Post-spinal anesthesia nausea and vomiting (PSANV) are common side effects that can affect patient comfort and recovery after surgery. This condition often disrupts the recovery process and may extend the post-operative care period. One non-pharmacological method that can help reduce nausea and vomiting is deep breathing techniques. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of deep breathing techniques in reducing the incidence of nausea and vomiting after spinal anesthesia. The method used in this study is a pre-test and post-test design, with an intervention consisting of deep breathing exercises for patients undergoing surgery with spinal anesthesia. A pre-test was conducted before the intervention to assess the incidence of nausea and vomiting in patients. After patients practiced deep breathing exercises for a certain period, a post-test was performed to evaluate changes in the frequency of nausea and vomiting post-operation. The results showed a significant reduction in the frequency of nausea and vomiting after patients practiced deep breathing techniques. This technique has proven to be a simple, safe, and effective method to enhance post-operative comfort. Therefore, the implementation of deep breathing techniques can be recommended as part of post-spinal anesthesia management in healthcare facilities to improve patient recovery quality.

The research aimed to determine the effect of price, location, and service quality on the decision of use services of PT. Pos Indonesia, Soreang. The population in this study was consumers who had used the services of PT Pos Indonesia, Soreang. The sampling collection technique used accident sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that the variables of price, location and service quality simultaneously have a positive relation to consumer decision. Based on the results of the f test, it shows that the variables of price, location, and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on consumers decisions. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.55 or 55%, meaning that independent variables such as price, location, and service quality can explain variations in consumer decisions to choose the delivery service of PT Pos Indonesia (Soreang). While the remaining 45% of other variables not examined in this study. Company management should pay attention to parking spaces and price competitiveness to increase consumer interest in using the delivery service of PT Pos Indonesia, Soreang.

Pregnancy is a physiological and natural condition that occurs in women. There are various complaints experienced by pregnant women during their pregnancy, one of the most common complaints is dizziness. Objective: LTA provides comprehensive midwifery care to pregnant, maternity, postpartum, BBL, neonate and family planning women using a midwifery management approach for Mrs "P" who complained of dizziness. Method: Care in this LTA is through interviews, observation and care management. The subject in this care is Mrs "S" at the Pratama Riyyan Kabanjahe Clinic. Results: results of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs "S" during pregnancy in the second trimester and third trimester with dizziness, in normal labor, spontaneously without complications, in the postpartum period with normal puerperium, in BBL with BBLN, in patients. The care that mothers receive for family planning counseling is to inform the mother about normal vital signs and her current condition, provide health education about family planning effectiveness, side effects, and how to use it and explain to the mother how to space her pregnancies or to space her pregnancies. After midwifery care was provided to Mrs. S, the results of the evaluation showed that the mother was healthier and able to carry out daily activities. Based on the results of the questionnaire from assessing maternal knowledge about childbirth, it was found to be ADEQUATE with 70% results from 20 questions.

The craft MSME sector is one of the leading sectors for developed countries in foreign exchange earning country. Products in handicraft industrial centers always have a higher exchange rate profitable and can create added value that is greater than other sectors. Craft Center woven bamboo as an example of a leading industry in Indonesia that is able to absorb labor as well stimulating the micro economy, but cannot be separated from facing problems, including in the field of production and management. In the production sector, the problem faced is still weak application of standards technological procedures, the process of mastering technology where most producers still use equipment simple production leading to low productivity and efficiency. Apart from that, the weak business management which causes them to be unable to increase the scale of their business. From the background of the problems above, In general, this Community Technology Dissemination activity seeks to solve partner problems with introducing appropriate technology and providing business management assistance for quality and the quantity of products from the two prospective MSME partners increased. One of the problems faced by mosque youth is organizational and management problems. This is due to their low knowledge or understanding of organization and management. As a result, mosque youth cannot play an active role in participating in the prosperity of the mosque, namely by holding positive activities. This counseling was carried out to provide basic knowledge about organization and management to mosque youth, especially regarding formal organizational structures. This community service is carried out by extension methods, which are accompanied by discussion or question and answer. The counseling was carried out to the teenagers of the Darul Muttaqin Bedog mosque, Donotirto, Kretek, Bantul, Yogyakarta Special Region.

The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. Blood is an important component of the human body, therefore the supply of blood at the Indonesian Red Cross must be maintained. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, the amount of blood supply at the Indonesian Red Cross decreased. Seeing this condition, lecturers and students from the Management Program of the Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta initiated blood donation activities to the community with the aim of providing education and socialization of the importance of blood donation in the pandemic era, increasing the number of blood bags, humanitarian efforts to help others and a concrete manifestation of the implementation of community service as one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The activity was held on October 14, 2020 at the Keluarahan Tipes, Serengan with health protocol and 3M principles. Participants who registered were 28 participants, who qualified as donors as many as 25 participants. The amount of blood that was collected was as many as 25 bags. The result, the event can run smoothly and orderly and it is hoped that this activity can be held regularly.

