This study aims to determine the performance of the Makassar City Tourism Office in 2020-2022 in terms of economic, efficiency and effectiveness elements. This research is a descriptive research study with the object under study is data on the realization of financial achievements contained in the Financial Report and Performance Report (LAKIN) of the Makassar City Tourism Office in 2020-2022. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis on economic, efficiency, and effectiveness measurements. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the performance of the Makassar City Tourism Office in terms of Economic, Efficiency and Effectiveness elements has almost met the requirements of Value for Money where each element almost reaches the maximum ratio value which is accompanied by budget savings every year. So it can be stated that the financial performance of the Makassar City Tourism Office almost meets the requirements of Value for Money where each allocated budget is able to be managed quickly in carrying out each program that has been determined.

Sexual violence is a serious problem that affects many individuals throughout the world. In this context, drivers associated with acts of sexual violence are often the focus of attention. The responsibility of third parties, such as transportation service providers or application platforms, can be an important factor in providing compensation to victims who have experienced sexual violence by drivers. This research aims to analyze the responsibilities of third parties, especially companies providing transportation services or application platforms that facilitate meetings between drivers and passengers, in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence. This research uses an analytical approach by collecting data and information related to the policies and practices implemented by the Maxim company. The results of the analysis show that the responsibility of third parties, in this case Maxim, has an important role in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence. Maxim is expected to have a clear and transparent policy in handling reports of sexual violence involving their drivers. They should also provide safe and reliable communication channels for victims to report incidents. Apart from that, Maxim must also ensure that there is a fair and thorough investigation process for reports of sexual violence. They must cooperate with law enforcement authorities to ensure that legal action is taken against drivers involved in sexual violence. In addition, Maxim must provide support and assistance to victims of sexual violence, including access to counseling and mentoring services. This research concludes that the responsibility of third parties, such as Maxim, is very important in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence by drivers. Such companies must have clear policies, effective procedures, and open channels of communication so that victims feel heard and protected. In an effort to prevent sexual violence, such companies must also continue to increase awareness and training for their drivers regarding policies and prohibited actions in the context of sexual violence.

The Class IIA Women's Correctional Institution (LPP) in Malang City is included in a productive prison which is not only used as a place for fostering prisoners (inmates), but also used as a facility to accommodate the production of quality prisoner products. The WBP participates in productive program activities held by the prison, such as managing the soy sauce industry, handicrafts, convection business, salon business, making ecoprint batik, production of souvenir snacks. All WBPs are involved in these productive activities as a form of effort by the prison in organizing work guidance programs and skills education. The results of the activity show that the production of Malang City Class IIA Women's Prison can be said to be quite good and has selling value. However, it is unfortunate that marketing is done conventionally so that it has not achieved maximum product sales results. Therefore, it is necessary to have an evaluation that can be solved through the service activities carried out. This digital marketing practice activity with website development training can be a solution provided through this service. This study aims to determine and compare how the financial control of ice jelly potter and cassava chips in financial control and to find out the shortcomings if they do not use financial control. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. While the data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that in terms of financial control, the ice jelly potter business has implemented financial control although it has not been maximized which includes financial management (budgeting, recording, reporting, and financial control). This is a plus for UMKM because they have implemented financial controls as well as future steps that will be taken to become more knowledgeable, and can assist in decision making in the future. The factors that become a shortage of cassava chips business in running a business if they do not use financial control (financial management) are not knowing the next steps to be taken, not being able to develop a business, not knowing whether the business is profitable or detrimental. Therefore, financial control is very important in running a business.

The problem of this research is about the role of teachers in instilling Character Values ​​in class VIII students at the Talibura 1 State Junior High School. The aim of this research is to describe the role of teachers in instilling character values ​​in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Talibura and to determine the driving and inhibiting factors. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research approach. Qualitative descriptive research is research that is a type of qualitative research. It is hoped that this research will be able to provide an overview or tell about the role of teachers in instilling character values ​​in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Talibura. The conclusion of this research is that teachers are good, but because there are still some children who violate school rules, teachers must maximize their role and encouraging and inhibiting factors in instilling students' character values. For this reason, cooperation between parents and the school environment is especially important for teachers. because controlling juvenile delinquency is not only done by teachers but by teachers, families and the school environment. For this reason, it is recommended that teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Talibura must try to carry out their role optimally in tackling juvenile delinquency at school. The research purpose is to significantly analyze the workload of banquet employees at UNP Hotel & Convention. The research approach is descriptive qualitative. Interviews, observations and documentation were used for the process of data collection. There were 6 respondents from UNP Hotel & Convention banquet employees. Triangulation of data and methods by interview reduction were used to the data analyzed. The research results shown that the workload of banquet employees is not maximal. It shown from the working conditions and the use of working time that have not been fully implemented properly according to the established Standard Operating Procedures. Companies can consider increasing the availability of banquet employees to create good performance.

