Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat sistem operasional pembiyaan ijarah multijasa di KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri ditinjau dari DSN-MUI. Penelitian ini berbasis penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Metode perolehan data tipe interview open-ended yang terfokus. Sementara analisis data: reduksi data, display data, dan konklusi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan system operasional Pembiyaan Ijarah Multijasa yang dijalankan beberapa sudah memenuhi ketentuan syari’ah: ta’awun (tolong menolong), menghindari iktinaz (penimbunan uang) dan pembayaran ZIS. Namun prinsip tijaroh (bisnis) dan pelarangan riba dirasa belum sesuai dengan ketentuan syariah. KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri meringkas mekanisme yang telah ditetapkan DSN-MUI karena faktor keterbatasan SDM, efisiensi waktu, urgensi anggota, dan memudahkan transaksi anggota. Akhirnya menjadi indikasi praktik yang dilakukan belum sesuai dengan ditinjau dari DSN-MUI. Seharusnya yang diterapkan adalah menggunakan akad ijarah bil wakalah. Jika akad wakalah diterapkan maka anggota sesudah membayarkan biaya pendidikan atau biaya lain. Anggota harus memberikan bukti pembayaran biaya pendidikan ke KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri.

Self-disclosure through cyber counseling or online counseling has become increasingly popular in recent years. This is because more and more people feel comfortable seeking counseling or psychotherapy help online rather than in person. Advances in communication technology and the internet have made online counseling more accessible and acceptable to many people. Online counseling also provides clients with greater anonymity and privacy, allowing them to be more open about the problems they face. In addition, online counseling also provides convenience in terms of time and place. Clients do not need to come to the counseling place in person, so they can save time and transportation costs. Online counseling also allows clients to conduct counseling sessions from a comfortable and safe place for them. However, keep in mind that online counseling also has some drawbacks. One of them is the lack of social interaction which can affect the counselor's ability to observe the client's body language and facial expressions. In addition, online counseling also requires higher technology and data security skills to maintain client privacy and confidentiality.

This study aims to evaluate the level of patient satisfaction with home care services in West Java. The research method used is qualitative study with survey and face-to-face techniques on 10 home care patients and 10 patient families in West Java. The results of the study showed that patients and patient families were very satisfied with the home care services because they provided comfort and fulfilled patient needs. In addition, healthcare workers who worked in the field of home care felt connected and useful in providing personal care focused on the patient. However, the study also identified several challenges in home care services, such as coordination between healthcare workers and families, as well as accessibility and quality of home care services. Therefore, support and cooperation from various parties, such as patient families, the community, and the government, are needed to improve the quality of home care services and ensure that patients receive the best care at home.

   This study aimed to investigate the effect of inquiry model on students' learning outcomes in social studies at the elementary school level. The study employed an experimental research design, using a sample of 23 sixth-grade students from SDN Trawas 1. The results showed that the use of the inquiry model in social studies significantly improved students' learning outcomes compared to the conventional method. In teaching social studies, the inquiry model can be applied by choosing topics that are interesting and relevant to students' daily lives. Thus, the use of the inquiry model in teaching social studies at the elementary school level can provide significant benefits to students, such as improving their learning outcomes and motivating them to learn independently and creatively.  

In the juvenile justice process, there is a principle that states that the best interests of the child must be seen as of paramount importance (obtaining the highest level of priority) in every decision relating to children so that the safety and health of children can be realized. A child who abuses narcotics can be categorized as a victimless crime because his act of abusing narcotics harms his own person, so the child can also be said to be a victim of his own crime. That way, children who abuse narcotics have the right to be able to get rehabilitation and make imprisonment a last resort in the judicial process in accordance with the mandate of the Law on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. However, in the decision of Decision Number 19/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Sgm, the panel of judges did not consider the position of children as legal subjects by not including the Law on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System and the Law on Child Protection in their considerations, so that they continued to sanction imprisonment without rehabilitation for children who use drugs. Thus, the purpose of this research is to find out the basis for judges' considerations not to impose rehabilitation on children who abuse narcotics in Decision Number 19/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Sgm and to analyze the sentencing contained in Decision Number 19/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Sgm when reviewed based on the Law on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System and the Child Protection Law. This research was conducted using a normative juridical method with a case approach. Sources of data in this study used secondary and primary data collected with library research data collection techniques, which were then analyzed descriptively and analytically with a qualitative approach. The results of the study concluded that the judge's consideration of not imposing rehabilitation on children who abuse narcotics in Decision Number 19/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Sgm because the child's qualifications as narcotics abusers do not meet one of the qualifications contained in SEMA Number 4 of 2010, namely that the weight of methamphetamine found was still under 1 (one) gram. In addition, the judge was not careful in imposing a sentence of 3 (three) months in prison without rehabilitation for a child as a narcotics abuser for himself because this did not comply with the provisions of Article 54 of the Narcotics Law, Article 81 Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (5) of the Law on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, as well as Article 67 of the Child Protection Act.

