The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. This thesis is expected to be a material for consideration by the Judicial Commission in order to increase the number of liaison officers in the regions for the effectiveness of work and the realization of the ideals of a clean judiciary at the Semarang District Court. Keywords: Judicial Commission, Judicial Clean Judge

This  research   was  conducted   at  Nostalgia   Restaurant   The  Sidji  Hotel Pekalongan which aims to analyze and explain the influence of food product quality and service on guest satisfaction  which is experiencing  poorly good conditions including color, appearance, portion, tecture, temperature and level of maturity of a food  product  not in accordance  with  guest  expectations  and  there  are some infrastructure services that do not meet the standards in providing services to guests. The research data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The sample used in the study was 100 respondents. The research results are expected to provide useful information for the manager and guest satisfaction. The data obtained were processed   using   descriptive   analysis   and   quantitative   statistical   analysis. Quantitative analysis uses multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, model test, hypothesis testing, and however before the test is carried out, the validity and reliability tests are conducted first. The results of the regression analysis show that there is an increase in the quality of food products and services on guest satisfaction. Then the test results of multiple regression analysis show a significant F value, with a correlation value of determination  R2 square of 0.598. This shows that the quality of food products and services significantly affects guest satisfaction together with a close relationship of 59.8%. This shows that to increase guest satisfaction, it is necessary to increase the quality of products, both food and beverages served to guests, as well as excellent service in accordance with guest expectations.

This research was conducted at Lind's Ice Cream and Resto Papandayan Semarang which aims to analyze and explain the influence of location and service quality on guest satisfaction, as well as to determine which variables have the most dominant influence on guest satisfaction. The method used in this research is a survey with quantitative analysis,. The number of samples in this study were 86 respondents who visited Lind's Ice Cream and Resto Papandayan Semarang. Based on the results of SPSS calculations, the hypothesis at the tested level is significant and has a positive effect on the regression equation,And it is proven that the service quality  variable  has  the  most  dominant  effect   on  guest   satisfaction  with  a regression coefficient of 0.794. The conclusion of this study  is that The quality of service that has the most positive effect on guest  satisfaction at Lind's Ice Cream and Resto Papandayan Semarang.

The objectives to be achieved in this study are as follows To determine the effect of community response on the development of tourist attractions, Peak of Mount Gajah Pandanrejo. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. Sources of data using a questionnaire. The population in this study is the surrounding community who visit the tourist attraction. The sample used is 50 respondents. Data analysis techniques include Likert scale, validity test, reliability test, simple correlation coefficient, simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and T test. Based on the results and discussion in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that 1) Pearson Correlation value is 0.785, in the sufficient category (0.600 to 0.799). So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the community's response to the development of Mount Gajah Pandanrejo tourist attractions, this means that if the community's response is good, tourism development will also increase; 2) The constant value is 4.782, meaning that if the product quality is zero, then customer satisfaction is 4.782, with a value of b = 0.667, meaning that if the public response increases by one point, the development of tourist attractions will also increase by 0.667; 3) The R2 value is 0.617, meaning that the community's response contributes 61.7% to the development of tourist attractions, and the remaining 39.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as promotions, discounts, and so on; 4) the results of the t-test indicate the t-value of product quality is 8.785. While the ttable with a sample of 50 people, with a level of significance = 0.05 and a confidence level of 95%, the ttable value is 1.1711. So the value of tcount is greater than ttable (8.785 > 1.7711) or a sig value of 0.000 (< 0.05). 

This community service project aims to enhance Sunday School teachers’ ability to use digital media as a tool for children’s faith formation in local churches. The rapid development of information technology requires churches to adapt their educational ministries, including children’s spiritual learning. The training was conducted at the Christian Evangelical Church in Timor (GMIT) Sion Noelbaki Congregation, involving 25 Sunday School teachers. The implementation methods included needs observation, interactive workshops, practical sessions on creating digital Bible content, and direct mentoring in using media such as spiritual videos, PowerPoint, and online platforms (YouTube, Canva, and WhatsApp Groups). Evaluation was carried out through pretest-posttest and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed a 78% increase in teachers’ competence in using digital media after the training. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm and commitment to applying digital media in their children’s ministry. This activity had a positive impact on improving the quality of faith education, making Sunday School learning more engaging, contextual, and relevant to children’s lives in the digital era.

