Aim: Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic disorders characterized by increased blood glucose levels (hyperglycemia). Diabetic patients must carry out diabetes self-management to prevent complications and to achieve an optimal quality of life.Desain: Study Literature review Methods: Literature obtained from using PubMed, DOAJ, SINTA, and Google Scholar and 10 literature reviews were analyzed by PICO. Results:Research results from the 10 Literature Review obtained statistical test results with results p= 0.00 to p= 0.003 where p<0.05 from Suciana, et al, (2019); Asnaniar and Safruddin (2019); Putri (2019); Luthfa and Fadhilah, (2019); Oktaviani dan Sofiani, (2019); Navicharern (2019)which means that there is a significant relationship between diabetes self-management and the life quality of diabetes mellitus patients. Conclusion: If diabetes self-management is implemented well, the life quality of diabetes mellitus patients will be better.

The aim of this research is to determine the development of business feasibility studies for Community House MSMEs. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The object of this research is Community House MSMEs. The results of this research are that Rumah Masyarakat MSMEs have a business license and are legally registered, the market and marketing aspects of Rumah Masyarakat have good market and marketing strategies so that now their products have been sold to various regions in Indonesia and even abroad such as Malaysia and Singapore, from the technical and technological aspects, community houses also have a system that runs well so that production and sales activities run smoothly, then the management aspect of Community Houses has a clear organizational structure and job description and also has definite criteria for recruiting candidates. employees, from the financial aspect Rumah Masyarakat started its business with the trust of its relationships, and as seen from the income and sales of RumahCommunity products which continue to increase, RumahCommunity can be said to be feasible and successful in running its business.

The aim of this research is to prove empirically that earnings management mediates the implementation of corporate governance relationships and disclosure of corporate social responsibility in influencing the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the IDX for the 2019 - 2022 period, either directly or indirectly. The proposed research problem refers to previous research and the existence of research gaps in previous research. In this research, seven hypotheses have been formulated using a purposive sampling method and using secondary data obtained from annual reports published by the BEI. Based on existing criteria, a sample of 31 manufacturing companies in the basic industrial and chemical sectors were "listed" on the IDX for the 2018 - 2021 period. This research shows the results obtained based on Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis in the SmartPLS 3.0 program . The research results show that corporate governance has a significant positive influence on the company's financial performance.

Decisions mark the beginning of every action. In the context of educational organizations, decision making is directly related to the role of the school principal. As a manager, the principal has a key role in making decisions quickly, precisely and effectively, by utilizing data and information optimally to improve the performance of the educational environment. At Babakan Jamanis Integrated Middle School, the principal has succeeded in carrying out the decision-making process well. This can be seen from the stages carried out, including observation, data collection, planning and recording related to aspects of education in schools. The school principal also actively holds discussions with teachers to formulate policies, establish interpersonal relationships to manage events, provide ideas, involve teachers in training, and carry out supervision as part of management activities. All of these initiatives are reflected in teacher performance assessments which are not only useful for increasing teacher potential and performance, but also contribute to improving the quality of teaching and learning achievement at Babakan Jamanis Integrated Middle School.

However, the amount of waste that can be generated and stored is limited by the carrying capacity of the urban environment. Using the idea of ​​a "green city" which consists of nine elements of road infrastructure, traffic, green open space, clean water, noise, energy, housing, clean air and buildings is one way to overcome the above problems. All these qualities need to be utilized immediately with a comprehensive systems approach and in accordance with economic, social and environmental principles in sustainable development. Blue economy approaches can be used to eliminate waste. The “blue economy” is a term that is becoming increasingly popular in today's seas and oceans. The aim of this concept is to combine sea base development opportunities with environmental management and protection. Four conceptual interpretations of the blue economy were determined through research into the dominant discourse in international economic policy documents. How the blue economy works is also examined through an “in practice” analysis of the blue economy and related actors. Next, the scope and focus of the blue economy is explored specifically on the maritime industry, which is included or excluded in various conceptualizations. This analysis reveals areas of agreement and conflict. The consensus range reflects the growing trend towards the commercialization and valuation of nature, delineating and defining maritime boundaries and enhancing the security of the world's oceans. There are several areas of conflict, particularly disputes over the legitimacy of individuals as part of the “blue economy”, highly carbon-intensive industries such as oil and gas and the growing deep sea mining industry. Oceans are becoming increasingly important in terms of potential international trade opportunities through intermediaries and buyers. the behavior of the model supporting such a relationship in the ocean is acceptable from a regular and economic point of view. The relationship between land and sea is increasing in the role and importance of the "blue economy" as the term emerges in the background. . A literature review was conducted to analyze the correct definition of the blue economy. This definition is analyzed based on the minimum requirements that are important for the blue economy. This article also tries to compile various types of activities related to marine services. This is done to determine what can be considered priority areas for blue economic growth. The blue economy concept is based on national economic development. This is comprehensively useful for achieving overall national development. Environmental accounting is stated as a process of reducing negative values ​​and creating positive values ​​in environmental accountability.

