This study aims to analyze the effect of barriers on standard intake manifolds on exhaust emissions in 125cc capacity injection motors. The applied barrier is expected to modify the intake air flow, which has an impact on the combustion process and the resulting exhaust emissions. The method used includes testing exhaust emissions with variations in the use of barriers under several engine conditions, including different engine speeds. The results show that the use of barriers can affect CO, HC, and O2 emission levels, with certain variations indicating changes in combustion efficiency. The conclusion of this research is that the selection of the right barrier diameter and intake manifold shape can contribute to the reduction of exhaust emissions of 125 cc injection motorcycles. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for the automotive industry in designing a more environmentally friendly intake manifold system.

This research investigates how organizational culture influences cadets' perceptions of empowerment training and shapes their leadership styles within the transportation management sector in Jakarta. Through qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys with cadets from diverse work environments—collaborative and hierarchical—the study explores the differential impacts of organizational culture on leadership development. Findings reveal that cadets in collaborative environments perceive empowerment training more positively, citing benefits such as teamwork, decision-making autonomy, and mentorship. These cadets tend to exhibit transformational leadership styles characterised by motivation, adaptability, and team empowerment. In contrast, cadets in hierarchical environments often adopt transactional leadership styles focused on task compliance and adherence to hierarchical structures. The study highlights the importance of tailored training programmes that accommodate diverse leadership styles and cultural contexts within transportation management education. Recommendations include integrating soft skills development, establishing mentorship programmes, and implementing continuous feedback mechanisms to enhance training effectiveness. By addressing these dynamics, educational institutions can better prepare cadets for leadership roles in dynamic professional environments, contributing to sectoral advancement and sustainability.

Education is a process of developing all aspects of human life including knowledge, skills and character values. Western paradigms that enter Indonesia need to be sorted out, especially cultural deviations and Pancasila values. Strengthening character education seeks to shape student character to integrate Pancasila values, in order to create a generation with character, nationalist spirit, and global competence. The independent curriculum aims to realize Pancasila students through the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile which is divided into six dimensions, namely faith, devotion to God Almighty and noble character, critical thinking, global diversity, independence, creativity, and mutual cooperation. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of student character education at SDN 2 Balerejo was carried out through learning activities, extracurricular activities, habituation, and the Student Character Education Strengthening Project. Supporting factors include school commitment, parental support and active student participation. However, there are some obstacles such as the lack of literacy, students' interest and willingness, and the low role of parents. This study suggests increasing school program innovation, improving parental support, and optimizing the learning process. Thus, it is expected that the Pancasila Student Profile can effectively shape students' character in accordance with the values of Pancasila and can be actualized in daily activities.

Mathematics is one of the important subjects. Mathematics is also a subject that is difficult to understand. Understanding concepts is the most important part of learning mathematics, meaning that in studying mathematics students must first understand mathematical concepts in order to be able to solve problems and be able to apply this learning in the real world. Based on direct observations and interviews with grade 6 teachers at SD Negeri 02 Getas, teachers have difficulties in the theme of lesson 3 about "Building Space" with basic competencies; 1) identify & compare geometric shapes; 2) calculating the surface area of the geometric shape; 3) calculate the volume of the geometric shape. This is what drives the need to develop game-based mathematics learning media. This game was created using Construct2 software as a 2D video game engine. The method used in this study is the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method. Mathematics is one of the important subjects. Mathematics is also a subject that is difficult to understand. Knowledge in the field of science is increasingly developing day by day following environmental conditions and human thinking. So science, especially in the field of science, should not be separated from religion. In the Al-Qur'an there are many verses that explain the process of human creation, such as in Surah Al-Hajj verse 5, Surah Al-Mukmin verse 67, Surah Az-Zumar verse 7, Surah Fathir verse 11, and many more. . someone can observe humans through biological observations. In the Qur'an, humans are often called "Basyar", where the word basyar is often compared to the biological characteristics of humans. Fingerprints are polygene inheritance. Based on Galton's system, fingerprints can be divided into 3 basic patterns, namely: curved shape or Arch (A), figure shape or Loop (L), and circle shape or Whorl (W). Finger tendrils can be widely used as a means of identifying a person, biological aspects. Human fingerprints vary from one person to another, even if they are identical twins. Apart from that, it can also be a feature of fingerprints and none of them are exactly the same because they are different from one individual to another.

This study analyzes the effect of atmospheric drag perturbation at two different magnetic index  (active and severe storm) conditions, on the motion of NOAA 15 weather satellite, the Celestial Mechanics software results were plotted with the assistance of the MATLAB program. From the results it is noticed that for short period of time the effect of atmospheric suppression disturbance at different geomagnetic activity had the same effect on the orbital elements and orbital motion components ,  for a long period there is a slight variation in the effect of the perturbation at two different geomagnetic activities, which can be seen in the orbit's inclination as well as its size and shape. The results demonstrated that motion components were significantly impacted by geomagnetic activity over relatively extended time scales.

Education creates an optimal learning environment and an active learning process for students to develop their potential and help them achieve goals in improving knowledge and morals, as well as building children's personalities. Lack of educational facilities and difficulty managing free time are also problems for teenagers in channeling their talents and interests and preparing for a better future. Madrasah Aliyah Vocational Boarding School as an alternative school has an optimal environment for character education. The aim of this research is to design a Madrasah Aliyah Vocational Boarding School that can meet educational needs, a good learning environment, security and safety, as well as several supporting architectural factors and elements by applying metaphorical architectural aspects. The research method is carried out using qualitative methods, which can be collected by collecting data from literature studies, case studies or similar themes, then direct observation of educational activities. The application of a design with a metaphorical architectural theme, which uses the basic shape of a rose, is expected to visually illustrate the function of the building. Thus, observers and building users are expected to be able to clearly obtain ideas and impressions of the activities taking place within it through the shape of the building mass and facade.

Tebing Tinggi is experiencing rapid development, with the youth population becoming an important asset because they will be the next generation in shaping the quality of life in the future. This study aims to design a youth center that can be a place for recreation and develop talent interests through various activities for teenagers so they can grow in a positive and healthy environment both indoors and outdoors. The research method used is a quantitative approach, where a survey is carried out using a questionnaire and also concept exploration by collecting information which includes a literature review and analysis of related case studies. Next, the collected data is analyzed to produce a design concept. The theme raised is metaphorical architecture to create architecture that symbolizes inspiration, creativity and collaborative growth with teenagers. The research results found that the design aspect involved the use of symbols and creative elements that convey messages, as well as paying attention to symbolic meanings that could inspire teenagers. Symbolic principles communicate positive messages, provide unique experiences, and allow for flexibility in the use of space. Symbolic architecture is applied through the metaphor of nerve cells, with the concept of togetherness and unity where the building and outdoor space are connected to each other, thereby optimizing outdoor space to avoid negative space and creating connections for visitors. The nerve cell metaphor is applied to the shape of the building which can be seen through the facade and bird's eye view with the presence of a plaza in the site plan and easy access to reach the entire building with the pavement around the site. Apart from that, transparent material is also an architectural element that is used to create a connected visual impression.
