Karya Nyata : Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat 2025 Lembaga Pengembangan Kinerja Dosen

The workshop on the preparation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions at MI Islamiyah Palangka Raya aims to improve the competence of educators in designing problems that challenge students' high-level thinking skills. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a participatory approach, which involves interactive lectures, group discussions, hands-on practice in the preparation of questions, and integration of learning technologies. The results of the activity showed that participants gained a better understanding of the concept of HOTS, active learning strategies, and problem preparation techniques that can develop students' critical, creative, and analytical thinking skills. Practice sessions involving the creation of questions and presentation of the results provide an opportunity for teachers to share experiences and constructive feedback. In addition, the introduction of educational applications and digital media opens up new insights into the importance of technology in supporting the learning process. Despite the challenges in mastering technology, the enthusiasm of the participants to implement technology in their learning was very high. In conclusion, this workshop makes a positive contribution to improving the professional competence of teachers, and to ensure the sustainability of the workshop results, follow-up is needed in the form of further training and support from the school.

The era of digital transformation demands that the younger generation acquire technology-based entrepreneurship skills, or technopreneurship. However, in the context of Vocational High Schools (SMK), many students still lack understanding and skills in developing structured and applicable business models. This Community Service Program (PKM) was carried out to address this challenge, particularly at SMK Negeri 1 Mengwi, Badung, Bali, by leveraging local potential such as tourism and traditional culinary products. The training program focused on the use of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a visual tool for business planning, alongside the introduction of trending technologies such as digital marketing. The activities were implemented in four stages: pre-test, socialization, intensive training, business idea presentation, and post-test evaluation and reflection. A total of 36 students participated in this program. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in understanding of 53.85% in the aspect of technopreneurship and 58.33% in understanding the elements of the BMC. These findings indicate that practical and visual-based approaches are effective in fostering students’ strategic thinking, collaboration, and creativity in developing business ideas based on local potential and technology. This program also made a measurable and impactful contribution to strengthening vocational students' technopreneurship competencies

This study aims to examine the role of teacher pedagogical competence in increasing students' active participation in learning. With the challenges of the digital era, teachers need to optimize technology and innovative learning methods such as the student-centered learning approach and local cultural integration. This descriptive qualitative study was conducted at UPT SMP Negeri 10 Medan, using observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results show that interactive learning methods and the use of digital media can increase student participation. However, teachers face challenges such as differences in student understanding and lack of self-confidence. Teachers need to act as facilitators and motivators to create a supportive learning environment.

Kualitas laporan keuangan masih menjadi topik hangat dalam era digitalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia, pemahaman akuntansi, dan sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pada koperasi Mitra Sejati di Kabupaten Karanganyar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data primer dari kuesioner yang disebar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai koperasi Mitra Sejati sejumlah 76 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dari kriteria yang telah ditentukan pegawai yang memenuhi kriteria adalah sebanyak 50 pegawai yang terlibat dalam proses akuntansi dan pelaporan keuangan di Koperasi Mitra Sejati. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan pemahaman akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Penelitian kedepannya dapat ditambahkan variabel diklat akuntansi, kompensasi, dan akuntansi digital.

The digital era has significantly transformed the business landscape, making digital-based communication and negotiation skills essential for human resources (HR) to enhance their competitiveness in the global market. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of a digital marketing-based communication and negotiation competency enhancement program for the community and MSME actors in Pondok Petir Village, Bojongsari District, Depok City. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a participatory training method, this research evaluates the training's impact through pre-tests, post-tests, and participant feedback analysis. The findings indicate that the training significantly contributes to improving participants' digital skills, expanding access to technology-based training, and strengthening their business competitiveness. Furthermore, collaboration with various stakeholders, creativity in digital marketing, and sustainable strategies play a crucial role in ensuring the long-term effectiveness of the program. However, challenges such as limited internet access and resistance to change remain major obstacles to program implementation. Therefore, this study recommends the development of sustainable training strategies, increased digital literacy, and active involvement of the government and community in supporting the enhancement of digital-based human resources at the local level.