Penelitian ini bertujuan supaya menguji pengaruh self efficacy dan workplace spirituality pada kinerja pegawai melalui keterikatan pegawai sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis eksplanatori yang menjelaskan fakta/data-data yang diperoleh dengan metode survey menggunakan kuesioner secara langsung ke DP3AP2KB Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 101 pegawai, skala likert dipergunakan dalam studi ini. Metode analisis statistik mempergunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, menggunakan SPSS Versi 24. Penelitian menemukan bahwa (1) self efficacy memiliki pengaruh terkuat untuk me ingkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui keterikatan pegawai, (2) workplace spirituality berpengaruh pada kinerja pegawai melalui keterikatan pegawai, (3) self efficacy berpengaruh langsung pada kinerja pegawai, dan (4) workplace spirituality berpengaruh langsung pada kinerja pegawai.

Kebakaran adalah salah satu bencana dimana kebakaran mengandung makna suatu bencana malapetaka atau musibah yang ditimbulkan oleh api yang tidak diharapkan, sukar dikuasai dan merugikan. Dalam Program Studi Teknik Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terdapat mata kuliah Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Kebakaran merupakan mata kuliah yang membahas tentang ilmu dasar kebakaran yang wajib diajarkan kepada mahasiswa K3. Metode yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis survei kuantitatif. Berdasarkan diagram diatas dari 61 responden, didapatkan penurunan dan kenaikan terkait tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa K3 PPNS. Pada nilai 3, didapatkan penurunan sebanyak 14 menjadi 6 responden. Pada nilai 4, didapatkan penurunan sebanyak 40 menjadi 26 responden. Pada nilai 5, didapatkan kenaikan sebanyak 7 menjadi 29 responden. Penurunan dan kenaikan ini membuktikan bahwa pemahaman mahasiswa K3 PPNS dalam materi Pratikum Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Kebakaran mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa K3 PPNS dalam mata kuliah praktikum pencegahan dan penanggulangan kebakaran lebih tinggi saat setelah praktikum.

Masalah utama yang sering muncul dalam proses perceraian adalah perceraian karena perselingkuhan. Terus meningkatnya fenomena perceraian setiap bulannya dan tidak henti-hentinya berita mengenai perceraian sering terdapat di media. Perceraian sebagai fenomena saat ini dikarenakan terdapat perselingkuhan dari pasangannya. Perselingkuhan biasanya sering terjadi dalam anggota keluarga yang kurang mempunyai kualitas agama yang baik, dasar cinta yang lemah, kurang lancarnya komunikasi dan kurang harmonis, perilaku egois dari masing-masing, emosinya yang kurang stabil, dan kurang mampu menyesuaikan diri. Metode penelitian ini yaitu penelitian lapangan yang bersifat kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data penelitian menggunakan teknik wawancara. Hasil diskusi menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan perselingkuhan dalam perkawinan adalah perselingkuhan bisa menjadi sumber stres yang besar. Ketidakmampuan pasangan dalam beradaptasi dan menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan efektif bisa menimbulkan konflik yang berkepanjangan. Upaya mengatasi perselingkuhan antara lain komunikasi yang baik antar pasangan, saling menunaikan tanggung jawab, saling mendukung dan menjaga.

The research subjects were social studies teachers and sixth grade students at an elementary school in Manggarai Regency. The results of the study show that social studies teachers have implemented character education in social studies learning through various activities, such as discussions, questions and answers, presentations, and educational games. The implementation of character education is also seen in students' attitudes and behavior, such as discipline, self-confidence, and social awareness. The pharmacy is a pharmaceutical service facility where pharmacists practice pharmacy. In this case the pharmacist is responsible for creating good service quality according to consumer expectations and satisfaction with services. Customer satisfaction is the key to the success of a business. Satisfied customers will become loyal customers. They will tend to make repeat purchases and become product promoters, which in turn will increase the pharmacy's revenue. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literature and how to analyze the quality of franchise pharmacy services on customer quality. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review, namely the analysis of pharmacy quality on customer satisfaction is influenced by product quality, service quality, price, emotional factors and cost easiness. It was concluded that after being analyzed from various theories and literature, customer satisfaction is one indicator that is widely used in measuring the service quality of a product, both goods and services. Service quality can also affect customer loyalty directly and affect customer loyalty indirectly through satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is strongly influenced by the quality of pharmacy services. For pharmacies that provide pharmaceutical services, it is also necessary to improve service quality standards. One important aspect that needs to be considered to maintain the consistency of pharmaceutical services is to maintain the attributes of each dimension of service quality provided to customers. Customers will be satisfied if their needs are met according to their expectations. In addition, it is also necessary to evaluate each service activity.

