This research aims to analyze the strategic role of management psychology in enhancing the performance and effectiveness of educational organizations through a systematic literature review. The development of modern educational organizations demands human resource management that is not only oriented toward administrative aspects but also considers the psychological dynamics of individuals, including behavior, motivation, and interpersonal relationships. The research method used is qualitative with a literature review approach, analyzing relevant scientific articles from the Google Scholar database. The results of the study indicate that management psychology contributes significantly to organizational productivity through three main aspects: effective organizational communication to build trust, psychology-based leadership that increases work motivation and satisfaction through recognition and fairness, and constructive conflict management that transforms tension into opportunities for innovation. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the integration of various psychological dimensions, such as organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and self-efficacy, is a key element in creating a conducive work environment. Therefore, leaders of educational institutions are advised to adopt a humanistic leadership style to optimize the potential of human resources and achieve superior educational quality in a sustainable and effective manner within the modern era.

The Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) is a strategic initiative by the Indonesian government to address the long-standing issues of malnutrition and stunting, which have significantly hindered human resource (HR) development in Indonesia. The program aims to improve children's nutrition and reduce stunting by providing free nutritious meals, particularly in areas with limited access to healthy food. This study aims to analyze the legal framework of MBG, its effectiveness in achieving its goals, and its impact on national development. Using a qualitative approach, the study analyzes the implementation of MBG through document analysis, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and field observations. The findings highlight challenges within the program, including imbalanced food distribution, inadequate infrastructure in remote areas, and suboptimal food quality control, which resulted in several food poisoning incidents in 2025. Nevertheless, the program has a positive economic impact by empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) involved in food supply. The study suggests strengthening the monitoring system, improving budget management, and better coordination between government sectors and communities to maximize the success of MBG. It also emphasizes the importance of nutrition education campaigns to support the program's goals. Overall, MBG is a crucial step toward creating a healthier and more productive generation, supporting the achievement of Indonesia's Golden Generation by 2045..

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Palangka Raya City Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2024 concerning Tourism Villages at the Sei Batu tourist attraction in Sei Gohong Village, with a primary focus on facility maintenance and the development of the local community’s creative economy. In addition, this study seeks to understand the extent to which the policy is able to encourage community participation in managing tourism potential in a sustainable manner. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation, with informants purposively selected from management, local government, and community elements. The results indicate that the implementation of the policy has not been optimal, as reflected in weak communication among stakeholders, limited human and financial resources, low commitment among implementers, and ineffective institutional coordination. Furthermore, the lack of regular monitoring and evaluation has also slowed the achievement of policy objectives. This condition has led to neglected tourism facilities and the underdevelopment of local creative economy products as part of community empowerment efforts. These findings indicate a gap between the formulated policy and the reality of its implementation in the field. Therefore, comprehensive improvements are needed in aspects of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure, accompanied by enhanced collaboration among relevant stakeholders, so that the objectives of community-based tourism development can be achieved sustainably and provide tangible benefits to the local community

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Sustainable Food Crop Land (LP2B) management policy in Madiun Regency based on Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2020 and identify factors inhibiting its implementation, as well as formulate alternative solutions to strengthen the policy in supporting agricultural land sustainability and regional food security. This study uses an empirical legal method (empirical juridical) with a qualitative descriptive approach. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with the Department of Agriculture, and farmers, as well as field observations, while secondary data were obtained through a study of laws and regulations and policy documents. The analysis was conducted by examining aspects of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure in policy implementation, using triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The results show that LP2B implementation is not optimal. The main obstacles include farmers' low understanding of legal provisions, limited human resources and budget, weak cross-sectoral coordination, and economic pressures and high land sales prices. In addition, the national target of fulfilling 87% of Raw Paddy Land adds to the complexity of implementation at the regional level. Strengthening implementation requires improving legal communication, strengthening institutional capacity, synchronizing policies with spatial planning, and a participatory approach that actively involves farmers.

