The rapid development of digital technology has a significant impact on people's lives, including children's lives. Due to the use of this technology, protecting children's personal data has become an important issue in the current digital era, where children are vulnerable to the misuse of their personal data. The aim of this research is to examine the role of supervisory institutions in providing protection for children's personal data in Indonesia and to analyze it in comparison with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) in South Korea. This research employs a normative legal approach. The legal materials used in this study focus on primary legal sources in the form of legislation, secondary legal sources such as literature, books, and journals, tertiary legal sources including Black’s Law Dictionary and the Indonesian Language Dictionary, as well as legal comparisons between Indonesia and South Korea. The results of this study indicate that the law in Indonesia has not fully provided adequate protection for personal data, particularly regarding the establishment and role of supervisory institutions, which have not yet been formed as a means of safeguarding children's personal data. In contrast, the regulations in South Korea provide more detailed provisions regarding the protection of children's personal data, along with an effectively functioning supervisory body known as the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC).

This study aims to analyze the errors in word usage in the children’s fabels “Seekor Kancil yang Selalu Ingat Tuhan” by Atisah, with a focus on how these errors impact the educational value of the story. The fabels, intended for elementary school readers, carries significant moral lessons but presents linguistic challenges due to certain errors in vocabulary, grammar, and sentence structure. These errors include the use of technical terms, uncommon words, and overly formal expressions that may hinder comprehension for young readers. Using a descriptive quantitative method, the research collects data through documentation and error classification based on linguistic theories in morphology, syntax, and semantics. The findings reveal that while the fabels employs imaginative storytelling to convey moral lessons, some linguistic inconsistencies, such as redundant phrases, inappropriate vocabulary, and lack of contextual explanations, reduce its effectiveness. Recommendations include simplifying language, ensuring alignment with children’s cognitive levels, and providing contextual definitions for complex terms. These efforts aim to enhance the readability and educational value of children’s literature while fostering linguistic development.

The introduction of hijaiyah letters in early childhood is an important stage in building the basis for learning the Qur'an. This research aims to develop an interactive game called Al-Dhaki which is designed to help parents and early childhood education teachers in introducing hijaiyah letters to children in an interesting and effective way. This game is designed using quantitative research methods to analyze user needs, with a 5W+1H approach (What, Why, Who, When, Where, and How) in data collection and analysis. The results of the study show that game-based interactive learning media can increase children's interest in learning and simplify the process of recognizing hijaiyah letters. Al-Dhaki is developed in the form of an application file (APK) that can be installed on Android devices, making it easily accessible to users. The game is equipped with interactive features, such as sounds, animations, and simple quizzes, to increase children's engagement in learning. For parents who have children, it is a great gift and trust from Allah SWT. Therefore, parents have a big responsibility to educate their children optimally. This study is based on concerns about the increasingly uncontrolled flow of information and that many children are falling into negative and anarchic things. As parents we have a very important task in implementing prenatal education as the first form of education for the younger generation. However, problems often arise when parents are less aware of the importance of prenatal education and are often ignored. There are even people who think that educating children begins after the child is born. This assumption is a big mistake because educating children from birth is a very important thing in the form of indirect stimuli or touches, both in physical and psychological form. Providing this kind of stimulation can be an education in itself for the fetus in the womb.

In Indonesia's correctional system, correctional institutions play a vital role, particularly in educating offenders, including juvenile offenders. Juvenile offenders are individuals under 17 years of age or those who do not yet possess an ID card, commonly referred to as children. Since children are in their developmental stage and are vulnerable to environmental influences that may worsen their psychosocial condition, rehabilitation often poses significant challenges for them. Therefore, correctional institutions are responsible for providing training that encompasses rehabilitation, social reintegration, and punishment. In this context, the rehabilitation process aims to fulfill the rights of children in correctional facilities, including access to formal and non-formal education, life skills training, and psychological counseling. The objective of this training is to equip children with the necessary skills to reintegrate into society after serving their sentence. Moreover, correctional institutions also play a role in fostering a sense of responsibility and self-esteem in juvenile offenders, enabling them to become active and positive members of society. The purpose of this study is to examine how correctional institutions contribute to the rehabilitation of juvenile offenders and the challenges faced in implementing rehabilitation programs that align with children's rights. The research findings reveal that, despite efforts by correctional institutions to implement various rehabilitation programs, such as education, skills training, and psychological counseling, there is still much to be improved.