Komunitas: Hasil Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Indonesia 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Tanaman Dan Hewani Indonesia

The objective of this training program is to enhance the knowledge and skills of 11th-grade students in the Fashion Design Program at SMKS Pangeran Antasari Deli Serdang in creating digital fashion designs using CorelDRAW. The training aims to improve students’ ability to design fashion digitally, assess the skills they have acquired, and evaluate their satisfaction with the learning process using CorelDRAW software. The training was attended by 36 students from the 11th grade of the Fashion Design Program. The activities were conducted through material presentations, discussions, guided assignments, and program evaluations. Through this training, students gained a better understanding of digital fashion design and improved their ability to create proportionate body sketches and digital fashion illustrations using CorelDRAW software.The results of the training indicate that the objectives were successfully achieved. A total of 90% of participants expressed that they were "very satisfied" with the training, while 10% rated it as "satisfying." Additionally, 95% of the participants gave a score of 3, indicating a high level of satisfaction, and 2% rated it as "satisfying." Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the digital fashion design training using CorelDRAW was highly beneficial and provided significant advantages for students, teachers, and the school as a whole.

SMK Negeri 3 Jayapura is one of the vocational schools specializing in technology engineering in Jayapura City. There are three primary issues at SMK Negeri 3 Jayapura. First, the limited competence of teachers in microcontroller programming. Second, there is a lack of facilities and infrastructure for microcontroller practical work. Third, the low achievement and interest of students in the latest technological developments. The proposed solutions in this community service activity include: conducting training on Arduino Uno and Espressif microcontrollers using the Arduino IDE programming platform, developing practical modules for microcontrollers, sensors, and actuators, providing a master file for Arduino Uno programs, installing the necessary software on school computers, conducting robotics training for students. All five solutions were successfully implemented and received positive appreciation from both students and teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Jayapura.

This community service aims to improve the entrepreneurial competence of the Mekar Jaya Village community, Cilamaya Kulon District, Karawang Regency, through training and mentoring for local potential-based businesses. A qualitative approach was used in this activity by involving observation, interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD) with the community and micro-business actors. The program implementation includes three stages: preparation, training, and mentoring. The results of the activity show that the community has great potential in developing local products, but faces obstacles such as lack of knowledge of business management, digital marketing, and product innovation. Through entrepreneurship training, there was an increase in participants' understanding in managing a business, especially in terms of financial planning and marketing strategies. Business mentoring helped participants apply the knowledge they had gained, which was seen from the increase in product quality and market access. The findings also revealed that the success of the activity was greatly influenced by the enthusiasm of the participants and the active involvement of the facilitators. This activity has a positive impact on increasing public awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship as an effort to improve economic welfare. This program is expected to be a model of sustainability that can be applied in other villages by adjusting to their respective local needs and potentials.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami penerapan model blended learning di STAI Al-Azhary Mamuju dan dampaknya terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran serta pengembangan kompetensi siswa di abad 21. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang menganalisis data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara.Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran campuran secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa, sehingga berujung pada peningkatan hasil belajar. Di samping itu, model ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21 seperti kolaborasi, komunikasi, dan pemecahan masalah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pembelajaran blended learning tidak hanya mendukung peningkatan prestasi akademik tetapi juga mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan pekerjaan yang semakin yang kompetitif atau komplek.

Education in the modern era requires innovative approaches to address challenges such as ensuring equal comprehension among students. The Moving Class Mastery Learning (MCML) system implemented by MA Al Irsyad Berbasis Pesantren combines moving class and mastery learning approaches. MCML ensures students deeply understand concepts before progressing to new material, supported by digital technology and specialized teacher training. Initial results show significant improvements in learning motivation and student achievement, with 85% achieving optimal mastery levels. As a pesantren-based institution, MA Al Irsyad integrates the national curriculum with religious studies, emphasizing character education, entrepreneurship, bilingual programs, and local cultural arts training. Comprehensive evaluations ensure academic and character development. This approach reflects MA Al Irsyad's commitment to nurturing religious, competent individuals ready to meet global challenges.

