Developments in the digital era require communities to have the ability to access, understand, and utilize technology as part of their preparedness for global change. However, not all community groups have equal access and digital skills, particularly regional communities such as the Central Mamberamo Community Association (HMMT) in Sorong City. This community service activity aims to empower members of this community through training in developing mobile learning-based digital teaching materials using the Thunkable application. The method used was a direct, participatory, project-based approach, allowing participants to be actively involved in every stage of the activity. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of mobile learning, their ability to use the Thunkable platform, and the creation of simple teaching material prototypes relevant to the local context. The training also succeeded in increasing learning motivation and a sense of ownership of the developed digital products. These findings support the effectiveness of no-code and project-based learning approaches in improving digital literacy in non-technological communities. This activity serves as an initial model for inclusive and sustainable technology-based community empowerment. Furthermore, this activity also had a positive impact on strengthening collaboration among HMMT community members. By working together in teams, participants not only improved their technical skills but also developed more effective collaboration and communication skills. Using the no-code Thunkable app allows them to create digital learning materials without requiring a deep technical background, making them more accessible to a wide range of communities. The success of developing a prototype of learning materials tailored to local needs also opens up opportunities for the community to continue developing their digital products in the future, with the hope of expanding access to more equitable and quality education in the region.

This service activity aims to increase the capacity of leadership and organizational management for student council (OSIS) on Madrasah Aliyah Semarang City, Indonesia. Through training focused on the basic concepts of organizational management, this activity seeks to close the gap between the needs of effective student organization management and the low managerial capacity possessed by the student council administrators. The implementation method uses a participatory and experiential learning approach. The results of the activity showed an increase in the conceptual understanding and practical ability of participants in the aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating organizational activities. Contributions to professionals in the field of upper secondary education that non-formal educational interventions like this are very relevant in building resilient student leadership.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh employee engagement dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan menguji employee engagement dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap pembelajaran organisasi, serta menguji employee engagement dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui pembelajaran organisasi. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 84 pegawai Pasar Randudongkal Kabupaten Pemalang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Pengujian 7 hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan employee engagement terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, employee engagement pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelajaran organisasi, motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelajaran organisasi, employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui pembelajaran organisasi, motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui pembelajaran organisasi.

The research departs from educational problems in Islamic boarding schools with distinctive educational characteristics and the diversity of cultural backgrounds of students. So researchers are interested in conducting a more in-depth analysis of a harmonious environment despite having students with diverse cultural backgrounds. The purpose of the study is to identify; 1) the characteristics of multicultural Islamic education planning, 2) the characteristics of organizing multicultural Islamic education, 3) Identification of the characteristics of implementing multicultural Islamic education, 4) Identification of the characteristics of supervision of multicultural Islamic education, 5) Analysis of the impact of the characteristics of multicultural Islamic education management in producing moderate students. The research framework departs from theory of multicultural education management in Islamic boarding schools which includes; planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising educational programs in Islamic boarding schools. Managing the elements of education in Islamic boarding schools in; objectives, values, curriculum, teaching methods and facilities and funds, carried out by the Kiyai Ustadz Santri Manager will have an impact on the attitude of religious moderation in students with indications of national commitment, tolerance, anti-violence, accommodating to local culture. This study used a qualitative approach, using ethnography. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation analysis. Data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman analysis technique. The validity test is carried out with data validity by conducting tests; on credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Results of the study found that the characteristics of multicultural education management in Islamic boarding schools: First, Planning in the form of a curriculum containing multicultural values, involving various elements of the Islamic boarding school through deliberation and open meetings of curriculum preparation studies, integrating the madrasah curriculum with Islamic boarding school. Second, organizing; there is empowerment in fostering Islamic boarding schools, Conventional traditional systems, and Guidance patterns depending on the figure of kiai, the existence of organizational work procedures. Third, Implementation of education is carried out; structured through learning classification, planned, organized, and evaluated with the basic pattern of Islamic boarding school education, internalized in attitudes, methods, and exemplary behavior of the kiai. Fourth, Supervision of learning through assessment of learning of multicultural values, Tests are contextual and comprehensive. Fifth, impact of the characteristics of multicultural Islamic education management in producing students who are able to act in the middle by prioritizing Islamic brotherhood and basyariyah, are tolerant for the sake of realizing Islam rahmatan lil aalamiin.

