The purpose of this research is to systematically review the literature published ini past 42 years on behavioural biases in investment decision making. This paper highlights the major gaps in the existing studies on behavioural biases. It also aims raise specific questions for future research. The design of this research employ systematic literature review (SLR) method in the present study. The prominence research is assessed by studying the year of publication, journal of publication, country of study, types of statistical method, data collection technique and content analysis on literature on behavioural biases. The present study is based on 41 selected articles published in peer review journals between 1980 and 2022. The result show that much of the existing literature on behavioural biases indicates the limited research in developed economies in this area, the dominance of the primary data on data collection technique, the lack of empirical research on individuals who exhibit herd behaviour, the dominance theory used in the existing literature on behavioural biases in investment decision making is prospect theory.

Human Resources is one of the resources that determine the success of an organization. Proper management of human resources can create a strong managerial system to support the productivity and success of the company. Therefore, it is necessary to have factors that can form quality human resources. This article aims to explore employee performance which is influenced by transformational leadership and internal CSR. Internal CSR also has a role as an intervening variable between transformational leadership and employee performance. The research model is multivariate and the analysis will use SMARTPLS. The research was conducted at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Grobogan Regency with 110 employees who participated in this study. The sampling method used accidental sampling. The results show that transformational leadership and internal CSR can affect employee performance. Internal CSR can act as a mediation between transformational leadership and employee performance.

This article discusses social criticism in a short story entitled "Kemarau" by Andrea Hirata. This article will focus on mimetic approach research on things or events in short stories related to social criticism in the short story entitled "Kemarau", namely: (1) criticism of political issues, when people feel disappointed about government promises that are not implemented (2) ) criticism of the economy, where when a group of people who live on the outskirts cannot feel the development and progress of infrastructure like in big cities (3) criticism of the negligence factor of the government when it has occupied its position. The government seems to have forgotten the promises it made before taking up its post. From the short story, it can be understood that literary works do not only display positive impressions or messages but can contain absolute things such as criticizing or satirizing.

This study specializes in analyzing the short story Kairos kopi by Putu Ayub using an objective approach to obtain the structure in the short story in the form of intrinsic elements namely theme, point of view, plot, setting, character, characterization, style of language, and message in the short story. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. As for descriptive qualitative is a study devoted to research thoroughly, broadly, and deeply. The results are in the quality of words, sentences and their meanings without comparing the results of this study with the results of other studies. The source of the data obtained is by reading carefully, critically the short story Kairos Kopi by Putu Ayub. Based on the results of the theme used in the short story, which is about struggle, that if we want to start something new we must not be pessimistic. This is consistent with the character in the short story, namely (I) who has a pessimistic character

This research is to analyze the intrinsic elements in the short story “Ketika Aku dan Kamu Menjadi Kita” using an objective approach.  The research method that I use in this analysis uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is a thorough and in-depth research.  This short story is highly recommended to be read by all people because there is an educational element in the short story, and there are many messages and impressions in the short story.  This plot is very understandable because it doesn't make the reader dizzy.

The purpose of this research is : (1) to describes the error of Indonesian language in exposition text by the students at class X, (2) causes of error, and (3) the effort which is done by the teacher and student to solve the error. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a sample student text SMAIT Ummul Quro Bogor kelas X IPA 1  dan X IPA 3. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and document analysis. Data analysis technique used is the interactive analytical model that includes four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The conclusions of this study are as follows. Firstly, the linguistic elements of language errors that often occur in the student text is divided into four errors : spelling error, diction, sentence, and paragraph. Secondly, language errors that often occur in a student text exposition caused by several factors, among others: is inadequate of language mastery, lack of examples by the teachers, the influence of foreign language, lack of writing peactice, and lack of writing time. Thirdly, the efforts have been made to minimize errors include: improving students' language mastery, having more practices in writing, implementing appropriate correction technique, and implementing a process approach to teaching writing.

