This socialization or community service aims to provide knowledge to the community about the importance of the role of parents in children's education. Through this socialization, it is hoped that the community will pay more attention to their children's education, not depending on the teacher alone, but rather on collaboration between the teacher and the child's parents. The method used in this socialization is a discussion method where there is someone as a presenter and there is someone in the audience who asks questions and is answered by the presenter. The results of observations carried out by researchers in Mattirotasi village showed that parents did not contribute enough to their children's education, which had an impact on learning motivation and also the quality of children's education in Mattirotasi village. The impact of the lack of parental contribution can be seen from the large number of children whose cognitive level does not match the child's own age or educational level, there are still many children who behave negatively towards their friends, for example hitting and making fun of their classmates.

This research aims to explore the role of performance management in improving the quality of education in schools. Quality education is an important aspect in achieving quality education goals, and performance management is considered an effective tool to achieve this. This research method involves literature study, secondary data analysis, and interviews with educational professionals. The research results show that performance management has a key role in improving the quality of education, through measuring, monitoring and improving the performance of teachers, students and educational staff. This article aims to investigate the changes that have occurred in the development of the Islamic religious education curriculum. Islamic religious education has an important role in shaping the character of students and developing their understanding of Islamic teachings. This research uses a descriptive-analytical method by analyzing related documents, school policies, and interviews with related parties. Growth and development disorders are a problem that is often found in society, so it is very important that all components involved in children's growth and development, namely parents, teachers and the community, can work together in early monitoring. The determining factors for the quality of a child's growth and development are constitutional genetic-heredo potential (intrinsic) and the role of the environment (extrinsic). Child growth and development disorders occur when there are genetic factors and/or environmental factors that are unable to meet the child's basic growth and development needs. Factors that influence a child's growth and development are genetic factors, and are more influenced by environmental factors and the diseases experienced by the child. Appropriate detection and intervention can optimize the quality of the child's subsequent growth and development. Babies who experience delays in development will make the baby's parents feel anxious and worried, which will affect how parents meet their baby's needs, such as mothers who do not encourage their babies to talk and mothers who do not exercise their hands and feet regularly at certain times. So that the baby has difficulty walking and lacks language, the lack of stimulation given to the baby will worsen the baby's developmental delays (Hurlock, 2002).Based on a preliminary survey conducted at the BP Nauli Community Health Center on 10 mothers who had babies, there were 5 mothers who did not provide stimulation to their children when their children were not going through the crawling phase and did not know the effect on the child's development, so based on these problems the researchers wanted to conduct research with the title "The Effect of Assisted Crawling Stimulation on the Crawling Ability of Babies at the BP Nauli Community Health Center, Kec. This research aims to describe the application of the academic supervision model to supervisors in developing Islamic religious education teachers in Pondok Jambi City Faith Islamic Boarding School and Jambi City As'ad Islamic Boarding School. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The subject of this research is the supervisor, chairman Madrasah, teachers and students at the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School, Jambi City and As'ad, Jambi City. Data collection The techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Processing technique and data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and verification or withdrawal.Conclusion The research results show that the implementation of academic supervision supervisor of the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City and the As'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City From a planning aspect, a monitoring program has been included because The supervisor has carried out planning before carrying out supervision activities by making agreement with the madrasah personnel who will be supervised so that they prepare themselves. This research aims to analyze the learning styles of 11th-grade students in Class MP 2 at SMK N 1 Bangli in the context of learning English. The findings indicate that the majority of students have a preference for kinesthetic learning style, followed by auditory and visual learning styles. Despite the dominance of the kinesthetic learning style, some students also show tendencies towards auditory and visual learning styles. Meanwhile, the research identifies several learning difficulties faced by students, such as a lack of motivation, basic English language proficiency, and limited school resources. To address these challenges, teachers and schools are advised to create an environment that supports students' learning motivation, pay special attention to mastering basic English language skills, and enhance students' access to quality learning resources, including the use of technology such as utilizing smartphones for learning activities.  In the current era, education is considered the main driving force to meet the needs of an increasingly globalized world, both in the field of improving the quality of information and in the field of improving morals and ethics, which focuses on education. This research aims to determine the history of the formation of the At-Taqwa Sambas Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah as well as the factors that support and hinder the development of the At-Taqwa Sambas Private Ibtidaiyah Madrasah. The research method used is historical research methods including heuristics, verification, interpretation and historiography. The research results show that the history of the At-Taqwa Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah was founded in 2011 and was founded by the leadership of the Islamic Education Foundation through the encouragement of community leaders who understand education for the younger generation. Mr. Aminuddin Hardigaluh as the driving force and other founding figures continues to invite children to study religious education at the At-Taqwa Sambas Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Starting from a student population of only 11 people and 3 teachers, this has not dampened the children's enthusiasm for studying at the madrasa. As time went by, the At-Taqwa Sambas Private Madrasah also experienced many developments, including increasing the number of students, increasing facilities and infrastructure as well as more disciplined learning practices.

