This research examines the liability of notaries for authentic deeds under the UUJN. While the UUJN does not specifically regulate criminal sanctions for notaries, the Criminal Code can be applied. Violations by notaries can lead to lawsuits against the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The UUJN regulates the guidance and supervision of notaries by the Notary Supervisory Council and MKN. The primary focus of this research is the final decision of the Regional Notary Supervisory Council regarding administrative sanctions as outlined in Article 73 of the UUJN. The research methodology employed is a normative juridical legal research approach. The legal materials utilized in this research include primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The results of the research indicate that the legal protection efforts of the community, particularly those who feel harmed by notaries in the context of notarial acts that indicate criminal acts, are carried out through a form of reactive protection, namely the filing of complaints with the Notary Supervisory Panel. The evidence presented to the Regional Notary Supervisory Panel, the district courts in civil cases for compensation and law enforcement officials (Police) in criminal cases, demonstrates the existence of evidence that can be used to support claims of criminal acts by Notaries. However, the Decision of the Regional Notary Supervisory Panel only imposes Administrative Decisions on Notaries who indicate criminal acts with verbal or written warnings.

Islam, the religion which is in accordance with human nature, Sharia not only encourage people to study science and technology, but also build a civilization, even set his people to survive and save both the world and in the hereafter. Furthermore that all activities include reviewing and developing science and technology can be a valuable worship even it can be a fight value on the side of God. At issue until now, is still the perception in the wider society, that religion and science are two entities that cannot be met. Both have their respective areas, separated from each other, both in terms of formal object-material, research methods, criteria of truth, the role played by scientists. This is due to the notion that science and religion both have different ways of approach, experience, and these differences are a source of debate. The problem that arises now is how to do the integration between science and religion through Islamic religious education, and what kind of integration to be conducted?

Children are the future leaders of a nation's development, thus they have the right to special treatment in the form of protection and child rights. Accelerating the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Child-Friendly City (CFC) policy was initiated in 2006. In its implementation, CFC is divided into 5 clusters of children's rights that must be fulfilled, one of which is civil rights and freedoms. Surabaya City is recognized as a Child-Friendly City and has maintained this status for the past six years. Given this achievement, it is interesting to analyze the implementation of the CFC in Surabaya concerning the cluster of Civil Rights and Freedoms. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method, gathering both primary and secondary data, which are comprehensively analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings reveal strong commitment demonstrated by Surabaya City in its Child-Friendly City policy to fulfill children's civil rights and freedoms, evidenced by easy access to birth certificates and identity cards for children, as well as the establishment of the Child Friendly Information Center (Pusat Informasi Sahabat Anak - PISA) enabling children to access information and exchange ideas freely. There is a need for enhanced collaboration among government, NGOs, and the community to ensure the equitable implementation of the Child-Friendly City initiative, extending to suburban areas.   Keywords: Public Policy, Child-Friendly City, Children's Civil Rights and Freedoms

The results showed that the basis of law enforcement evaluation of the Taluduyunu River due to pollution of mining waste (Case Study Buntulia District, Pohuwato Regency). The results of this study revealed that law enforcement against river pollution due to mining waste is still not effective. Despite clear regulations regarding waste disposal, many mining companies have not fully complied with these regulations. Increased coordination between government agencies, the application of more stringent sanctions, as well as environmental awareness on the part of the industry are needed to thoroughly address this issue. To improve the effectiveness of law enforcement, there is a need for stricter policy reforms, increased capacity of law enforcement institutions, and closer collaboration between government, industry, and civil society in an effort to maintain environmental sustainability and public health affected by mining waste pollution.