Language has an important role in presenting sources of information and knowledge. One of the media used as a source of information is print media such as newspapers or newspapers. Newspapers are now not only in the form of print on paper, but many newspapers have created their own blogs or pages so that news can be read online. News has a characteristic, namely using straightforward language and writing systematics that are guided by the General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk menemukan langkah-langkah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw sehingga dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas X1 SMA Negeri 1 Larompong. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus pembelajaran dengan tahapan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 50,42% dan siklus II sebesar 72,69%. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa langkah-langkah yang diterapkan pada model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa Kelas X1 SMA Negeri 1 Larompong. Adapun langkah-langkahnya, yaitu: (1) Menyampaikan materi pembelajaran dengan melakukan tanya jawab, (2) Membagi siswa menjadi beberapa kelompok asal yang terdiri dari 6 siswa perkelompok berdasarkan tingkat pencapaian sebelumnya dengan tetap memperhatikan faktor heterogen lainnya, kemudian membagikan LKS dan masing-masing 2 orang siswa dalam setiap kelompok menerima LKS dengan materi yang sama, (3) Mengarahkan siswa dalam kelompok ahli dan membimbing siswa dalam setiap kelompok untuk mengeluarkan pendapat, tanggapan atau pertanyaan dan masing-masing ada 2 orang siswa yang harus menguasai materi ahli untuk dijelaskan ke kelompok asal, (4) Mengarahkan tim ahli kembali ke kelompok asal dan membimbing siswa dalam diskusi kelompok asal untuk menjelaskan materi yang telah dibahas di kelompok ahli secara bergantian, (5) Meminta perwakilan setiap kelompok untuk mempresentasikan hasil diskusi kelompoknya, meminta tanggapan dari kelompok lain, dan meminta siswa menyimpulkan materi dengan cara ditunjuk langsung.

The Human Development Index (HDI) is a comparative measure of life expectancy, literacy, education and standard of living. HDI explains how the population can access development outcomes in obtaining income, health, education, and so on.but in Indonesia even in Banten itself it is not spared from problems such as poverty and unemployment. The purpose of this study is to analyze how and how much poverty and open unemployment rates affect the human development index in provincial districts and cities in the period from 2018 to 2021. As a developing country, Indonesia has an economic structure dominated by the agricultural sector, making it vulnerable to disruptions to economic stability. Economic growth is an indicator showing that the economic level of society in general has increased in terms of consumption habits and people's purchasing power for goods and services. However, excessive consumption leads to a consumer society and inflation. This study aims to look at the causality between inflation, consumer price index, interest rates, gross domestic product, and exchange rates using the time series approach in the form of the quarterly period 2014Q1 to 2022Q2 in Indonesia using the VAR (Vector Autoregression) method. The research results show that inflation is related to or influenced by the consumer price index and savings. As for the Exchange Rate, Gross Domestic Product and Interest Rates have no effect on inflation.

Tujuan untuk melihat hubungan bimbingan keagamaan rohis dan akhlak karyawan yang di dalamnya terdapat beberapa komponen indikator yang berkaitan dan membentuk suatu hubungan yang berpengaruh antara bimbingan kegamaan rohis dengan akhlak karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasi dan instrument yang digunakan adalah angket (kuisioner). Variabel yang diteliti adalah bimbingan keagamaan rohis dan akhlak karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket untuk mengetahui bimbingan keagamaan rohis dan akhlak karyawan. Penyebaran angket diberikan dengan pernyataan sebanyak 27 butir soal yang di berikan kepada 30 sampel dari 30 populasi. Dari data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Pertama, tingkat kualitas bimbingan keagamaan rohis di PT. Subang Autocomp Indonesia dinilai baik dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 79.8 %. Kedua, tingkat kualitas akhlak karyawan dalam penerapannya di lingkungan peruahaan dinilai baik dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 81.0 %. Ketiga, terdapat hubungan positif dan cukup signifikan antara bimbingan keagamaan rohis  dengan akhlak karyawan  dengan nilai korelasi 0,402 dan persentase hubungan sebesar 16.1% dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif  bimbingan keagamaan rohis (X) dengan akhlak karyawan (Y) pada karyawan yang mengikuti kegiatan bimbingan rohis di PT. Subang Autocomp Indonesia  berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dengan bantuan software , di peroleh nilai Sig 0.028 < 0.05 dan t hitung 2.322 > 1.699 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian variabel Bimbingan Keagamaan Rohis berpengaruh terhadap variabel akhlak karyawan.

