This paper examines the legal framework and practical implementation of using Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) as fiduciary collateral in Indonesia. The study identifies existing legal uncertainties and administrative challenges that hinder the optimization of IPRs as collateral objects, such as the absence of technical implementation regulations and limited awareness among stakeholders. Through normative legal analysis supported by empirical evidence, this research explores how the current fiduciary security law can be adapted to better accommodate IPRs, highlighting the potential for IPRs to enhance access to finance, particularly for creative economy actors. The paper also presents solutions, including the need for clear implementing regulations, capacity-building among stakeholders, and stronger coordination among government institutions. Ultimately, the research emphasizes the strategic importance of integrating IPRs into financial mechanisms and proposes actionable steps for regulatory and institutional reform.

Community Service activities are a real form of students' social concern for their surroundings. This activity was carried out in Kampung Enam with the aim of sharing knowledge and skills with the community and students about how to turn seashell waste into handmade crafts that can be sold. We used a face-to-face approach through socialization and training, one of which was making wall decorations in the shape of flowers. Besides involving the local people, students also took part in this activity so they could develop economic independence. This research aims to understand the role of fandom in driving the growth of the fanworks market in Indonesia, specifically through the case study of Comifuro, a popular cultural event that is the center for the distribution of fan-made works. The research method used is qualitative, with a self-report approach from participants who are directly involved as creators and consumers at Comifuro since the beginning of its implementation. The results of the study show that the emotional connection between fans and copyrighted works encourages active involvement in producing and consuming fanworks. Fanworks are not only a forum for expression, but also a means of creative monetization that is socially legal even though it is legally gray. Comifuro gives creators a space for freedom of expression, bringing them together directly with audiences in an inclusive and supportive space. The surge in visitors and participants since the post-pandemic reflects the high demand for fandom content, as well as demonstrating the power of communities in supporting the creative economy. This research emphasizes the importance of recognizing the role of fans as the main motor in popular culture dynamics and community-based digital economy.

The growth of fashion UMKM in Indonesia through digital marketplace platforms has made a major contribution to the national economy, especially in job creation and developing creative product exports. However, this development also presents new challenges in the field of taxation, especially after the enactment of Law No. 7 of 2021 concerning the Harmonization of Tax Regulations (UU HPP). This study aims to analyze the principle of tax fairness for fashion UMKM operating through marketplaces, reviewed from a normative legal approach. The appointment of the market as a VAT collector and the continued implementation of Final Income Tax raises the potential for a double burden and inconsistency with the principles of vertical and horizontal justice in taxation. The results of the study show that the regulations in the Law on HPP do not fully reflect justice, legal certainty, and legal benefits, and risk pushing UMKM towards informality. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust technical policies that are more proportional to the capacity of UMKM actors, in order to realize an inclusive and equitable taxation system.

This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach to analyze the influence of soft skills and digital marketing skills on the performance of MSMEs in the creative economy era. Theories used in this research include competency theory and organizational performance theory. This study focuses on understanding how interpersonal abilities (soft skills), such as communication, creativity, and leadership, along with digital skills such as the use of social media, e-commerce, and digital branding, can enhance the competitiveness and productivity of MSMEs. The results show that MSME actors with strong soft skills are able to build strong customer relationships and create added value in their products, while digital skills support operational efficiency and broader market reach. The integration of these two skill sets significantly contributes to the improvement of MSME performance, particularly in terms of sales, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Therefore, the development of soft skills and digital skills is a crucial strategy to support the sustainability of MSMEs amid the increasingly dynamic competition in the creative economy.

In line with the development of the digital potential of the creative economy, the demand for quality visual content from photography and videography industry players has also increased. However, access to quality photographers and videographers is still a problem for some people. Likewise, photographers and videographers also experience difficulties in getting clients. Photographers and videographers feel that the use of social media has not been maximized in helping them get clients. In addition to these problems, these photographers and videographers also have difficulty in disseminating the events held. To overcome this problem, researchers developed a digital platform that can accommodate the interests of photography and videography service providers, as well as the community of users of these services. The digital platform developed by researchers is named the “Lensa Buana” marketplace application. The development of the Lensa Buana marketplace application uses the prototype system development method. With this application, it is hoped that photography and videography service providers can reach more consumers, while the community as consumers can easily get photography and videography services according to their needs and desired quality.

The development of the digital economy in Indonesia drives the need for a transparent and efficient transaction system. Blockchain technology is present as a creative answer to this challenge, through distributed and unmodifiable transaction recording. This study uses a literature study method by reviewing various scientific literature related to the role of blockchain in increasing transparency and security of digital transactions. The results of the study state that blockchain can strengthen the digital economy ecosystem by increasing public trust, data protection, and operational efficiency, especially in the financial and MSME sectors. However, the implementation of this technology still faces obstacles such as limited regulations, infrastructure, and digital literacy. Therefore, this study recommends a strategy for developing a blockchain-based digital economy platform through a decentralized architecture approach, smart contract integration, digital identity protection, regulatory compliance, and public education.
