Entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in economic growth, especially for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). One of the main factors for entrepreneurial success is the effective implementation of the marketing mix. This paper discusses the concept of the marketing mix in entrepreneurship by highlighting the 4P elements (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) which have evolved into 7P with the addition of People, Process, and Physical Evidence. The discussion includes the implementation of the marketing mix, strategies for facing business challenges, and its impact on competitiveness and business growth. This study highlights how entrepreneurs can optimize marketing elements through product innovation, value-based pricing strategies, the use of digitalization in distribution, as well as social media-based promotion and marketing technology. Additionally, this paper reviews various challenges in the implementation of the marketing mix, such as limited capital, intense competition, and changes in consumer behavior, as well as adaptation strategies through guerrilla marketing, strategic partnerships, and data-driven approaches. The findings in this study indicate that the application of a flexible and innovative marketing mix can enhance business competitiveness and sustainability. By understanding the relationship between the marketing mix and entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs can develop more effective marketing strategies to face the ever-evolving market dynamics.

This qualitative study explores the role of pickleball in promoting healthy aging among elderly players in Indonesia. As the global elderly population continues to rise, the need for effective strategies to enhance physical, mental, and social well-being in older adults becomes more pressing. Pickleball, a low-impact sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis, has gained significant popularity worldwide due to its accessibility, moderate intensity, and low risk of injury. This study employed a phenomenological approach, conducting semi-structured interviews, participant observations, and focus group discussions with 19 elderly pickleball players aged 50 and above in Surabaya, Indonesia. The findings suggest that regular participation in pickleball leads to significant improvements in physical health, including enhanced strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. The sport also has positive effects on mental well-being, helping to reduce stress, improve cognitive function, and provide a sense of purpose and accomplishment. Socially, pickleball fosters community engagement, reduces feelings of isolation, and strengthens intergenerational relationships, allowing older adults to connect with younger generations. However, barriers such as physical limitations, limited access to facilities, and unfavorable weather conditions hinder consistent participation. In conclusion, pickleball is a valuable and effective activity for promoting healthy aging by providing a holistic approach to improving the quality of life in older adults. Policymakers, healthcare providers, and community leaders are encouraged to invest in pickleball infrastructure, promote awareness, and support active aging initiatives to further enhance the well-being of elderly populations. Marriage in Indonesia's indigenous peoples has strong cultural values and has been passed down from generation to generation. However, in practice, there are several forms of customary marriage that have the potential to contradict the applicable positive law, especially related to coercive actions in marriage. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of marriage culture in the form of forced marriage/captive marriage which is contrary to Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence (TPKS Law) that occurs in Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a normative juridical approach, this study explores the content of the articles of the Marriage Law, the Criminal Code, and the TPKS Law. In the Indonesian legal system, marriage must meet the elements in the laws and regulations. However, in practice, the traditional marriage culture in Sumba has the potential to lead to forced marriage carried out by men where women are in a vulnerable position. Article 4 paragraph (1) of the TPKS Law clearly states that forced marriage is a form of sexual violence, which can be subject to criminal sanctions in accordance with Article 10 of the TPKS Law. Based on the results of the research, the cultural implications or impacts of forced marriage are the lack of justice, usefulness and legal certainty, so concrete steps are needed in the form of firmer law enforcement and the need for collaborative support from law enforcement officials and legal education for indigenous peoples so that these practices can be minimized and women's rights in marriage can be optimally protected.

Communication is the process of exchanging and sharing information that plays a role as a medium in conveying information and a tool to influence others. One type of communication that is often used is interpersonal communication, because it is done face-to-face directly and using smartphones that are considered effective for persuading others, as well as carried out by caregivers at the An-Nur Women's Charity Home. This research aims to find out how to apply the elements of interpersonal communication media used, how to achieve the goals of interpersonal communication, and the driving and inhibiting factors of interpersonal communication. Methods used in this study include qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation from various informants. The results of the analysis show that the interpersonal communication process provided by caregivers includes material about religion, education, guidance, reprimands, advice, questions, storytelling, motivation, and solutions. Additionally, there is a closeness in interpersonal communication between caregivers and children, formed through listening, opening up to each other, sharing stories, understanding messages, and making caregivers both friends and parents. Empathetic, consistent, and attentive communication from the caregiver significantly contributes to the formation of self-confidence, social skills, independence, and responsibility in foster children. Furthermore, a caregiver with strong interpersonal relationships creates a comfortable and supportive environment for children to develop optimally. Open and supportive interpersonal communication helps the child feel valued, heard, and cared for, which contributes to the development of foster children in line with expectations.

History often repeats itself in different contexts, as seen in the political dynamics of Indonesia in 2024, which are similar to the events of 1998. Although it has not yet reached the escalation of reforms, political tensions, polarization of society, and dissatisfaction with the government are the main issues. The fall in the Democracy Index reflects a weakening of freedom of opinion, human rights, and political participation. The wave of massive demonstrations against the revision of the 2024 Pilkada law showed resistance from various elements of society, including students, workers, artists, and public figures. Demonstrators demanded that the DPR comply with Constitutional Court decision Number 60/PUU-XXII/2024 regarding the threshold for the nomination of regional heads and Constitutional Court decision Number 70/PUU-XXII / 2024 regarding the age limit for candidates for regional heads. This research is a literature study with qualitative methods and a normative legal approach, including statutory, case, and conceptual analysis. The Data was obtained through the analysis of relevant legal and regulatory documents, as well as public opinion published in online media. This study provides an overview of the current challenges of Indonesian democracy as well as the implications of legal decisions on national political dynamics.