Perkembangan zaman saat ini yang semakin global di tengah revolusi industry 4.0 dan Reformasi Birokrasi menuntut ASN memiliki kompetensi yang relevan dengan kemajuan zaman agar dapat memanfaatkan perubahan lingkungan menjadi suatu peluang dalam memberikan pelayanan dan perumusan kebijakan yang lebih berkualitas. Perubahan paradigma pengembangan kompetensi mampu mendukung terwujudnya Smart ASN untuk pemerintahan berkelas dunia. Reformasi Aparatur Sipil Negara merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam membangun birokrasi sesuai dengan  Grand  Design  Reformasi  Birokrasi.  Dalam  menajdikan  ASN bertaraf internasional ini tidaklah mudah karena harus didukung oleh semua pihak baik itu regulasi yang jelas dan juga kesadaran dari masing-masing individu ASN. Peningkatan kinerja dan pengembangan kompetensi disini memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan menuju ASN bertaraf internasional karena kinerja dan komptensi inilah yang menjadi modal  dalam  pelaksanaan  pelayaanan  publik  yang  semakin  berkualitas sesuai tujuan Reformasi Birokrasi. Dalam menghadapi hal tersebut pemerintah memiliki program yang dinamakan 6P, yang masuk dalam Human Capital Management Strategy. Program 6P itu melingkupi perencanaan, perekrutan dan seleksi, pengembangan kapasitas, penilaian kinerja dan penghargaan, promosi, rotasi, dan karier, serta peningkatan kesejahteraan.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education, personnel capabilities and top management support on the performance of the CV accounting information system. Kurogi Semarang. The population in this study are all employees of CV. Kurogi Semarang, namely as many as 60 employees. The technique of determining the sample is purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study were 40 employees. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that education has a positive effect on the performance of accounting information systems. This is evidenced by the calculated t value which is greater than t table, namely 2.359 > 1.688, with a significant value of 0.024 <0.05. Personal ability has a negative effect on the performance of accounting information systems. This is evidenced by the t-count value that is greater than t-table, namely -2.421 (signed negative) > 1.688, with a significant value of 0.021 <0.05. Top management support has a positive effect on the accounting information system. This is evidenced by the t-count value that is greater than t-table, namely 4.467> 1.688, with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to explore the extent to which PP 71 of 2010 has been implemented in the accounting process at the BLUD of Tugurejo Hospital, Semarang. Associated with a change in the government accounting system from a cash basis to an accrual basis in accordance with PP 71 of 2010. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with the triagulai method using 2 triagulation techniques which combine data from various sources, techniques and time so that data is obtained in the form of interviews with the head of the accounting department and sub-section, as well as obtaining the financial report documents of the 2020 Tugurejo Hospital Semarang. The results of this study show that Tugurejo Semarang Hospital has implemented the Accrual Basis SAP well, which can be seen from the results of interviews such as implementation readiness, training and learning, facilities, staff understanding and education and internal control. It is hoped that even though the Accrual Base SAP has been running well, the management of the Tugurejo Semarang Hospital and the Srmarang City Government can immediately digitize applications that are still manual, especially in reporting fixed assets

Setting a strategy in running the existing system in the company, therefore it is very important for the company to evaluate the management control system which is one of the basic functions of management. The object of the research is PT. JNE Indonesia, especially at Cikuda Jatinangor agents. This study aims to determine the state of the control system in JNE in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the study explain that the system that applies at JNE is still running well as evidenced by the absence of complaints from company employees, the implementation of activities that run normally, and the programs that are run in the midst of this pandemic do not make income decline JNE’s management performs the control systems very well, and ensures the security of packages that will be sent until they are received by costumers.

This study aims to examine the effect liquidity risk, credit risk and financial performance, through the application of the catur purusa artha concept as a basis for risk management, at BUMDes Dwi Tunggal, Buleleng Regency. This research use multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that Liquidity risk  have a significant  effect on financial Performance. Credit risk has no significant effect on financial performance. The value of chess purusa artha with dharma as the basis for risk management encourages BUMDes managers to have the same commitment in building risk control awareness. This strategy ultimately reduces credit risk, which results in a decrease in NPL and maintains liquidity risk.