Poverty is a problem that exists in every region. Many factors can affect the level of poverty, for example, the unemployment rate and also the Human Development Index. The higher the unemployment rate, the higher the poverty rate will be. And also if the higher the Human Development Index, the lower the poverty rate. This study aims to determine whether the Open Unemployment Rate and the Human Development Index affect the Poverty Level. This research is a quantitative research. The variables used in this study are the Open Unemployment Rate, the Human Development Health Index, and the Poverty Level. The analysis used is a panel data method in the form of a cross section of 27 regencies/cities in West Java Province and time series data from 2020 - 2021.

A company definitely aims to make a profit. The company also has a purpose to prosper the owners by maximizing the value of the company. The higher the value of a company will reflect that it has high prosperity for stock owners. This study was conducted with the aim of providing empirical evidence of the influence of debt and profitability policies on corporate value in agricultural sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This study uses the population of agricultural sector companies recorded on the IDX in 2019-2021. Then the use of samples obtained by adopting purposive sampling method.  Descriptive statistical test method and multiple linear regression test into data analysis techniques in this study.  This study gives the result that the debt policy and profitability have no influence on the variable value of the company.

Kehamilan merupakan sesuatu hal wajar yang terjadi pada wanita produktif yang mempunyai pasangan atau dikenal dengan Pasangan usia Subur (PUS). Pada setiap masa kehamilan ibu akan mengalami beberapa perubahan diantaranya perubahan fisik (Pembesaran Abdomen, Rahim, Payudara,Sering Buang air Kecil)  dan psikologis (Perubahan Mood). Perubahan pada aspek psikologis yang jika dibiarkan tanpa solusi akan dapat menyebabkan permasalahan seperti ansietas/ kecemasan, gangguan tidur, depresi, peningkatan tekanan darah, Preeklamsia Berat hinga kematian janin, oleh karena itu diperlukan implementasi untuk mengatasi kecemasan pada ibu hamil. Mitra PKM yaitu Praktik Bidan Mandiri yang mempunyai masalah tersendiri dimana Mitra PBM tidak memiliki tenaga kesehatan yang cukup untuk memberikan terapi dalam hal mengatasi cemas tersebut. Oleh karena PKM ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan edukasi tentang persalinan dan tehnik relaksasi Thought Stoping untuk mengatasi ansietas. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi nyeri persalinan dan tahap persalinan, lalu ibu hamil diberikan edukasi mengenai tehnik relaksasi Thougt Stoping.

