Understanding the fiqh of buying and selling plays an important role in shaping the character of madrasah students who are honest, fair, and responsible in their daily economic activities. This article aims to examine the urgency of understanding the fiqh of buying and selling for madrasah students and its impact on their economic behavior. The study was conducted in one of the madrasah aliyah with a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that understanding the fiqh of buying and selling can increase students' awareness of the importance of honesty and justice in economic transactions. However, challenges still exist in the process of internalizing fiqh values consistently in real life. Therefore, the role of teachers and contextual learning approaches are very important to strengthen the understanding and practice of fiqh of buying and selling among madrasah students.

This research aims to investigate how the values ​​of the motto "Satu Tungku Tiga Batu" are understood and internalized through Islamic Education learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. In this context, Islamic Education plays a significant role in shaping individuals' character and morality. The motto, which carries the meaning of unity, cooperation, and mutual support, has not been fully interpreted in the context of Islamic learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. A case study method is used to examine how this motto is applied in the Islamic Education curriculum. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with lecturers and students, and content analysis of lecture materials. The results of this research highlight the importance of the role of Islamic education in shaping understanding and acceptance of moral values ​​among students. The implications of these findings include suggestions for curriculum development and strategies to enhance the integration of Islamic values ​​in an academic context. This research contributes to understanding how Islamic education can strengthen ethical principles and reinforce communal bonds within the educational environment.

The new paradigm change in the world of education in Indonesia requires teachers to be able to implement a learning model that is able to be oriented towards the characteristics of students. One learning model that can be used to accommodate the diversity of student characteristics is differentiated learning. Thus, this article aims to describe the development of differentiated learning in the aspect of product differentiation. The development of product differentiation learning is implemented in the activity proposal text teaching module for class XI SMA. This research uses the method literature review (literature review). This research presents search results regarding articles related to the topic of differentiated learning. Relevant articles are then reviewed and synthesized in such a way that they can provide information in the form of a more meaningful presentation. Based on the results of the studies, synthesis and exploration that have been carried out, it can be understood that each student has different talents and interests. Product differentiation is intended so that students are able to process according to their talents and interests. Apart from that, the results of the study of differentiated teaching modules for learning proposal text activities that have been developed show that learning to write proposal texts can be said to implement a differentiated learning model from the product aspect.

Therefore, a democratic education system in an Islamic context must pay special attention to the formation of students' character and leadership, so that they can contribute positively to society. Democratization of education in Islam is not just the implementation of the concept of democracy in educational practice, but also reflects Islamic values ​​that encourage justice, equality and active participation. By understanding and applying these principles, Islamic education can be a means of producing a generation that is not only academically intelligent, but also has noble character and is able to play an active role in building a just and harmonious society.

The use of smart applications, data analysis, and digital platforms enriches students’ learning experiences, fosters creativity, and increases their understanding of Indonesian as an important medium of communication. In implementing character education and Indonesian language learning in the Society 5.0 era. Qualitative approaches are effective tools for understanding complex and dynamic contexts. Through content analysis, research can identify the weaknesses and strengths of the existing curriculum and provide recommendations for improvement. The results of this research can make a significant contribution to the design of more effective educational strategies and relevant to the needs of modern society.

In the world of education there is always something called change and renewal, whether in the teaching staff, the facilities used and so on, as well as the educational curriculum in indonesia, which continues to change. Such as the independent learning currriculum which was implemented as a replacement for the 2013 curriculum. Before it became the independent learning curriculum, an emergency curriculum was implemented due to the Covid-19 pandemic which hit the entire world. This independent curriculum also emerged because of circumstances that required changing the curriculum, and following develoments in today’s modern era. Therefore, this article discusses the effectiveness of using the independent learning curriculum as a substitute for the 2013 curriculum, using qualitative research methods. This researh by searching for data from books, journals, and scientific articles. The independent learning curriculum is a curriculum that prioritizes the interests and desires of student, and is based on te pancasila student profile which aims to ensure that students have characteristics of noble character.

The results indicate that Islamic education plays a significant role in shaping the characters of students in the digital era. In a connected and digitalized era, it is crucial to integrate Islamic moral and ethical values into education to enable students to use technology wisely and responsibly.

The learning strategies used by moral aqidah teachers in developing character include efforts and training as well as habits. be an example for students by displaying good behavior, good speech, neat dressing, honesty, respect and firmness in all things. Moral belief teachers also play an active role in encouraging students to do good deeds. Moral aqidah teachers also provide direction, guidance and advice to students to always do good and have commendable morals. The methods used by moral aqidah teachers in developing students' character are the method of example or modeling, exemplifying, giving advice, habituation, and punishment. So in this article using qualitative descriptive research, this article will explain the learning strategies of teachers of moral beliefs in developing student character at MTsS Yati Kamang Mudik.

