Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan metode tematik dalam pembelajaran bahasa berdasarkan perspektif siswa dan guru. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode tematik mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi bahasa melalui integrasi berbagai keterampilan bahasa, seperti membaca, menulis, berbicara, dan mendengar, dalam konteks tema tertentu. Guru memandang metode ini sebagai strategi efektif untuk memotivasi siswa, meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaannya, terutama terkait waktu dan sumber daya. Perspektif siswa mengungkapkan bahwa metode ini mempermudah mereka memahami materi dan meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi metode tematik, termasuk kesiapan guru, kurikulum, dan dukungan fasilitas. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembangan pedagogi bahasa dan menyarankan peningkatan pelatihan bagi guru dalam penerapan metode tematik.

Di era digital, kemampuan teknologi informasi, khususnya web development, menjadi keterampilan yang sangat dibutuhkan. Web development memainkan peran penting dalam pengembangan aplikasi dan layanan yang digunakan sehari-hari. Namun, banyak mahasiswa belum memiliki kemampuan memadai di bidang ini, salah satunya akibat kurangnya akses terhadap pendidikan yang mendalam dan terstruktur. Kurikulum di perguruan tinggi sering hanya fokus pada konsep dasar tanpa menekankan praktik dan teknologi terbaru. Pelatihan web development dirancang untuk membantu mahasiswa mengembangkan keterampilan secara komprehensif melalui pendekatan terstruktur, interaktif, dan berbasis proyek. Metode ini mencakup persiapan materi, pelaksanaan kegiatan, penggunaan alat bantu, dan evaluasi hasil belajar. Materi yang diajarkan meliputi HTML, CSS, JavaScript, dan framework modern, dengan tujuan membekali mahasiswa dengan pengetahuan dasar dan keterampilan praktis dalam membangun situs web yang interaktif dan responsif. Hasil yang diharapkan dari pelatihan ini adalah peningkatan keterampilan teknis mahasiswa Universitas Dian Nusantara, dorongan untuk berinovasi, serta kesiapan mereka bersaing di dunia kerja yang semakin kompetitif. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi terhadap kebutuhan industri saat ini sekaligus menjembatani kesenjangan antara pendidikan dan dunia kerja.

The industrial revolution has transformed the global economic landscape, and Indonesia is not exempt from its impacts. This article discusses Indonesia's readiness to face the challenges posed by the industrial revolution, focusing on sectors such as manufacturing, technology, and human resources. This research is a  qualitative analysis method with a literature study and interviews approach. The findings indicate that while Indonesia has made progress in infrastructure and technology, there are still significant challenges in terms of human resource quality and the industry's readiness to adapt to technological advancements. Therefore, more targeted policies are needed to optimize Indonesia's potential in facing the industrial revolution.

Information technology has an important role in the continuity of business activities for MSMEs. The application of technology to build a business is called effective and efficient digital transformation for MSMEs. One form of digital transformation is in the aspect of recording transactions and finances called Point of Sale (POS). POS is an application in the form of an online cashier with integrated electronic transaction service features which is aimed at increasing the sustainable development of digital entrepreneurs or Digipreneurs through digital transaction services to analyze administrative and financial matters which can help MSMEs. This research aims to prepare for the digital transformation of MSMEs in using digital POS system applications using the I-TOE framework. This research is qualitative in nature with data collection techniques by conducting interviews with 6 MSMEs in Salatiga, Central Java. From the interview results, it can be concluded that through the I-TOE framework, it is known that the readiness for digital MSME transformation is influenced by several aspects (1) Type of business, (2) Age of the manager. (3) Human resources and (4) Environmental demands.

