationnof this study is the outlet of the Wastewater Treatment Plant which has undergone coagulation and flocculation processes. The samples used were outlets after the coagulation and flocculation processes were carried out at the WWTP in Cosmetic Industry X, Depok City. The results from the inlet levels of BOD 2,152 mg/l, COD 5,380 mg/l, and TSS 1,830 mg/l. The outlet levels of the Cosmetic Industry X Wastewater Treatment Installation in Depok City showed a BOD level of 15 mg/l, a COD level of 63 mg/l, and a TSS of 20 mg/l. In this study the contents of BOD, COD and TSS in cosmetic industry waste X in Depok city were included in the water quality status with good quality after coagulation and flocculation processes.

In this discussion, we are interested in making this study because the language used on social media tends to use slang and non-standard words that are influenced by culture, regional languages, and language absorption from other social media, therefore this study was held to provide information to people, especially adolescents, to start using good and correct Indonesian. This study aims to determine the use of Indonesian on social media. Data is obtained from status, stories, and conversations in the comments column on Twitter and Instagram that are taken randomly. 

Tourism sector has a good prospect in the future, because it can give big foreign exchange for developing tourism sector. Developing tourism sector needs several factors of human resources, one of them is the communications factors in which language as a means of verbal communication plays an important role. The functions of language and such ast o develop science and technology. And to communicate with other country. The people who are involved in the tourism industry are required to communicate with the tourists in their language. The language which is often used to communicate with the foreign tourist is English. If they cannot understand the English language, the foreign tourist will often find difficulties in communication. The problem are : What are the roles of English tourism in Tobelo? The hypothesis is that the role of the English language and the ability of a person in using the English language is important in the tourism industry.    

The increasing development of Ciater hot spring tourism in Subang Regency has encouraged the management to build resort hotel facilities. The design of this project refers to ecotourism principles. The design area is 47,000 m 2 consisting of 23 villa units, supporting facilities and recreational facilities. This project was designed by raising three main issues, namely environmental issues, privacy, and atmosphere. These three issues are then elaborated into the main concept, namely Tranquil Coexistence of Nature and Architecture which means harmony between architecture and its environment. The beautiful scenery of the mountains of West Java and the sloping contours of the land are a reference for laying out the mass composition and zoning on the site. The arrangement of masses in the eco-resort area is made natural by avoiding angles and symmetrical geometries. The concept of an open mass and roof form adapted from Sundanese architecture is a reference for spatial planning and building masses in villa facilities and public facilities using local materials. As an effort to reduce degradation of environmental quality in Ciater, the design of the site utility was made using a water sensitive landscape design approach in which the water element will be recycled and reused on the site. The results of this eco-resort design are expected to be able to contribute to environmental preservation, increase the tourism potential of Ciater hot springs, and increase the welfare of the surrounding community in line with the increasing number of visitors who come.

  This article analyzes the interpretations and metaphors on the lyric of Iwan Fals song. This research was also conducted using the hermeneutic  approach which showed that is  was descriptive. There are also metaphors used in the "Tikus-tikus Kantor" song such as mice, cats and shrimp. One of the interesting thing is that the lyrics of this song are not expressed clearly but uses figure of speech. Research has shown that the song is about public criticism of corruption by government officials and law enforcement agencies.    

Teacher discipline is an attitude or action that shows one's responsibility, professionalism, character, role model and personality in carrying out work as a teacher. In this case, teacher discipline refers to the teachers at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang school. This study aims (1) to find out how the use of fingerprint attendance at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. (2) To find out how the discipline of teachers at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. (3) To find out how the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance on teacher discipline at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. The results of the study show that the Application of Fingerprint Attendance can be categorized as Very Good. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire data reaching 91.2% which is in the range of 81% - 100%. Teacher discipline can be categorized as Very Good. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire data reaching 88.7% which is in the range of 81% - 100%. The Effect of Fingerprint Attendance Application on Teacher Discipline at SDIT As – Sakinah Tanjungpinang the calculation results obtained that the value of rxy = 0.5419 was between the values (0.40 – 0.70). Thus, rxy = 0.5419 is greater than r table at a significant level of 5% and a significant level of 1% (0.5419 > 0.4629 > 0.3610). This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So the results of the correlation analysis show that there is an effect of Fingerprint Attendance Application on Teacher Discipline at SDIT As - Sakinah Tanjungpinang.  

This study aims to find out about the application of the maslahah concept in public consumption in the Lasi district to achieving maximum utility. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using interview data collection techniques. The informants in this study were the people in the Lasi district with a total of 30 informants. The selection of informants was carried out by accidental sampling technique. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that maslahah can only be obtained when consumption is carried out on goods in accordance with Islamic law, not exaggerating in fulfilling consumption goods and in terms of achieving maximum utility, society prioritizes the principle of spiritualism in achieving happiness both in this world and in the hereafter by means of zakat, infaq and alms.

