Islamic Education Philosophy has been a solid foundation in shaping Muslim character for centuries. However, in the dynamic and challenging era of globalization, the relevance of this philosophy is increasingly questionable. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the principles of Islamic Education Philosophy are still relevant in shaping Muslim character that is able to face the complexities of the modern world. Through literature review and comparative analysis, this study reveals that the core values of Islamic Education Philosophy such as monotheism, akhlakul karimah, and knowledge are still very relevant in shaping Muslim character that is faithful, has noble character, and has global competence. This study also identifies specific challenges faced by Islamic education in the era of globalization, as well as strategies that can be applied to overcome these challenges. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of a more relevant and effective Islamic education curriculum in shaping a quality Muslim generation.

Customary law reform in Indonesia in the context of globalization raises significant challenges and opportunities. The values of Pancasila, as the ideological foundation of the nation, play an important role in ensuring that customary law reform remains relevant, fair and rooted in local culture. Globalization encourages the modernization and homogenization of the legal system, which often contradicts the principles of customary law based on local wisdom. This article examines how Pancasila values, such as humanity, social justice, unity, and deliberation, can be integrated in the process of customary law reform to remain relevant amid global dynamics. This research uses a qualitative approach with the methods of literature study, interviews, and document analysis. Literature study was conducted to understand the theoretical context of customary law reform and Pancasila values, while interviews were conducted with legal experts, academics, and traditional leaders to obtain empirical perspectives on challenges and opportunities in customary law reform. Document analysis was conducted on policies and regulations relating to customary law and the implementation of Pancasila values in Indonesia. The results show that customary law reform based on Pancasila has great potential to deliver a legal system that is more inclusive and responsive to the needs of local communities. Key challenges identified include difficulties in harmonizing customary law with national and international law and homogenizing pressures from global standards. However, opportunities are also found in the ability of updated customary law to provide more culturally and locally relevant dispute resolution alternatives. The integration of Pancasila values is believed to strengthen the position of customary law within national and global legal frameworks.ract

Perubahan teknologi, persaingan global, dan kebutuhan efisiensi mendorong perusahaan untuk mengembangkan pendekatan kepemimpinan yang lebih komprehensif dan dinamis, yang berfokus pada pengembangan kapabilitas sumber daya manusia melalui integrasi dan pengembangan potensi talenta internal. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian pustaka atau literature review yang berkaitan dengan langkah – langkah Penerapan komitmen terhadap efektif dalam perusahaan. Globalization has created new challenges for companies to enhance their competitiveness in the global market. The rapidly changing business environment requires the adoption of effective strategic management, including technological innovation, cultural adaptation, sustainability, and human resource management. This study aims to analyze these factors in addressing globalization challenges and provide practical recommendations for companies. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The study was conducted over three months with companies from various industrial sectors as subjects. The findings indicate that companies capable of integrating technological innovation and cultural adaptation gain a greater competitive advantage in the global market. Additionally, sustainability and human resource management play critical roles in supporting the implementation of global strategies. However, the greatest challenge is faced by SMEs, which encounter resource limitations in adopting global strategies. The implications of this research highlight the need for government support to accelerate digitalization and enhance human resource capacity. Future researchers are recommended to examine the role of government policies in strengthening the global competitiveness of small and medium enterprises.

This study aimed to improve the learning outcomes of sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 59 Pangkalpinang by implementing the Decision Making learning method using map puzzles of Sumatera. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) methodology, conducted in two cycles, each consisting of two sessions. In the first cycle, the application of this method resulted in a classical completeness rate of 71%, indicating a need for improvement. However, after applying the method in the second cycle, a significant increase was observed, with the completeness rate reaching 87%. Data were collected through learning outcome tests and analyzed descriptively to assess the effectiveness of the method and media used. The findings demonstrate that the Decision Making method, when combined with map puzzles, effectively enhances student learning outcomes, showing notable improvement from the first to the second cycle. This study suggests the use of similar methods in different contexts to further evaluate their success and effectiveness.

This research aims to analyze the rights and obligations of citizens in the era of globalization with a focus on PGSD students at PGRI Adi Buana University (UNIPA) Surabaya. The era of globalization has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including citizenship. Students as prospective educators have an important role in understanding and implementing their rights and obligations as good citizens. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, dokumentasi and literature study. The research results show that PGSD UNIPA Surabaya students have a good understanding of their rights and obligations, such as the right to education, freedom of opinion, and the obligation to pay taxes and respect the law. However, challenges in facing the era of globalization, such as the influence of foreign culture and technological advances, require adjustments and strengthening of citizenship education. This research concludes that increasing students' awareness and knowledge about the rights and obligations of citizens is very necessary to face the dynamics of globalization wisely.