The curriculum is a fundamental component of the education system, designed to meet the evolving needs of society. In 2022, the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology introduced the Merdeka Curriculum as a strategic response to global challenges and the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, identify the challenges encountered, and propose strategies to enhance its effectiveness. The research employs a literature review with a qualitative approach, underpinned by Structural Functional Theory to interpret the dynamics of curriculum implementation. The findings reveal significant disparities in teachers’ readiness to understand and implement the curriculum, influenced by factors such as training, resource availability, and institutional support. Major challenges include insufficient infrastructure, gaps in understanding, and resistance to pedagogical innovation. The study concludes that strengthening collaboration among teachers, schools, communities, and the government, combined with intensive training and infrastructure development, can optimize the curriculum’s potential in fostering globally competitive human resources. It is recommended that all stakeholders actively engage in cross-sector collaboration to ensure the sustainable implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan suatu upaya pembinaan dan ditujukan kepada anak sejak lahir sampai dengan usia enam tahun yang dilakukan melalui pemberian rangsangan pendidikan membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan jasmani dan rohani agar anak memiliki kesiapan dalam memasuki pendidikan lebih lanjut. Pelaksanaan program ini sering kali menghadapi kendala, baik internal maupun eksternal. Kendala eksternal yaitu dimana orang tua anak-anak yang acuh tak acuh terhadap kegiatan program yang dilaksanakan di TK tersebut. Program aku suka membaca untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif Program "Aku Senang Membaca Buku" di TK Pembina 1 Medan menunjukkan potensi yang baik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi anak. Namun, untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal, diperlukan langkah-langkah konkret seperti peningkatan anggaran, penyediaan sumber daya yang memadai, serta pelatihan bagi guru.Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa program ini memiliki potensi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan minat baca dan kemampuan literasi anak usia dini. Peningkatan minat baca dan kemampuan literasi anak yang terobservasi setelah pelaksanaan program menunjukkan bahwa dengan pendekatan yang tepat, anak-anak dapat didorong untuk mengembangkan kebiasaan membaca yang baik.

The unemployment rate in Jombang district is still quite high, data from the Central Statistics Agency for East Java Province shows that there are still 4.66 percent of Jombang residents who are still unemployed. Efforts to reduce the unemployment rate in the future are by preparing complex education and providing training. Prakerin is expected to be able to increase the work readiness attitude of vocational school students. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with the research population being class XII vocational school students in Jombang City who have taken part in Prakerin. The research results support the first hypothesis that the Prakerin variable has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of vocational school students in the city of Jombang. It is shown in the f test where the significance value for the Prakerin variable (X) is 0.000 because the significance value <0.05 shows that there is a partial influence of the Prakerin variable (X) on the work readiness variable (Y).

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of soft skills, accounting expertise, and digital literacy on the job readiness of accounting students (a study on accounting students at State Universities in Bandar Lampung) both partially and simultaneously. The type of data used is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study consists of accounting students from State Universities in Bandar Lampung, totaling 3,834 students. The sampling method in this study uses a non-probability sampling method, specifically the purposive sampling technique, and obtained a sample of 110 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Ver.27 testing tool. The research results show that partially, soft skills, accounting expertise, and digital literacy have a positive impact on the job readiness of accounting students.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of education level, accounting understanding, and MSME readiness on the implementation of Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM), with business age as a moderating variable. The study employed a quantitative method. The population comprised MSME actors in Waioti Village, totaling 44 individuals. Sampling was conducted using a saturated sampling technique, resulting in 44 respondents. The data used in this study were primary data, collected through questionnaires measured on a Likert scale. Data analysis utilized multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis, along with descriptive statistics, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results indicated that: (1) Education level did not influence the implementation of SAK EMKM, (2) Accounting understanding significantly influenced the implementation of SAK EMKM, (3) Readiness did not affect the implementation of SAK EMKM. (4) Business age influenced the implementation of SAK EMKM, (5) Business age did not moderate the effect of education level on the implementation of SAK EMKM, (6) Business age negatively moderated the effect of accounting understanding on the implementation of SAK EMKM. (7) Business age did not moderate the effect of MSME readiness on the implementation of SAK EMKM.

This research aims to determine the influence of Readiness for Understanding and Management on the Implementation of Financial Reports Based on Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kota Baru Jambi. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data which is the result of observations using questionnaires in Kotabaru Jambi sub-district. This research used a sample of 91 respondents. This sampling used a purposive sampling method.

Background: Breast milk is ideal nutrition for babies which contains nutrients and a set of protective substances to fight disease. Lactation education is a learning process to prepare oneself psychologically and physically to be able to breastfeed exclusively. Based on observations and interviews of third trimester pregnant women at Panti Waluyo Hospital from February to April 2023, 289 mothers had not received information about lactation education. Objective: To determine the effect of lactation management education on mothers' motivation and readiness to provide exclusive breastfeeding. Design: This type of research is a one group pre-post test design with pre and post experimental. This research was conducted at Panti Waluyo Hospital in August – December 2023. The research instruments used educational videos, pre and post questionnaires. Data analysis used the Shapiro Wilk test, Oneway Anova test, and Paired T Test. Results: Most of the respondents were aged 17-25 years as many as 32 respondents, the last level of education was DIII was 20 respondents, parity had never given birth as many as 20 respondents and history of childbirth had never given birth as many as 22 respondents. There are differences in mothers' motivation and readiness before and after being given lactation management education as shown by a p value of 0.044. Data on mothers' motivation and readiness before and after being given lactation management education varied the same as shown by p values of 0.199 and 0.499. There is an influence of lactation management education on mothers' motivation and readiness to provide exclusive breastfeeding, shown by a p value of 0.001. Conclusion: there is an influence of lactation management education on mothers' motivation and readiness to provide exclusive breastfeeding.