Contemporary church organizations in Indonesia face a phenomenon of volatility characterized by fluctuations in congregation membership, persistent internal conflicts, external pressures from changing times, and a crisis of trust in its leaders. There is a significant gap between the theological idealism of servant leadership as taught in Mark 10:42-45 and the reality of leadership practices in the field, which often tend to be authoritarian, conflict-driven, and underserved. This study aims to analyze the application of the principle of servant leadership based on Mark 10:42-45 as a solution to face the challenge of the volatility of contemporary church organizations in Indonesia. The goal is to identify volatility challenges, analyze leadership practice gaps, and formulate effective servant leadership implementation models to restore trust and achieve sustainable congregation growth. This study uses a qualitative research method with a library research approach. Data from various literature sources were analyzed in depth to synthesize the theological concept of servant leadership with organizational management theory and the practical context of the church in Indonesia. The results of the study show that servant leadership is an effective solution to the volatility of the church. It was found that the main challenges in its implementation were hierarchical organizational culture and resistance to change. As a solution, this study formulates a model of servant leadership integration built on four pillars: strong spiritual foundations, adaptive leadership, collaborative governance, and continuous learning. The implementation of this model is through practical strategies such as transparency, empowerment of the congregation.

PT Unilever Indonesia’s strategic application is examined through the Balanced Scorecard framework, focusing on four key perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. The analysis reveals that while the company demonstrates strong financial performance, such as high ROI and ROE, challenges like declining annual profits and increasing liabilities signal the need for improved cost management and risk mitigation. Unilever's strategy emphasizes innovation and customer relationships, leveraging Total Quality Management (TQM) and continuous product enhancements. However, internal issues such as employee work culture, inadequate facilities, and employee satisfaction remain significant obstacles to organizational performance. The findings suggest a need for stronger employee engagement and workplace improvements, alongside enhanced financial sustainability strategies. Future research could explore how external factors, such as shifting market trends and government regulations, influence Unilever’s strategic decisions and overall success.

This study aims to systematically review the literature that discusses the influence of social media on adolescent communication patterns, especially in the context of organizational learning. Social media as part of the digital transformation has changed the way adolescents interact, not only in social aspects but also in informal learning processes. Through a Systematic Literature Review approach, this study maps key concepts, identifies research gaps, and explores future research directions. The results of the study indicate that social media plays an important role in shaping interpersonal communication, digital ethics, and adolescent self-identity. However, most previous studies are still geographically limited, descriptive, and have not linked social media use to organizational learning comprehensively. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an integrative theoretical model and longitudinal studies that consider the cultural, psychological, and social contexts of adolescents in the digital era.

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the leadership capacity and organizational management skills of cadres of the Islamic Student Association (HMI) Dumai Branch through the strengthening of Islamic values and the application of modern organizational management principles. The program was implemented as part of the Intermediate Training (Latihan Kader II/LK 2), which serves as a strategic forum for developing future organizational leaders. The activities were conducted using a combination of lectures, interactive discussions, case-based learning, and leadership simulations designed to encourage critical thinking and active participation. A participatory approach was employed to ensure that participants were directly involved in the learning process and could relate the material to real organizational challenges. The results of the program indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of transformational leadership, collective–collegial leadership, and effective organizational planning and management skills. In addition, the program increased participants’ awareness of the importance of integrating Islamic values as an ethical and moral foundation in student organizational leadership practices. Overall, this PKM contributes to the development of qualified HMI cadres who possess integrity, adaptability, strong leadership competence, and a sustained commitment to community service and organizational development.

SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya (SMAN 12 Surabaya), known as "SMANDALAS," was established in 1982. Initially, learning activities were carried out in the SDN Pakal 1 No. 119 building, Benowo, for one year while waiting for the construction of the permanent building to be completed. The new building began to be used on December 9, 1983, in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 377/104.1.1/E5.83/SK. Currently, SMAN 12 Surabaya is located at Jl. Sememi Kidul No. 1, Benowo District, West Surabaya. This school has a land area of approximately 30,000 m² and is equipped with various facilities to support learning activities both inside and outside the classroom such as classrooms, laboratories, libraries, mosques, playgrounds, school forests, school gardens, ceremonial fields, sports fields, green open spaces, art rooms and others. This school is also equipped with adequate bathroom facilities for all school residents, a health unit room, meeting room, hall, green house, fish pond, fish pond and school garden. MAN 12 has achieved many achievements in both academic and non-academic fields. This is inseparable from the good cooperation between school leaders, teachers, employees, students and guardians. Every leader who leads at SMAN 12 Surabaya has a program that supports the achievements of students and teachers. In 2025, SMAN 12 Surabaya will become a pilot project for the "Food School Care" program as an implementation to support the national food security program. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Self Leadership, Work Ability, Organizational Climate on Burnout and Teacher Performance at SMAN 12 Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data sources obtained from distributing questionnaires. The population of the study were teachers at SMAN 12 Surabaya. The selection of respondents was carried out using the saturated non-probability sampling method with a total of 74 respondents. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results of the study showed that the variables of self-leadership, work ability, and organizational climate had an effect on burnout and teacher performance at SMAN 12 Surabaya.

This study explores the integration of blockchain technology with federated learning (FL) to enhance cross-organizational healthcare analytics while ensuring privacy and data security. Federated learning allows multiple institutions to collaboratively train machine learning models without sharing sensitive patient data. Instead, local data is used to train models, and only model parameters are exchanged. However, privacy concerns and data sharing inefficiencies have hindered broader healthcare collaboration. Blockchain, a decentralized ledger technology, addresses these concerns by ensuring data integrity and transparency, providing an immutable and tamper-proof record of all transactions. This study investigates how the combination of blockchain and federated learning can overcome these challenges, facilitating secure and efficient data sharing between healthcare institutions. The study uses synthetic multi-institution healthcare datasets to simulate real-world collaboration scenarios. The blockchain-enabled federated learning system ensures that no raw patient data is shared, significantly reducing the risk of privacy breaches while still allowing healthcare institutions to collaborate on predictive model development. The results show that while there is a slight decrease in model accuracy compared to centralized methods, the trade-off is outweighed by the privacy and security benefits. Blockchain’s integration ensures that model updates are transparent, enhancing trust between institutions and reducing concerns about data integrity. Moreover, the use of blockchain’s smart contracts automates and enforces compliance, further streamlining collaboration. This research contributes to the field by demonstrating how blockchain-integrated federated learning can create a secure, scalable, and privacy-preserving framework for collaborative healthcare analytics. The findings underscore the potential for this approach to enhance healthcare outcomes and improve decision-making across institutions while ensuring patient data protection.

This community service program focuses on transforming financial management at Pharmacare Pharmacy Ciputat through the integration of digital accounting and strengthening human resource (HR) management. The background to this activity stems from the problem of partners who still rely on manual recording for financial transactions, inventory management, and report preparation. This condition results in inefficiency, late reporting, potential recording errors, and difficulties in strategic decision-making. In addition, limited HR competency in the use of digital accounting technology and the absence of financial standard operating procedures (SOPs) are major obstacles to improving organizational performance. The main objective of this activity is to implement an integrated digital accounting system capable of producing real-time financial reports, increasing inventory management efficiency, and building transparent financial governance. Simultaneously, employee competency is improved through intensive training and mentoring in the use of accounting software and the preparation of financial SOPs. The involvement of students and faculty in this activity aligns with the spirit of Independent Learning and Independent Campus (MBKM) and supports the achievement of the university's Key Performance Indicators (IKU), particularly in providing off-campus experiences and utilizing work results for the community. Through this program, it is hoped that Pharmacare Ciputat Pharmacy can improve operational efficiency, strengthen business sustainability, and provide more optimal healthcare services. More broadly, this activity contributes to community economic empowerment by strengthening the capacity of small businesses in the healthcare sector.