The governance of natural resources (NR) in Indonesia remains marked by structural inequalities that favor large corporations, while indigenous and local communities are marginalized from access, management rights, and equitable benefit-sharing. Although the Constitution and several laws mandate social justice and ecological sustainability, NR governance practices tend to focus on exploitation and investment acceleration, sacrificing environmental protection and meaningful public participation. This study employs a normative juridical approach to analyze weaknesses in sectoral regulations, overlapping authorities, and their implications for the rights of local communities. Drawing on Satjipto Rahardjo’s progressive justice theory, it offers a reformulation of the concept of “controlled by the state” in Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution as a trustee mandate, rather than a monopoly, placing humans, the environment, and justice as the primary orientation. The proposed legal transformation strategies include revising NR regulations, implementing the Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) principle, strengthening community-based management models, recognizing the rights of nature, and establishing participatory oversight mechanisms. This approach is expected to dismantle unequal power relations and direct NR governance toward ecological sustainability, community empowerment, and intergenerational benefit equity.

The adoption of holocratic leadership systems has become a crucial strategy for startups navigating market volatility, which demands organizational agility through the elimination of traditional hierarchies. This study aims to analyze the transformation of the Human Resource (HR) department's role within holocratic systems and its impact on HR efficiency in startup environments. Employing an integrative literature review approach, this research synthesizes various findings from reputable global and national journals published within the last five years to map the shifts in managerial functions. The results indicate that in structures devoid of conventional managers, the HR role transforms from a controlling authority into a system architect and governance facilitator that maintains compliance with the organizational constitution. HR efficiency is achieved through clear authority distribution within dynamic roles, transparent peer-to-peer feedback mechanisms, and the removal of slow bureaucratic coordination costs. The contribution of this research lies in the formulation of the "HR-as-a-Platform" conceptual model, which shifts the focus of management practices from personal supervision to systemic infrastructure optimization. The practical implications provide a guide for startup founders to re-engineer HR functions to support individual autonomy without sacrificing operational stability. This study confirms that the success of non-hierarchical organizations relies heavily on the integration of radical autonomy and robust digital protocols facilitated by the newly defined HR function.

The presence of BUMDes is an important factor in improving the economy and community independence, such as through the village savings and loan program. However, the lack of socialization and inaccurate targeting of program recipients are problems that have implications for BUMDes capital turnover. This study aims to explain the optimization of the savings and loan program in BUMDes in realizing the economic independence of the community of Kalimanah Kulon Village, Kalimanah District, Purbalingga Regency. This study uses a qualitative case-study approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that the BUMDes savings and loan program is able to increase village income and community welfare, although it is still not optimal. In its implementation, there are several obstacles that have the potential to hinder the implementation of this program, including the issue of inadequate human resources, minimal business planning and innovation, and low community participation in loan repayment and BUMDes business management. Therefore, adequate planning by the village government to increase the capacity of managers and community participation, as well as strengthening institutions and collaboration with relevant stakeholders in BUMDes business management are important prerequisites for optimal program achievement. The transformation of revolving funds from the former PNPM Mandiri program into BUM Desa Bersama entities requires accountable financial management aligned with applicable accounting standards. However, inconsistencies between regulations and accounting practices remain. This study analyzes the recognition and measurement of revolving fund assets at BUM Desa Bersama Ajimas Lestari LKD in Ajibarang and assesses their compliance with Ministerial Regulation of Village PDTT No. 136 of 2022 and SAK ETAP. Using a qualitative case study approach, data are collected through interviews, observation, and documentation involving five internal informants. The results show that asset recognition follows regulations, where revolving funds are recorded as receivables upon loan distribution to Women’s Savings and Loan (SPP) groups at nominal value. However, discrepancies persist in asset measurement and presentation, particularly in receivable classification and the placement of allowance for doubtful accounts under equity. These issues stem from limited human resource capacity, lack of a standardized accounting information system, and weak supervision. Strengthening accounting competence and implementing standardized financial reporting systems are essential to improve accountability and transparency in managing community revolving funds.

This Study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy and competence on employee productivity at PT PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit (ULP) Takalar. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of all employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Takalar, and a census sampling technique was applied, meaning all members of the population were selected as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. This means that the better the employees’ ability to understand and utilize digital technology, the higher their level of productivity. In contrast, employee competence was found to have a negative and significant effect on productivity. This finding suggests that increasing competence does not automatically lead to higher productivity if it is not supported by other relevant factors. These findings imply that improving competence without proper job placement, effective task management, and optimal utilization of skills may actually reduce employee productivity. Therefore, it is recommended that PT PLN (Persero) ULP Takalar not only enhance employees’ digital literacy and competence but also ensure alignment between competencies and job requirements through more effective human resource management in order to improve overall productivity