Abstract. Pedagogical competence is the main ability that educators must have to manage learning effectively. This research aims to discuss the meaning of pedagogical competence, the application of learning theories, and the role of information and communication technology in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. The research method used is literature analysis and theoretical study. The research results show that pedagogical competence includes the ability to understand student characteristics, design learning, and carry out comprehensive evaluations. The application of learning theories, such as behavioristic, cognitive, constructivist and humanistic, has been proven to support the effectiveness of PAI learning. Behavioristics helps build positive habits, cognitive improves deep understanding, constructivists encourage active participation, and humanistics develops students' potential holistically. Apart from that, the use of information and communication technology, such as e-learning, video conferencing and multimedia, is able to encourage learning that is innovative, interactive and in line with the needs of students in the digital era. Thus, the development of PAI teachers' pedagogical competence needs to continue to be improved through targeted training, optimal use of technology, and strengthening learning strategies to produce learning that is relevant to the needs of the times Abstrak Kompetensi pedagogik adalah kemampuan utama yang harus dimiliki oleh pendidik untuk mengelola pembelajaran secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas pengertian kompetensi pedagogik, penerapan teori belajar, serta peran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis literatur dan kajian teoritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik mencakup kemampuan memahami karakteristik peserta didik, merancang pembelajaran, serta melakukan evaluasi secara komprehensif. Penerapan teori belajar, seperti behavioristik, kognitif, konstruktivistik, dan humanistik, terbukti mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran PAI. Behavioristik membantu membangun kebiasaan positif, kognitif meningkatkan pemahaman mendalam, konstruktivistik mendorong partisipasi aktif, dan humanistik mengembangkan potensi siswa secara holistik. Selain itu, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, seperti e-learning, video konferensi, dan multimedia, mampu mendorong pembelajaran yang inovatif, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik di era digital. Dengan demikian, pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI perlu terus ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan yang terarah, penggunaan teknologi secara optimal, dan penguatan strategi pembelajaran untuk menghasilkan pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman.

The literacy movement plays a crucial role in enhancing language comprehension and linguistic competence, especially in today’s digital era. This study aims to explore the influence and benefits of literacy movements on language comprehension across various segments of society. Through qualitative and quantitative approaches, this research examines how participation in literacy activities such as reading, writing, and group discussions can improve language skills, enrich vocabulary, and enhance communication abilities. The findings indicate that literacy movements not only help individuals understand and use language more effectively but also foster critical thinking and creativity. Furthermore, the growing digital literacy provides broader access to educational resources and information, thus strengthening language comprehension in a wider context. Therefore, literacy movements contribute significantly to building a more knowledgeable and insightful society.

This article uses descriptive qualitative research methods using various literature. The aim of this research is to describeprofessional competence that teachers must have. In conclusion, in order to succeed in learning activities in the digital era, teachers must have professional competence as one solution in facing learning challenges in the digital era.

Improving teacher competency is a key factor in improving the quality of education. One of the latest innovations in teacher professional development in Indonesia is the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), a digital-based platform designed to provide flexible access to independent training. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of PMM in improving teachers' pedagogical and professional competencies, especially in the context of educational transformation in the digital era. The method used is a literature study, by collecting and analyzing relevant literature from reputable academic sources. The results of the study indicate that PMM significantly improves teacher competency through interactive modules, online learning communities, and digital resources designed for learning personalization. Teachers who participate in training through PMM show better ability in implementing innovative learning strategies compared to those who do not use this platform or participate in traditional training. However, the effectiveness of PMM can be influenced by teachers' technological readiness and digital literacy, especially in areas with limited infrastructure. This study highlights the importance of supporting technology-based education policies to ensure that the benefits of PMM can be felt inclusively and sustainably. In conclusion, PMM is a promising solution to address the teacher training gap in Indonesia, but requires a strategic approach to improve its access and effectiveness. Further research is needed to evaluate the long-term empirical impact of this platform on teacher professional development and student learning quality.

The application of technology-based human resource (HR) management in education is becoming increasingly important to enhance the quality of management and the development of teachers’ competencies. Technology, particularly through the use of Management Information Systems (SIM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), enables more efficient data management and flexible professional development for teachers. However, its implementation faces key challenges such as limited infrastructure and low digital skills among some teachers. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze relevant sources in order to identify the role of technology in HR management in education and the challenges faced in its implementation. The findings show that the application of technology in HR management in education has a positive impact on efficiency and teacher competence. However, the biggest challenges are limited infrastructure and digital skills of teachers. Policies supporting infrastructure improvements and digital training for teachers are necessary to ensure that technology can be optimally used to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

The digital era has created a generation of digital natives with superior technology adaptability. However, to achieve success in the world of work, soft skills competencies remain an important factor that supports individual success. This study aims to explore the role of soft skills competencies in digital natives in building a successful career. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with young digital native workers in various industry sectors. The results showed that interpersonal communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and time management were the main elements that contributed to their success. The findings highlight the importance of synergy between technical and soft skills in facing the complex challenges of the world of work. The implications of this study offer insights for organizations to develop training programs that are holistic and support the development of soft skills as part of a human capital capacity building strategy.