Strengthening the position of cooperatives as business entities that are responsive to market changes and capable of competing effectively requires a well-planned business development strategy. In facing the challenges of globalization and increasingly complex business competition, cooperatives can no longer rely solely on the principle of togetherness but must implement a modern managerial approach based on data and measurable strategies. This study aims to analyze how cooperatives develop their businesses by understanding market characteristics and competitor strategies through the application of operations management using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on analyzing various literatures related to cooperative management, strategic management, and organizational performance measurement systems. The findings show that the Balanced Scorecard is effective as a tool to assist in formulating comprehensive strategies through four main dimensions: financial, customer, internal process, and learning and growth. With this approach, cooperatives can improve operational performance, gain deeper insights into market needs, respond appropriately to competition, and create long-term value for all their members.

This article reviews the importance of the value of responsibility as one of the main pillars in character education for students, especially in higher education. This value is not only important in the academic realm, but also becomes the moral and social basis in forming students with integrity. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach, using interview, observation, and documentation techniques on students of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Study Program class of 2022 at IAIN Palangka Raya. The findings show that responsibility in undergoing the learning process, time management, and discipline are important indicators in the internalization of character values. Students who have a sense of responsibility are able to complete academic tasks regularly, value time, and remain disciplined even when faced with challenges such as organizational activities or work. Therefore, systematic and continuous character building is needed to instill the value of responsibility as a whole in the campus environment.

This study aims to examine the role of strategic leadership in realizing ethics and sustainable learning in educational settings. Through study literature analysis, this research investigates theories and findings related to strategic leadership in education and its integration with ethical principles. The findings of this study show that successful strategic leadership not only prioritizes the achievement of organizational goals, but also affirms ethical principles as the basis for decision-making and management of educational institutions. Leaders who uphold ethics can build a school environment that is fair, inclusive and transparent, and ensure the fulfillment of the rights of all parties involved. In addition, educational leaders must have a vision that encourages innovation in the learning process by strengthening the role of teachers, utilizing technology and updating the curriculum that is appropriate and relevant to today's challenges. Continuous learning focuses not only on academic achievement, but also on developing students' character, skills for the 21st century and social responsibility. In addition, far-sighted strategic leadership plays a crucial role in driving innovation in learning and the application of technology to meet global challenges and build a sustainable education system. This research contributes ideas for the development of a responsive, ethical and sustainability-focused educational leadership model.

Leadership in education plays a crucial role in influencing the performance and motivation of organizational members. This study examines various types and functions of leadership, including transformational leadership, which significantly enhances teacher performance and creates an innovative learning environment. Through a literature review, it is found that adaptive leaders who understand the socio-cultural context can effectively manage change, thus creating an atmosphere conducive to learning. Additionally, this study highlights the importance of leadership development strategies that focus on interpersonal skills and active participation of members in the decision-making process. The findings indicate that a deep understanding of leadership types and their application in the educational context can enhance the overall quality of education, as well as encourage higher engagement from all stakeholders in achieving desired educational goals.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) as a tool for measuring organizational performance at PT YANAHA. The Balanced Scorecard is a performance measurement method that integrates financial and non-financial aspects through four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results show that the implementation of BSC provides a comprehensive overview of company performance and assists in strategic decision-making.