This research aims to find out: (1) What are employees' perceptions of the physical work environment at the Purworejo Regency Regional Civil Service Agency Office, (2) What efforts are being made to improve the physical working environment conditions at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency Office. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The sample used was a saturated sample because the number of samples taken in this research were all employees at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency Office, totaling 53 people. Data was collected using questionnaire techniques which were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was recapitulation of questionnaire results and explanation of the questionnaire results. The research results found that 81.13% of employees in the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office felt comfortable and satisfied with the direct physical work environment. And there are still 18.87% who do not feel satisfied and comfortable with the physical working environment at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office. There are 81.57% of employees at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office who feel comfortable and satisfied with the physical work environment that has intermediaries or the general environment. And there are still 18.43% who do not feel satisfied and comfortable with the condition of the physical work environment that has intermediaries or the general environment at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office. Efforts are being made to further improve the condition of the physical work environment, namely by means of redesigning the office, more can identify disturbances in the office environment because it is located on the side of the road, the lighting and lighting facilities in the work space are adequate, the color combination does not disturb employees and the air quality in the office is further improved with adequate ventilation. 

This research aims to find out whether work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Microfinance Institution (LKM) Kutoarjo Village Credit Agency. The data source uses a questionnaire. The population in this study were 16 employees of the Kutoarjo Village Credit Agency Microfinance Institution. The sample in this study was 16 people. Data analysis techniques include simple linear regression analysis coefficients, coefficients of determination, and T tests. The results of the t test show that the t value of the work discipline variable is greater than t table (7.312 > 1.761) or the sig value is (0.000 < 0.05), meaning that the work discipline variable has a significant effect. positive and significant on performance so that the hypothesis is accepted. 

Management of educational facilities and infrastructure has an important role regarding the quality of educational institutions where consumers can feel that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure has met expectations or exceeded expectations. It is also intended to attract as much interest as possible to the community towards MI Tawakkal and maintain the image and quality of MI Tawakkal Denpasar. The focus of this research is: (1) What is the management strategy for educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Tawakkal Denpasar?, (2) How is consumer satisfaction with education about educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Tawakkal Denpasar?. This study aims to: (1) determine the management strategy of educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Denpasar, (2) determine consumer satisfaction with education about educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Tawakkal Denpasar. The method used is a qualitative method, the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on this research, it shows that: 1) The management process of school facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of educational services at MI Tawakkal Denpasar starts from planning needs through open meetings with internal and external school parties, procurement with funding sources independently or from the government, inventory recording in the school Asset Book, use of facilities and infrastructure that are quite good and not complicated, periodic and routine maintenance, elimination of facilities that are not suitable for use, monitoring and reporting as evaluation material for the coming year, 2) Consumer satisfaction with education regarding the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in MI Tawakkal Denpasar is quite satisfied because it has quite complete facilities and excellent management of infrastructure.

MTs NU Jogoloyo Wonosalam Demak as an institution that has a large number of teachers and employees, besides that every day attendance officers are absent which results in difficulties in making payroll reports, especially recording and reporting still using manual methods so it takes longer time to record and deliver. report. In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

The Relationship between Work Shift and Work Fatigue in the Emergency Room Nurses and the Ward Room of RSUD Piru, West Seram Regency in 2020. Therefore, shift work every day, namely the morning shift starting at 08.00-17.00 WIT while the night shift starts at 17.00-08.00 WIT. The health of nurses is very important so that health services in the community can be optimal, considering that nurses are human resources who play an important role in the hospital for 24 hours. And one of the efforts to improve the quality of service with work shift regulations. Work shifts need to be considered the time or biological clock that corresponds to our body for work accidents. Work fatigue contributes to the occurrence of work accidents caused by fatigue factors. This type of research uses quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design (cross-sectional) where measurement of the variables can be done at the same time so that it is quite effective and efficient. Research subjects were taken 30 nurses from the ER and Ward at PIRU Hospital. The measurement results show the relationship between work shifts and work fatigue of nurses in the ER and Ward there are 8 respondents (26.7%) who have a morning shift schedule and experience fatigue and 7 respondents (23.3%) respondents who have a night shift schedule and do not experience fatigue. The statistical test results show a significant value α <0.003, which means that Ha is accepted by Ho is rejected.  

