The role of the TNI is very important in creating and maintaining the security of the community in fulfilling human rights, but based on the long history in Indonesia, it is suspected that there has been violence and serious human rights crimes committed by state apparatus and security actors. The principle of command responsibility for military commanders, police superiors and other civilian superiors is at least three reasons that underlie the thinking of military commanders, police superiors and other civilian superiors, namely the commander or superior who has the power to give orders and is responsible for the failure to control or control his subordinates. This community service aims to increase the knowledge of the community in performing the first treatment of health problems experienced, especially by using warm compresses and cold compresses. The socialisation method uses lectures and questions and answers, power point media, projectors and props. This community service was carried out in collaboration with the Diploma III Nursing Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Abulyatama University in collaboration with Miruk Lam Reudep Village, activities attended by 50 people. The results of the service provide increased knowledge to the community about using compresses in various health cases properly and in accordance with health conditions. The conclusion that this socialisation is very good for dealing with health conditions experienced at that time.

This study aims to explore the impact of job restrictions on employees with limited career options and the challenges faced by companies in addressing these issues. Using a qualitative literature review, the study found that job restrictions, such as non-compete agreements, can negatively impact employees with limited career options. These impacts include reduced job mobility, career stagnation, and lower income. However, companies can mitigate these effects by implementing fair and transparent policies and providing adequate support to employees. This research highlights the need for balancing corporate resource protection with employee career development to maintain long-term productivity and organizational sustainability.

Free Sex is a sexual behavior conducted without commitment and without considering the long-term consequences, which is often experienced by teenagers. High social pressures, lack of understanding about reproductive health, and the influence of social media are the main factors that exacerbate this behavior. Education about the dangers of free sex in teenagers is crucial to reduce the rates of unintended pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections, and other psychological impacts. This community service activity aims to increase teenagers' understanding and awareness about the dangers of free sex and to instill a healthy lifestyle in maintaining responsible sexual relationships. The method used was counseling through a presentation using PowerPoint media, followed by a question-and-answer session with students from SMP N1 Tumpaan, South Minahasa District. This activity was held on January 4, 2025, with the hope of having a positive impact on teenagers' behavior in maintaining their reproductive health.

Microplastic pollution, particularly from textile waste, has become a significant environmental concern, especially in urban runoff systems. These pollutants pose a considerable threat to water quality, aquatic life, and human health. Traditional wastewater treatment methods often fall short in addressing the complexities of microplastic contamination. This research explores the integration of advanced biodegradable polymer coatings with solar-powered textile waste treatment to reduce microplastic pollution in urban runoff systems. Biodegradable polymers, such as polylactic acid (PLA) and polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA), are highlighted for their potential to efficiently filter microplastics while providing an eco-friendly alternative to conventional filtration technologies. By combining these materials with a small solar-powered unit, the prototype enables an off-grid, low-energy solution to treat textile wastewater in urban environments. The study includes testing the prototype in simulated urban runoff conditions with varying concentrations of microplastics, evaluating key performance indicators such as microplastic removal efficiency, energy consumption, and operational sustainability. Results demonstrate a significant reduction in microplastic concentration, indicating the effectiveness of biodegradable polymer coatings and solar-powered systems in treating urban runoff. The discussion addresses the feasibility of using local biodegradable materials, performance in real-world urban environments, and operational challenges such as maintenance and scalability. This innovative approach is compared with existing microplastic filtration methods, such as membrane filtration and adsorption, highlighting its advantages in terms of sustainability and cost-effectiveness. The findings suggest that this integrated system could offer a viable, low-cost solution for addressing microplastic pollution in urban drainage systems, with potential for widespread urban implementation.

This study evaluates the impact of distributed solar-battery systems on urban electricity resilience and community carbon emissions reduction. As urban areas continue to grow, the demand for electricity has placed considerable strain on traditional centralized grids, resulting in increased vulnerabilities. The integration of decentralized energy resources (DERs), particularly solar photovoltaic (PV) systems paired with battery energy storage systems (BESS), has emerged as a promising solution to enhance grid resilience, reduce carbon emissions, and support the transition to more sustainable energy systems. This research uses a simulation-based approach to model the integration of solar-battery systems into residential blocks, assessing their impact on grid reliability, downtime reduction, and the frequency of power outages. Additionally, the study estimates the reduction in carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions achieved by shifting from fossil-fuel-based energy generation to renewable sources such as solar PV. The results demonstrate that solar-battery systems significantly improve electricity reliability by providing backup power during outages, while also reducing CO₂ emissions by decreasing reliance on conventional grids. The study also discusses the technical and financial challenges associated with the integration of these systems, such as energy storage capacity, system efficiency, and upfront installation costs. Policy recommendations emphasize the importance of government incentives, grid modernization, and long-term financial benefits to encourage the adoption of decentralized energy solutions. Finally, the study highlights areas for future research, including advanced storage technologies and the integration of electric vehicles with solar-battery systems to further enhance energy resilience and sustainability.