This journal discusses the challenges and ideals in implementing the Independent Curriculum in schools. This research aims to identify the main obstacles faced by teachers and educational institutions in implementing the Independent Curriculum approach. Through qualitative analysis and surveys in various schools, the findings show that while the ideals of the Merdeka Curriculum promote an inclusive approach and are oriented towards active learning, many challenges arise in terms of lack of resources, training and systemic support. The results of this research provide in-depth insight into the efforts needed to maximize the potential of the Independent Curriculum in improving the quality of education at the school level. This study makes a significant contribution in the context of improving and improving the national education system.

This research aims to analyze the Transformation of Teacher Roles in the Digital Era. The method in this research is a qualitative research method with a narrative approach. Interview data was transcribed and reviewed using thematic content analysis. This study reports three important data themes which include teachers' adaptability to the digital era, challenges faced by teachers in learning in the digital era, opportunities faced by teachers in learning in the digital era and teachers' strategies in facing learning in the digital era. In this way, researchers investigate how teachers can overcome these challenges and take advantage of these opportunities to improve the quality of education in the digital era. By combining innovative approaches to teaching and investment in teacher professional development, the transformation of the teacher's role in the digital era can be a vehicle for creating more effective and inclusive learning experiences.

The research purposed to increase students motivation and used variation of teaching methods teachers in the delivery materials of students. It causes problems faced today, teachers spend too much time in front of classroom without give a chance students to explore new things besides in the class. Another programs is the low critical thinking ability of students which can be seen from the questions and students answer during the learning process. This is accordance with the results shown by Program for International Study Assesment (PISA) in 2015, Indonesia position as one the lowest ranked in quality, Education is ranked 62nd out of 70. Inquiry learning model is one of the way solves this problem. From the facts obtained, the writters tried to provide solutions of these problem is the right to do the development of teaching inquiry learning model. The design of this study using basic research. By using the inquiry learning model, the things obtained is inquiry training requires insvetigative activities, either observation or experiment, which or part of scientific performance. Inquiry involves process skill based on a scientific atittude so that activity can help students to gain a deeper understanding of the environment.

Education is a key element in the development of society and the nation. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pandean Paiton Probolinggo faces challenges in evaluating student learning outcomes during distance learning. Technological limitations have prompted the search for innovative solutions. The goal of this service effort is to improve the quality of student learning outcome evaluations by utilizing Google Drive and Google Form applications in distance learning. Teachers are empowered through intensive training, workshops, and mentoring, including the use of Google Drive and Google Form in teaching and evaluation question development techniques. Active interaction and knowledge sharing occur during training, which has successfully enhanced teachers' knowledge and skills in creating evaluation instruments with Google Form. The final survey results show a significant improvement, with 87% of respondents experiencing improvement. They are now able to design evaluation instruments more effectively during distance learning. The use of Google Drive and Google Form as evaluation tools opens up opportunities for improving the quality of education. Recommendations for the future include continuing to support teachers, deepening the integration of technology in the learning process, and expanding training to enhance the effectiveness of learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pandean Paiton Probolinggo..

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the teaching style of Civics Teachers at SMP N 35 Medan and to find out what facilities the teacher uses when teaching in class.This research method is to use a descriptive qualitative method using a field study approach. The results of this research show that the PPKn teachers at the school use an interactional teaching style and the learning facilities used are quite simple, such as the use of blackboards, study tables and PPKn package books.The conclusion is that the teacher has taught according to the RPP that has been prepared and he teaches well and with quality.