Globalization is a modern development that has influenced the emergence of various possibilities to change the world. The impact of globalization has the potential to make the world more open and remove the barriers that make us need each other. This research aims to reveal the dynamics of citizenship identity in the context of globalization. Over time, the term "global citizenship" has become known, where values will be discussed that are in accordance with national identity which are used as benchmarks to face the era of globalization. It is through this that the young generation is able to make the values of national identity a basic direction with positive value in their efforts to face the current flow of globalization in the current digital era.    

This study aimed to identify the implementation of character education in the era of globalisation through PPKN learning for students of SMK Cendana DDI Samarinda, Samarinda City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research is to find out how the planning, implementation and values that appear in learning at SMK Cendana DDI Samarinda. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of character education in SMK Cendana students still has many shortcomings in the form of planning that is documented very well but only continues the previous teacher's teaching program, the implementation of character education is very good in the field of delivery and giving examples but in the absence of documentation of measuring student development teachers do not understand how to see the progress of character education in the classroom, the value that arises from the implementation of character education in the classroom has had a great impact on student understanding but because smk cendana is a vocational school students do not pay full attention and focus more on their major lessons

Dalam era globalisasi dan integrasi ekonomi, banyak entitas melakukan ekspansi dan membangun jaringan bisnis dengan menjalin kerja sama, sehingga tercipta hubungan induk-anak antar perusahaan. Meskipun memiliki manajemen yang berbeda, hubungan ini kompleks dan menantang dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan serta perhitungan akuntansi. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini menemukan bahwa menghadapi tantangan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan proses konsolidasi entitas berstruktur keuangan kompleks, panduan internal yang jelas, penerapan teknologi dan sistem informasi canggih, serta investasi dalam pengembangan kompetensi manajerial. Dengan strategi ini, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan konsolidasi entitas, meningkatkan akurasi laporan keuangan, dan mengurangi risiko terkait kompleksitas struktur keuangan. Implementasi langkah-langkah ini diharapkan menciptakan landasan kuat bagi praktisi akuntansi dan manajemen keuangan dalam menghadapi tantangan konsolidasi, meningkatkan kualitas dan keandalan pelaporan keuangan, serta mendukung keputusan strategis yang lebih baik dalam bisnis global yang dinamis dan kompleks.

Pasar tradisional sebagai entitas ekonomi dan budaya dihadapkan pada tantangan keberlanjutan, terutama di era globalisasi dan modernisasi. Artikel ini mengusulkan konsep "Pasar Rakyat Glura Srawung" sebagai inovasi desain untuk menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Pasar Keputran Selatan di Kota Surabaya. Konsep ini mengintegrasikan fleksibilitas aksesibilitas pasar, modul lapak yang fleksibel, dan penerapan nilai-nilai budaya Srawung dalam lingkungan pasar. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menghasilkan desain pasar yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan vitalitas pasar, mempertahankan budaya lokal, dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pelestarian pasar tradisional. Penelitian ini juga membahas potensi konsep Glura sebagai model untuk diterapkan pada pasar tradisional lainnya dan memberikan landasan bagi studi lanjutan dalam pengembangan desain pasar yang berkelanjutan.

Parakan. Metode ini memungkinkan analisis yang lebih dalam dan lebih spesifik terhadap variabel-variabel yang terkait dengan kualitas pelayanan. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan digunakan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Sorum Pak Haji Karya Jl. ParakanBerdasarkan hasil survei ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keandalan layanan di sini menunjukkan variasi yang signifikan di antara responden.Mereka merasa layanan tersebut konsisten dalam menunjukkan sikap yang profesional. Selain itu, keamanan transaksi juga penilaian tinggi dari semua responden, menunjukkan bahwa dianggap aman dan dapat diandalkan Hal ini menunjukkan fokus yang kuat dalam mempertahankan kepuasan konsumen respons yang cepat dan bantuan yang efektifterlihat bahwa layanan ini mendapat penilaian yang cukup positif dalam beberapa aspek kunci. Pertama, respons terhadap keluhan konsumen dan kesediaan untuk membantu dinilai sangat baik oleh mayoritas responden, menunjukkan fokus yang kuat pada kepuasan pelanggan melalui respons yang efisien dan bantuan yang efektif.

Character cultivation is a form of human activity in which there are actions that educate and are intended for the next generation. The aim of character education is to continuously improve the individual's self and train their abilities in order to lead a better life. Character education helps improve students' academic achievement. Some children cannot form a strong character for themselves elsewhere. Can form individuals who value and respect other people and can live in a pluralistic society. At this time, the very high flow of globalization often has negative impacts. Many students today are experiencing a moral crisis which results in negative behavior in society. For example, violence, relationships and manners. The role of parents, teachers and the community is very much needed in this case to guide and monitor the flow of globalization so that students can make the best use of this era of globalization.