China first established its mission to become a superpower in the year 2000, when they began implementing an open-ended trading system, where they implemented all of that in order to be able to equal or exceed the power of the United States in the coming years, one way is by expanding its influence in the Indo-Pacific region, where the region is one of the world's trading centers, in which the country of China stands, so that China can launch its mission more easily. Working with ASEAN and the South Pacific countries, developing trade cooperation, and providing support to specific countries for economic development are some of their methods. The "One China Policy" is one of the initiatives that the South Pacific nations have adopted as a result of their collaboration. About the study of such topics, the research techniques that the author employed in this study are descriptive techniques that make use of secondary data sources as a type of data. When examining China's aspirations to become a superpower through the perspective of realism and the theory of the balance of power, it can be concluded that, despite certain dynamics brought about by disputes in the South and East China Seas, they has succeeded in doing so, especially in the Indo-Pacific region.

The film Surat Cinta Untuk Starla, directed by Rudi Aryanto, employs a variety of camera shot techniques to explore the depth of its main characters and deliver powerful emotions to the audience. This study aims to analyze the use of camera shot techniques in the film, focusing on close-ups, medium shots, long shots, and tracking shots. These techniques are utilized to portray the characters' emotional expressions, interactions, and to enhance the theme of emotional journeys within the story. Through a qualitative approach with a literature review, the research highlights how camera shot techniques support the film's narrative and deepen the emotional connection between the audience and the characters. The analysis reveals that the appropriate choice of camera shot techniques can elevate the film's visual and emotional quality, creating a profound impact on the understanding of its story and characters.

The purpose of this study is to examine the scientific construction of Ilmu Balaghoh or Arabic rhetoric using the philosophy of science approach. Ilmu Balaghoh is a crucial discipline in Islamic scholarship that explores the beauty, meaning, and power of language, particularly concerning the articulation of the beauty and meaning of Qur'anic texts. The philosophy of Ilmu Balaghoh provides a new perspective on its ontological, epistemological, and axiological dimensions. This research employs a qualitative method through literature analysis, utilizing both primary and secondary sources, including references on Balaghoh and the philosophy of science. The findings reveal that Balaghoh is not merely about language but possesses philosophical absorption as an approach to constructing sentences that convey meaning and messages aesthetically. The ontology of Ilmu Balaghoh pertains to the essence of language as a medium of divine and human communication, while its epistemology lies in analogical and deductive methods to generate knowledge. The axiology of Balaghoh focuses on the development of communication ethics and rhetoric in Islamic studies. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that Ilmu Balaghoh is a complex and integral discipline that enriches the study of language and values in Islam. This study is expected to serve as a foundational framework for the development of Ilmu Balaghoh in the context of contemporary and interdisciplinary studies.

Power Index is a strategic indicator measuring a nation's military, economic, and geopolitical capabilities, closely tied to national defense and security. This study examines key factors such as currency exchange rates, GDP, education levels, and technology penetration in shaping the Power Index. Economic stability underpins defense development, while advanced education and digital infrastructure drive innovations in military technology and cybersecurity. Developed countries dominate defense capabilities due to robust technological infrastructures, while developing nations show potential through investments in education and technology. Beta distribution regression, with its suitability for bounded variables, was utilized to model the Power Index. The study provides insights into the interplay between economic, educational, and technological factors, supporting strategic policymaking to strengthen national defense in a dynamic global landscape.

Behind the importance of a teacher's role in the progress of a nation comes a weighty responsibility. In Indonesia education systems has been governed the competence that a teacher must maintain his duty while linked to the implementation of a supervision, to which this writing is the answer to the problem. For research methods, researchers use descriptive qualitative methods. Interviews, observation and documentation as data collection. And the miles and hubberman technique as the data analysis technique, with procedure 1) data reduction, 3) data presentation and 4) data verification, 2) powerability and 3) dependability as far as the results of this study are 1) education supervision is the development and monitoring activities that are done to help teachers and educators improve the quality of education, 2) supervision of learning at SDN katulampa 04 times a month, 3) supervision plays an important role in making it easier for teachers to improve teaching ability and reduce barriers to learning.

Fair law enforcement in Indonesia highly depends on the integrity and professionalism of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) members. One of the key factors in shaping the character and professionalism of Polri is legal professional ethics education. This education plays a role in teaching Polri members not only to master the law technically but also to instill moral values and principles of justice in their actions. This study aims to analyze how legal professional ethics education can influence the quality of fair law enforcement by Polri. The author uses a normative research method with a quantitative approach to analyze secondary data related to the implementation of ethics education within the Polri institution. The results of the study indicate that legal professional ethics education has a positive impact on improving integrity, reducing abuse of power, and forming the professional attitude of Polri members, which in turn contributes to creating more just and transparent law enforcement. Therefore, strengthening legal professional ethics education within Polri is crucial to realizing a more just and trustworthy law enforcement system.

