Ngasinan Etan Village is one of the villages located in Gebang Village. The livelihood as a small businessman from this village is very possible because of the very strategic location close to the Gebang traditional market and the traditional Pucuk padar. The increase in tofu production in Gebang village has positive and negative impacts, the positive impact is that it has increasingly increased the MSMEs of Gebang village and can improve the welfare of the community. The negative impact is the amount of tofu waste that is released, causing unpleasant odors. The main problem asked by these entrepreneurs is the accumulation of dense waste that often affects the environment which causes air pollution as it is delicious. With the consideration of the community specifically tofu entrepreneurs, and with the thought of solutions based on existing theories and research results, the first priority that needs to be done is to improve the management of solid waste management in tofu. Improvements to the tofu mill's solid waste management methods, by providing an understanding of how to manage tofu's basic waste into food products. Utilization of tofu waste can be done by drying and made with a variety of processed products that can be consumed by the community, for example, processed into tempe gembus, beef food, fish feed sources, nata de soya production, tofu waste as organic fertilizer, tofu waste, tofu waste to poultry feed and tofu pulp into processed crackers.Tofu, Gebang, Masaran, Sragen waste

This study aims to examine the quality of public services in Pusakajaya District, Subang Regency, focusing on citizens' basic needs and civil rights. This study used qualitative and descriptive methods, with data collected through interviews and observations. Data analysis is done through data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the quality of service at the Pusakajaya sub-district office was not satisfactory, mainly due to limited physical infrastructure and service facilities, such as the absence of a comfortable waiting room, inadequate service room, and lack of air conditioning facilities. Despite these barriers, service processes generally conform to existing standards. Supporting factors for service quality are employee work motivation while inhibiting factors include employee shortages and inadequate infrastructure. This study suggests improvements in human resource management, acceleration of infrastructure development, and increased employee motivation as important steps to improve service quality. It is hoped that with this improvement, the quality of service in Pusakajaya District can meet the needs and expectations of the community more effectively.

Potential Attraction of Puri Mataram Sleman Yogyakarta Regency is a trending topic for tourists as a tourist destination in Sleman Regency with the cultural concept of Mataram kingdom. Located in Drono. Tridadi village, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The research is to find out the strategy for developing natural tourist attraction. This research is qualitative research, applying facts in the field. Attraction of Puri Mataram get attention of the Indonesian Vice President in managing through BUMDes Tridadi Makmur increasing the construction activities, additions and management of infrastructure facilities that are balanced with increasing quality of services provided, making Puri Mataram a natural tourist attraction as a leading tourist destination in Sleman Regenc. Methods of approaching tourism components 5A (Accessibility, Accommodations, Attraction, Activities Amenities). The conclusion of a quality and balanced development strategy pays attention to 3 main steps, namely short-term focused emphasis, medium term emphasizing consolidation and long-term focus on development.

The quality of health services shows the level of perfection of health services in creating a sense of satisfaction in patients.In this study, researchers used a purposive sampling type of research, namely sampling with special criteria, namely inclusion and exclusion criteria with a cross sectional approach, namely research that explores, analyzes and explains the relationship between the quality of health services and patient satisfaction at the Ridge Health Center. The data needed comes from filling out questionnaires by patients or families of patients seeking treatment at the Ridge Health Center.The sample in this study used 44 respondents who received treatment at the Ridge Health Center. And in this research, the instrument used was a questionnaire with a total of 40 questions.The results of this study show that there is a relationship between the quality of health services, reliability (0.038<0.05), assurance (0.000<0.05), tangibility (0.002<0.05), empathy (0.000<0.05), and responsiveness (0.000 <0.05) with patient satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the quality of health services (reliability, assurance, tangibility, empathy and responsiveness) with patient satisfaction at the Ridge Community Health Center. The advice that researchers can give is that they can evaluate and improve management to improve the quality of service so that patient satisfaction is related to research results, namely the components of speed of administration, patient comfort as well as completeness of medical equipment and accuracy of information so that it is hoped that it can increase patient satisfaction.