Akad Mudharabah adalah salah satu akad yang termasuk ke dalam akad yang berlandaskan atas dasar kepercayaan, harus ada sikap saling percaya antar dua belah pihak yakni pemilik modal (shahibul maal) serta pengelola modal (mudharib). Akad mudharabah ini kini juga telah banyak digunakan pada Lembaga - Lembaga Keuangan terkecil seperti Koperasi. Koperasi ini nantinya akan menyalurkan dana kepada nasabah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mereka dalam keseharian, maupun dalam bercocok tanam. Tentunya dengan perjanjian bagi hasil yang harus dipenuhi sebagai akad dari kegiatan yang akan dilakukan. Pelaksanaan akad mudharabah yang kini mulai banyak dilaksanakan di tengah masyarakat tentunya harus di perhatikan agar tidak terjadi ketimpangan dalam pembagian hasil yang telah di sepakati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendekripsikan efektifitas pengendalian risiko dalam pembiayaan mudharabah pada Koperasi Kelompok Tani “Gapoktan” di Jorong Pasanehan. Untuk melengkapi kajian tersebut, maka digunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) Datanya bersumber dari data primer dan skunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh data yang di perlukan  dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, serta studi perpustakaan terkait dengan objek penelitian yang diteliti.

Islamic calligraphy is one of the cultural treasures of the Indonesian archipelago which must be preserved. Learning Islamic calligraphy increases the imagination, creativity and intellectual development of students. Of course, there are not many state school students who are talented in the art of calligraphy compared to private Islamic schools. But this does not mean that they do not have creativity in Islamic calligraphy. This community service activity aims to overcome this. Islamic calligraphy training activities use the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach where the cycle includes KUPAR (to Know, to Understand, to Plan, to Action and to Reflection). This service activity was carried out for students at Wiradesa Public Middle School 2, Pekalongan Regency, for 2 weeks. The result of this community service activity in the form of training in the art of Islamic calligraphy is that Wiradesa 2 Public Middle School students are very enthusiastic in learning to write Islamic calligraphy. This is evidenced by the results of Islamic calligraphy that has been made by students of Wiradesa 2 Public Middle School, their writing is increasingly developing and according to the rules of Islamic calligraphy. With this training, students become confident to develop their creativity and express their imagination in the form of works in the form of Islamic calligraphy.

Konsumen akan melakukan pilihan terhadap semua barang yang diinginkan berdasarkan rupiah yang dimilikinya. Suatu rumah tangga setiap bulannya akan membutuhkan berbagai macam barang dan jasa untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Sedangkan penghasilan yang dimiliki terbatas jumlahnya. Dengan penghasilan yang terbatas tersebut, rumah tangga sebagai pelaku ekonomi yang rasional akan melakukan pilihan yang terbaik untuk mengonsumsi barang-barang kebutuhannya. Tentu saja pilihan akan dilakukan terhadap barang yang memberikan manfaat atau kepuasan yang paling tinggi. Semakin banyak barang yang dimliki, konsumen akan merasa semakin terpenuhi kebutuhannya. Dengan demikian konsumen menginginkan membeli barang yang dibutuhkan serendah mungkin. Pandangan ekonomi Islam mengenai permintaan relatif sama dengan ekonomi konvensional, namun terdapat batasan-batasan dari individu untuk berperilaku ekonomi yang sesuai dengan aturan syariah. Dalam ekonomi Islam, norma dan moral “islami” yang merupakan prinsip Islam dalam melakukan kegiatan ekonomi, merupakan faktor yang menentukan suatu individu maupun masyarakat dalam melakukan kegiatan ekonominya, sehingga teori ekonomi yang terjadi menjadi berbeda dengan teori pada ekonomi konvensional.

This research aims to determine the sticky costs behavior that occurs in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The behavior of sticky costs in this research is seen from sales, general and administration costs which are categorized into several industry groups to see the degree of sticky costs for each industry group per year. Apart from that, the factors that influence sticky costs include direct labor costs and overhead costs. goods sold. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis which is measured using the Anderson, Banker and Janakiraman equations. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method with a total of 65 research samples obtained during the 2017-2019 period. The results of this research are that all manufacturing companies in Indonesia have sticky costs behavior. The largest and smallest degrees of sticky costs occur in the textile, garment and footwear sectors and others. This proves that management in companies in these sectors is inconsistent in monitoring and controlling sales, general and administrative costs. Then regarding the influence of direct labor costs and the cost of goods sold is as follows: 1) Direct labor costs have no effect on sticky costs, 2) Cost of goods sold has no effect on sticky costs.