This research has the objective of analyzing the relationship between the work environment, work culture and workload related to employee performance in an agency or company. This research uses quantitative methods through descriptive analysis, as well as online data collection using the Microsoft Forms Platform with a Likert scale of 1 to 5 with the Purposive Sampling method, there are 57 respondents with the age criteria 18-30 and currently working. Processed using the SmartPLS 4.0.9.2 application program. with Structural Eqution Modeling (SEM). The results showed that, the work environment is influential in supporting or improving the performance of its employees for the better and can produce quality work done by its employees. The work environment can be maximized when a company can implement or create a conducive, collaborative environment, and pay attention to all aspects such as the physical and psychological of its employees. Such factors as sufficient facilities, social support, and job security can increase employee performance productivity. Organizational work culture also plays an important role in shaping employee performance. Organizations with a culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and employee motivation have better performance. Conversely, a work culture that does not support employees can hinder employee performance. Workload in accordance with individual capacity also affects employee performance. Too high a workload can lead to excessive stress and fatigue, which negatively impacts productivity. Therefore, wise management in determining workload is essential. From this study, it can be concluded that a good work environment, positive work culture, and workload adjustment can significantly improve employee performance. A company or an agency needs to pay attention to these factors to achieve optimal productivity and job satisfaction in the midst of intense competition between agencies.

This article aims to optimize the profit of seblak business through the application of Simplex method in linear program. Seblak is a popular business today with a wide variety of toppings such as meatballs, sausages, noodles, feet and many more, but efficient production planning and resource allocation can be challenging. In calculating this profit optimization, we use the Simplex method to identify production combinations that can generate maximum profit by considering various constraints related to raw materials, processing time, production costs to product selling prices. The result is expected to help seblak business owners in making smarter decisions regarding production, inventory, and pricing strategies, thus improving their business profitability.

The position of witnesses in the criminal justice process occupies a key position, as seen in Article 184 of the Criminal Procedure Code (hereinafter abbreviated to KUHAP). The method used is library research, collecting data by searching for sources and constructing them from various sources such as books, journals and existing research. In the criminal justice system, witnesses have not been maximally protected in a number of laws and regulations such as in the Criminal Procedure Code and in the Criminal Code, where witnesses have not received maximum attention because in the law above, almost in the articles of the Criminal Procedure Code there is not a single article that specifically regulates witness protection and almost every article in the Criminal Procedure Code and the Criminal Code, witness rights are always included with the rights of victims. The Criminal Procedure Code, which has so far been the basis for proceedings in Indonesian criminal justice, does not regulate the rights and protection of witnesses fundamentally or specifically even though there are several provisions. in the Criminal Procedure Code which regulates, regarding the rights of a witness as Article 108 paragraph (1) reads: every person who experiences, sees and witnesses and/or becomes a victim of an incident which constitutes a criminal act has the right to submit a report or complaint to the investigator or investigator either verbally or verbally. writing.

This research aims to determine the influence of Income Expectations, Entrepreneurship Education, and Family Environment on students' Entrepreneurial Interests. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of students from various universities taken randomly (Random Sampling). The maximum number of respondents obtained was 200 people. Data analysis was carried out using an outer model (Outer Model) which includes calculations of Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha, as well as an inner model (Inner Model) which involves calculating T, R-Square and f-Square statistics. For data analysis, the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) tool version 4.0.9.3 was used. The research results show that Income Expectations (X1) have a positive and significant influence on Entrepreneurial Interest (Y). Entrepreneurship Education (X2) also has a positive influence on Entrepreneurship Interest (Y), while Family Environment (X3) has a positive and significant influence on Entrepreneurship Interest (Y). Apart from that, together, Income Expectations, Entrepreneurship Education and Family Environment have a positive and significant effect on Students' Entrepreneurial Interest.

The advancement or decline of an organization is fundamentally intertwined with the accomplishments of its workforce. Hence, each company consistently endeavors to enhance employee performance, either through the implementation of specific leadership techniques or the observation of organizational citizenship behavior displayed by its workforce. Therefore, this study seeks to delve deeper into the influence and interplay between variables related to leadership style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in relation to employee performance at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna's Kolaka Branch. This research encompasses all employees at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna's Kolaka Branch, encompassing the entire population and adopting a saturated sampling methodology. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) approach. The results of this investigation confirm the impact that the utilized leadership style and employee organizational citizenship behavior have on employee performance.

The focus on increasing awareness of packaging through an importance survey, developing appropriate technology, and expanding marketing networks aims to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs' processed food products. The ABCD approach was chosen to emphasize the utilization of existing assets in the community, so as to maximize the potential of the People's Roasted Chicken MSMEs and empower the community in a sustainable manner. The results of this study indicate that the People's Roast Chicken MSME in Kloposepuluh Village has its own uniqueness with a characteristic taste that has been maintained from the past until now, making it a favorite among the local community. The strategic sales location, right in front of the house, adds to the attractiveness for customers. Although they still use traditional methods in baking, these MSMEs have managed to survive and continue to be in demand.

