Semana Santa (Holy Week), which commemorates the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, has evolved not only as a sacred religious ritual but also as a unique spiritual tourism attraction. This study aims to analyze the cultural and religious roles in the development of local tourism, with a specific case study on the Semana Santa tradition in Larantuka, East Flores. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach, by collecting and analyzing data from various relevant literature sources. The research results indicate that Semana Santa functions as a primary tourism attraction through four key factors: (1) Sacred Rituals and Processions (such as the Tuan Ma and Tuan Ana processions) that create profound spiritual experiences; (2) Culture and Tradition, which represent a unique acculturation between Catholic rituals and the local Lamaholot culture; (3) Historical Value as a living heritage that has endured for over five centuries; and (4) Spiritual Experience that attracts pilgrims to pray and seek blessings. The conclusion of this study is that the integration of culture, religion, and tourism within the Semana Santa tradition has become a significant driver of the local economy by promoting the growth of homestays, culinary offerings, and souvenirs

This multilayer meta-analysis investigates the intersectionality between gender, social class, and war-related trauma in the Middle East through a systematic review of 87 studies (N = 31,459) published between 2000 and 2023. Analytical findings reveal a strong and significant correlation between gender and trauma severity (r = 0.67, p < 0.001), with women experiencing a 2.8 times higher prevalence of PTSD compared to men. Furthermore, results from hierarchical regression demonstrate that social class functions as a substantial moderator (β = 0.45, p < 0.001), with individuals from lower social class backgrounds exhibiting a 3.2 times greater risk of trauma. Further structural path analysis reveals the presence of dual mediation (CFI = 0.96, RMSEA = 0.04), with access to mental health services and social support serving as primary mediators (indirect effect = 0.38, 95% CI [0.29, 0.47]). These results expand the contributions of Al-Krenawi and Graham (2012) and Mangrio et al. (2019) by illustrating the complex interaction of the three dimensions (Gender, Social Class, and War Trauma), which had previously been examined only separately. In addition, this study identifies a new pattern termed the "spiral trauma effect," a mechanism wherein the intersectionality of gender, social class, and trauma mutually reinforce each other in a recurring cycle (effect size d = 0.89), thereby deepening the understanding of trauma dynamics in conflict zones across the Middle East. Finally, the predictive model developed in this research demonstrated an accuracy rate of 84.3% in identifying high-risk individuals. Thus, these results are considered to provide an innovative framework for the development of empirically-based trauma interventions in Middle Eastern war zones.

The debate surrounding the inclusion of law enforcement agencies in the structure of Danantara has become a hotly debated discourse among the public because it is considered an attempt to minimize the duties and authority of law enforcement agencies in conducting oversight. Based on a review of the concept of separation of powers and the principle of checks and balances and the concept of COI, it can be said that the inclusion of law enforcement agencies in the structure of Danantara does not have a clear urgency because in fact, without being included as Danantara's oversight and accountability committee, the police and the prosecutor's office as law enforcement agencies should be able to carry out their duties properly in terms of overseeing Danantara. In fact, being involved in Danantara will further dwarf the functions of the police and prosecutor's office because they are easily involved in organizational conflicts of interest, which has become a disease of this nation. The inclusion of the prosecutor's office and the police as oversight and accountability committees also oversteps the legal instruments that provide the legal umbrella for the existence of these two institutions. The inclusion of law enforcement agencies in Danantara's structure could also create an imbalance of power. The government argues as if the inclusion of the police and prosecutor's office as Danantara's oversight and accountability committees strengthens the commitment to accountable and transparent management of state assets and maintains balance and control over Danantara.

This research examines the implementation of electronic signatures and e-notarization within Indonesia's notarial legal framework, analyzing the tensions between technological innovation and traditional notarial principles. Indonesia has established basic legal recognition for electronic signatures through Law No. 11/2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (as amended by Law No. 19/2016) and conceptually acknowledged cyber notary in the explanation of Article 15(3) of Law No. 2/2014 on Notary Positions which mentions "the authority to certify transactions conducted electronically". However, significant regulatory and practical challenges persist due to contradictions between digital concepts and traditional notarial requirements such as physical presence during the notarial process. The research reveals Indonesia lags behind many jurisdictions with similar civil law traditions in e-notarization implementation where the integration of digital elements into notarial systems has enhanced efficiency while maintaining security standards. This study proposes a balanced implementation approach that preserves essential notarial functions of authentication and legal certainty while leveraging technology to enhance accessibility and efficiency, requiring legislative reforms, technical standardization, institutional development, and professional training to create a comprehensive e-notarization framework suited to Indonesia's legal context.

The Snail Canning Industry has the potential to impact the environment if wastewater with high organic compound content is not treated first. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Snail Canning Industry Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) based on BOD, COD, and TSS parameters. The method used is descriptive, with primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data from laboratory test results. Measurements were taken at the inlet and outlet points of the WWTP, then compared with the quality standards based on the Regulation of the Minister of Environment No. 5 of 2014. The results showed that the WWTP succeeded in reducing the concentration of BOD from 201 mg/L to 6 mg/L, COD from 315 mg/L to 24 mg/L, and TSS from 25 mg/L to 6 mg/L. The reduction efficiency of each parameter was 97.01% for BOD, 92.38% for COD, and 76% for TSS. All outlet results met the established quality standards. This indicates that the wastewater treatment process at the IPAL functions effectively in reducing the levels of pollutant parameters in wastewater.

This study analyzes the symbolic meaning in the lyrics of the song "Halu" by Feby Putri using Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic approach. The purpose of the study is to reveal the relationship between the signifier and the signified in the song lyrics to understand the emotional and cultural messages contained therein. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis with a focus on linguistic signs in the lyric text. The results of the study show that the song "Halu" utilizes metaphors (such as "candu" and "bayang-bayang") to represent one-sided love, illusion, and emotional alienation. The lyrics of the song are not only a personal expression of the creator, but also reflect the collective experience of the younger generation in interpreting unrealized relationships. This study concludes that popular music, through its semiotic structure, functions as a complex medium of cultural communication. Suggestions for further research include exploring the interaction of musical elements with lyrics and the application of other semiotic theories to enrich the analysis. These findings also emphasize the importance of media literacy in understanding music not only as entertainment, but also as a cultural product that is full of meaning.

Today, higher education is one of the pillars of development and economic growth for every country in the world. The absence of innovation in higher education is one of the primary problems that Iraqi universities confront and still unable to overcome. This situation could be attributed to the dearth of strategic innovation programs and a lack of creativity in lecturing. Therefore, this study proposes a framework that fits innovation practices and employee creativity into the organizational performance of Misan University in Iraq. Quantitative methods were used to test the hypotheses and validate the fitness of the conceptual framework with the empirical data. Simple random sampling technique was used in the survey procedure. The study sample includes 500 lecturers, whereas 422 valid questionnaires have been included in the data analysis. The results show that innovation practices and creativity have a significant effect on the organizational performance of Misan University. These findings provide evidence that achieving superior performance in higher education no longer depends on the deployment of tangible assets like financial resources or the number of academic staff and faculty, but also on intangible assets such as creative lecturing and adopting innovation practices in the learning process. Thus, this study recommends that higher education institutions in Iraq focus on recruiting creative lecturers who can improve students' learning ability by promoting new ways of learning scientific materials in parallel with an innovation strategy in all organizational functions and processes.