Tingkat kesehatan keuangan bank adalah hasil penilaian kualitatif atas berbagai aspek yang berpengaruh terhadap kondisi atau kinerja suatu bank melalui Penilaian Kuantitatif dan atau Penilaian Kualitatif terhadap faktor-faktor CAMEL. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi tingkat kesehatan keuangan bank pada BPR Lestari periode Maret 2017-2018. Subjek penelitian ini adalah bagian Financial Management. Objek penelitian ini adalah Neraca, Laporan Laba/Rugi, Laporan Komitmen dan Kontijensi dan Informasi Lainnya periode Maret 2017-2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan data yang digunakan laporan keuangan. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earning, dan Liquidity (CAMEL) yang digunakan untuk menilai tingkat kesehatan keuangan bank. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, tingkat kesehatan keuangan bank dilihat dari faktor permodalan periode maret 2017-2018 masing-masing 14,30% dan 14,38%. Rasio ini termasuk dalam kategori sehat. Rasio aktiva produktif masing-masing sebesar 2% dan 1%. Rasio ini termasuk dalam kategori sehat. Faktor rentabilitas berdasarkan Return On Asset (ROA) masingmasing sebesar 4,72% dan 4,54% yang termasuk kategori sehat. Faktor rentabilitas berdasarkan Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) masing-masing sebesar 70,58% dan 69,01% nilai ini termasuk dalam kategori cukup sehat. Faktor likuiditas berdasarkan Cash Ratio (CR) masing-masing sebesar 3,65% dan 11,90% hasil rasio ini termasuk dalam kategori cukup sehat menjadi sehst, sedangkan Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) masing-masing sebesar 70,23% dan70,12% yang termasuk pada kategori sehat.

All members of the Kelapa-Mas community work as palm-sugar-maker in Kliwonan, Banjarharjo, Kalibawang District, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. The community has been producing palm sugar for generations and selling it to traditional markets around the village. There is a possibility that the community product could be developed to get a wider market and would give a better economic impact on the community. Through the UKDW Service Learning program in 2019, the community has been assisted to increase the value of their palm-sugar product. This assistance is carried out in 4 stages, First: counseling of good and hygienic production processes according to P-IRT standards, Second: assistance to product branding and packaging, Third: counseling and initiation of product marketing through online/digital and offline media, in collaboration with retail stores, and Fourth:  assistance and initiation of an organization, in order to continuing the palm-sugar-maker community to operating and growth independently. The results obtained during the full one-month intensive mentoring period were: the better sugar products with clear & catchy branding, a wider offline marketing network through modern retail and online media, a business license for P-IRT, and a well-structured-organization for management of the Kelapa-Mas palm-sugar household industry community organization

Temanggung robusta coffee has flavors and raw material components that reflect the regional characteristics. To assure the quality and increase the competitiveness, coffe harvesting and post-harvest processing must be carried out according to the geographical indication standart (IG). The application standar of IG practically still has several problems such as a low motivation of harvest and post-harvest processing aspects as well as farmer’s group management. By cooperating with two farmers’ group in Muncar and Ngadisepi village, Gemawang sub-district, Temanggung Regency, Universitas Sebelas Maret has implemented community partnership program. This aim at increasing motivations and skills of farmers in managing coffee processing based on IG standart. Methods used in this programs include: (1) training, (2) introduction of a pulper device, and (3) supervision. This program has: (1) increased motivation, knowledge, skills of farmers’ group in coffee post-harvest processing based on IG standart, (2) increased motivation for strengthening management of farmers’ group institutions, (3) provided applied technology, and (4) increased the economic of coffee value added.

The research in dynamic with the title “attractant Marina shore of Marina Semarang in increased the number of tourist visits” purposes aimed at finding an attractant of the Marina shore of Semarang with the analysis and identified using the tourist methods, accessibility, ameniti and ansilari. This study uses a kualitative method with 10 responses. The scpersonal technique used observation to the field, online interviews with data sources, the visitors and tourism and tourism later were documented in photographs. Kualitative analysis using data processing from data finding, then on alaysis and developed to the conclusion. From research results suggest that the beach Semarang beach is fairly good, but is less optimal in their breeding. In addition it was also found how the development efforts and difficulties in the management of which can be developed and is given advice for completion.

Along with the development of information technology that is increasingly rapid, the use of information technology at this time is an important requirement in every agency or company An educational institution requires good administrative management with the aim to improve services to students, the school payment system in the form of Education Provision Contribution (SPP) and Donation of Institutional Development (SPI) at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Semarang is still done conventionally, where the recording of data and the payment process of SPP and SPI are written into diaries, ledgers and spreadsheet applications which results in the accumulation of data in the form of archives. In the data collection of students and the payment process takes a relatively long time, so that during the payment process results in long queues in the administration and requires a long time to make payment reports and arrears SPP and SPI which are needed quickly.Developments in the field of science and technology were developed with the aim of solving problems and making it easier for users to complete work tasks. The use of barcode technology is one of the technologies that can respond to the provision of fast, accurate and accurate information. The outcomes of this activity are: cheap participants' knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship so that they have the right knowledge; benefit participants' insights on how to start a business and choose the right type of business; benefit participants' insights about possible business failures and ways to enter and resolve business failures.This activity is carried out with the following stages: Selection of participants to the community service, namely the board and members of Karang Taruna; Submission of lecture materials, with a view to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit; Implementation of evaluation Evaluation is done by: before counseling conducted a question-answer to know each participant's initial knowledge about entrepreneurship special techniques or how to start a business. After the counseling finished the question and answer again about the same material. This study aims to analyze some factors that influence the management of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) in garment industries which are located in the Klaten Regency. The object of this research is small-Medium garment enterprises that are registered in the SME guidance by the Central Java Province Cooperative and SME Office in Klaten regency. Independent variables in this study are management accounting practices, contingent factors, and age of enterprises, whereas dependent variable in the study is the SMEs management. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data show that management accounting practices and contingent factors has influenceon SME management, significantly; while the age of enterprises variable does not have influence on the management of SME.