This Community Service activity aims to optimize the use of environmentally friendly agricultural products in the home industry for processing aloe vera into nata de aloevera. The agricultural products used are rice straw waste and bagasse which are processed into biodegradable raw materials. The experiment was carried out using a completely randomized design (CRD) with three treatments namely A (50% waste rice straw + 50% bagasse), B (75% waste rice straw + 25% bagasse), and C (25% waste rice straw + 75% bagasse). Measurements were made of the parameters pH, total acid, water content, protein content, and organoleptic nata de aloevera. The results showed that treatment A gave the best results in terms of pH, total acid, and protein content. Meanwhile, C treatment gave the best results on water content and organoleptic. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide alternatives to the use of environmentally friendly raw materials in the home industry for processing aloe vera into nata de aloevera and can meet consumer needs for healthy and safe food products..  Keywords: Biodegradable agricultural products, Home industry, Aloe vera processing, Nata de aloevera, Green technology, Green technology   Abstrak_Indo. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan produk pertanian yang ramah lingkungan pada home industry pengolahan aloe vera menjadi nata de aloevera. Produk pertanian yang digunakan adalah limbah jerami padi dan ampas tebu yang diolah menjadi bahan baku biodegradable. Percobaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga perlakuan yaitu A (50% limbah jerami padi + 50% ampas tebu), B (75% limbah jerami padi + 25% ampas tebu), dan C (25% limbah jerami padi + 75% ampas tebu). Pengukuran dilakukan terhadap parameter pH, total asam, kadar air, kadar protein, dan organoleptik nata de aloevera. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan A memberikan hasil terbaik pada parameter pH, total asam, dan kadar protein. Sementara itu, perlakuan C memberikan hasil terbaik pada kadar air dan organoleptik. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan alternatif pemanfaatan bahan baku yang ramah lingkungan dalam home industry pengolahan aloe vera menjadi nata de aloevera serta dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen pada produk makanan yang sehat dan aman. This service activity aims to meet the knowledge needs of the staff of the Government of Pananjung Village, Tarogong Kaler District, Garut Regency and related institutions that take shelter within it. The teaching material provided is in the form of Training on Making a Budget Plan (RAB). The activity was held in the Pananjung Village Hall using the Learning by Doing method. The outputs produced for the participants are training modules, training programs in the form of Microsoft Excel, material price lists, work wage price lists. The results of the training will provide ease of communication in proposing regional development between residents (applicants) and the Pananjung Kelurahan Government (manager).

This community service aims to provide education and understanding that produces creations and products for the people of Ursana Preparation Village, Inamosol District, West Seram Regency, Maluku Province. The method used in this service is by educating the villagers of Ursana Preparation which is conveyed orally about making meatballs mixed with beef and tuna as a source of food and nutrition as well as income for the village community. The results of the extension activities showed: 1) The response of participants to the extension activities was quite good and enthusiastic, 2) The participants who participated in the extension activities began to implement recommendations, namely making meatballs mixed with beef and tuna as a source of food and nutrition for families and income for village communities.

The background of this research is that the activities of Class VIII students of SMPN 31 Semarang in the learning process are not enthusiastic, students only focus on using books as learning aids. Therefore, in the learning process we need a media-based learning aid that can attract students' attention in order to improve student performance and understanding. It is important to apply TikTok-based learning application innovations to involve students in learning so that the material being taught is easy to understand.    Based on this background, the problem arises How to Use the Tiktok Application as a Learning Media in Writing Explanatory Text Writing Skills for Class VIII Students of SMPN 31 Semarang Academic Year 2022/2023? This study aims to identify the Utilization of the Tiktok Application as a Learning Media in Writing Explanatory Text Writing Skills for Class VIII Students of SMPN 31 Semarang Academic Year 2022/2023. This type of research is mixed method . Data collection was carried out by observation, interview, test and documentation methods.    The results of this study indicate that students in class VIII use the media using the social media application TikTok above, it can be seen that the average score of students in class VIII SMPN 31 Semarang in the 2022/2023 academic year when writing explanatory texts in general is at the moderate level (50- 74). The average score of the students on the explanatory text writing test performance was 66.71 at the sufficient level.

