The phenomenon of bullying in schools remains a serious issue that affects students' psychological and social development. One strategic approach to minimizing bullying is by instilling the values of religious moderation within the school environment. Religious moderation promotes tolerance, justice, balance, and respect for diversity—principles that are essential in shaping students' character to live harmoniously in a plural society. This study aims to examine the role of religious moderation education in reducing bullying behavior in schools. A qualitative descriptive method was used, involving observation, interviews, and documentation in several secondary schools. The findings reveal that integrating the values of religious moderation into learning activities, school culture, and teacher role modeling contributes to creating an inclusive and welcoming school climate. Moreover, students become more aware of the importance of mutual respect and rejecting any form of violence. Therefore, embedding religious moderation values holds potential as a preventive solution to build a safe and supportive school environment for all members of the school community.

This study aims to analyze religious moderation from the perspective of Pope Francis' synodality. The researcher will use Pope Francis' framework on synodality to explore the paradigm of religious moderation in Indonesia and reveal its relevance to the socio-religious dimension of Indonesian society. Through the idea of synodality, Pope Francis offers a more inclusive way of living the faith. Researchers will utilize qualitative methods with a descriptive-analytical approach. Research on this theme will be carried out first by dissecting the conceptual study of religious moderation and explaining the essence of synodality then offering a conception of religion inclusively as a path towards religious moderation. From this study, researchers found that religious moderation can be applied in society if religious people also participate actively in developing creative, innovative, and transformative new ways. In this context, every religion needs to be given the opportunity to reveal its characteristics in diversity.

This study aims to analyze how religious moderation can be a meeting point between Islamic preaching that is oriented towards strengthening Islamic values and civic education that focuses on the formation of national character. The research method used is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that religious moderation can integrate Islamic and national values through the principles of tawasuth (moderate), tawazun (balanced), i'tidal (fair), and tasamuh (tolerance). Moderation in Islamic preaching helps create an inclusive understanding of religion and respects diversity, while in civic education, religious moderation strengthens nationalist attitudes without eliminating religious identity. Thus, religious moderation plays an important role in building a harmonious, tolerant, and nationally characterized socicty.

This study aims to examine how the tradition of manaqib contributes to the actualization of the values of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah (Aswaja) within the society of Majalengka. As a cultural-religious heritage of Islam Nusantara, manaqib is not merely seen as a spiritual ritual, but also as a vital medium for instilling Islamic values that emphasize moderation (tawassuth), tolerance (tasamuh), balance (tawazun), and justice (i’tidal). Using a qualitative descriptive approach and literature review method, this study draws on various academic sources and journal articles. The findings reveal that manaqib plays a strategic role in shaping the spiritual character of society, strengthening traditional religious identity, and preserving social cohesion and harmony. However, the tradition faces significant challenges in the modern era, such as the rise of puritan movements and shifting societal lifestyles. Therefore, revitalization efforts through contextual approaches and the use of digital media are crucial to ensure the continued relevance and transmission of Aswaja values to future generations.

The utilization of geothermal energy as a renewable energy source is growing in an effort to reduce dependence on fossil energy and its negative impact on the environment. However, the exploitation of this natural resource still contains potential ecological risks if not managed wisely. This article examines the use of geothermal energy through the perspective of the environmental ethics of Meng Zi (Mencius), a classical Confucian philosopher, who emphasized harmony between humans and nature. Meng Zi's ethical approach highlights the importance of virtue, moderation and respect for the natural order in every human activity, including energy management. Through a philosophical-critical study, this article shows that the application of Meng Zi's environmental ethics can provide a moral foundation for sustainable and equitable geothermal exploration policies and practices. Thus, the synergy between modern technology and classical ethical wisdom is key to realizing ecological sustainability and harmony.

The growing influence of transnational Islamic movements on Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in Indonesia has emerged as a new challenge for local religious organizations such as Muhammadiyah. This study aims to explore how Muhammadiyah, as a modernist Islamic movement, responds to transnational religious ideologies within the educational domain. Employing a qualitative approach through literature review, this research analyzes scholarly articles, major books, and official Muhammadiyah documents. The findings indicate that Muhammadiyah actively defends its progressive Islamic ideology through strategies such as strengthening higher education, internationalizing institutions, and revitalizing cadre development. Muhammadiyah’s ideological stance, rooted in wasathiyah (moderation) and inclusivity, is pivotal in countering the infiltration of transnational ideologies, which tend to be radical and intolerant. This study underscores the importance of reinforcing PAI curricula based on moderate Islamic values as a strategic step in preserving national Islamic identity.

This research examines the issue of interfaith marriage in the context of religious moderation in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. Based on Dukcapil data from 2022, 34.6 million couples were recorded as "unregistered marriages" due to interfaith marriages. showing strong tension due to the presence of regulations and religious doctrines that tend to be exclusive. By comparing the perspectives of Islam, Catholicism, and Hinduism, it was found that there are differences in doctrinal limitations regarding interfaith marriage practices. This shows how complex the relationship is between social structures and religious teachings in marriage. Moreover, this research found that there is a contradiction between the dominant interpretation of marriage law based on religious beliefs and the constitutional right to form a family (Article 28B paragraph 1 of the 1945 Constitution). As a solution, the paradigm of religious moderation is offered. This paradigm emphasizes justice, love, and tolerance as the fundamental principles of inclusive marriage. This study suggests changes to the legal and theological framework to adapt to a multicultural society.

This study is conducted to assess the relationship between Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices and the financial performance of LQ45-listed companies, in which firm size plays a moderating role. A sample of 23 firms, consistently listed in the LQ45 index between 2019 and 2023, was utilized in this study. The selection of companies relied on purposive sampling as the selection technique. The analysis of the data was conducted by utilizing a regression model with a data panel, with the software EViews 13 being utilized for this purpose. The findings of the study demonstrated that independent commissioners contributed positively and significantly to the firm’s return on assets (ROA). Insider share ownership and board size demonstrated no significant impact. Conversely, ROA was adversely and significantly influenced by of the audit committee. The results of the moderation test demonstrate that the correlation between insider ownership and ROA is strengthened, while the correlation between independent board commissioners and ROA is weakened.