Christian Religious Education (PAK) in the digital era faces great challenges as well as opportunities to develop through learning innovation. With a theological foundation such as Ephesians 2:10, this education does not only aim to develop cognitive aspects, but also to shape character oriented towards personal and spiritual transformation. PAK teachers are required to be inspirers who integrate faith values with innovative learning approaches, such as the utilisation of digital technology, the development of student-based learning models, and the application of creative methods, such as gamification and blended learning.However, this digital transformation is not without obstacles. In Palu City, geographical challenges, technological limitations, and diverse student backgrounds are important issues that need to be addressed. By implementing strategies such as teacher training, collaboration with churches, and contextualised curriculum development, PAK can adapt and be relevant to the times. This research uses a literature review to explore the concept and implementation of innovations in PAK, including improving teachers' skills in technology, learning management, and communication. The results show that a constructivism-based approach, which emphasises hands-on experience and active learning, can improve learning effectiveness. The synergy between technology, faith and local context is the key to the success of Christian education that is able to produce a generation with character and competence to face the digital era..

ABSTRACT In the digital era, technological advancements have transformed the coaching landscape, requiring coaches to develop more adaptive and innovative skills. This research discusses various innovative approaches that can be used to enhance coaches' competencies, particularly through the utilization of technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and e-learning platforms. The focus of this research is on how technology can enhance training effectiveness, program personalization, and better communication between coaches and athletes. Although technology offers many benefits, this research also highlights the challenges faced, including issues of digital literacy and the balance between personal interaction and the use of digital tools. With the wise adoption of technology, coaches can enhance training quality and optimize athlete performance amidst the increasingly complex changes in the sports environment. ABSTRAK Di era digital, perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah lanskap kepelatihan, menuntut pelatih untuk mengembangkan keterampilan yang lebih adaptif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini membahas berbagai pendekatan inovatif yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pelatih, terutama melalui pemanfaatan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), big data, dan platform e-learning. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana teknologi dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan, personalisasi program, serta komunikasi yang lebih baik antara pelatih dan atlet. Meskipun teknologi menawarkan banyak manfaat, penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi, termasuk masalah literasi digital dan keseimbangan antara interaksi personal dengan penggunaan alat digital. Dengan adopsi teknologi yang bijaksana, pelatih dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan dan mengoptimalkan performa atlet di tengah perubahan lingkungan olahraga yang semakin kompleks.

The development of digital technologies has changed the educational landscape, requiring educators to upgrade their skills to remain relevant and effective. Competency-based training is important in this context because of its focus on developing practical skills that can be directly applied in teaching. This paper discusses the role of competency-based training in improving educators’ productivity in the digital era. The method used is a literature study, which includes analysing various studies and articles related to this topic. The findings show that competency-based training acts as: 1) Skills Development; 2) Teaching Quality Improvement; and 3) Evaluation of Teaching Effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to provide insights into the importance of competency-based training in improving the productivity and teaching quality of educators in the digital era, and to encourage wider and more sustainable implementation of training.

Penelitian ini mengkaji pentingnya keterampilan desain antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) bagi siswa SMP, SMA, dan SMK dalam menghadapi tuntutan industri digital. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program pembelajaran Academy Figma dalam meningkatkan kompetensi desain siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yang meliputi riset pasar dan analisis kebutuhan untuk merancang kurikulum yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang prinsip dasar desain UI/UX serta keterampilan praktis dalam menggunakan Figma. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Academy Figma berperan penting dalam menjembatani kesenjangan antara kurikulum pendidikan formal dan kebutuhan industri, serta mempersiapkan siswa dengan keterampilan yang relevan untuk bersaing di pasar kerja global. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi inisiatif pendidikan lainnya dalam bidang desain digital.