The flow of globalization and digitalization is a phenomenon that is present in our daily lives, both in material form and in our minds. In this digital era, people meet and interact in a globalized, seamless space and send ideas, opinions, behaviours, habits, cultures, and ideologies to each other. The impact of global social change that has also hit Indonesia with the rapid development of this technology, not only has the potential to have a positive effect on national life and humanity universally but can also have a negative impact. This is a literature study with a reflective and critical studies approach, which is presented in a descriptive-analytical critical manner as a doctrinal reflection and to formulate theoretical conclusions regarding Pancasila as an ideological foundation for the development of science in the academic community in Indonesia and the challenges of globalization that threaten it. This study found that in responding to this current situation, the resilience of the values ​​that are the basis for the development of science is greatly needed. In the current context, the values ​​of Pancasila can become a collective consciousness to maintain the preservation of national identity in the academic community and the results of its scientific development.    

The aim of this activity is to (1) determine the impact of globalization of education on the quality of learning in class V of MIN 1 Langkat (2) determine the efforts and strategic steps towards the quality of learning in class V A of MIN 1 Langkat in the era of digital globalization. The results of this research are: 1) The impact of globalization in the digital era on the quality of learning in class V A of MIN 1 Langkat consists of two impacts, namely positive impacts and negative impacts. Positive impacts include globalization providing opportunities for educators and students to learn science and technology as a learning reference. Meanwhile, negative impacts include teachers not yet 100% implementing digital-based learning in schools because the availability of learning technology in schools is still incomplete. Several efforts that can be made and strategic steps in learning are divided into three activities with several stages, namely (a) Preliminary activities in the form of a phase of getting used to class order, motivation and advice. (b) Core activities include four stages, namely the understanding or reasoning stage, the application stage and the meaning stage. The purpose of this research was to understand how the values of Hajj, as contained in the hadiths of the Prophet, were applied in the context of globalization. The research method used was a type of library research or literature study, which involved collecting, reading, noting, and processing data from various literary sources such as books, magazines, and others. The results of the research indicated that the application of Hajj values from the Prophet's hadiths in the context of globalization required awareness and a collective commitment from Muslims and all humanity. By using the values of Hajj as a foundation in human interactions and in building a more just, harmonious, and sustainable global society, we could create a better world for future generations. The Hajj values derived from the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught universal principles that were highly relevant in the context of globalization. Equality, brotherhood, peace, togetherness, solidarity, obedience, devotion, patience, sacrifice, sincerity, and honesty were values that could help humanity overcome global challenges and create a more just, peaceful, and sustainable world.

Generation tends to be more interested in foreign cultures than their own national culture, especially among students. Many foreign cultures have entered and flourished among the community, particularly the younger generation. This situation threatens and endangers national identity if left unchecked. A national identity crisis can occur, especially among the younger generation, particularly students, who are highly susceptible to the influences of globalization. Therefore, there is a need for awareness to preserve cultural values as national identity is increasingly fading. Additionally, there is a necessity for methods or actions to enhance the awareness of the younger generation, especially students, towards national identity while also considering the advancements in science, technology (IPTEK) in today's era.    

National Identity Crisis as a Challenge for the Young Generation in the Era of Globalization. A national identity is a marker of an identity belonging to and attached to a nation or a country that can be distinguished from another. National identity must be able to preserve the existence and survival of a nation because it contains cultural values that have similar characteristics, physical characteristics, ideals and goals. National identity, therefore, is vital for implanting and applying to daily life as to the future of nations. In today's times of globalization, most aspects of life have changed. That certainly brings with it both the good and the bad effects that society has to face. Many foreign cultures are moving in and developing within communities. It can, of course, threaten the national identity of the nation. National identity crises can occur especially in the younger generation, which can very easily be affected by the current globalization. Awareness of the importance of keeping cultural values as national identity began to fade. To that end, efforts must be made to foster a renewed awareness of national identity, which is appropriate to the development of nowaday's science and technology.

When globalization brings significant changes to the business world, companies must strengthen their advanced human resource management foundations through innovation in employee training and development. Given the dynamics of change and intense competition, human resource training and development are becoming increasingly crucial. Effective training enhances individuals' skills while fostering an organizational culture that supports innovation and learning. Companies can gain a competitive advantage by enhancing their employees' ability to adapt to change through the implementation of inventive HR training approaches.

Globalization has affected various aspects of modern society, one of which is the citizenship identity of young people. The influence of globalization on young people's citizenship identity is a major concern in the life of the nation today. Citizenship identity is an important thing for a citizen. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how globalization affects young people's citizenship identity. The influence of globalization can be seen in young people's lifestyle, consumption and cultural preferences. In the context of citizenship identity, globalization can challenge the clash between local and global identities, raising questions about their loyalty to their home country. The research methods used included a literature. The results of the analysis show that globalization has caused changes in young people's mindsets, values, and citizenship identities. The process of globalization has opened up young people's access to information, cultures and experiences from different parts of the world that change the way they see themselves as citizens. This research provides insights into the dynamics of citizenship identity in the era of globalization in order to promote active and responsible citizenship.
