In response to the major impact of rapid developments in the era of globalization on the public service paradigm, many government institutions have implemented the New Public Service (NPS) concept. This concept is community-oriented and prioritizes the principle of innovation to create more efficient and responsive public services. To understand and analyze the implementation of the New Public Service (NPS) in Digital Population Identity (IKD) services at the Tangerang Regency Dukcapil Office, this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and is based on the seven NPS principles initiated by Denhardt J.V & Denhardt R.B (2003). The research informants came from the Population Administration Information Systems Section. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The implementation of the New Public Service (NPS) in the Tangerang Regency Dukcapil Disdukcapil in IKD services has generally illustrated an effort to create a better public service environment, sensitive to community needs, and respecting the rights of citizens. However, the research results show that there is still one principle that has not been implemented, namely "Value people, not just productivity." Therefore, to maximize results, continuous efforts are needed to increase public awareness, provide adequate resources, and utilize the latest information technology in public services.

Community service is one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which aims to provide real contributions to improving community welfare. In this context, the community service program implemented in RW 03, Paledang Village, Bogor City, aims to educate and intervene in health problems, especially hypertension. Hypertension was chosen based on the results of initial data analysis which showed the prevalence of high blood pressure reaching 66% in the community. Activities included hypertension gymnastics, health education, and melon juice distribution, which were carried out in a participatory manner by nursing students and supervising lecturers. The implementation method consisted of three stages: planning through data collection and analysis, implementation of educational and promotive activities, and evaluation to identify obstacles and impacts of the program. The results showed an almost even distribution between men and women, with the majority of respondents in the middle adult age group (40–59 years) and secondary education level (high school/vocational high school). These findings indicate that a community-based education and intervention approach can increase public awareness of the importance of preventing and controlling hypertension. This program has a positive impact, both for the community and students, through direct application of knowledge, improving public health, and strengthening the role of the nursing profession in the community.

This study aims to determine and analyze the form of fulfillment of consumer rights of IndiHome service provider users in the Laws and Regulations in Indonesia due to the FUP system and the responsibility of the IndiHome provider towards consumers due to the FUP system. This study is classified as normative research with a historical approach, comparative approach and conceptual approach. The results of the study indicate that consumer rights and the responsibilities of business actors, namely Indihome, have been regulated in Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Although it has been regulated in the Laws and Regulations, this situation is no longer effective because when an error occurs, Indihome can be released from its responsibility. For this reason, it is necessary to revise Article 27 letter b of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection.

Digital innovation in the agricultural sector is increasingly becoming an important concern as a solution to increase agricultural efficiency and productivity. This research discusses the comparison between open source technology and commercial technology in the agricultural sector, with the aim of understanding the advantages and challenges of each in the agricultural context in Indonesia. Using a comparative descriptive approach, this research involved 30 farmers who were divided into two groups, namely farmers using open source technology and farmers using commercial technology. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires and field observations, then analyzed descriptively to describe the use of both types of technology. The research results show that open source technology is more affordable and flexible, but is limited by a lack of technical support and integration with existing agricultural systems. Meanwhile, commercial technology offers more complete technical support and more integrated systems, but high costs are a major obstacle for small farmers. This research suggests the importance of policies that support the provision of affordable technology and training accessibility for farmers to maximize the potential of digital transformation in the agricultural sector.