Legal politics in the implementation of executive power in Indonesia, which is an integral part of the government system based on the constitution. Legal politics not only determines the direction and content of government policy, but also reflects the power relations between the executive, legislative and judicial institutions. This research aims to analyze how legal politics influences decision making at the executive level, with a focus on the role of the president in the presidential system, regulatory challenges, and political dynamics that influence the implementation of law in Indonesia. A qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical methods was used in this research, through literature review, analysis of legal documents, and evaluation of executive policies. The research results show that legal politics in Indonesia is characterized by challenges such as regulatory disharmony, the dominance of executive power in the presidential system, and political intervention in the legislative process. This situation has the potential to weaken the principles of rule of law and democracy. However, legal politics also functions as a transformation tool to strengthen fair, accountable and transparent governance. Legal political reform through harmonization of regulations, strengthening supervisory mechanisms, and empowering the community in the legislative process is very necessary to create a democratic and just legal system. This paper recommends the need to strengthen checks and balances between state institutions, consistent legal policies that are in line with the constitution, as well as legal education for the public so they can participate actively in the political process.

PT. Dian Swastatika Sentosa generates electricity through a private thermal power plant. This company produces steam and electricity for paper mills. The company hopes to meet its steam and electricity needs in 2023 with a boiler with a load capacity of 180 tons and a maximum capacity of 220 tons. However, from February to July 2023, that goal was not achieved. The most common problems faced by this company are the failure to conduct preventive inspections and timely machine maintenance, as well as the failure to carry out necessary repairs. Delays in machine repairs, which result in inconsistent machine downtime schedules to meet customer demand, leading to damage to boiler equipment, causing abnormal boiler operation and reduced steam production. This research aims to design equipment to withstand operational impacts using failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) with the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) techniques. The RCM method assists in identifying the processes that must be followed to guarantee that a machine or system performs as intended. RCM can also be used to design, choose, and create alternative maintenance methods that are focused on safety, operations, standards, and economics. For the entire problem in the investigation, a dynamic model is necessary. An analytical system is used in this model in order to recognize and duplicate the features of the overall system., as well as to provide repair solutions and address the burden of the problem. This research produces a presentation in the form of problem identification, causal loops, diagrams of machines that frequently experience failures, rich images of the causes and effects of the ball plate crusher liner damage, root cause definitions, and conceptual models for repair and maintenance. business productivity and debating process.

This qualitative literature review examines the influence of index fund ownership on share recall behavior and proxy voting outcomes. Index funds, as passive investors with substantial ownership stakes, have significant power in corporate governance, especially through their voting decisions. Although typically less involved in shareholder activism, their voting behavior can shape corporate outcomes, providing stability in governance. However, the review also highlights concerns about the lack of active scrutiny over management decisions, potentially leading to suboptimal outcomes in companies with weak governance structures. The review compares findings from various studies, emphasizing the evolving role of index funds in corporate governance and their impact on shareholder value. It also discusses the limitations of existing literature and calls for future research to explore the behavior of different types of index funds, as well as the potential influence of ESG factors on corporate decision-making.

Alternative medicine using supernatural powers is a traditional practice widely found in Indonesia, but it is often conducted without scientific basis, causing negative impacts on society. These impacts include physical, financial, and psychological harm, such as delayed medical treatment leading to fatal outcomes, financial exploitation, and emotional manipulation. Article 252 of the 2023 Penal Code (KUHP) regulates this practice by imposing criminal sanctions on those who violate the law or harm the public. This regulation aims to protect the public, promote transparency, and integrate safe traditional elements into a modern, evidence-based medical system.

This study examines the utilization of interactive PowerPoint as a learning media to enhance students' active participation in Pancasila subjects, specifically the material of Bhineka Tunggal Ika, using a descriptive qualitative research method. The primary objective of this study is to understand how interactive PowerPoint can be implemented in the learning process and how its use affects students' involvement in the classroom. The research was conducted at SMK PGRI 3 Kota Serang involving 43 tenth-grade multimedia students and one Pancasila teacher as participants. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and students, observations during the learning process, and analysis of documentation related to the implementation of interactive PowerPoint. Observations were conducted to assess classroom dynamics, student participation levels, and interactions that occurred during learning sessions. The results of the analysis indicate that the use of interactive PowerPoint significantly increased student involvement in learning. Students showed greater interest and actively participated in discussions and activities presented through PowerPoint. Teachers also reported that the material delivered with the help of interactive PowerPoint was easier to understand and more interesting for students. Several PowerPoint features, such as interactive quizzes and animations, proved effective in facilitating the understanding of the concept of Bhineka Tunggal Ika. This study concludes that interactive PowerPoint is an effective tool for enhancing students' active participation in Pancasila learning. The use of this media not only increases student involvement but also assists teachers in delivering material in a more engaging and interactive manner. These findings provide valuable insights into the integration of technology in education and offer recommendations for the development of more innovative learning methods.

Violation of the teacher's code of ethics is a serious problem that can damage the image of the education profession and endanger the school environment. This study focuses on a case study of a Violation of the Teacher's Code of Ethics by a teacher at MAN who was involved in alleged immoral acts against his female students. The purpose of this study was to explore the causes of the occurrence of the violation of professional ethics. The results of the study showed that factors of abuse of power, lack of supervision, and weak enforcement of the code of ethics contributed to the occurrence of the violation. The impact is very large, both for victims who experience physical and psychological trauma, and for the reputation of the educational institution itself. This study is expected to provide recommendations for improving supervision, ethics education, and stricter law enforcement in the educational environment to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