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) warns that there are only 12 years left or until 2030 to prevent extreme climate disasters that occur due to global warming (Global Warming). One of the triggers for global warming is air pollution triggered by the large emissions of global greenhouse gases (GHGs). Efforts to reduce the amount of greenhouse emissions emitted by large-scale buildings or civil buildings are to apply the Green Building concept. The research design in this study is survey research with the expost facto method. The research instrument uses tests and questionnaires to answer the research hypothesis, with data analysis techniques using the Paired Sample T Test test to measure the impact of the green building concept on learning outcomes and a simple linear regression correlation coefficient to measure the effect of green building concept learning on energy-saving attitudes. From the results of the Paired Sample t test, a value of t = 0.525 was obtained, because the value of t>0.05 then the Ha hypothesis can be accepted, so there is a significant influence on learning using the green building concept with the learning outcomes of class XI students specializing in social studies at SMAN 3 Jember. As for the results of the simple linear regression correlation coefficient test, the results of which there was a significant influence on learning the green building concept with a water and electricity energy-saving attitude of class XI students specializing in social studies at SMAN 3 Jember.    

Quality of service caused by human resources, facilities, and referrals that are not optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Puskesmas. This type of research is quantitative research with associative methods. The population in this study were all visitors who came to the Puskesmas. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The mnumber of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique was carried out using multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study show that the tangible dimension has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, the reliable dimension has a significant effect on patient satisfaction, the responsiveness dimension has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, the assurance dimension has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, the empathy dimension has a significant influence on patient satisfaction. The most dominant dimension of influence is tangible, while the lowest is responsiveness. Tangible, reliable, responsiveness, assurance and empathy dimensions simultaneously have a significant influence on patient satisfaction. The results of the study are expected that the management of the Banja Loweh Community Health Center, Fifty Cities District, will further improve service quality, especially on the lowest responsiveness dimension.

Strategic management has a very important role and needs to be implemented in improving the accreditation status of the hospital. The strategy that has been made must be implemented properly in order to ensure development and sustainability. This strategy must be applicable to all hospital parties in order to improve service quality and accreditation status. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literatures. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical study are the function of strategic management in improving accreditation status by carrying out procedures so that it can assist hospitals in making better plans with a more logical, rational and systematic approach for each option that will be found by forming a plan. It can be concluded that in improving the quality of health, strategic management is also needed to improve services. With accreditation strategic management, the hospital becomes the object of focus or a process of assessing and determining the eligibility of the hospital according to service standards set by an independent accreditation agency. So that it can improve the image and trust of patients in choosing health care facilities. For hospitals strategic management is very important and needs to be done optimally to support the improvement of accreditation status. So agencies improve infrastructure facilities, adequate human resources and supporting facilities.

Facing the JKN era is not easy, especially for private hospitals. Private hospitals need strategy, understanding, understanding and mutual agreement throughout the internal hospital, both doctors, nursing staff, general staff and management. The strategy for promoting health services in hospitals and other health facilities is not much different from the marketing strategy in general. It aims to promote and introduce the Hospital and the services provided. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view how the strategy is carried out by private hospitals in this JKN era. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. It then learns more about a subject in theory or research and helps readers understand it better and with implications. The results of this theoretical study are private hospital services by implementing strategies and principles for implementing the National Health Insurance Program (JKN) such as mutual cooperation, non-profit, openness, portability, membership, trust funds, and management. It can be concluded that the strategy for promoting health services in private hospitals is to implement them in accordance with established standards and laws. The health service quality strategy is also the main key to service promotion to increase patient satisfaction in receiving care. It is expected that hospital institutions will continue to provide excellent and comprehensive health services and meet the basic health needs of patients.

Learning media can be defined as an important element in a learning process. One example of learning media is teaching materials in the form of Emodules which in Emodules in this study use momentum and impulse material. One of the materials studied in physics is momentum and impulse. Momentum is a vector quantity so it has both magnitude and direction. Impulse itself is a force event that acts on an object in a short period. This type of research uses Research and Development (R&D) in the Tessmer development model which is also contained in the appendix. The stages are divided into two, including self-evaluation which is a determinant of the design features or specifications of the module. Prototyping where there are teaching modules will later be validated, evaluated, and revised. From the results of the module validation carried out by the examiners as experts, a review was carried out and a score was given to the module, namely, 91.2% consisting of image actualization of 75 points, in the aspect of modernity of the library, a score of 100 was obtained.