The impact of Covid 19 occurs in all aspects of life, even 80% of the impact occurs in the non-health sector. Therefore, the management of Covid 19 needs to involve all elements of society, including the campus community. The campus community is expected to actively take social action and be at the forefront of carrying out social change, including responding to disasters. Higher education is responsible for teaching awareness of various social problems to its campus community. Efforts made by the campus in carrying out prevention started from policy development, development of supporting instruments for the Covid 19 alert campus, mobilizing Covid 19 volunteers to the formation of the Covid task force team.

                Elderly is a population at high risk of experiencing hypertension due to the aging process. The treatment of hypertension in the elderly is not effective yet, because it only reduces hypertension by 8%, the disease often recurs and requires a long process. Dry cupping therapy is one of the non-pharmacological therapies that are safe and fast through the skin suctioning techniques to reduce blood pressure in the elderly. This study aims to determine the description of the application of dry cupping therapy in reducing blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension in the Rowosari Community Health Center Semarang. This type of research is descriptive research with a case study approach. Subjects used were 2 respondents with criteria of age > 60 years, had first-degree hypertension, and were able to self-care. Blood pressure measurement using a sphygmomanometer. Dry cupping therapy interventions carried out for ± 15-30 minutes once a day. The results of data analysis showed that subject I decreased blood pressure from 150/90 mmHg to 140/90 mmHg and subject II decreased blood pressure from 150/90 mmHg to 140/80 mmHg. The conclusion of this study is dry cupping therapy influences in reducing blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension and is recommended as a nursing intervention in the management of blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension.

Management of educational facilities and infrastructure has an important role regarding the quality of educational institutions where consumers can feel that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure has met expectations or exceeded expectations. It is also intended to attract as much interest as possible to the community towards MI Tawakkal and maintain the image and quality of MI Tawakkal Denpasar. The focus of this research is: (1) What is the management strategy for educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Tawakkal Denpasar?, (2) How is consumer satisfaction with education about educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Tawakkal Denpasar?. This study aims to: (1) determine the management strategy of educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Denpasar, (2) determine consumer satisfaction with education about educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Tawakkal Denpasar. The method used is a qualitative method, the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on this research, it shows that: 1) The management process of school facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of educational services at MI Tawakkal Denpasar starts from planning needs through open meetings with internal and external school parties, procurement with funding sources independently or from the government, inventory recording in the school Asset Book, use of facilities and infrastructure that are quite good and not complicated, periodic and routine maintenance, elimination of facilities that are not suitable for use, monitoring and reporting as evaluation material for the coming year, 2) Consumer satisfaction with education regarding the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in MI Tawakkal Denpasar is quite satisfied because it has quite complete facilities and excellent management of infrastructure.

Educational marketing management strategy is a social and managerial process by which individuals and groups obtain what they need and want through creating and exchanging and utilizing services. The focus of this research is; 1) What are the efforts in implementing educational marketing management strategies in increasing the interest of prospective new students at Madrasah Aliyah Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan? 2) What are the obstacles faced and solutions that can be done in implementing the marketing management strategy of education in increasing the interest of prospective new students at Madrasah Aliyah Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan? The objectives of this research are; 1) To find out the efforts in implementing educational marketing management strategies in increasing the interest of prospective new students at Madrasah Aliyah Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan. 2) To find out what the obstacles are and the solutions that can be done in the application of educational marketing management strategies in increasing the interest of prospective new students at Madrasah Aliyah Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan. This research is a type of qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, and documentation methods. So from the results of this study the authors can conclude that planning, implementing and evaluating education marketing management strategies at Madrasah Aliyah Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan for the 2021/2022 academic year in order to increase the interest of prospective new students can run well. This happens because of the support of all parties and enthusiasm in the marketing process. The obstacle is the limited number of experts in managing the website and the solution is to find/add experts in managing the Madrasah Aliyah Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan website.

Current technology has developed rapidly, computers are one of them. Almost all types of jobs require a computer to complete the task. In the field of computer education it is also very helpful, especially in terms of payroll services for teachers and employees who work as educators. MTs NU Jogoloyo Wonosalam Demak as an institution that has a large number of teachers and employees, besides that every day attendance officers are absent which results in difficulties in making payroll reports, especially recording and reporting still using manual methods so it takes longer time to record and deliver. report. In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

This study evaluates the quality of local government public services in fire disaster management. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study focuses on interviews, observation, and documentation techniques for data analysis. The results identified a shortage of firefighting equipment and a significant reliance on the sub-district as the primary coordinator with the DPKPB. Despite rapid response efforts from the subdistrict government, more public education on fire prevention and handling still needs to be done. The main challenges are inhibiting factors such as natural conditions, lack of public awareness, and lack of infrastructure. This research suggests improved equipment provision, more effective community outreach, infrastructure development, and coordination between agencies and communities to quickly and efficiently respond to fire emergencies.
