The skills acquired through this subject are considered an integral part of the provision provided to students. In the current era, it can be seen that cultural heritage is increasingly fading because it is being eroded by time. Cultural performances and the number of traditional art performers continue to decline, especially guritan art, which has resulted in this cultural heritage becoming increasingly unknown to the public, and people's interest in enjoying traditional art performances from their ancestors is also decreasing. This condition is a serious concern for South Sumatra cultural observer, Vebri Alianti, who stated that cultural heritage is currently threatened with extinction and being eroded by the currents of time (Faldy, 2018). Guritan lahat often highlights local stories, regional legends, heroic stories, as well as the values of introducing and providing an understanding of the art of guritan in class IV of SD Negeri 7 Mulak Ulu, Lahat Regency using the demonstration method. Through this assessment, it is hoped that it can contribute to the development of arts education in Lahat in particular and in Indonesia in general. Indonesia is a country renowned for its rich natural resources and cultural heritage. The tourism sector, particularly in North Sumatra, includes the Batak Toba culture as one of its highlights. One aspect of Batak Toba culture reflects the potential for cultural tourism in Huta Tinggi, Samosir Regency. To develop and enhance the potential of the tourism sector in Huta Tinggi, and as an effort to preserve cultural heritage, it is necessary to establish a homestay building. A homestay plays an important role in the development of the Huta Tinggi area. The design of the homestay area adopts a local wisdom-based approach using the modern (Neo-Vernacular) Batak Toba architectural style. This is because Neo-Vernacular architecture represents a modern form that still retains the image or distinctive characteristics of the region, with a design that is adapted to contemporary contexts.

Forest areas are open natural resources that have potential and an important role in supporting human needs. However, as time goes by, natural resources in the forestry sector are starting to decline due to the large number of business entities or corporations carrying out illegal logging activities. This research explores the vital role of business legality in supporting the growth and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Through a combination of interview and direct observation approaches, we investigate the challenges faced by MSMEs in obtaining appropriate business legality and its impact on market access and financing. The findings indicate that a lack of understanding of the importance of business legality, complex licensing processes, and the need for specific requirements are major obstacles for MSMEs, especially those operating at the micro and small levels. Furthermore, we conclude that complete and legally valid business legality forms a solid foundation for the growth of MSMEs, enabling broader access to formal markets and financial resources. The approach of mentoring in obtaining the Business Identification Number (NIB) emerges as an effective solution in assisting MSMEs in overcoming challenges related to business legality. Comprehensive mentoring programs, ranging from education about the registration process to practical assistance in gathering required documents, provide much-needed support for MSMEs like Bu Siti in navigating complex registration processes. Evaluation and feedback, as well as effective information dissemination, also prove crucial in increasing MSMEs' awareness and understanding of licensing procedures and the benefits of having complete business legality. Thus, collaborative efforts from various parties can help create a more conducive environment for the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia.