The rapid development of vehicles has an impact on increasing the need for parking space, thus demanding the need for availability and land management that provides convenience and comfort for motorists. Plaza Medan Fair mall is still not optimal in planning and managing parking lots, this can be seen from the number of vehicles that do not get parking spaces while parking is still available, besides that the placement of parking cars has not been arranged so that visitors still have difficulty in finding a parking space. This can have an impact on not optimal parking lot income. Parking lot management can be done by classifying parking by categorizing vehicles according to their group considering that each vehicle has a different size and can be grouped according to type. Optimization of parking management can be done using the branch and bound method integer program. The branch and bound method is a method to find the optimal solution to the integer problem with the concept of branching and bounding. The results of the study found that there were 200 parking spaces for small cars, 651 parking spaces, 651 parking spaces, 226 large cars and 70 parking spaces. The maximum parking income obtained by Plaza Medan Fair mall is Rp10,023,000.-.

Background: One of the emotional social development of children aged 3-5 years is showing self-confidence. Early childhood often experience things that can reduce their self-confidence because in their growth phase parents and the environment often make yelling sentences, harsh prohibitions, especially curse, will make them present negative emotions and have an impact on feelings of sadness, fear and guilt. Drawing therapy can help children express their feelings. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of drawing therapy to increase self-confidence of children aged 3-5 years in the village of booi, saparua district, central maluku district. Methods: This study used an experimental research method with a one-group pre-test post-test design. The population in this study were all 30 children aged 3-5 years in Booi Village. The sampling technique was purposive sample of 20 children. Data collection by means of observation. Bivariate analysis using non-parametric statistical tests with the Wilcoxon test. Results:The Wilcoxon test results (p value 0,000) because the p value <0.05, statistically there is a difference before and after drawing therapy with a median of 0.000 with a minimum-maximum value of 1-5 self-confidence before drawing therapy and a median of 8.50 with minimum-maximum values ​​1-6 after drawing therapy. Conclusion: From the results above, it can be concluded that there is an effect of drawing therapy on increasing self-confidence of children aged 3-5 years in the village of booi, Saparua sub-district, Central Maluku district.

In Ngaresrejo Village, TPQ Al-Ikhlas managed to overcome the challenge of a limited number of teachers by using the Iqro' method which is not only interesting but also adapted to the characteristics of students. By utilizing the ABCD (Asset Based Communities Development) approach model in community development, TPQ Al-Ikhlas is able to maximize potential by focusing on its assets, namely the significant number of students. The TPQ learning program has the main objective of improving religious understanding, and the results are seen through the students' increased insight into Arabic writing, recitation of Hijaiyah letters, as well as memorization of daily prayers, short letters, and prayer recitations. By successfully implementing this method, TPQ has not only overcome the limited number of teachers, but also made a positive contribution to improving the religious knowledge and practical skills of its students.

Motivation is the driving force for a person or individual to carry out activities toward obtaining the desired thing, both positively and negatively. With this motivation, an effort is made to encourage employees to be more active at work to achieve maximum service to the community. Performance is how employees show their work performance through concrete actions. Employee performance is influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors include work motivation, personality, attitudes, and behavior. While external factors include superior leadership style, employee relations, and the work environment, The purpose of this study aimed to examine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of administrative employees at Tugu Koja Hospital. The method in this study used a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, and the test used was Spearman's rho. This res earch was conducted at Tugu Koja General Hospital in the administrative section with a total of 37 respondents. The results obtained after the Spearman rho test were 0.861, with a significant value of 0.000. Based on the test results, it was concluded that there is a strong relationship between the performance of health administration employees and it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and employee performance at Tugu Koja Hospital.

The aim of this research is to find out how the basic price of furniture production is determined and constrained by Islamic economics in Taman Rajo District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data types. The data collection technique in this research uses observation, interview and documentation techniques, while for data analysis the researcher uses domain, textonomic and componential analysis. The results of the research explain that determining the basic price of furniture production according to Islamic economics in Taman Rajo District is carried out using several methods, including furniture business actors in Taman Rajo District determining or calculating the cost of raw materials used to produce furniture products. Business actors calculate labor costs which are calculated based on the results of the products produced and business actors calculate overhead costs which are costs incurred apart from raw material costs and labor costs in the production process. Obstacles in determining the basic price of furniture production according to Islamic Economics in Taman Rajo District include limited business capital which has an impact on determining production prices because the supply of raw materials is less affordable due to limited business capital for furniture business owners. Apart from that, the obstacle in determining the cost of production is that the strategic market target has not been achieved because the marketing strategy implemented by the business owner has not been maximized so that determining the cost of production is still based on the number of customers who order furniture products.

The crime of trafficking in persons (TPPO) is an extraordinary crime that must be eradicated together. Anyone can become a victim, be it men, women, even children. This study aims to find out the form of legal arrangements for children who are victims of the crime of trafficking in persons in the old Criminal Code (KUHP) and the new Criminal Code in Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code. The type of research used in this research is normative legal research. The approach used in this paper is the statutory approach and the comparative approach. The results of the study show that in the latest Criminal Code there is a detailed explanation regarding the crime of trafficking in persons, which regulates corporations, regarding the act of recruiting, transporting, harboring, sending, transferring or receiving a person, through threats of violence, use of force, kidnapping, confinement , forgery, fraud, abuse of power or position of vulnerability, debt bondage, or giving payments or benefits, as well as the minimum and maximum penalties that have been categorized in Law Number 1 of 2023.