The need for urban communities to consume vegetables is increasing. This has caused people to start cultivating vegetables using hydroponic techniques. However, due to their busy activities, they do not have enough time to monitor and control hydroponics, which must always be in ideal conditions. This paper designs and implements an Internet of Things-based monitoring system to help hydroponic owners monitor their hydroponics anywhere and anytime. The built system requires a monitoring device assembled using a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller, a pH detection detector sensor, and a DHT22 temperature and humidity sensor. This system uses the Mamdani Fuzzy Logic algorithm to determine warnings to be displayed on the application interface when the water pH, temperature, and humidity are in certain conditions. The Mamdani Fuzzy Logic algorithm can interpret environmental data into a warning that humans can easily understand, even if they lack technical expertise. In addition to being able to help monitor, this system also allows owners to find out what elements need to be added or changed for their hydroponic place. Our evaluation results show that the defuzzification stage in the application has high accuracy, which is 99.92%, compared to Matlab’s results.

I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport – Bali is one of the airports with the busiest flight traffic in Indonesia, for both domestic and international routes. The high intensity of operational activities on the airside demands optimal management of all supporting elements, one of which is Ground Support Equipment (GSE). GSE plays a vital role in supporting aircraft movements and handling baggage, cargo, and passengers. Therefore, the provision of well-organized Equipment Parking Area (EPA) facilities in the Make Up and Break Down areas is crucial to ensure smooth and safe operations on the apron. This paper aims to examine the effectiveness of EPA provision and management in supporting GSE work efficiency, while identifying challenges and providing solutions to various emerging problems. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through direct observation, field documentation, and analysis of the actual layout compared to the provisions of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation Regulation No. PR 21 of 2023 concerning Technical and Operational Standards for Civil Aviation Safety Regulations. This research also complements EPA management practices at other airports in Indonesia, to provide a constructive comparative perspective. The study results indicate that the current management of the EPA at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport is not optimal. The main problems identified include irregular parking of GSE vehicles, the absence of zoning based on vehicle type, minimal markings, and a weak monitoring system due to limited personnel. As a result, congestion often occurs on GSE operational routes, which can disrupt the smooth operation of ground handling services. Based on these findings, proposed improvements include redesigning the EPA layout based on vehicle classification, installing signs and vehicle flow maps in strategic areas, and implementing an integrated technology-based monitoring system such as CCTV and digital access control.

The childfree phenomenon the deliberate choice of married couples not to have children is increasingly prevalent in Indonesia and has sparked serious debate in Islamic family law discourse, particularly regarding the principle of hifz al-nasl (preservation of progeny) as one of the fundamental elements of maqashid al-syari'ah. This study aims to deconstruct the meaning of hifz al-nasl from classical and contemporary perspectives, analyze the legal status of the childfree choice within the framework of Islamic family law, and formulate a comprehensive and contextual legal construction. This research employs a normative legal research method using library research, Jasser Auda's contemporary maqashid al-syari'ah approach, conceptual approach, and comparative approach. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively through content analysis, descriptive-analytical, deconstructive-reconstructive, and comparative techniques. The findings reveal three key conclusions: first, the deconstruction of hifz al-nasl produces a more comprehensive understanding through Jasser Auda's reconstruction that expands hifz al-nasl into hifz al-usrah (family protection), shifting the orientation of progeny preservation beyond mere biological reproduction to encompass family quality and overall well-being; second, the typological analysis of childfree yields a graduated legal mapping: voluntarily childfree without valid religious justification is ruled makruh to haram, temporarily childfree is permissible as equivalent to tandzim al-nasl, and voluntarily childfree due to medical emergency may be permitted; third, legal reconstruction based on Jasser Auda's system approach produces a more just and relevant legal construction for Muslim couples in Indonesia. This research contributes to the development of contemporary Islamic family law discourse in Indonesia.

The practice of unregistered marriage (nikah siri) and polygamy without court permission remains a persistent legal problem in Indonesia, causing serious consequences for the legal protection of women and children. This study aims to analyze the criminal law formulation policy against nikah siri and unauthorized polygamy practices based on Law Number 1 of 2023 on the new Criminal Code (KUHP), compare it with the formulation under the old Criminal Code, and evaluate its alignment with the objective of legal protection for women and children. This research employs a normative legal research method with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, analyzing primary and secondary legal materials qualitatively. The results reveal three main findings: first, the formulation policy under the old Criminal Code contains structural weaknesses, including the absence of explicit criminal sanctions in the Marriage Law, the complaint-based nature of the offense that limits prosecution, inconsistent interpretation of Article 279 among law enforcement officers, and the misapplication of criminal provisions against perpetrators of secret polygamy; second, Law Number 1 of 2023 brings significant reforms through a more comprehensive reformulation of marriage offenses, more precise elements of criminal acts, a more flexible sanction system, and the integration of restorative justice principles; third, the formulation policy still requires strengthening in terms of protecting the rights of women and children, as criminal approaches alone are insufficient without synergy with administrative policies and community empowerment. This study concludes that the criminal law formulation policy in the new Criminal Code must be understood as an instrument for achieving substantive justice oriented toward the protection of life, lineage, and property as required by the principles of maqashid syari'ah.