This study evaluates the quality of local government public services in fire disaster management. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study focuses on interviews, observation, and documentation techniques for data analysis. The results identified a shortage of firefighting equipment and a significant reliance on the sub-district as the primary coordinator with the DPKPB. Despite rapid response efforts from the subdistrict government, more public education on fire prevention and handling still needs to be done. The main challenges are inhibiting factors such as natural conditions, lack of public awareness, and lack of infrastructure. This research suggests improved equipment provision, more effective community outreach, infrastructure development, and coordination between agencies and communities to quickly and efficiently respond to fire emergencies.    

The innovation of the robot cars today is moving very fast. The robot car is capable of being driven without using manual remote controls. One form of technological development in robot car control is by using hand gestures. The microcontrolle placed in the palm of the hand will read the direction of movement of our hands, then the instructions are transmitted to the robot car.  The transmission system used in the microcontrolled circuit in the palm of the hand and the receiver circuit inside the robot car must be properly attached. This is influenced by the quality of programming language levels and the arduino mini pro and MPU-6050 circuits. Hand gesture directional readings are able to be easily readable and directly transmitted by the NRF24L01 module via radio waves. The response power of the robot car in receiving hand-move instructions can be received as far as 45 m. The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly from year to year. One evidence of technological development or advancement is the presence of the internet. The internet has many important benefits for human life. An example of the benefits of having the internet is its popular website. Website is one type of service or facility provided by the internet which is most widely used for various services in many fields, including education, namely schools. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda, an Islamic-based high school, which is located in Kedungreja District. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda uses the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda to students and prospective students. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. The purpose of this study is to measure the service quality of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website, a measurement of the measurement of website users on the level of performance and level of importance. The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that 89.03% of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website services had met the respondents' expectations and the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) results diagram showed that the variables that were of good quality and had to be maintained were US6, IQ1, IQ4, IQ7, and SIQ3. because it has met the expected performance of the respondent. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are IQ3, IQ5, SIQ1, and SIQ6.

The purpose of this research is to promote t-shirt products from Sakukata.co, and to increase customer satisfaction with packaging design using the QFD method. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research are customers who have purchased Sakukata.co products at least once. The sample of this research was selected using Linear Time Function and obtained 40 respondents. This study used primary data from Sakukata.co and questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method.The packaging attributes at Sakukata.co consist of the design, dimensions, capacity, shape, strength, and durability of the packaging. The Respon Teknis that must be in Sakukata.co is the packaging design is modern, simple, informative, elegant, and identical to Sakukata.co. The dimensions of the packaging are the same size as the product and can accommodate additional items for souvenirs (during the promo). Maximum packing capacity for 2 products. Ergonomic, and easy to open and close. The packaging material is not easily damaged, and can protect the product when it rains. Dates milk tempe is an alternative drink for health, which is made from tempe extract with natural sweetener honey and enriched with dates, so it is safe and healthy for consumption by all ages. The research objectives were to determine: 1) the organoleptic quality of date palm tempe milk; 2) community acceptance of date palm tempe milk; 3) determine the content of carbohydrates, protein and fat. The research method of making date palm milk is carried out in accordance with the procedure for making tempe milk. Organoleptic tests to determine acceptance were carried out on 30 semi-trained and untrained panelists. The nutritional content of date palm tempeh is calculated using the Gizipro application. The results showed that date palm milk has sensory characteristics of sweet and savory taste, aroma of soybean tempeh and dates, thick texture and dark brown color. Contains 5.31 g carbohydrates; 0.11 g protein; 0.14 g fat; and 2.14 mg of calcium. It has low carbohydrates, low fat content compared to tempeh milk, so it can be drunk by all ages and can prevent degenerative diseases.

