The results of this study integrate aspects in scarlet whitening advertisements, Song Joong Ki's version of scharlet whitening advertisements succeeded in creating strong visual appeal, presenting products to beauty and forming socio-cultural values about beauty, especially in Indonesia-South Korea. This study used qualitative descriptive method.    

Amidst the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI), the need for effective integration within IT Governance becomes increasingly vital. In this context, the research background highlights the complexity and dynamics hindering the efficacy of IT Governance, while AI holds promise as a solution to these challenges. This study investigates the role of AI in enhancing IT Governance. The research aim is to explore the impact of AI on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of IT Governance through a literature review method. This method will gather and analyze relevant literature sources to gain a comprehensive understanding of AI's role in IT Governance. The findings encompass AI's potential in enhancing decision-making, proactive risk management, process automation, and user satisfaction. However, challenges such as data privacy and organizational cultural changes are also identified. The research implications underscore the need for a planned approach and ongoing evaluation in adopting AI to ensure successful implementation while managing associated risks.

This study aims to evaluate the impact of three main factors, namely Investigative Audit, Professional Judgment, and Whistleblower on the level of disclosure of fraud cases at the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia, taking into account accounting and audit practices. The existence of fraud in a company's financial statements has a serious impact on the integrity of financial markets and investor confidence. Therefore, this study adopts a comprehensive approach to identify the factors that influence the likelihood of fraud disclosure. This research method involves an in-depth literature review to understand the concept and impact of Investigative Audit, Professional Judgment, and Whistleblower on fraud disclosure.  The results of this study will provide better insight into the contribution of these factors to fraud disclosure. The practical implications of this research include increased understanding of the importance of implementing Investigative Audits in detecting and preventing fraud. In addition, this research is also expected to increase the role of Professional Judgment in the audit process, as well as strengthen the role of Whistleblowers as a valuable source of information in revealing fraudulent acts.

Effective communication has a very important role in the success and performance of leaders in an organization. Focus on the strategies used to improve communication. Communication in an organization covers various aspects, including internal communication between leaders, team members, and departments. Thus, a deep understanding of the role of communication in organizational leadership becomes a real effort to improve communication and make a significant contribution to achieving organizational goals and improving overall performance. This research aims to explain communication in organizational leadership. This literature review was obtained from scientific research articles from 2018-2023 using Google Scholar in Publish or Perish (PoP) with the keywords "Communication in Organizations" and "Communication in Organizational Leadership" and after the identification process, 15 articles were obtained that were in accordance with purpose of the literature review based on the results of the literature review analysis, it can be concluded that communication in organizational leadership confirms that effective communication is the main key to the success of an organization. Good communication enables the formation of mutual understanding and the unification of experiences among organizational members, thereby smoothing the course of organizational activities.

The KALIMASADA program is an abbreviation for Adminduk Aware Community Environmental Area. This program is present as one of the efforts made by the Population and Civil Registration Service of the City of Surabaya to increase the awareness of the people of Surabaya City regarding Population Administration. This program is implemented in every sub-district of Surabaya City, supported by the Head of RT/RW, KSH, and MSIB 6 Internship Students as service assistants who go directly to the field (pick up the ball) to provide convenience for the community in managing population administration optimally. By implementing the KALIMASADA program, it is hoped that the public will understand the importance of population administration which is carried out free of charge without any charges. The results of this activity can show that the role of MSIB 6 students as Companion of Population Administration Services has a significant influence in increasing public awareness of the importance of population administration in today's masses. This study aims to delve into the significant role of Digital Ethics Education in the context of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030. The background of this research is based on the rapid transformation in the digital era that has influenced various aspects of life, including education. Digital ethics not only encompasses rules of conduct in the use of social media but also values related to technology. The integration of digital ethics education with the SDGs 2030 is expected to foster a positive attitude towards technology, instill a sense of online responsibility, and develop critical thinking skills in the digital world. The research method used is library research, involving an in-depth analysis of various primary sources such as books, scientific journals, articles, and related documents. This study also involves a review of 16 scientific journals to deepen the understanding of digital ethics, education, and the SDGs 2030. Through observation and analysis of various reference sources, this research highlights the importance of digital ethics education in achieving sustainable development goals. The results of the study indicate that digital ethics education plays a crucial role in shaping an intelligent, enlightened, and productive generation in the digital era. In conclusion, enhancing the quality of education with a focus on ethical and moral values is essential to create a digitally literate and ethical society, thereby contributing positively to achieving the SDGs 2030 and moving towards a sustainable future for all individuals

The Merdeka Curriculum is a new breakthrough in the education system in Indonesia which gives schools and teachers greater autonomy in designing learning. This requires a comprehensive curriculum review to ensure that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum runs in accordance with the goals and expectations. This scientific journal aims to examine the role and function of independent curriculum studies. Independent curriculum review is defined as a systematic and planned activity to study, analyze and evaluate the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in schools. Reviewing the independent curriculum is a shared responsibility between education stakeholders at the school level, including school principals, teachers and school committees. By conducting continuous reviews of the Independent Curriculum, it is hoped that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum can achieve its goal of producing the nation's next generation who have faith, noble character, knowledge and skills that are in line with the needs of the times.