This research aims to determine the legal implications of debt collection via social media. This research is normative research with a conceptual approach, which is analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the research show that the legal implications of debt collection from an agreement as fulfillment of performance are viewed from article 1365 of the Civil Code, every act that violates the law and brings loss to another person, requires the person who caused the loss through his fault to compensate for the loss, giving meaning in principle in debt and receivable agreement that has been agreed, if the agreement cannot be implemented by one of the parties then an unlawful act has occurred. In fact, debt collection via social media is not a violation as long as it does not lead to defamation of the debtor. There is a difference between unlawful acts in the context of criminal law and unlawful acts in the context of civil law, namely that more emphasis is placed on the differences in the nature of criminal law which is public in nature and civil law which is private in nature.

This study aims to identify the factors that influence the unemployment rate and its impact on the economic and social welfare of the community. The research method uses a literature study. The findings show that factors such as inequality in labor supply and demand, government policies that are less pro-people, and population growth are the main causes of high unemployment. Although the government has taken measures, such as the allocation of funds for handling COVID-19 and incentive programs, the decline in unemployment has not been significant. Recommendations include policies that support increased employment, investment in education and skills training, gender inclusion in the workforce, and cooperation between the government, private sector and civil society to create sustainable employment. With these measures, Indonesia is expected to reduce its unemployment rate and create a more stable and inclusive economy.

Improving the performance of government agencies requires first accurately determining the needs for Civil Servants (ASN). This study analyzes many problems that occur in the application of the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform's (PANRB) policies for determining ASN needs. Even with Law Number 5 of 2014 requiring every agency to plan personnel needs based on analysis, problems such imprecise needs calculations, inadequate inter-agency collaboration, and inadequate use of IT still exist. This article examines the guidelines and practices for assessing ASN requirements and offers suggestions for enhancing the efficacy and efficiency of these guidelines. It is envisaged that the proposed changes will make determining ASN needs more optimal in supporting government agency performance.

A Christian leader is someone whom God has called as a leader. Christian leaders should be people who are called by God and have qualifications that continue to grow in personality and Christ-like character. Christian leadership is a form of leadership that is based on Christian values and teachings, such as love, humility, service, integrity, and justice. In this context, Christian leadership not only aims to achieve organizational or community goals, but also to bring positive impact in the lives of individuals and society through a compassionate and ethical approach. The success of a leadership is due to the cooperation between the leading and the led generations. As a leader, one must know which principles to follow and uphold them in their leadership. A Christian leader should embrace the leadership principles of the successful leaders recorded in the Bible. Here are the principles of Christian leadership today. Secular comes from the Latin word saeculum, which means space and time. Space refers to the worldly sense, while time refers to the present age. Secular life principles are views or values that are not associated with a particular religion or religious belief. These principles often include concepts such as freedom of thought, tolerance, equality and the separation of religion from public affairs. Secular life emphasizes the importance of rationality, science, and individual freedom of decision without religious interference. Secularism is broadly speaking an ideology that states that a state institution or body should stand apart from religion or belief. Secularism also refers to the notion that human activities and determinations, especially political ones, should be based on what is considered to be concrete evidence and facts, and not on religious influences. In political terms, secularism is the movement towards the separation of religion and government, one example being the replacement of religious law with civil law. This is said to promote democracy by protecting the rights of religious minorities.

The Philosophy of Islamic Education serves as the cornerstone of knowledge. Society is often depicted as a collection of individuals who share common characteristics and goals. In Islam, every member of society enjoys equal rights and responsibilities. Islam rejects caste systems and the allocation of special privileges to any individual or group; the honor of a person in Islamic society is determined solely by their devotion to Allah. Typically, an Islamic society is characterized by three main features: orientation towards Allah, prioritization of piety, and mutual respect among its members. The essential elements for building an Islamic society include Brotherhood, Compassion, Equality, Freedom, and Social Justice. The connection between the philosophy of Islamic education and society is very close, forming an inseparable symbiosis. Consequently, Islamic society plays a crucial role and bears a significant responsibility in shaping complete Muslims and fostering a civil and ideal Islamic community, in alignment with the teachings of the Qur'an and the Sunnah.