Public speaking skills are one of the most important soft skills in various aspects of life. This study aims to find out how far 12th-grade students at SMK Darussalam Cilacap understand the importance of these skills and how educationals programs can improve their abilities. Through this study, is expected to be a reference for schools in developing similar programs and improving the quality of graduates.

Teachers' literacy teaching creativity is the ability of teachers to constantly develop literacy materials or lesson materials and be able to create an interesting and active atmosphere and be able to modify lessons.  Creativity development in literacy learning is also very important and teachers are required to demonstrate and show the creativity process. One alternative that teachers can do is to create, compile and develop effective, efficient and creative literacy teaching materials.  This study aims to determine the development of teacher creativity in making reading, writing and counting teaching materials. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were teachers in Cimanggu sub-district. The results of this study indicate that: creative teachers are teachers who are able to develop pedagogical skills, namely being able to compile more varied teaching materials. In addition, they are able to improve pedagogical skills in developing reading, writing and counting literacy teaching materials so that learning becomes more innovative and effective. The development of quality literacy teaching materials can support human resources who are more competent, creative, productive and have high fighting values to face the era of globalization.

Pada ranah pendidikan, setiap sekolah mengharapkan memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas sesuai dengan bidang yang diampu. Kemampuan setiap pendidik tentunya berbeda-beda hal tersebut menarik untuk dikaji, khususnya di MI Kalifah Nusantara Denpasar. Peserta didik di MI tersebut sudah kuliafied dan mampu membimbing dan membina siswa-siswanya, namun masih terdapat beberapa siswa kurang aktif dan menurun dalam hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, melalui kajian peran pendidik diharapkan dapat diketahui dan dijabarkan secara deskriftif kualitatif melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sehingga melalui analisis data berdasarkan teori-teori dan kajian terdahulu, diketahui bahwa peran pendidik sangat penting terhadap motivasi siswa melalui peningkatan kemampuan dan kinerja pendidik dengan mengikuti pelatihan, workshop, konseling siswa, dan pendekatan terhadap orangtua siswa.   AbstractIn the scope of education, every school expects to have quality human resources in accordance with the field being taught. The ability of each educator is certainly different, this is interesting to study, especially at MI Kalifah Nusantara Denpasar. The students are already educated and able to guide and nurture their students at MI, but there are some students who are less active and decline in student learning outcomes. Based on these conditions, aim of study in the role of educators, it is expected to be known and described in a qualitative descriptive manner through interviews and documentation. The data analysis based on theories and previous studies, it is known that the role of educators is very important to student motivation through improving the ability and performance of educators by participating in training, workshops, student counseling, and approaches to parents.

Education is very vital to improve the quality of human resource. Therefore moral and spiritual education is very important for men in order to change the mindset, character, and increasing intelligence. Not only family, but then there is the church for the believers. As one of the assignments of the church is teaching (didache). The church has to teach or educate the people according to the Bible. Christian education needs to have the basic understanding that God is the source of knowledge or the Truth.3 The most important purpose of a Christian education is helping the students to know God through Jesus Christ, through His Word. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of hexagon fraud which is proxied by financial stability, financial targets, external pressure, cooperation with government projects, change of directors, ineffective monitoring, turnover of auditors, the ratio of total accruals to total assets, external auditors quality, and the company's existence towards fraudulent financial statements in banks listed on the BEI 2015-2019. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 29 companies with 145 data. The type of data used is secondary data from annual banking reports. Data were analyzed using SEM PLS with WarpPLS 7.0 software. The research results prove that financial stability, financial targets, and ineffectiveness of monitoring have an effect on fraudulent financial statements. Meanwhile, external pressure, cooperation with government projects, change of directors, change of auditors, ratio of total accruals to total assets, external auditors quality, and the existence of companies have no effect on fraudulent financial statements.