This study aims to describe training in the use of the ClassDojo learning application as an effort to increase learning for YPK Merauke Middle School teachers. This study discusses the training provided to YPK Merauke Middle School teachers to the assistance provided by the team. Implementation of learning using learning applications can increase teacher creativity in conducting learning in class. This, of course, must be carried out by training so that teachers can apply it in the classroom. This research uses descriptive qualitative method as a process in conducting research. This research was conducted at YPK Merauke Middle School by involving YPK Merauke Middle School teachers as training participants. Sampah merupakan suatu hal yang selalu ada dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Semua yang beraktivitas pasti akan menghasilkan sampah dan begitu juga yang terjadi di Dusun Condrowangsan Kecamatan Banguntapan Kabupaten Bantul. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah proses pengelolaan sampah yang dilakukan belum masuk dalam kategori yang baik dan benar dikarenakan proses pengelolaan dilakukan dengan pembuangan yang tidak pada tempatnya dan dengan proses pembakaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan sampah yang ada di Desa Disanah Kecamatan Sreseh Kabupaten Sampang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan rancang bangun observasional deskriptif. Teknik penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara survei lapangan, focus group discussion yang melibatkan partisipan, wawancara terbuka, dan studi literatur. Partisipan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perwakilan dari Badan Lingkungan Hidup, kepala desa, badan perwakilan desa, karang taruna, dan organisasi yang ada di desa. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pengelolaan sampah di Desa tersebut masih kurang baik hal ini dikarenakan tidak adanya lahan untuk pembangunan tempat penampungan sementara, fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang masih belum baik, dan tingkat kesadaran masyarakat yang masih rendah akan pentingnya pengelolaan sampah dengan baik dan benar. Saran yang bisa diberikan adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi tentang pengelolaan sampah yang baik dan benar, jadwal rutin gotong royong bersih desa dan memasukkan anggaran untuk pembebasan lahan yang akan digunakan untuk tempat penampungan sementara.    

To be able to attract customers companies apply different approaches but when viewed from the factors that influence consumer buying decisions on a product both goods and services the consumer behavior approach system is shown in searching, buying, using, evaluating, and spending products and services that they expect to satisfy their needs, Kanuk & Schiffman (2010). This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence customer interest in using logistics services at PT Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang. To achieve this goal descriptive research was conducted using the methods of observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that sales promotion, building relationships with the community, direct marketing, price affordability, price competitiveness, price compatibility with service quality, service in accordance with customer requests, speed of document service and the ease with which customers can obtain information and respond to customer complaints will give a positive impression of each customer has a positive and significant effect on attracting customers to use logistics services at PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang.

The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's strategy in teaching speaking. The problem in this study is that students feel unconfident in speaking English and also have a limited vocabulary. This type of research is called qualitative research. The sample for this study is the MTSN 8 Agam teacher. The instruments used in this study were observations and interviews. The results of this study, the strategies used by teachers in teaching speaking are drill, roleplay, simulation, and group discussion.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of using picture series on students' speaking skill. The researcher had done at MTSS Nagari Binjai. The problems in this research was caused by several factors. Firstly, students paid less attention to the English teacher. Secondly, they were afraid of making mistake to express ideas. In this research a quasi-experimental design was used by the researcher. The researcher used pre-test and post-test to experimental and control class. The sample was 2A as experimental class and taught by using picture series and 2B as control class and taught without using picture series. To determine the sample, the experimental and control class, the researcher utilized SPSS 20 to examine the data and check for normality and homogeneity. The researcher utilized the t-test formula to test the hypothesis and consulted the results in a t-table with level of significance of 0.05. It was found that there was a significant effect of using picture series toward students speaking skill. Then there was a significant difference between students who were taught using picture series and those who were taught without them. The value of t-calculated in the post-test from the experimental and control classes was greater than the t-table (3.4 > 2.021). The last hypothesis was that teaching with picture series was superior than teaching without picture series in terms of improving students' speaking skill. In the post-test, the mean score of the experimental class was greater than the control class (8.10 > 2.54).

Poverty is a fundamental issue, since poverty involves meeting the most vital needs of life and is a problem that many countries face, including Indonesia. Since its entry into and development of the covid-19 pandemic into Indonesia in the early part of 2020, putting immense pressure on the economic sector and affecting the social life of communities. In general, the condition of the number of poor people in each province on Java both before and after the entry of covid-19 was not marked by a change in ratings, which indicates an increase in average value. The study was intended to see how the minimum wages of the province and unemployment rates of the 6 provinces on Java period 2017 to 2021 and to see how the covid-19 diagnosis of covid-19 against poverty, the regression of the data panel analysis was made with the random effect model diman's approach that the minimum labor would not affect poverty, Unemployment has a negative impact on poverty and the covid-19 pandemic has a positive impact on the growing number of poor people on the island of Java.