Teaching methods are the way teachers deliver learning material in every face-to-face meeting with students. Creative, professional teachers are required to develop approaches and choose effective teaching methods to create a conducive and enjoyable learning climate. To avoid boredom in learning, teachers can choose a method that suits the subject or sub-subject at the same time and place at once, because there are strengths and weaknesses in each teaching method. The aim of this research is to find out the effect of Benson therapy with aromatherapy diffusers on stress levels in facing exams among students at the Al-Muslimun Cianjur Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is a type of quantitative research using a quiz experimental approach, namely the research method used to find out. Population is the total of each element to be studied which has the same characteristics or characteristics, which can be an individual or group, an event or event to be studied. The results of research that researchers have conducted regarding the effect of Benson therapy with diffuser aromatherapy on stress levels in facing exams in students at the Al-Muslimun Cianjur Islamic Boarding School in 2022. There is a significant difference in the effect of Benson therapy with diffuser aromatherapy on stress levels in facing exams in students at the AL-Muslimun Cianjur Islamic Boarding School. Between the intervention group and the control group, with the results of the Mann Whitney Test statistical data, the mean ranks value for the intervention group was 11.05 and the control group was 10.05 with a p-value of 0.005 because the value of 0.00 is smaller than 0.05 (0, 00 < 0.05) then it is concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

This research aims to describe the perceptions of Sociology of Religion college students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra towards victims of sexual violence at Indonesian universities. In general, perception is a person's way of looking at something. This research uses a quantitative descriptive type and approach. The population of this study was 281 Sociology of Religion college students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, with a margin of error of 10%, and a sample of 74 people. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling. Questionnaires are a data collection technique with a perception measuring tool in the form of a Likert scale. The results of the research reveal that the perception of Sociology of Religion college students at the North Sumatra State Islamic University towards victims blaming for sexual violence in Indonesian universities is negative. Respondents are know victim blaming well, victim blaming is often found in cases of sexual violence, where women are the ones who are vulnerable to becoming objects of sexual violence. This is characterized by siding with victims of sexual violence, such as sympathy and empathy for victims, victims must receive protection, victims of violence do not deserve to be blamed, and justifying incidents of sexual violence as not being caused by the victim's behavior. Meanwhile, other neutral responses revealed that the way women dress and their body shape are the causes of sexual violence. This means that women who wear closed or open clothing both have the opportunity to become victims. Furthermore, neutral responses to victims of sexual violence always exaggerate the cases at hand. On the contrary, the news media tends to exaggerate so that it leads to opinion, which ends up making it difficult for the victim to reveal the case they are facing because of concerns about giving the victim a negative stigma.

Based on the research results, it can be concluded that (1) Implementation of Classroom Management in Improving the Effectiveness of Student Learning in Class IV SD Negeri 0119 Banjar Raja has taken place effectively, and can increase the effectiveness of student learning. It can be known based on the teacher's strategy in preparing various things needed for the teaching and learning process, for example teaching media, learning tools, and preparation of lesson plans. Besides that, the teacher's strategy for opening lessons is by giving encouragement to their students' learning enthusiasm. (2) Factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of classroom management in increasing the effectiveness of student learning in class IV SD Negeri 0119 Banjar Raja. These supporting elements include adequate infrastructure, qualified homeroom teachers and experts in their profession, strategic location, safe, surrounding environment clean classrooms, and the interaction of the homeroom teacher with the surrounding environment. The obstacle is the diversity of students' characteristics, such as the presence of students who fight, do not carry out pickets.

Learning to understand the difference between fake and real money and implementing how severe punishments for dealers and users of counterfeit money are carried out effectively will provide a positive change in the future for students. This socialization regarding disclosing the secret of the difference between real and fake money and preventing fake money fraud was highly appreciated regarding this socialization, especially teachers and students, but many students were still confused about differentiating between real and fake money. So that female students do not get caught up in fraud and the distribution of counterfeit money, this socialization hopes that female students from early ages to adults can avoid and be able to distinguish between real and fake money, understand the characteristics of the authenticity of money, and know the penalties related to the laws that apply to its use. and distribution of counterfeit money. The methods for implementing activities in this socialization are lecture, interview, discussion and evaluation methods. The results of the training are an increase in understanding of real money vs fake money, understanding the characteristics, increasing insight regarding applicable legal regulations and being able to use this knowledge better in the present and future.