This research aims to build hypotheses regarding the relationship between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management. The writing method in this research is qualitative (library research), where the data comes from previous research. Online media is also used to obtain previous research data such as Google Scholar, Publish or Perish and other academic media. The results of this research are: 1) Workload influences employee job satisfaction; 2) Organizational culture influences employee job satisfaction; and 3) Leadership influences employee job satisfaction.

Efforts to increase the provision of breast milk (ASI) play a very big role in achieving infant mortality rates and reducing the prevalence of malnutrition in children under five. This research aims to determine the factors that influence the success of exclusive breastfeeding. This research design is descriptive analytical with a sample size of 26 respondents using a total sampling method. The results of this research were that the majority of respondents aged 26-30 years were 10 people (38.5%), the majority of respondents had secondary education as many as 19 people (73.1%), the majority of respondents were housewives as many as 20 people (76.9%), the majority of respondents had income < 1,000,000 as many as 22 people (84.6%), and the majority of children are one child as many as 17 (65.4%). Data analysis using product moment. From the results of the product moment statistical test, it can be concluded that management factors in the birthing place that support breastfeeding and providing breastfeeding facilities in public places are factors that influence the success of exclusive breastfeeding. The relationship between management at the birth center that supports breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding obtained a value of r = 0.458, which means the relationship between the two variables has a sufficient relationship, and obtained a value of P = 0.019, meaning there is a significant influence. And for the relationship between providing breastfeeding facilities in public places and exclusive breastfeeding, the value obtained was r = 0.394, which means that the two variables have a sufficient relationship, and the value obtained was P = 0.047, which means there is a significant influence.

This research aims to understand the level of competency of accounting staff at the Tarbiyah College of Science (STIT) Batu Bara, the quality of regional financial information, the role of accounting staff competency at the Tarbiyah College of Science (STIT) Batu Bara, and its impact on the competency of accounting staff. The research method used is Census with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The analysis tool used is simple regression. The research results show that the important role of accounting staff competencies such as a thorough understanding of financial accounting standards, proficiency in financial analysis, and technical proficiency in accounting information systems in maintaining the quality of regional financial data. This shows that there is a need to increase investment in developing the skills of accounting staff through training and continuous education to support the efficiency and effectiveness of financial management in the educational environment. It can be believed that this research can expand knowledge about the relationship between the quality of regional financial information and the ability of accounting staff, especially at the Tarbiyah College of Science (STIT) Batu Bara.  

The cosmetic industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid development with the emergence of various local and global cosmetic brands. Therefore, every cosmetic company needs to have a strategy to capture the market. One of the strategies that can be used is foreign branding which involves giving brand names using foreign languages aimed at influencing brand image dimensions, consumer perceptions, and attitudes towards the products. This research aims to determine the influence of foreign branding on purchase intention mediated by perceived product quality of Luxcrime products. This study is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample used consists of 100 students majoring in Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Makassar. Data collection was conducted through literature study and survey. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the study indicate that foreign branding does not have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention of Luxcrime products, foreign branding has a positive and significant effect on perceived product quality of Luxcrime products, perceived product quality has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of Luxcrime products and perceived product quality mediates the relationship between foreign branding and purchase intention of Luxcrime products

This research aims to identify the effect of workload on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya. This study was carried out by analyzing data from employees at the company. The research results show that workload has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya. High workload can cause a decrease in employee performance, while moderate workload can increase employee performance. In this context, management needs to pay attention to factors that can reduce employee workload, such as assigning tasks that are appropriate to their abilities and experience, efficient time management, and increasing support and training from the company. This research provides a better understanding of the relationship between workload and employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, and can be a basis for increasing work effectiveness and efficiency in the company

This research aims to analyze the influence of several factors that influence company value from an accounting perspective. The factors studied include capital structure, profitability, dividend policy, cash levels, and financial performance. This research was conducted to provide a deeper understanding of how these variables can influence company value. The research method used is a qualitative analysis method which is suitable for analyzing the relationship between variables. One source of data is taken from the company's annual financial reports over a certain time period. It is hoped that the results of this analysis will provide a clear picture of the extent of the influence of each variable on company value. The results of this research can be a guide for company management in making decisions regarding capital structure, dividend policy, and efforts to improve financial performance. In addition, the findings of this research can also provide insight to investors, financial analysts and regulators regarding the factors that need to be considered in assessing the health and value of a company. The conclusions of this research are expected to contribute to the accounting and finance literature by providing a better understanding of the relationship between capital structure, profitability, dividend policy, cash levels, financial performance, and firm value. This research can also be a basis for further research in exploring other factors that might also influence company value in an accounting context.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one of the business strategies that companies can employ to foster positive relationships between the company and its customers. This research aims to explore and analyze the CRM service strategies employed by Zipzap Corporation, examining the factors influencing the effectiveness of these strategies in enhancing brand loyalty for Zipzap Corporation. The research methodology utilized is qualitative, involving interviews with both Zipzap Corporation customers and customer service employees. The findings reveal that Zipzap Corporation implements CRM strategies encompassing post-sales and delivery service stages.  Customer perspectives indicate that factors such as communication ease, product quality, and trust are primary considerations when selecting a vendor. These factors are integral to the CRM service strategy, aiming to enhance brand loyalty for Zipzap Corporation. This study provides insights into CRM service strategies that companies can adopt to build strong customer relationships, ultimately contributing to the overall business objectives and sustainability.