Medical tourism or health tourism is a travel activity to get health services. Many Indonesian citizens choose to seek treatment abroad because Indonesia does not have a good health industry. This of course causes a reduction in state revenues in the health and tourism sectors. The writing of this article aims to determine the factors that influence people's interest in seeking treatment abroad so that they can be input for hospitals in Indonesia to be able to compete against medical tourism which is growing rapidly in Southeast Asia. The method used is to review the articles obtained from the database using inclusion criteria and keywords. The results obtained indicate that the factors that attract patients to get services in hospitals are high quality services, served by communicative medical personnel and staff, competent with international expertise and reputation, with short service times and affordable prices, availability of clear information, as well as safe and quality treatment outcomes.

Violence, especially domestic violence, is a violation of human rights and a crime against human dignity and is a form of discrimination. Violence in any form and committed for any reason is a form of crime that cannot be justified. Recently, cases of domestic violence have often occurred and spread in various media. Of course this affects the mindset of women in their readiness to get married and build a household. The purpose of this study will look at the effect of the issue of domestic violence on women's readiness to get married. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Researchers will make observations about the influence of the issue of domestic violence on women's readiness to get married, supported by data collected through questionnaires distributed online. To determine the influence of understanding accounting and capital readiness on the efficiency of basic food business income. Quantitative is a research method that uses data in the form of numbers and the collected data is analyzed using statistical formulas. The population that will be used in this research is MSME actors, especially basic food businesses registered with the Bayung Lencir District Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Service, totaling 100 MSME business actors. The classical assumption test is a prerequisite for multiple regression analysis, this test must be influenced so that the estimates of parameters and regression coefficients are not biased. In testing this class of assumptions, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. Partially, accounting records have a more dominant influence than capital readiness in increasing income efficiency. This shows that understanding accounting records is very influential in increasing revenue efficiency and business sustainability, because by understanding accounting records, business actors can manage business finances and make decisions about managing their business easily.  

Anxiety in pregnant women is felt since the first trimester, where anxiety is a result of adapting to physical changes in the body, the uterus starting to enlarge, and changes in the breasts as well as psychological changes. This anxiety continues in the next trimester until the third trimester so it is thought to cause less preparation for childbirth later. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between pregnant women's anxiety levels and readiness for childbirth at the Dolarayat Health Center, Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province. The type of research is analytical with a cross sectional approach. The population is 62 husbands and a sample of 56 people determined based on criteria. Data collection through distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately. The results of the study showed that the anxiety level of third trimester pregnant women was more moderate (73.2%), and the anxiety level was mild (12%), while the anxiety level was severe (14.2%). More prepared for childbirth (76.8%) and less prepared (23.2%). There is a relationship between the level of anxiety of pregnant women and preparation for childbirth (p 0.004 <0.05). It is hoped that health workers can provide education and motivation to husbands, especially pregnant women, about how to deal with anxiety during pregnancy to avoid disorders during pregnancy and childbirth.

The objectives of this study include: (1) Analyzing the effect of work motivation on employee readiness to change at BPJS Kesehatan Magelang; (2) Analyzing the effect of work attachment on employee readiness to change at BPJS Kesehatan Magelang; and (3) Analyzing the effect of organizational culture on employee readiness to change at BPJS Kesehatan Magelang. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. Data were collected using a questionnaire given to all permanent employees at BPJS Kesehatan Magelang as many as 48 people. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were obtained: (1) There is an influence of work motivation on employee readiness to change; (2) There is an influence of work attachment on employee readiness to change; and (3) There is an influence of organizational culture on employee readiness to change. As an improvement effort, it is recommended to BPJS health to maintain the work motivation of its employees and maintain the organizational culture that has been implemented at this time.

