PT Astra International BMW Semarang operates in the automotive sector, focusing on sales, aftersales, and spare parts for BMW cars. The availability of spare parts is crucial for customer satisfaction, as stock shortages can lead to disappointment. Using data from 52,162 spare parts sales transactions from January 2019 to June 2023, the study applies data mining techniques with the a priori and eclat algorithms to identify consumer purchasing patterns and prevent stock shortages. The research aims to provide recommendations for prioritizing spare parts stock. Utilizing the CRISP-DM methodology and R programming, the study found that the highest confidence in purchasing patterns occurs with a combination of three itemsets: if a customer buys an oil filter set (B11.42.8.593.186) and washer cleaner (B83.12.5.A1A.683), they will also buy BMW engine oil (Z99000000333) with 100% confidence. This research discusses the legal and economic aspects related to Sales and Purchase Agreements in the context of debt settlement. The main focus is the legal analysis of Sales and Purchase Agreements which is based on Debt-Receivable or Money Lending and Borrowing Agreements, as well as its impact on legal certainty and protection for the parties involved. This research also investigates the provisions of Articles 1457 and 1458 of the Civil Code regarding the validity of sale and purchase transactions, as well as the process of transferring land rights through a Deed of Sale and Purchase carried out by the Land Deed Official. The study results show that PPJB is often used as debt collateral, although this practice is not legally valid because Sales and Purchase Agreements and Debt-Receivable Agreements have different concepts and principles. The use of Sales and Purchase Agreements as debt collateral is considered problematic because it violates Article 1320 of the Civil Code which regulates the conditions for the validity of an agreement. This research emphasizes the importance of understanding the differences between sales and purchase agreements and accounts payable to ensure legal clarity and adequate protection for all parties involved in the agreement.

This article explores the application of blockchain technology to enhance ethical operations in the food industry. Blockchain is viewed as a potential solution for improving transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the food supply chain. This technology enables the recording of transactions that are immutable and publicly verifiable, reducing the likelihood of fraud and product contamination. Additionally, blockchain can support compliance with ethical and sustainability standards, helping companies build trust with consumers. The study suggests that further research is needed to explore various aspects of blockchain application in the food industry, such as sustainable finance, digital forensics, and supply chain management. However, the article is limited by its focus on bibliometric analysis and lacks empirical data on blockchain implementation in the food industry. Future research should combine theoretical and practical approaches to provide a comprehensive view of blockchain's use in ethical and sustainable business operations.

Data mining is a technique for extracting new information from data warehouses, information is seen as very important and valuable because by mastering information it is easy to achieve a goal, this makes everyone compete to obtain information, as is the case with the Dimsum business at Dimsum Madani.toko. This is located on Jalan Lampu gg. Pelita 4, Brayan Bengkel, East Medan, the location is close to many Brayan Resident's Houses. This of course affects sales levels. Increasing daily sales activity results in an accumulation of sales transaction data that continues to increase, thereby burdening data storage. Unfortunately, this data is only stored without further processing. In fact, this data collection holds valuable information. This research uses Market Basket Analysis with the Apriori Algorithm to find association patterns based on consumer shopping behavior. The goal is to identify items that are often purchased together. The research results showed that the combination of Seaweed Dimsum with Tofu Skin Spring Rolls had the highest support value (50%) and the highest confidence (75%).

The clinic's process for requesting a consultation with a doctor and receiving a queue number is inefficient. To help patients make the most of their time at the clinic, it is helpful to provide them with information on when physicians will be available to see them. A new approach to health development governance is required under Regulation No. 21 of 2020 of the Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Health, which addresses the Ministry's Strategic Plan for 2020–2024. This plan encompasses health information systems, research integration, and development, among other areas. First, Health Technology Transformation, which includes developing and integrating health data; second, Health Service Application Integration and Development; and third, Health Technology Ecosystem Development, will house the primary activities involved in health technology transformation. This study's findings suggest that consumers are mostly interested in finding hospitals in close proximity to their homes, rather than using the doctor's appointment component of the KlikDokter app. Because of this, KlikDokter has to implement a change movement that can increase the number of health facilities that operate with Klik Doctor, allowing it to reach the closest health facility. It also has to link insurance and BPJS so that health facilities may provide transaction features.

Market basket analysis is an important technique in data mining used to understand consumer purchasing patterns. This research uses the Apriori algorithm to identify relationships between products in the shopping basket, aiming to improve sales and marketing strategies in the retail industry. The focus of this study is on retail transaction data from West Java Province, which has a large and diverse population, reflecting complex consumer purchasing patterns. The research identifies several key issues: limited understanding of consumer behavior, unoptimized business strategy opportunities, and challenges in managing large transaction data. As a solution, the application of the Apriori algorithm can help find frequent consumer purchasing patterns and design more effective marketing strategies. The results show that market basket analysis using the Apriori algorithm is effective in understanding consumer purchasing patterns in the retail industry. This algorithm allows companies to discover itemsets that frequently appear together in transactions, which can be used to design more effective marketing and sales strategies.

The practice of buying and selling rice using the "tebasan" system occurs in Bedoro Village, Sambungmacan District, Sragen Regency. In this practice, farmers conduct transactions with buyers when the rice plants have turned yellow but are not yet ready for harvest, with a down payment as a sign of commitment. The buyer then waits until the rice is ready for harvest to proceed with harvesting and completing the payment. This study aims to review the practice of buying and selling rice using the tebasan system in Bedoro Village from the perspective of Sharia Economic Law. This research uses field research methods with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results indicate that the transaction of buying and selling rice using the tebasan system in Bedoro Village is valid according to Sharia Economic Law. This is because the transaction meets the pillars and conditions of sale and purchase, including the presence of two contracting parties, the goods being traded, and the agreement (ijab qabul), while avoiding elements that could invalidate the transaction such as gharar, riba, dual-purpose transactions, and the utilization and maintenance of land by the buyer.