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has changed the human perspective in interacting and doing business  fundamentally. Business systems that are transformed into online systems have an impact on the way humans conduct financial transactions. Principles contained in Industry 4.0. provide an illustration that interconnection with the internet and good data security will result in the provision of fast information to produce decisions. The study uses a literature study approach that examines data and information from journals, textbooks, and  he internet to conduct a deeper study of the application of industry principles 4.0 to financial transactions and accounting. based on the results of the study concluded that the financing transaction media had developed into the Fintech industry and the transaction system in the form of a payment gateway. The large number of financial transactions with the payment gateway system requires companies to do IT Spending intangible asset in the form of Big Data and Cloud Computing security systems. The technology provides benefits for the  company in terms of data analysis and provision of information to speed up the decision making process and secure storage systems and affordable costs. Through the information technology media, it will facilitate management to make decentralized decision making.

Human resources who work in organizations should have the ability to improve the quality of performance. Many things affect the performance of employees in an agency including work ability, work environment, workload, competence, how the organizational culture of the agency and employee work discipline in carrying out their activities while in an agency, especially the Office of Lamposi Tigo Nagori District Payakumbuh City. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study included the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Lamposi Tigo Nagori District Office Payakumbuh City, amounting to 44 people. Data management in this study will use the smartPLS software. The environment, discipline and organizational culture do not significantly influence performance. Competence has a significant effect on performance. T count was obtained for 2.891 with a p value of 0.004. The work environment, competence and work discipline do not have a significant effect on performance after intervening variables of organizational culture. The high performance demands on Lamposi Tigo Nagori Sub-district Office employees in Payakumbuh City must be balanced with better provisioning of competencies through various trainings as well as more appropriate and appropriate rewards.

Teacher profession requires certain expertise and skills, where expertise and skills can be obtained from an education or special education training. The reality is that there are still many teachers who have met the qualifications and certified of educators, but their competence is still far from being expected to be able to produce students who have integrative abilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment, soft skills and spiritual quotient on teacher professionalismat SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi in 2020. This type of research is quantitative research. The study was conducted at SMA 5 Bukittinggi. The study population was all teachers, 63 people. Data management in this study will use the smartPLS software. The results of the t statistic test were found to be 2,727greater than the T-table of 1. 999 with a p value of 0.007 smaller than 0. 05. The results of the t-statistic test were 3,629, greater than the T-table 1. 999 with a p value of 0. 000 less than 0. 05. The t-test results obtained by 3,629greater than the T-table 1. 999 with a p value of 0. 039smaller than 0. 05. The demands of teacher professionalism in the modern era must be balanced with the provision of good competencies through various workshops, competency development and also trainings that are followed on an ongoing basis

This research has a purpose to analizze the influence of the size of Public Accounting Firm (KAP), the size of client companies, financial distress, a management changes and audit opinion on was auditor switching. Auditor switching is a dislplacement behavior by a company auditoras a result of auditor rotasion mandatory or voluntary. The type of data which is used in this research is secondary data, that was audited report of service company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2014-2016 period. Sample was purposive sampling method. Samples were 56 companies from 143 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016, so that the research data was analyzed totaled 168. Data analyze technique which is used in this research is logistic regression analysis. The results indicate that the size of Public Accounting Firm (KAP), the size of client companies, financial distress, and audit opinion do not effect to auditor switching. Diversification of post-havesting of coffe managed by the coffee farming group in the Sidoharjo district, Kulonprogo has several problems in post-harvest handling and processing coffee, especially in processing of coffee powder  with good manufacturing process (gmp) as well as conventional marketing management. Through the Community Partnership Program (PKM), the service team provide solutions to outcome problems through several methods; 1) training and assistance in post-harvest handling  2) training and assistance in the production of ground coffee in a natural process and 3) training and assistance in marketing management with digital marketing. The results of the assistance are the post-harvest handling and processing of coffee properly and correctly by producing ground coffee with the brand name "Lemon" as well as better managed marketing, not only in a conventional manner but also by using marketing based technologoy (www .kopilemon.com). With this Community Partnership Program, it has an impact on increasing the competitiveness and welfare of coffee farmers in the Menoreh area