This research was conducted to see the influence of the positive culture implemented in schools on improving the character education of class X students at SMAN 1 Sooko Mojokerto. The research method used in writing this article is descriptive qualitative. The population of this study was all class X students at SMAN 1 Sooko by random sampling in class X-6. The researcher applied calculations, the greater the score on the student's character education instrument, the more the application of positive culture influenced the action. In this case, the data we use is taken from student character education questionnaires and direct observation. Based on the results of the research we conducted in class X-6, positive culture has a quite significant influence on student character education. This proves that the positive culture implemented at SMAN 1 Sooko has been successful and has become the basis for forming the character of students with the profile of Pancasila students in accordance with the current curriculum.

The importance of this research is that there are important things that must be considered in this research, namely, in order to achieve the expected educational goals, quality and effective learning is needed. Based on the background that has been described, the author formulates the problem as follows: 1. What are the values ​​of character education in PPKn learning to develop critical reasoning in class VIII-E students at SMPN 17 Malang, 2. What are the obstacles in implementing PPKn learning? to develop critical reasoning in class VIII-E students at SMPN 17 Malang,3. How to implement character education in PPKn learning to develop critical reasoning in class VIII-E students at SMPN 17 Malang. The aim of this research is to find out school policies regarding the implementation of character education in PPKn learning to develop critical reasoning at SMPN 17 Malang. This research uses descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques use triangulation to obtain the validity of the data, while the data analysis used in the research is reduction, display and verification.

The implementation method is training which aims to increase understanding of the dangers of criminal acts of corruption and strengthen commitment as an extension of the eradication of corruption, followed by training in the form of mentoring prospective Anti-Corruption Counselors. This research is motivated by several problems that the author found at the Bhayangkari Muara Bungo Kindergarten, students often lie, every time they say a word, many children don't want to be honest, and also lie, if asked, many also answer by lying, children don't want to admit their mistakes, because children are afraid of being scolded. and are afraid of being punished by the teacher, therefore children are afraid to be more open or honest. The purpose of this research is to find out how class teachers try to instill honest character education through the method of telling stories to children at the Kemala Bhayangkari Muara Bungo Kindergarten. This research is descriptive qualitative field research (filed research). The research was located at Kemala Bhayangkari Muara Bungo Kindergarten. The key informants were the class teachers and the supporting informants were the study teachers and the school principal. This research technique is snowball sampling, and the data collection techniques for this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that class teachers and field teachers tell stories through the Sikancil & Simonyet fairy tale and the Honesty Cup because fairy tales, one of the intrinsic elements in fairy tales, is that they have a message or moral message. Fairy tales can really be used as social media that can shape a character. children because fairy tales have moral values that children can learn. Telling stories using puppets can improve children's pronunciation because it can attract students' attention so that students are happy and can easily understand what is being told and taught. Telling stories using picture media, students will be able to read the contents of the story by looking at the pictures shown by the teacher, telling stories using picture media, students will be more enthusiastic about listening to stories presented by the teacher, telling stories using picture media will help to clarify messages or events so that children pay more attention to the story being told.

The role of the teacher is a person who occupies a position and plays an important role in the world of education. Teachers act as mentors in their duties, namely educating. Catholic religious teachers in their duties and roles carry out multiple missions, namely as preachers and educators. As a preacher, a Catholic religious teacher takes part of the prophetic task of proclaiming the news of God's Salvation. While as an educator, the task of PAK teachers is to lead students to maturity both physical maturity and spiritual maturity. the research used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with the aim of analyzing how the role of PAK in the education of faith and character of children at school with data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman model. The emphasis of Catholic religious teacher education leads to three aspects, namely knowledge, skills, and attitudes that occur in the teaching and learning process systematically. So that character education is expected to be able to form a generation whose existence provides the widest possible benefit to the surrounding environment. Character education in essence is to form a nation that is resilient, competitive, noble, moral, tolerant, mutual cooperation, political spirit, dynamically developing, science and technology oriented, all of which are imbued with faith and piety to God Almighty based on Pancasila.

The problem of this research is about the role of teachers in instilling Character Values ​​in class VIII students at the Talibura 1 State Junior High School. The aim of this research is to describe the role of teachers in instilling character values ​​in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Talibura and to determine the driving and inhibiting factors. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research approach. Qualitative descriptive research is research that is a type of qualitative research. It is hoped that this research will be able to provide an overview or tell about the role of teachers in instilling character values ​​in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Talibura. The conclusion of this research is that teachers are good, but because there are still some children who violate school rules, teachers must maximize their role and encouraging and inhibiting factors in instilling students' character values. For this reason, cooperation between parents and the school environment is especially important for teachers. because controlling juvenile delinquency is not only done by teachers but by teachers, families and the school environment. For this reason, it is recommended that teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Talibura must try to carry out their role optimally in tackling juvenile delinquency at school. Must always be happy to provide motivation, direction, guidance and habituation. Role models, and supervision and emphasis on students so that they can become human beings who are capable of speech and behavior, in everyday life
