Effective and efficient logistics management at the Nutrition Installation is an important factor in ensuring the availability and quality of food for patients. This study aims to analyze logistics management in nutritional installations. The method used is the content analysis method by searching 10 reviews in various health journal sources in Indonesia for the past 10 years. The results of an integrated literature review explain that logistics management in the Nutrition Installation ensures the availability and quality of food for patients. Logistics management includes storage systems, distribution systems, budget systems required annually or monthly. Several logistics management processes in each hospital are different but run well, even though there are many shortcomings. Logistics management at Nutritional Installations is carried out optimally by increasing the accuracy of planning food needs, procuring food ingredients appropriately, improving food storage standards, timely distribution of food, and carrying out regular monitoring and evaluation, making it easier for health workers to carry out their duties and minimize undesirable events.

The hermeneutic approach plays an important role in the analysis of literary texts by providing in-depth insight into the interpretation of meaning, cultural context and social dynamics contained in literary works. This research aims to identify and analyze the meaning contained in modern Indonesian literary texts through a hermeneutic approach, as well as exploring the application of the results of this analysis in Madrasah Aliyah Al Amiriyyah Indonesian language learning. The research method used is qualitative with a hermeneutic approach. Data was collected through analysis of modern Indonesian literary texts selected purposively. The analysis process involves stages of text interpretation, identification of main themes, and interpretation of meaning in cultural and social contexts. Research findings show that modern Indonesian literary texts contain various complex themes that reflect Indonesian social, cultural and political realities. In conclusion, hermeneutic studies of modern Indonesian literary texts help students understand the meaning of texts more deeply, as well as improve their critical and reflective skills in analyzing literary works.

"Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone," a big movie released in 2001. The movie succeeded J.K. Rowling's fantasy novel of the same name. The film shows different characters and different characters. This study examines this description of personality through the lens of the Big Five personality model (OCEAN: Openness to Experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism). By examining how the characters interact and behave, this study aims to identify the ways in which the characters display the characteristics associated with each of the Five Five personality traits. Using a descriptive method, the analysis focuses on the dialogue and monologues of the characters, supplemented by extensive library research on personality psychology, the Big Five Personality theory, and cinematic analysis. The study found that the characters in this movie possess characteristics related to the Big Five pattern, which can be seen in their actions, speech and behavior throughout the film. The results showed that openness to experience, extraversion, and neuroticism were the most prominent traits, while conscientiousness and flexibility were less common. It is important to understand how people affect people, because it determines how people act and how they treat others. Examining the characters in this movie not only enhances the viewing experience of the film, but also enhances the value of the Big Five model for analyzing characters in various literary and film works.  

This guidebook is designed to introduce the culinary delights of Pasar Lama Tangerang to young adults aged 17-25 who may have a limited appreciation for culinary heritage due to a lack of informative media about Pasar Lama Tangerang's cuisine. The author has crafted the guidebook to be unique and engaging, providing various types of information. Additionally, the book offers an interactive element for readers, who can participate in a contest scheduled at specific times by placing stickers in the book once they have tried 50 different foods listed. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach, aiming to describe and obtain detailed data from field results, yielding in-depth and contextual insights. This research utilizes data collection methods such as interviews, questionnaires, direct observations of the research site, and literature searches for relevant journals and articles. The design methodology adopts the design thinking approach to find solutions through creative thinking, with iterative processes to address failures and create innovative work. The visual concept of the guidebook features a simple yet modern and cool design, supported by semi-realistic illustrations to enhance its appeal. The guidebook is expected to effectively convey information and broaden readers' knowledge about the culinary offerings of Pasar Lama Tangerang.  

This research aims to determine the effect of workload and motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Industry and Trade Cooperative Service. The sample in this research was 45 ASN employees with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and literature study, data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that partially and simultaneously workload and motivation affect employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Industry and Trade Cooperative Service.

In The judge's consideration in deciding the alleged case of fine art plagiarism took into account 1) Proving the similarity between Love Light and Urban Light; 2) There are losses arising for the Plaintiff. In this case, the judge's considerations were in accordance with the regulations of Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright and the Plaintiff was also able to prove everything so that the Defendant was found guilty.    