Artikel ini memuat sebuah analisis yang berasal dari penelitian dengan metode etnografi yaitu melalui wawancara dengan tokoh Reog Ponorogo dan juga observasi Reog Ponorogo di Jember. Reog Ponorogo merupakan kesenian asli Ponorogo, Jawa Timur yang tersohor di Indonesia bahkan juga beberapa wilayah di dunia. Sebagai kesenian tradisional, Reog Ponorogo erat dengan sesuatu yang bersifat mistis dalam praktik kebudayaannya, seperti yang terjadi dalam upacara ritual yang biasa dilakukan. Ritual-ritual yang biasa disajikan merupakan perwujudan dari penghormatan kepada harimau yang digunakan sebagai ikon dari Reog. Dengan keadaan tersebut menjadikan Reog dapat diidentifikasi sebagai kesenian yang didalamnya memuat prinsip totemisme. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana kesenian Reog Ponorogo memuat keadaan yang merupakan bagian dari prinsip totemisme yang sejalan dengan praktik dasar dalam dasar kehidupan agama sebagaimana yang dijelaskan oleh Emile Durkheim. 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas Upaya Guru dalam Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa Melalui Video Pembelajaran pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Terpadu di MTs Negeri 10 Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menerapkan metode  pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Untuk mendalami hal tersebut, peneliti merumuskan fokus penelitian sebagai berikut : 1) Bagaimana proses penggunaan vidio pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu di MTs Negeri 10 Nganjuk.?, 2) Bagaimana implikasi penggunaan vidio pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu di MTs Negeri 10 Nganjuk?, 3) Bagaimana tingkat keefektifan penggunaan vidio pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu di MTs Negeri 10 Nganjuk. ?. Hasil dari penelitian ini meliputi : 1) Guru harus mengingat bahwa karakteristik dan kemampuan siswa berbeda-beda dalam belajar. Oleh karena itu, guru harus menyiapkan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung pembelajaran yang akan diterima oleh semua siswa, sehingga tujuan pembelajaran tercapai. 2) Siswa dapat lebih memahami peristiwa yang terlihat secara visual dan menamai proses yang terjadi di dalamnya. Berbeda jika guru hanya mengajukan pertanyaan secara lisan. 3) Menggunakan media video edukasi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. 

The discovery of various efficient technologies has become a benchmark in development in all sectors. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) are growing rapidly. This study aims to determine the analysis of the technological adaptability of countries in the world and its comparison to readiness in Indonesia. This is because the ability to adapt technology has a close relationship to the economy in a country, both in terms of economic contribution and the labor market sector. This research uses data with parameters such as Gross Market Value (GMV), Global Connectivity Index (GCI), and GDP. As well as data on industry development in Indonesia. This research was conducted with a descriptive analysis method that uses content analysis steps to interpret the results of existing statistical exposure. The results of the research analysis show that a very significant government policy today is an investment in technology and communication infrastructure. Then to boost the economy, financing is the most needed factor today. Readiness to meet the demographic bonus can be done by developing the digital skills of the workforce in all sectors. Therefore, infrastructure, financing, and scientific integration of technology are the most crucial policies today.

Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan 1) untuk mengatahui gambaran kedisiplinan siswa UPT SPF SD Negeri 218 Batang Kecamatan Bontotiro Kabupaten Bulukumba, 2.) Untuk Mengetahui hasil belajar siswa UPT SPF SD Negeri 218 batang Kecamatan Bontotiro kabupaten Bulukumba, 3) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan yang signifikan antara kedisiplinan terhadap hasil belajar siswa UPT SPF SD negeri 218 Batang Kecamatan Bontotiro kabupaten Bulukumba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV,V dan VI SD UPT SPF Negeri 218 Batang Kecamatan Bontotiro Kabupaten Bulukumba yang berjumlah 56 siswa. Instrumen penelitian ini yaitu angket kedisiplinan dengan hasil belajar siswa. Tehnik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial (Korelasi Person Product Moment dan Determinasi) Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh gambaran kedisiplinan siswa berada pada kategori tinggi sedangkan hasil belajar siswa berada pada ketegori sangat tinggi. Maka diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kedisiplinan dengan hasil belajar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis inferensial (Korelasi Person Product Moment dan determinasi) diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan tetapi tidak menjadi faktor yang determinan antara kedisiplinan dengan hasil belajar siswa UPT SPF SD Negeri 218 Batang Kecamatan Bontotiro kabupaten Bulukumba.    

Kami menyelidiki ini dilakukan sebagai evaluasi dampak upah minimum kabupaten/kota dan indeks pembangunan manusia kepada tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Provinsi Banten menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2017 hingga 2021. Analisis regresi berganda dipakai buat menentukan seberapa besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil riset menampakkan bahwa variabel IPM dan upah minimum tidak signifikan dalam mempengaruhi tingkat pengangguran, meskipun penelitian lebih rinci dan kompleks diperlukan untuk hasil yang lebih akurat. Diharapkan hasil riset ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas kebijakan ekonomi pada Provinsi Banten.