The authority of the Government in collecting taxes and levies from the community and renovating it is not only owned by the Central Government but also falls under the authority of the City Government and Provincial Governments. This is in accordance with the principles of decentralization and the implementation of regional autonomy based on Law Number 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government, Law Number 33 of 2004 concerning Financial Balance Between Central and Regional Governments, and Law Number 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Retribution Regions, Semarang City Regulation Number 9 of 2013 concerning Traditional Market Settings. In the context of managing the market environment in the form of legal services to the community in the market environment, especially traders, the Semarang City Government has issued Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2004 concerning Market Levies. This study raises the problems, namely: 1) How is the management of regional levies by the Semarang City government, 2) What is the Semarang City policy towards the renovation of the Peterongan Market, 3) What is the Semarang City policy towards the regulation of the Semarang City Peterongan market trader after renovation. The purpose of writing this thesis is 1) To know and explain the management of local levies by the Semarang City Government, 2) To find out and explain Semarang City policies towards the renovation of Peterongan Market, 3) To find out and explain the arrangements for the Peterongan market traders in Semarang City after renovation. This research is a qualitative study with a normative juridical approach to determine the realization of the implementation of Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2004 concerning Market Levies and Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2013 concerning Traditional Market Regulations for market traders. This research was conducted in Peterongan Market, Semarang City, located on Jalan MT. Haryono. The results showed that the Semarang City Government towards market traders was in accordance with the Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2004 concerning Market Charges and Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2013 concerning Traditional Market Regulations, with several things that are still a note to the Semarang City government for pay more attention to sustainability for the welfare of traditional market traders, physical conditions and market environment.   Keywords : Policy, Traditional Market Management

This study examines the effect of independent commissioner, auditor reputation, ownership concentration, and the firm size to enterprise risk management disclosure. This reseach was conducted at the Indonesian Stock Exchange by using analysis unit manufacturing companies that have gone public. The sampling method using purposive sampling the study periode of 2014 through 2016. The analysis technique that used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21. As a condition for statistical testing has been done normality test and classical assumption that the result show that distribution is the norm and escaped from the classical assumption The result showed that independent commissioner, ownership  concentration, and the firm size does  not  effect  Enterprise Risk Management  disclosure, while auditor reputation positive effect Enterprise Risk Management disclosure.  Keywords :  enterprise risk management, independent commissioner, auditor reputation, ownership  concentration, and firmsize.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the internal control system for the management of fixed assets and assess the obstacles faced in managing fixed assets in the Government of Brebes Regency. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Effectiveness is assessed using 5 (five) elements of the Internal Control System by giving weight to each element. Assessment is done by assessing the results of interviews using the Internal Control Questionnaire (ICQ) test list that refers to PP No. 60 of 2008 and equipped with observations and documents. Based on the results of the interview completed with the results of observations and documents, the results obtained were the elements of the control environment were given a weight of 30% so as to obtain a value of 27.27%. Risk assessment is given a weighting of 20% so as to obtain a value of 8.57%. Control activities are given a weighting of 25% so as to obtain a value of 19.70%. Information and communication are given a weight of 10% so that they get a value of 7.88%. Monitoring was given a weighting of 15% so that it obtained a score of 10.18%. The total value of 5 (five) elements of the internal control system in the Government of Brebes Regency is 73.60% which are classified as effective criteria.  Keywords: management of fixed assets, internal control systems (spi).

Limited capacity in State Universities makes private universities have the same opportunity to be selected for prospective students who are not accommodated in State Universities in continuing their studies. The ability to obtain a large number of students depends on delivery of information from private university (PTS) concerned, through marketing strategy of services implemented by private universities. This also applies to STTKD Yogyakarta. The formulation of the problem in this study is the extent of influence of advertising, sales promotion, personal sales, public relations and direct marketing on student decisions to study at the Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College (STTKD). This study aims to (1) find out the influence of advertising, sales promotion, personal sales, public relations and direct marketing on student decisions chosen by the Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College (STTKD) and (2) to find out which factors are most dominant in student decisions. Theory used is theory of Marketing Management related to Consumer Behavior. Primary data collection techniques with questionnaires, supported by interviews. Sample in this study was 95 respondents. Research method used is quantitative descriptive. Type of research conducted is a case study supported by a survey, nature of this study is descriptive research. Data processing uses SPSS version 15 software with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. Determination coefficient (R2) is 0.64. This shows that independent variables studied were able to explain 64% of the decision students to choose Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College, while remaining 36% was explained by other independent variables that were not examined. Results showed that marketing promotion mix (advertising, promotion sales, personal sales, public relations and direct marketing) had a significant effect on students 'decision to choose Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College, and direct marketing factors had most dominant influence on students' decision to choose education at STTKD Yogyakarta.