The role of job training, self-efficacy, and human resource development (HRD) in improving employee performance is discussed in this study. The problem raised is how these three components can synergistically influence employee work efficiency, considering the many challenges faced by organizations in optimizing their human resource potential. The library method and literature review approach are used in this study. This involves the analysis of primary and secondary data from reliable international journals indexed by Scopus and national journals indexed by Shinta. These data were collected through a review of relevant literature covering theories and empirical research on self-efficacy, job training, HRD, and their effects on performance. The results of the study indicate that increasing employee motivation and confidence to complete assigned tasks is very important. Technical skills and adaptability to changes in the work environment are improved through competency-based job training. Meanwhile, an innovative and productive work culture is generated through continuous learning and mentoring programs. When used together, these three components can contribute to improving individual and organizational performance. This paper provides a comprehensive examination of the concept and implementation of skill management as a cohesive set of competencies encompassing technical, interpersonal, conceptual, and strategic skills within organizational and entrepreneurial contexts. The background highlights the critical role of skill management in addressing the challenges posed by a highly competitive and rapidly evolving business environment, where mastery of these competencies determines both individual and organizational effectiveness in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling resources to achieve collective objectives. Grounded in a literature review of seminal works by Robbins & Coulter, Katz, Drucker, Mintzberg, Armstrong, and Barney & Hesterly, this study adopts a structured approach that covers definitions, classification of skill types, their roles in organizations, development strategies, implementation challenges, and applications in entrepreneurship. The findings indicate that: (1) technical, human, and conceptual skills are complementary across different managerial levels; (2) skill development requires a blend of formal education, field practice, mentorship, and technology utilization; (3) primary challenges include technological adaptation, complexity of decision-making, and limitations in training resources; and (4) in entrepreneurial ventures, effective skill management is fundamental to planning, finance, human resources, innovation, and communication. In conclusion, skill management should not be viewed as a static competency but as a strategic asset that must be continuously enhanced through lifelong learning, enabling both individuals and organizations to sustain growth and resilience in the era of globalization and digital transformation.

The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed fundamental vulnerabilities in global supply chain systems, such as over-reliance on single suppliers and a lack of operational visibility. This has highlighted the urgent need for a new approach to risk management—one that leverages smart technologies. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a promising solution, thanks to its capabilities in predictive analytics and adaptive, data-driven decision-making in real time. This study aims to develop an AI-based predictive system framework to enhance the resilience of global supply chains in the face of post-pandemic disruptions. Using the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology, the research designs and evaluates a system that integrates algorithms such as LSTM, Random Forest, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Reinforcement Learning. It also applies a federated learning approach to ensure data privacy among supply chain partners. The study analyzes over 12,000 data entries from diverse sources, including IoT devices, weather data, demand trends, and social media. The system's effectiveness is evaluated through a combination of quantitative methods (PLS-SEM analysis on 103 respondents) and qualitative methods (interviews with 12 industry executives). The findings show that AI-driven predictive analytics significantly improve supply chain resilience (β = 0.67; p < 0.001), with demand forecasting accuracy increasing by up to 40% and delivery times reduced by 30%. Conceptually, the study contributes by designing a resilient model that integrates real-time visibility, adaptability, and cross-organizational collaborative learning. Unlike traditional approaches focused solely on automation, this framework offers a more holistic solution, addressing key gaps in the literature. Human resource development through Learning and Development (L&D) is a major challenge in improving employee performance in the service sector that is highly dependent on service quality. However, the mechanism of L&D's influence on HR performance involving employee engagement as a mediating variable is still not comprehensively understood. This study aims to analyze the influence of L&D on HR performance with employee engagement as a mediator in service companies in Jakarta. The method used is a quantitative survey with data collection through questionnaires to 120 employees, and data analysis using AMOS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicate that L&D has a direct positive effect on HR performance and indirectly through increasing employee engagement, which acts as a significant mediator. This finding strengthens the theory of social learning and employee engagement and emphasizes the importance of integrating psychological aspects in employee development. The practical implication is that service sector management needs to design L&D programs that not only improve technical competence but also motivate employee engagement to maximize organizational performance. This study provides a relevant empirical contribution to the development of HR management theory and practice in the service sector.