This research aims to find out: This research aims to find out: analyze the readiness of PKP-PK unit officers in efforts to improve aviation safety by National and International Regulations. This is because, when an accident occurs in the waterside area, the PKP-PK unit must be ready and alert to handle the condition. The PKP-PK unit's lack of alertness can pose a danger to the aircraft if an aircraft is about to land. In carrying out their duties, PKP-PK personnel have their respective roles according to the personnel's abilities and licenses. The license held by a personnel is of course a benchmark for the performance of the personnel in carrying out their duties, so that the performance of each PKP-PK unit is not completely the same or equivalent.This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documents, and documentation along with observations. The researcher directly carried out observations, the researcher also explained the results of the data taken during interviews and observations. For the researcher's interview with the resource persons, namely PKP-PK officers consisting of the Head Unit, Supervisor, Senior PKP-PK, and Junior PKP-PK at mogul Wulung Airport, Cilacap, and also in the form of implementation documents for the data analysis techniques used, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, discussion, and conclusions. The readiness of PKP-PK officers at mogul Wulung Cilacap Airport is a key factor in handling plane accidents effectively. Factors such as knowledge, skills, equipment, training, and external factors such as weather can influence officer readiness. To increase readiness, there needs to be ongoing efforts to improve training, maintain equipment, and conduct simulations regularly. Good readiness of PKP-PK officers will help minimize risks in emergencies and protect the lives of passengers and aircraft crew. Handling aircraft accidents by PKP-PK officers at Nggul Wulung Airport, Cilacap is a very important task to ensure the safety of passengers and aircraft crew. The obstacles faced by PKP-PK officers can hamper the effectiveness of the actions of PKP-PK officers at Nggul Wulung Airport, Cilacap. Therefore, it is necessary to implement several solutions to increase the effectiveness of handling aircraft accidents and minimize the associated risks. These solutions must be implemented with caution and take into account the specific situation in each location and country. Improved training, coordination, investment in equipment, resource planning, and risk evaluation are key steps in overcoming these obstacles and improving the ability of PKP-PK officers at mogul Wulung Airport, Cilacap in responding to aircraft accidents quickly and effectivel

Anxiety has a negative impact on pregnant women from conception to delivery by inhibiting growth and weakening uterine muscle contractions, among other things. Pregnant women who are anxious are more likely to have premature babies and even miscarriage. A lack of information and beliefs about what is valid (myths) can influence pregnant women's attitudes toward childbirth preparation, causing them to be unconcerned about childbirth preparation. This study aims to determine the relationship between anxiety and knowledge levels and childbirth preparedness in third trimester pregnant women at Kasihan II Primary Health Center. This research employed correlation analysis with cross sectional. The population in this study were third trimester pregnant women. In this study, there were 53 third trimester pregnant women at the Kasihan II Primary Health Center. Data collection techniques in this study used anxiety, knowledge and preparedness questionnaires. The data were then analyzed using the Spearman Rank Test. The study's findings revealed a 0.000 Sig (2-tiled) showing the relationship between the level of anxiety and childbirth preparedness at the Kasihan II Primary Health Center. The statistical test results showed Sig (2-tiled) 0.05, indicating that Ha is accepted, showing that there is a relationship between the level of anxiety and childbirth preparedness at the Kasihan II Primary Health Center. At the Kasihan II Primary Health Center, there is a Sig (2-tiled) value of 0.000 between Trimester III pregnant women's knowledge and their readiness for childbirth.  The statistical test results showed Sig (2-tiled) 0.05, indicating that Ha is accepted and that there is a relationship between third trimester pregnant women's knowledge and childbirth preparedness at the Kasihan II Primary Health Center. In order to reduce anxiety, it is hoped that third trimester pregnant women will learn as much about pregnancy as possible from the midwife during ANC. It is hoped that mothers will be able to attend classes for pregnant women held at the Puskesmas to further their education.

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is one of the health IT applications that is becoming a trend around the world. EMRs are considered to improve the overall quality of care and have an impact on patient safety. EMRs can also help reduce costs, improve accessibility, and improve the quality of hospital services. Therefore, the preparedness analysis of the implementation of EMR with the DOQ-IT approach (Doctor's Office Quality-Information Technology) is the goal of this research. This research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research with a cross sectional approach. The samples were taken from all the officers who were in direct contact with the medical records at AMC Aisyiyah Clinic. Sampling technique using a total sampling of eight officers. Primary data collection is done with a questionnaire. The method of analysis used is descriptive analysis of frequencies, percentages, graphs and tables. From the results of analysis using the DOQ-IT method obtained a total score of 104.75 belongs to category III which shows that human resources, organizational work culture, governance and leadership, IT infrastructure AMC Aisyiyah Clinic is ready to take advantage of EMR as well as overcome the potential challenges for successful adoption of the EMR.