Air transportation is the primary choice due to its speed, safety, and comfort. Airports are places where aircraft land and take off and conduct various activities related to passengers and cargo, categorized into domestic and international. The Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit at PT Angkasa Pura I oversees movements in the apron area and provides services to airport users. Strict supervision is required to maintain safety and discipline on the apron. However, observations at the AMC at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar show a lack of discipline among staff, such as oil spills on the apron, which pose a safety hazard. This research aims to understand the role of AMC in enforcing employee discipline and the challenges faced at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar. This research employs a qualitative approach to understand the phenomena in the Apron Movement Control unit at PT Angkasa Pura I, Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar, from June 1 to July 31, 2024. Primary data were collected through interviews and direct observations, while secondary data were obtained from company documents and literature studies. Data analysis involves reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity tested through source, technique, and time triangulation. Research steps include interviews, observations, data analysis, and conclusion drawing.The results show that the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar plays a crucial role in maintaining security, order, and discipline on the apron. They control the movements of aircraft, vehicles, and personnel and ensure operations follow safety procedures. AMC also acts as disciplinarian and educator through regular training. However, they face challenges such as a lack of employee understanding of procedures, limited communication equipment, communication challenges due to noise, and high operational pressure. To overcome these challenges, AMC needs to strengthen training, improve communication and coordination, enhance facilities, and increase employee welfare. These measures are expected to improve AMC's performance and instill a strong work discipline culture, making them the front line in maintaining airport security and operational efficiency.    

Language is a set of communication tools humans use to facilitate human life and carry out social interactions through oral and written communication. Pragmatics as a branch of semiotics and as a field of linguistic study, has one of the topics in the form of deixis, which is always present in communication and needs to be understood to answer confusion and obscurity. This article describes the use of deixis in literary works in the short story collection Setangkai Melati di Sayap Jibril. This study will analyze four titles of short stories for the use of deixis language: Sebatang Kayu, Mengapa Ayah Selalu Membuat Ibu Menangis, Matahari Menari, Rembulan Bergoyang, and Belimbing. Then, the approach used by researchers to analyze the short stories is theoretical in the form of a pragmatic approach and a methodological approach in the form of a descriptive-qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the data collection used in this research is the literature study, listening, and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is a split technique, while the method of presenting the results of data analysis uses the informal method. Based on the analysis that has been done, 1.108 deixis data are obtained in the form of social deixis (204), discourse deixis (187), persona deixis (520), place deixis (115), and time deixis (82). Therefore, writing the short stories in Setangkai Melati di Sayap Jibril is inseparable from using deixis.

Airplane Accident Assistance and Fire Fighting (PKP-PK) is a unit at the airport that is responsible for handling aviation emergencies and fires. This research discusses the influence of work discipline and work safety on the work effectiveness of PKP-PK unit employees at airports. Work discipline itself means attitudes and behavior that show compliance and adherence to the rules, norms, procedures and work ethic established in the workplace. Meanwhile Occupational safety itself is a series of actions, policies and procedures implemented to protect the health and safety of employees in the workplace. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of employee work discipline and work safety on the effectiveness of the PKP-PK work unit. This research also aims to determine the effectiveness of the work of firefighters regarding obstacles and the efforts made to overcome these obstacles.The method used in this research is library research, which involves collecting and analyzing data from various relevant literature sources. This research focuses on previous studies regarding work discipline and work safety on work effectiveness in the PKP-PK unit. The research results show that good work discipline and safety have a positive effect on the work effectiveness of the PKP-PK firefighting unit employees. Discipline that is embedded in the souls of every employee increases work effectiveness and enthusiasm for work, so that responses to emergency situations can be carried out quickly and effectively. Therefore, there is a need for better personnel training and more detailed safety equipment readiness to improve operational performance.