Flooding is an event or event that results in the submergence of an area or land due to an increased volume of water. Flooding is caused by climate change, lack of water reception upstream area due to the many buildings, residential houses on the banks of the river and the lack of public awareness to maintain the cleanliness of the river. Flood disasters have a negative impact on individuals, communities and the environment. For individuals can be at risk of drifting, injuries, injuries, to other health problems such as digestive disorders, skin diseases, to infections. This impact can be reduced by improving community preparedness in facing disasters. All activities are carried out to anticipate disasters through organizing and using appropriate scarce disaster management in the preparedness phase. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between flood preparedness knowledge and the level of community anxiety in Wonasa Tanjung Village. This research was conducted with Descriptive Analytic method with Cross Sectional approach. There were 106 Subjekts. Data collection is carried out using questionnaires. Furthermore, the data was analyzed with the Chi-squaer test with a meaning level (a).0.05. The results of the study using the Chi-squere statistical test obtained a p value Value = 0.01 where the p Value value <a = 0.05 The results of this study show that there is a relationship between flood disaster preparedness knowledge and the level of anxiety of the community in Wonasa Tanjung Village. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between flood disaster preparedness knowledge and the level of community anxiety in Wonasa Tanjung Village. Advice for the Wonasa Tanjung environment is to maintain cleanliness and no longer throw rubbish in the river.

Patient satisfaction is an expression of the patient's feelings for the service received in accordance with the expected service. a fast response time can result in a feeling of satisfaction with the service. The standard time for patients to be served after arriving at the emergency room is ≤ 5 minutes. This can also be achieved by improving the infrastructure, human resources, and management of hospital emergency rooms according to standards. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurse response time and patient satisfaction in the emergency department of Bhayangkara Hospital, Manado. The research was conducted using analytic observational method with a cross sectional design. Samples were taken based on 43 respondents using non-probabilitay sampling by way of accidental sampling. Measuring tools used in this study were observation sheets and questionnaires. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the chi-square test with a significant value of ≤ 0.05. The results showed that the p value was smaller than the significant value (0.000 <0.05). The results of this study showed that Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between nurse response time and the level of patient satisfaction in the emergency department of Bhayangkara Hospital, Manado. The results of this study are expected to improve the quality of service in this case the response time of nurses in the emergency department

The teaching profession has an important role in educational management. From here we will explain the role of driving teachers in the independent curriculum and the impact of the presence of the new curriculum, namely the Independent Learning Curriculum, which demands the role of teachers as the main guard of change to change mindsets and increase their competence to suit the demands of the new curriculum. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the role of driving teachers in managing enjoyable learning using existing technology so that students are encouraged to improve their academic achievement. The type of research in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely using interview data collection techniques with teachers at schools. The data analysis technique used is in the form of notes on the results of the interviewees. The results of this research reveal that the real role of teachers in the Merdeka curriculum in the Merdeka learning era, especially the role as driving teachers, namely teachers in the Merdeka learning curriculum must be able to act as a driver to have professional teaching skills with the requirement of being able to manage the class effectively, being able to build effective relationships with students. and must be a person who is creative, innovative, skilled and has high enthusiasm to accompany teaching and learning activities at school.

The aim is to provide a holistic understanding of the relationship between managerial ownership interacting with the financial performance of a company and understand the factors that may or may limit the impact. The descriptive method for analyzing managerial ownership of the financial performance of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur on the Indonesia Stock Exchange can involve calculating certain formulas below. managerial ownership (km)(Number of managerial ownership shares)/(Number of outstanding shares) X 100%. Based on the results of the calculations above regarding managerial ownership in 2022 at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, namely the number of managerial ownership shares is 1,380,020 and the number of outstanding shares is 8,780,426,500, so the result of the number of managerial ownership shares and the number of outstanding shares is 0.00015717. The discussion regarding managerial ownership of financial performance includes an analysis of the impact of managerial share ownership by management on the company's financial performance. Conclusion regarding managerial ownership at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur can have a positive impact on the company's financial performance.

This article reviews the factors that influence how employee performance is influenced by the work environment, job satisfaction, and commitment to the organization in a literature review in the field of Human Resource Management. The findings from this research literature are that: 1) the work environment influences employee performance; 2) job satisfaction influences employee performance; 3) and commitment to the organization influences employee performance.

The results of the discussion in this research are that a director can be held responsible for losses suffered by the company because the director is fully responsible for the company both outside and in court. However, the directors will not be held personally liable if the directors prove that they cannot be blamed and have applied good faith and prudence in running the company.