: This article is about Islamic education in dealing with global challenges. This is a very big challenge for Islamic education, because the amount and level of information cannot be filtered if the younger generation is accessing unlimited information. This research was conducted using two methods, namely qualitative research through questionnaires and literature studies by looking at previous studies whose theme is of course related to the title of this article.

Pentingnya peran guru dalam pencapaian prestasi siswa tidak bisa diabaikan. Guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membimbing, mengajar, dan memberikan motivasi kepada siswa untuk mencapai potensi maksimal mereka. Dengan adanya guru yang berkualitas, siswa dapat lebih mudah mengembangkan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan sikap yang dibutuhkan untuk sukses di masa depan. Penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dan analisis data sekunder. Studi literatur dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan informasi terkait pendidikan inklusif dan aksesibilitas dalam sistem pendidikan. Analisis data sekunder dilakukan dengan menggunakan data-data yang sudah ada mengenai partisipasi individu dengan kebutuhan khusus dalam proses belajar-mengajar. Dari hasil analisis penulis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pencapaian siswa inklusif setelah dilakukan pelatihan khusus bagi guru-guru mereka. Hasil ini memberikan dukungan kuat untuk pentingnya peran guru dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan mendukung bagi semua siswa. pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kebutuhan individu dan kemampuan untuk mengadaptasi metode pengajaran, guru dapat menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kinerja siswa secara keseluruhan..Diferensiasi pembelajaran juga dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan memperkuat rasa percaya diri siswa dalam mengemukakan ide-ide kreatif mereka.

Introduction;  Nutritional status is the state of the human body as a result of food consumption and the use of nutrients.  Good human nutritional status is influenced by two main things, namely food consumption and the state of health of the body or infection.  Malnutrition can result in failure to grow and develop, decreased endurance, lead to loss of healthy life of toddlers, as well as more serious impacts are the onset of disability, high rates of pain and acceleration of death.  Purpose;  to find out the factors associated with the incidence of malnutrition in toddlers in Sidomulyo Village Pulobandring Subdistrict.  Methods;  This research uses methods that are analytical surveys with a cross sectional approach. Sampling technique using accidental sampling method, with the number of samples as many as 32 toddlers in Sidomulyo Village Pulobandring Subdistrict. The data was analyzed using Univariate and Bivariate using the chi square test.  Results;  Studies using the chisquare  test showed a relationship between knowledge variables and the incidence of undernutrition (p= 0.015 < 0.05 respondents to trimesters II and III), family income with the incidence of undernutrition (p = 0.010 <.05), and jobs with less nutritional events (p = 0.001 < 0.05).  Conclusions;  In this study, there is a relationship between knowledge, family income, and work and the incidence of malnutrition in Sidomulyo Village pulobandring district in 2021. It is expected that health workers further improve health promotion as their role to achieve a goal that is to improve the health of mothers and children.                                                          

The article titled "The Influence of Islamic Business Ethics in Enhancing UMKM" by Manna et al. elaborates on how Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are one of the solutions to address economic challenges in society. However, UMKM entrepreneurs often encounter various challenges in running their businesses, which has led to the emergence of the Islamic economic system as a solution to these problems. In applying Islamic business ethics, there are several rules that must be followed. This research uses a qualitative research method and a literature review approach by searching for several relevant journals and articles about the application of Islamic business ethics in enhancing UMKM. The results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic business ethics needs to be implemented to increase awareness in business practices. Perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang rekayasa struktur memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap proses perencanaan dan analisis pondasi gedung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan analisis Value Engineering pada struktur pondasi footplat Gedung UPT Logam Kota Pasuruan dengan fokus pada optimalisasi dimensi dan jumlah pondasi guna mencapai efisiensi biaya tanpa mengorbankan kualitas. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data dimensi dan biaya pondasi eksisting. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak STAAD.Pro untuk menganalisis pengaruh perubahan dimensi pondasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan merekomendasikan ukuran baru pondasi 180 x 180 x 40 cm, penghematan biaya sebesar 29% tercapai dibandingkan dengan dimensi awal 210 x 210 x 50 cm dan 240 x 240 x 50 cm. Penggunaan ukuran baru ini tidak hanya memungkinkan efisiensi biaya, tetapi juga mempertahankan kualitas dan performa struktural yang sesuai. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan value engineering memiliki potensi besar untuk mengoptimalkan proyek konstruksi dengan efisiensi biaya, pengawasan mutu yang baik, dan kelancaran pelaksanaan, memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan industri konstruksi yang berkelanjutan.