This research uses qualitative research methods, such as Robert N Entman's framing analysis, to investigate this problem. This research aims to explore the media portrayal of this case and its impact on public perceptions of this issue. The influence of internal audit, accounting information systems and organizational commitment on the quality of financial reports is research that aims to determine the influence of these three factors on the quality of financial reports. The research results show that Internal Audit, Accounting Information Systems, and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports. Internal audit also has an important role in supervising and controlling organizational activities, which will affect the quality of financial reports. The accounting information system aims to collect, process and convey relevant data and information to interested parties, both internal and external parties. Organizational commitment can also influence employee interest, propensity to stay, and propensity to leave, which will influence audit performance.

Economic diversification and the development of alternative energy sources are key to mitigating the economic risks associated with oil price fluctuations. Although challenges and constraints exist, the long-term benefits of economic diversification are vital for economic stability and sustainable growth. Oil and gas trade has a significant impact on Indonesia's economy, contributing significantly to state revenues but is also vulnerable to fluctuations in oil and gas prices in the global market. Therefore, economic diversification is an important strategy to reduce the economic risks associated with dependence on the oil and gas sector. This study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of oil and gas trade and its impact on the Indonesian economy.

This study aims to analyze the challenges and development strategies of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) located in low-income areas in Indonesia. MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy, but in areas with low income levels, MSMEs face various constraints, such as difficulties in accessing adequate capital, technology, and management skills. To conduct this study, the researchers used a qualitative approach by collecting data from various sources of relevant scientific literature. The results showed that MSMEs in low-income settings face several key constraints, including difficulty accessing formal sources of financing, limited use of information technology, and low implementation of good business management practices, such as in marketing and financial record-keeping. To be able to develop MSMEs in low-income environments, comprehensive efforts are needed, such as facilitating MSME access to official funding sources, providing training and assistance in the use of information technology, and improving MSME skills in implementing good business management practices. In addition, the availability of skilled human resources, as well as innovation and creativity are also important factors in supporting the growth of MSMEs in low-income areas. By paying attention to these various aspects, it is expected that the development of MSMEs in low-income environments can run effectively and provide optimal benefits to the regional and national economy, through collaboration and synergy between MSMEs, government, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

This research is entitled The Influence of Political Orientation on Young Women's Participation in the 2024 Presidential Election (Empirical Study of the Political Choices of FBS Unimed Students). With the aim of analyzing the factors that influence political orientation towards the political participation of young women, especially FBS Unimed students in the 2024 Presidential Election (Pilpres). Political orientation, which includes individual political beliefs, values, and attitudes, has a significant role in determining the level of political participation of young women. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. It is a research method that describes a condition or situation and events systematically. Data collection is in the form of interviews involving female students of FBS Unimed as respondents. the results showed that there is a significant and complex positive relationship between political orientation and political participation of young women.

This study aims to explore the relationship between diet and mental health in college students. By understanding the role of nutrition in mental well-being, we can identify dietary strategies that can improve mental health and improve quality of life. Using a quantitative approach with survey methods, data was collected from 200 students at University X. The research results show that there is a significant correlation between consuming nutritious food and lower levels of stress and anxiety. These findings indicate the importance of healthy eating patterns in maintaining mental health among students.

This study aims to examine the role of Al-Qur'an memorisation in improving the morals of students at Rumah Tahfiz Jami'ul Huda Sumatra. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an analytical approach. This research explores the meaning and perspective of the subject to provide an overview of the research setting and discussion of the results. Rumah Tahfiz Jami'ul Huda Sumatera was established in 2017 with the aim of teaching the knowledge of the Qur'an and improving the morals of students. This research involved interviews with the leadership and teaching staff at the tahfiz house. The results showed that Rumah Tahfiz Jami'ul Huda Sumatera plays a significant role in improving the morals of students through the teaching method of the Qur'an and akhlakul karimah. The teaching method applied is the shuhulah method, which makes it easier for students to memorise the Qur'an by introducing the Latin writing of the Qur'an before mastering tajweed. However, there are obstacles in the application of discipline, habituation of akhlakul karimah, and limited facilities. Other obstacles include the lack of parental role in supporting children's learning process and excessive use of mobile phones. This study concludes that the role of Qur'an memorisers is very important in improving the morals of students, and the shuhulah method is proven to be effective in facilitating the memorisation process for early childhood. The speaker hopes that this method can be used as a learning capital in various other tahfiz houses.    

This research aims to determine the role of teachers in shaping the role of Pancasila through Indonesian language learning for students at SMA Budistrya Medan. This research is research that uses a qualitative approach. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which contains the types of questions that will be distributed. The research subjects or informants involved in this research were teachers and students of Medan Budisatrya High School. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the role of teachers is in shaping the role of Pancasila through learning Indonesian at SMA Budistrya Medan. among other things, providing meaning to the values of the Pancasila principles which can be implemented in everyday life.