VSAT Sailor is a communication aid in KRI that is able to support communication by working directly with satellites, so that KRI can still communicate with other ships and contact bases on land even though it is in the middle of the sea, but in its use, there are still several obstacles that make the VSAT performance itself not optimal so that communication in KRI becomes disrupted and not real time. In this research, the author tries to find out the source of the problems from the obstacles that are often encountered by VSAT users, one of which is KRI, and tries to provide suggestions so that in the future VSAT at KRI can be used optimally and minimize the obstacles that occur. In this study the authors took the problem formulation "How to optimize the use of VSAT Sailor at KRI?". This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. From the research data, the relevance of the literature review, and various theories used as a reference. The data taken for this study came from several KRIs that use VSAT Sailor in the ranks of Koarmada II. With data taken from several KRIs and processed using management theory, it shows that there are still several obstacles in the use of VSAT Sailor that make its performance not optimal. To optimize the performance of the VSAT Sailor at KRI, steps are needed in the form of routine maintenance and maintenance.

The aim of implementing the activity is to improve the quality of education in Musir Kidul Village and create a generation that cares about the environment, the main of which is waste management. The partner invited to work together is TK Dharma Wanita 2. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques using observation and study literature. Observations were carried out to determine the conditions and problems in the education sector in Musir Kidul Village which were carried out at Dharma Wanita Kindergarten 2. Next, a literature study was carried out using available documents such as journals, internet sites, etc. so that appropriate efforts could be determined to overcome them. problems. The results of the implementation of activities show that students who are young children have a great curiosity about zero waste and the knowledge and abilities they have are increasing. It is hoped that socialization activities will be carried out continuously with various materials for character building and the number of teaching staff at Dharma Kindergarten Female 2 can be added.

Prompt return of patient medical records is an important step in the health records processing workflow. Speed is the key to meeting quality processing standards. The hospital sets a deadline for returning medical records within 2x24 hours after the patient is discharged. Delays can be caused by various factors, which are classified under the 5M management elements: man, materials, machines, methods, and money. The aim of this research is to identify aspects that are the root of the problem in delays in the process of returning medical records to the hospital. The methodology used is a literature review, with analysis of 17 journal articles from the Google Scholar database. The study results showed that human factors such as staff shortages, incomplete doctor signatures, and inadequate staff educational qualifications were the main causes of delays. Material factors often result in incomplete documents. The machine factor is related to the significant distance between the inpatient department and the medical records department. Meanwhile, the method factor, namely SPO socialization has not been carried out and the implementation of job descriptions has not been maximized.

Entrepreneurship is strongly being touted as the way out of underdevelopment in low income countries. Joblessness, poverty and social instability are some of the main issues that have haunted least developed countries since the end of colonialism, however, political independence without economic freedom is not freedom at all. There are fears that nations may fail due to underdevelopment and high levels of unemployment. Studies have been conducted elsewhere and in Malawi too about how the SMEs sector has been performing over the years and results show that the performance has not been encouraging at all. Nevertheless, the search still is on regarding how best developing countries in general and Malawi in particular can utilise the models such entrepreneurial ecosystems that are working well in developed economies to try to change the local fortunes. The findings of the studies done locally compared to those done in developed economies have shown that Malawi is not doing well at all more especially policy wise. The Government is supporting MSMEs wholesale without properly scrutinizing the business that are high growth oriented because it lacks such a policy. The study based on literature review hence recommends appropriate steps that can address the lack of positive dividends from the funds that are being invested in these underachieving MSMEs.

To make poetry more beautiful and easier to understand, a writer needs to understand the rules for creating good poetry. This research aims to analyze the various types of figurative language found in William Shakespeare's poem titled "Let Me Not to the Marriage of True Minds." The research focuses on the analysis of figurative language used in the poem. The objective is to identify the types of figurative language and understand their functions within the poem. The results of this study reveal that there are three types of figurative language found in the poem: metaphor, personification, and hyperbole.

This paper discusses the education policies of the Old Order government and their influence on Islamic education in Indonesia. In an ever-changing and developing business world, PT. Kencana Abadi Jaya faces constant pressure to remain competitive and grow. Optimal employee performance is a key factor in the success of the company, influenced by job training and work motivation. This study aims to: Determine the influence of job training on employee performance, determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and determine the simultaneous influence of job training and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Kencana Abadi Jaya. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through surveys, interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation during the period of April - June 2024. The population in this study is 150 employees, with a sample of 110 employees taken based on the Slovin method. Data were analyzed using SPSS with data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that: Partially, job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partially, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously, job training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kencana Abadi Jaya.