This research aims to produce a mobile learning media product using an articulate storyline application on human circulatory system material that is feasible and can be used by students at SMA Negeri 1 Amurang. Mobile learning media using the articulate storyline application is needed by school teachers to help during the learning process. This type of research is Research and Development / R&D development research using the ADDIE model. This model, as the name suggests, is Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The test instrument in this research is the product validity results from material and media experts. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of this research: 1) Development of mobile learning media using the articulate storyline application on the circulatory system material. 2) The quality of mobile learning aids on human circulatory system material is excellent. The assessment results from learning material experts obtained a feasibility percentage score of 85% for the very valid category. The assessment results from learning media experts obtained a feasibility percentage score of 89.9% for the very valid category. The response of students in class XI MIPA was in the perfect/exciting criteria with a percentage of 87.5%. It was concluded that the mobile learning media using the articulate storyline application on the circulatory system material at SMA Negeri 1 Amurang is very suitable to be used as a source of teaching material in the learning process.

Education plays a central role in community development and the enhancement of human resources. In the rapidly evolving digital era, information and communication technology has significantly transformed the education landscape. Technology has become an integral part of the teaching and learning process in schools, bringing both challenges and significant opportunities. Particularly at the Junior High School (SMP) level, subjects like Mathematics, Natural Sciences (IPA), Physics, and Chemistry play a central role in shaping students' foundational knowledge. However, students often have varying levels of understanding and different learning styles. This poses a challenge for teachers trying to meet the diverse learning needs of their students. The use of the same linear teaching methods for all students is often ineffective in such a context. In this research, we employed a literature review methodology. This approach helps summarize and synthesize existing knowledge on the role of technology in enhancing student motivation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. By analyzing trends, findings, and patterns emerging from related literature, we can establish a strong knowledge base for this research. The adaptive learning approach, leveraging technology, has emerged as an intriguing solution. This approach allows for real-time analysis of student learning data and the adjustment of content, material, or teaching methods to suit individual needs. The research highlights the primary benefits of adaptive learning, such as personalized content adjustment, enhanced student motivation, more efficient monitoring and evaluation, and time savings in achieving better understanding. However, the research also acknowledges several challenges, including uneven technology infrastructure, the need for teacher training, and student data protection. Nevertheless, this research emphasizes the importance of adaptive learning in the context of STEM education at the SMP level in the digital era, while recognizing the need for further research to explore the potential of technology in enhancing the quality of education at this level.  

The importance of character education in learning is to improve the quality of implementation and educational outcomes in schools which leads to the achievement of student character formation. In this case, the teacher is not only tasked with delivering learning material, but is also tasked with instilling character values in students (Fatmawati, 2017: 8). This type of research is qualitative research and the method used is a descriptive method. Sugiyono (2017:9) qualitative research is a research method used to examine natural objects. The main aim of qualitative research is to understand social phenomena or symptoms by providing an explanation in the form of a clear description of the social phenomenon or symptom in the form of a series of words which will ultimately produce a theory, which is explained (Sujardewi, 2014: 110). Based on the description that has been presented, this research is defined as a research process that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and behavior that is observed and carried out naturally. This research uses a qualitative research method with the hope of being able to describe the analysis of character education in mathematics learning material on absolute values for students at SMA class X Harapan Bangsa Samalantan. absolutely at SMA Harapan Bangsa Samalantan class X. Mathematics teachers in planning mathematics learning material have absolute values for the character values listed in the RPP, namely the character values of discipline, honesty, responsibility and skills. In implementing learning, mathematics teachers also apply character education through methods, strategies and learning media. Analysis of character education in mathematics learning with absolute value material is based on lesson plans that have been created and adapted to learning conditions. The teacher's learning implementation uses the case study method, so that students always think critically in their efforts to solve problem formulation in mathematics learning with absolute value material. Assessment of the achievement of character education in mathematics learning absolute value material in class X using test questions and observation sheets of student behavior in learning.

  This study aims to find out the problems faced by student-teachers in implementing online learning. A case study was chosen as the research design because the current research focused on understanding the issues faced by teaching practicum students in improving their performance when teaching using the online learning strategies. The researcher collected data through three types of data collection techniques, namely, interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results of this study show that online learning is not effective and cannot run well in learning activities in online classes. Furthermore, the results of data analysis show that students cannot develop appropriate and interesting online learning materials because they do not fully know how to develop appropriate materials due to the absence of special training for them to be able to teach and develop suitable and interesting materials during online learning activities. The findings also show that the use of online learning platforms has an effect on students' teaching performance because the lack of student participation in the implementation of online classes is more felt by students. The implication of this study is that it is crucial for educational institutions to provide comprehensive training and support in utilizing diverse online platforms for teaching purposes, ensuring that students are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver high-quality virtual instruction.
